Concessions in the European union
No full textO državnim potporama nema puno napisanih znanstvenih radova, kako u domaćoj tako i u stranoj literaturi. U okviru Europske unije, zakonski su regulirane. Provodi se kontrola njihovih dodjela.
U radu su obrađene državne potpore u Europskoj uniji i zemljama članicama, drugo, treće, četvrto i peto poglavlje, šesto poglavlje govori o Republici Hrvatskoj, a sedmo o analizi potpora u Republici Hrvatskoj. Osim uvoda i zaključka rad je podijeljen na šest poglavlja, a ona su podijeljena na uže tematske cjeline.
Zadatak je bio govoriti o pojmu državnih potpora, instrumentima dodjele državnih potpora, nedopuštenim i dopuštenim državnim potporama, politici Europske unije prema državnim potporama, o državnim potporama u Republici Hrvatskoj i analizi državnih potpora u Republici Hrvatskoj.There are not many written works on concessions in either Croatian or foreign literature. The concessions are regulated by the law. The procedures of their awards are controlled.
This paper, in the first five chapters, presents the concessions in the European Union. In the sixth chapter we present the Republic of Croatia and, in the seventh chapter, we analyse the concessions in Croatia. Apart from the introduction and conclusion, this work is divided into six chapters which are segmented in several smaller units.
Our task was to present the notions of concessions, instruments of concession awarding, dismissed and granted concessions, concession policy in the European Union and the analysis of the situation in the Republic of Croatia concerning European concessions

No full textPorijeklo psa se ne može sa sigurnošću odrediti. U davnoj povijesti se počelo stvarati prijateljstvo između čovjeka i psa. Pas je prva pripitomljena životinja. Svaki pas je imao određene funkcije, te dolazi do podjele lovačkih pasa. U Hrvatskoj su priznate četiri lovačke pasmine pasa koje pripadaju goničima. Izbor lovačkog psa je težak posao, posebno za one koji nemaju potrebno predznanje i iskustvo. Lovački psi su značajan dio hrvatskog narodnog blaga, te lovac i pas ni u budućnosti neće moći jedan bez drugog.Heritage of a dog can not be determined with sureness. Long ago in history friendship between men and dogs came to life. Dog was the first domesticated animal. Every dog had certain functions, therefore came the classification of hunting dogs. In Croatia, there are four acknowledged hunting dog breeds that belong to hound dogs. Choosing a hunting dog can be a hard job, especially for those who do not have the needed foreknowledge and experience. Hunting dogs are a meaningful part of the croatian national treasure. In future, hunter and dog will not be able to work one without the other

No full textSvrha rada je pobliže objasniti poticanje kreativnosti u poslovanju. U radu se analiziraju postojeće teorije koje govore o značaju, poticanju, upravljanju i zaprekama kreativnih ideja. Kreativnost je složen pojam koji zahtjeva mnogo veću pozornost. Kreativnost je važna ljudska značajka i potrebno ju je poticati kako bi bila bliža ljudskim potrebama, a time i kvalitetnija.
Dok se nekada smatralo da samo pojedinci imaju „dar“ kreativnosti, danas se smatra kako svaka osoba posjeduje kreativne potencijale, potencijale koje se treba poticati i razvijati. Kreativnost svake osobe, podložna je mnogim utjecajima. Svakodnevni međuljudski odnosi s kolegama i suradnicima, uvjeti rada, plaća i ostale mjere u pozitivnom ili negativnom smislu ovise o hijerarhiji vrijednosti svakog pojedinca. Sam tijek kreativnog djelovanja naziva se kreativan proces, a odnosi se na slijed misli ili akcija. Završni rezultat kreativnog procesa je kreativno djelo.The purpose of this paper is to explain creativity encouraging in business. This paper analyzes the existing theories that show the importance, promotion, management and barriers of creative ideas. Creativity is a complex concept that requires much greater attention. Creativity is an important human trait and should be encouraged in order to be closer to human needs, and thus the quality.
While once considered only individuals have the "gift" of creativity, today it is considered that each person has creative potentials, potentials which should be encouraged and developed. The creativity of every person is subject to many influences. Daily interpersonal relations with colleagues and co-workers, working conditions, salaries and other measures in a positive or negative way depend on the hierarchy of values of each individual. Course of creative activity is called the creative process, and refers to the sequence of thought or action. The final result of the creative process is a creative act

