Menadžeri bi trebali veliku pozornost posvetiti izradi strategije jer je to u konačnici ono što dovodi poduzeće do uspjeha. Nakon što se odredi strategija, potrebno ju je implementirati, te na samome kraju provesti evaluaciju i kontrolu same strategije. Nakon svih tih koraka biti će poznato da li organizacija ide u pravome smjeru.
Zadatkom je trebalo analizirati: poslovnu strategiju, strateški menadžment i strateški plan, elemente poslovne okoline i njihov odnos sa strategijom, vrste strategija te ponašanje strategije u kriznim uvjetima.This paper analyzes the strategic planning as a determinant the success of the company. Without a strategy the company can not be competetive. Manager should pay attention to the development of the strategy because this is ultimately what leads the company to success. First step is that strategy needs to be implemented, after that strategy evolution, and this process is finishing with control. After all these steps will be known if the organization is going in the right direction.

Poduzetnikom se smatra osoba koja obavlja gospodarsku djelatnost kako bi ostvarila neki poslovni cilj. Kako bi se omogućilo što bolje poslovanje koristi se strateško planiranje kao i različite vrste planova.Navedene su sastavnice poslovnog plana te načini financiranja poduzetničkog poduhvata koje može biti iz vlastitih ili tuđih izvora, dugotrajna i kratkotrajna ulaganja te ulaganje u vlastito poduzeće ili izvan vlastitog poduzeća. Poduzetnik treba uzeti u obzir sve izvore kapitala i odabrati onaj koji će mu donijeti minimalne troškove. Kapital je vrijednost imovine koja se ulaže u proizvodnju s ciljem ostvarivanja dobiti.In the final work is explaned launching a business venture and a company business plan. Entrepreneur is a person who carries out an economic activity in order to achieve a business objective. No full textU radu je prikazan literaturni uvid u različite postupke brušenja. Postupak brušenja pripada skupini postupaka obrade odvajanjem čestica te je jedan od najrasprostranjenijih postupaka kod završne obrade. Karakteriziraju ga visoke točnosti te odlična kvaliteta obrađene površine.
Glavnina rada obrađuje suvremene postupke brušenja koji su orijentirani ka ostvarivanju povećane proizvodnosti. Pod suvremenim postupcima obrade brušenjem obrađeni su: duboko brušenje, brušenje s kontinuiranim profiliranjem, duboko brušenje s kontinuiranim profiliranjem, visokobrzinsko brušenje sa CBN ili PCD brusom, visokoučinsko brušenje i elektrokemijsko.This paper presents a literature review in various processes of grinding. The process of grinding belongs to a group of processes of machining, and is one of the most common procedures in the finishing production processes. It is characterized by high accuracy and excellent surface quality.
The bulk of the work deals with modern methods of grinding, which are oriented towards achieving increased productivity. Poduzeće „CVITKOVIĆ AGRO“ d.o.o. bavi se uzgojem ratarskih kultura, maloprodajom i veleprodajom repromaterijala te ugovaranjem i otkupom u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji.
Po načelima dobre poljoprivredne prakse u vegetacijskoj sezoni 2015. godine proizveli su hibrid kukuruza DEKALB 5276 s ostvarenim prinosom 10 300 kg/ha i hibrid PIONEER PR37N01 s prinosom 10 500 kg/ha.Corn belongs to the three most important crops. Because of the high yield potential well as the possibility of getting a large number of different products are grown around the world.

Comparison of surface roughness processed by roller burnishing and grinding
No full textU radu su prikazani postupci valjanja i brušenja površina te usporedba utjecaja istih na kvalitetu obrađene površine. Postupak valjanja temelji se na zaglađivanju površine utiskivanjem vrhova obrađivane površine u sam materijal čime se dobiju hrapavosti Ra 0,2 do Ra 0,4 i otvrdnuće obrađivane površine od 20 HB do 40 HB veće od početne tvrdoće. Postupak brušenja spada u skupinu obrada materijala odvajanjem čestica te veliki broj reznih oštrica skida određeni sloj materijala ostavljajući površinu materijala s malim stupnjem površinske hrapavosti, minimalnog iznosa Ra 0,4. Za provedbu eksperimentalnog dijela uzet je materijal 42CrMo4 te se mjerenjem hrapavosti obrađivanih površina došlo do zaključka da je postupkom valjanja lakše ostvariti manju hrapavost površine za navedeni materijal.The paper presents procedures for rolling and grinding and compare the impact on the quality of the machined surface Roller burnishing process is based on smoothing by impressing peaks of processed part in the material to form the roughness Ra 0.2 to Ra 0.4 and hardening of the working surface of 20 HB to 40 HB greater than the initial hardness. Grinding is one of a group of processing material removal processes and a large number of cutting edges off a certain layer of the material leaving the surface of the material with a small degree of surface roughness, the minimum amount of Ra 0.4. For the implementation of the experimental part was taken 42CrMo4 material and measuring the roughness of the processed surface the conclusion was that the process of roller burnishing was easier to achieve a lower surface roughness of this material