No full textZavršni rad tematski pristupa poslovanju Gradsku knjižnice Slavonski Brod na način da obuhvati sve strukturalne odjele i obradi ih na specifičan način. Cilj je teoretski prikazati način poslovanja Gradske knjižnice te uz pomoć financijskih izvještaja to prikazati u brojkama. Radi jasnijeg razumijevanja potrebno je krenuti od poglavlja koji se odnosi na povijest te nastajanje Gradske knjižnice kao i njeno djelovanje u vrijeme prije te poslije Domovinskog rata. Poglavlja se nastavljaju na ključne poslovne procese gdje su detaljno opisani oni najvažniji procesi koji doprinose uspjehu poslovanja Gradske knjižnice.
Zahvaljujući Stručnoj praksi I, podaci su najčešće dobiveni usmenim putem od strane samih zaposlenika, a dio je preuzet sa službene stranice na webu. Metode koje su korištene su metoda prikupljanja podataka te metoda usporedbe, u trima godinama u odjelima računovodstva i statistike.The final work thematic approach to business of Library Slaovonski Brod in a way to cover all the structural departments and processing them in a specific way. The aim is to show the theoretical approach to business of the Library Slaovnski Brod and with the help of financial statements shown in numbers. For a better understanding it is needed to start from the chapter that refers to the history and formation of the City Library as well as its activity in time before and after the war. Chapter continue to critical business processes where a detailed description of those most important processes that contribute to the success of the business of the City Library.

U radu su analizirani podaci o obrazovanju u četiri različita poduzeća. Za prikupljanje podataka obavljao se intervju sa radnicima određenih poduzeća, te su podaci kasnije analizirani i uvršteni u završni rad.This thesis covers the issue of human resources in undertakings, their capacities, and abilities, possibilities of advancement and the purpose of human resources management and its impact on employees.
It contains analysis of education data across four different undertakings. The data were collected via interviews with employees of certain undertakings which were later analyzed and included in the thesis

No full textU današnje vrijeme pojam ekološka poljoprivreda uglavnom se povezuje s pojmom „zdrava hrana“. Hrana proizvedena na ekološki način ne sadržava ostatke pesticida i nutritivno je vrednija od hrane proizvedene u konvencionalnoj proizvodnji. Istraživanja pokazuju da ima viši sadržaj minerala i vitamina te općenito više suhe tvari što znači i bolju kvalitetu za prerađivačku industriju. Najviše poteškoća predstavlja prijelaz s konvencionalne na ekološku proizvodnju koji traje nekoliko godina. U završnom radu je on prikazan na primjeru Obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva Broz Žarko koje se nalazi u završnoj godini prijelaznog razdoblja s konvencionalnog na ekološko vinogradarstvo.Today term organic agriculture is connected with term „healthy food“. Food which is produced organically do not contain pesticides and it is more nutritionally valuable than food produced in conventional production. Research shows that organic food contain higher content of minerals, vitamins and generally more dry matter which means better quality for the processing industry. Most difficulty presents transitions from conventional production to organic production which last for several years. In the final work it was shown on the example of The family farm Broz Zarko, which is in the final year of the transitional period from conventional to organic viticulture

No full textOvaj rad nastoji odgovoriti na brojna postavljena pitanja, vodeći čitatelje kroz svijet obiteljskog poduzetništva i velikih uspješnih obiteljskih poduzeća. Obiteljska poduzeća su poduzeća bilo koje veličine, a u kojima upravljanje poslovanjem i odlučivanje je u rukama osnivača tog poduzeća. Obitelj je nositelj poslovnog pothvata, u čiju realizaciju je uključen jedan ili više njezinih članova. Obiteljska poduzeća imaju značajnu ulogu u gospodarstvu Hrvatske jer većina malih i srednjih poduzeća u Hrvatskoj su obiteljska, a više od 50 % zaposlenih u privatnom sektoru radi u obiteljskim poduzećima. Dosta velikih poduzeća funkcioniraju kao obiteljska, i u smislu upravljanja, i u smislu vlasništva.This work tries to answer a number of questions, guiding readers through world of family entrepreneurship and large successful familiy business. Family companies are companies of any size, and in which business management and decision-making is in the hands of the founders of this company. The family is the holder of a business venture, in which implementation has included one or more of its members. Quality control of shaft production
No full textCilj ovog rada je opisati provedbu kontrole kvalitete pri izradi vratila te odgovarajuću popratnu dokumentaciju o kvaliteti. Kako aktivnosti kontrole kvalitete ovise i o tehnološkom postupku izrade, u uvodnom dijelu je sažeto opisan postupak izrade vratila.
Kontrola kvalitete vratila vrši se prema Planu kontrole kvalitete, a obuhvaća aktivnosti kontrole prije početka izrade, aktivnosti kontrole u tijeku izrade te završnu kontrolu vratila.
Za sve provedene kontrolne aktivnosti i ispitivanja opisan je kratak postupak provedbe, primijenjeni uređaji i oprema, primjenjivi propisi, kriteriji prihvatljivosti te rezultati ispitivanja.
Na kraju završnog rada opisana je pripadajuća dokumentacija o kvaliteti izrade vratila, a pojedina izvješća kontrole kvalitete dana su u prilogu.The aim of this work is to describe implementation for the quality control of shaft production and appropriate quality documentation. As activities of quality control depend on technological procedure of production, in introduction there is summarized the procedure of shaft production.
Quality control of the shaft is done according to quality control plan, it includes activities of control before production, activities of control in progress and final inspection of the shaft.
For all implemented control activities and testing there is described short procedure of implementation, applied devices and equipment, regulations, eligibility criteria and testing results.
At the end of the final work there is described the related documentation of shaft quality control, feast reports of quality control are given in inset

No full textU radu je opisan program održavanja zrakoplova Airbus 320, koji provodi kompanija Croatia Airlines, sa svim relevantnim elementima bitnim za održavanje ovako složenog tehničkog sustava. Održavanje zrakoplova Airbus 320 zahtijeva poštivanje propisanih termina i opsega održavanja, dobru obučenost osoblja i adekvatnu opremljenost propisanom opremom i resursima za održavanje. Croatia Airlines provodi održavanja zrakoplova iz svoje flote, ali daje i usluge održavanja za druge zrakoplovne kompanije. Osnovna zadaća kvalitetnog održavanja zrakoplova je osiguranje njegove pouzdanosti i sigurnosti. Uvijek treba imati na umu da propusti u održavanju zrakoplova mogu biti izuzetno pogubni i skupi. Navedeno je i nekoliko konkretnih praktičnih primjera poslova održavanja, koji su izvršeni u certificiranoj radionici Croatia Airlines-a.This article describes the maintenance program Airbus 320, which implements the company Croatia Airlines, with all the elements essential for the maintenance of such a complex technical systems. Maintenance Airbus 320 requires compliance with the prescribed terms and scope of maintenance, good staff training and adequate equipment of prescribed equipment and resources for maintenance. Croatia Airlines carried out the maintenance of the aircraft from its fleet, but also provides maintenance services for other airlines. The main task of the quality of aircraft maintenance is to ensure its reliability and safety. One should always keep in mind that failures in aircraft maintenance can be extremely destructive and costly. It was also stated several specific practical examples of maintenance, which are performed in a certified workshop Croatia Airlines

No full textU ovom radu obradit ćemo temu krizni menadžment u Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Kriza je pojam koji označava izbor, opasnost, odlučivanje te je stoga vrlo bitno u svakom trenutku znati stvarno stanje stvari.
Kriza ne mora imati samo negativne posljedice. Ako se za krizu pripremimo na vrijeme i sa dovoljno znanja i istinitih informacija, ona za nas može značiti pozitivna promjene.
U radu su obrađeni uzroci krize, koji nam jasno pokazuju da na krizu možemo utjecati odnosno krizu možemo pratiti i uz određenu pripremu čak i ublažiti.
U prepoznavanju krize i njezinom ublažavanju pomaže nam krizni menadžment koji se definira kao aktivnost koja će nam pomoći ovladati situacijama opasnim za daljnje poslovanje poduzeća, te će planirati i provesti mjere za što bolje osiguranje ciljeva poduzeća.
Želimo li uspješno ublažiti i prebroditi krizu potrebno je znati o kakvoj se krizi radi, te u kakvoj vrsti pripada.
U radu je analizirano kako je kriza utjecala na Hrvatsku i zašto je Hrvatska zaostala za ostalim državama Europske unije.
U usporedbi s Hrvatskom prikazali smo kako se svijet ponašao u krizi, te kako uspješno izaći iz krize i kako ćemo znati kad je kriza gotova.In this paper, we will process the subject of crisis management in Croatia and the world. The crisis is a term that means a choice, risk, decision-making and is therefore very important to always know the real state of things.
The crisis must not have only negative consequences. If we are prepared for crisis on time and with enough knowledge and factual information, it may mean for us positive changes.
The paper deals with the causes of the crisis, which clearly show that the crisis can not affect or crisis can be traced to a specific preparation even mitigated.
In recognition of the crisis and its mitigation helps us to crisis management, which is defined as an activity that will help us to master dangerous situations to further the company's business, and will plan and implement measures for better insurance company goals.
If we want to successfully alleviate and overcome the crisis it is necessary to know what kind of crisis work, and what kind of belongs.
The paper analyzes how the crisis has affected Croatia and why Croatia is lagging behind the other countries of the European Union.
Compared to Croatian we show how the World behaved in a crisis, and how to successfully overcome the crisis and how will we know when the crisis is over