No full textGospodarstvo neke zemlje najvažnije je strateško pitanje i od najvećeg je nacionalnog interesa svake zemlje, pa tako i Republike Hrvatske. Ono izravno utječe na stupanj razvijenosti zemlje, a time i na životni standard stanovništva te zemlje. U Republici Hrvatskoj vlada sumnjičavo ozračje izazvano blagim gospodarskim rastom. Iako pokazatelji pokazuju suprotno, stanje je u zemlji ipak drugačije. Izrazito visoka nezaposlenost, posebno mladog stanovništva, postala je svakodnevica. Posljedično tomu, nepostojanje politike kojom bi se stimuliralo zadržavanje stanovništva mogla bi prouzročiti masovnija iseljavanja poput onih karakterističnih za prošlo stoljeće. Stoga je vrlo važna povezanost gospodarstva i demografije te njihove međuovisnosti. Angažiranjem stručnjaka obje strane u suradnji s Vladom RH morala bi se postaviti temeljna populacijska politika koja bi svojim provođenjem na dugoročnoj razini promijenila negativne trendove potencijalnog izumiranja stanovništva o kojem ovisi i cjelokupno gospodarstvo.Osiguranje kvalitetnih životnih uvjeta za buduće naraštaje trebao bi biti primarni cilj države.Cilj ovog završnog rada, u skladu s prethodno iznesenom problematikom, je ukazivanje na važnost potrebe demografske obnove i njezinog provođenja za očuvanje hrvatskog identiteta ovih prostora, ali i za potencijalni gospodarski zamah u budućnosti.Economy of some country is the most important strategic issue and this is the biggest national interest of every country including Republic of Croatia. It directly affects the level of development of the country and thus the standard of living of the country. In Croatia domineer suspicious atmosphere caused by mild economic growth. Although indicators show the contrary, the situation in the country is different. Extremely high unemployment, especially of young people, has become commonplace. Consequently, the absence of policies that would encourage the retention of the population could lead to massive emigration such as those typical of the last century.It is therefore very important connection between the economy and demography and their interdependence. Engaging experts both parties, in cooperation with the Government had to set up the basic population policy that its implementation of the long-term level has changed the negative trends of the potential extinction of the population which depends on the overall economy. Ensuring the quality of living conditions for future generations should be the primary goal of the state.The aim of this thesis, in accordance with previously disclosed issues, is to point out the importance of the needs of demographic renewal and its implementation for the preservation of the Croatian identity of the region, but also for the potential economic momentum in the future

No full textU radu se govori o društvenim mrežama i njihovom sve većem utjecaju na svakodnevni život, privatni ali i poslovni. Još 1970.-ih počinju se razvijati informacijske tehnologije i svakim danom se pojavljuju brojne aplikacije i društvene mreže.
Od samih početaka do danas pojavljivale su se razne društvene mreže poput prve društvene mreže SixDegrees, zatim BlackPlanet.com, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook i brojne druge, ali nisu sve uspjele opstati. Neke su društvene mreže ugašene zbog premale posjećenosti, dok su neke postale vrlo popularne u cijelome svijetu, a najbolji primjer je svakako Facebook.
Društvene mreže osim za zabavu i druženje, služe i za web promociju, razna oglašavanja te imaju veliku ulogu u marketingu, pogotovo u novije vrijeme. Može se reći da su društvene mreže današnjice vrlo važna stavka za promociju određene tvrtke, te da uspješnost oglašavanja često ovisi i o konačnom uspjehu same tvrtke i njezina poslovanja.The paper is about social networks and their increasing impact on daily life, private or business. The development of information technology started all the way in 1970’s and every day appear numerous applications and social networks.
From the very beginning until today, there were various social networks, such as the first social network SixDegrees, then BlackPlanet.com, Twitter, Facebook and many others, but not all managed to survive. Some social networks were shut down due to insufficient attendance, while some became very popular throughout the world, and the best example is of course Facebook.
Social networks except for fun and hanging out, serve for web promotion, various advertising and have a major role in marketing, especially in recent times. It can be said that social networks today are a very important part for the promotion of a particular company, and that the effectiveness of advertising often depends on the ultimate success of the company itself and its business

No full textU ovom radu prikazati će se važnost efikasnog delegiranja koje je neophodno za uspješno obavljanje svih zadataka u poslovnom okruženju. Analizom menadžerskog delegiranja u timskom radu doći će se do zaključka da uspješan tim svoje zadatke obavlja objektivno točno, pravovremeno, bez zastoja i ekonomično ako menadžer delegira efikasno. Svaki pojedini radnik se orijentira na ostvarenje ciljeva društva tako da se filozofija poduzeća dalje prenosi i živi. Menadžer treba provoditi suradnju svog poslovnog okruženja sa drugim mjestima poduzeća tako da se, u svako doba bez zapreka, odvija protok informacija i da se osigura cjelokupno dobra suradnja.
Uspješnost delegiranja ovisi o uputama nadređenih prema kojima se izvršavaju pojedinačni zadaci, koji po naravi spadaju u timsku djelatnost ili proizlaze iz potrebe poslovanja. Glavna zadaća menadžerskog delegiranja je prenijeti potrebne zadatke zaposlenima i time ostvariti ciljeve tvrtke. Uspješnost kvalitetnog delegiranja se mjeri rezultatima tima zaposlenih i njihovim zajedničkim trudom. U ovom radu prikazati će se što je potrebno da bi delegiranje bilo uspješno, a tim produktivanIn this paper will be shown the importance of effective delegation that is necessary to successfully carry out all the tasks in the business environment. The analysis of managerial delegation in team work will come to the conclusion that a successful team carries out its tasks objectively accurate, timely, without deadlock and cost-effectively if manager delegate effectively. Each worker is orientated to achieve the goals of the working society so that the philosophy of the company continues on and lives. The manager should implement cooperation of its business environment with other parts of the company so that, at any time without obstacles, the flow of information can freely go and to ensure the overall good cooperation.
The success of delegation depends on the instructions of company superiors according to which the individual tasks are performing, which by their nature belong to the team work or arising from the needs of the business. The main task of managerial delegation is to transfer the necessary tasks to employees and with that achieve the goals of the company. The success of quality delegation is measured by the results of the team employees and their mutual efforts. In this paper work will be shown what it takes to make the delegation successful and working team productive
