Unemployment problem in the Republic of Croatia
No full textU ovom radu proučen je problem nezaposlenosti u Republici Hrvatskoj i siromaštva kao njene posljedice, a upravo je to u posljednjem desetljeću, a pogotovo zadnjih nekoliko godina jedan od glavnih razloga za emigriranje Hrvata u razvijenije zemlje. U nastavku rada, u odnosu na Republiku Hrvatsku, uspoređuje se broj odseljenih i doseljenih osoba, kao i razlika između broja umrlih i rođenih, a što je sve prouzročeno upravo nezaposlenošću.
Provedeno je i primarno istraživanje u vidu ankete u kojoj su sudjelovale 93 osobe. U prvom dijelu anketa sadrži osobna pitanja vezana uz spol, dob i stručnu spremu, a ostala pitanja su vezana uz eventualno emigriranje u druge zemlje radi pronalaska posla. Ako se uzmu u obzir dobiveni rezultati, može se zaključiti da je podjednak broj ispitanika odgovorio potvrdno na eventualno emigriranje u odnosu na broj ispitanika koji su zadovoljni trenutnim poslom u Republici Hrvatskoj. Najveći postotak ispitanika nije emigrirao, a zemlja u koju odlazi najveći broj stanovnika Hrvatske je SR Njemačka.
Vezano za prirodni priraštaj, on je negativan posljednjih godina, a broj imigranata u Hrvatsku je podjednak zadnjih nekoliko godina, dok se broj emigriranih osoba svake godine značajno povećava.The subject of this paper is the unemployment problem in the Republic of Croatia and poverty as its consequence. This is one of the main reasons why Croatian people have migrated into more developed countries in the last decade. This paper further compares the number of emigrated and immigrated persons in the Republic of Croatia, as well as the difference in the number of persons who died and were born, which is all a consequence of unemployment.
A primary research has been conducted in the form of a survey with 93 respondents. In its first part, the survey contains personal questions on age, sex and level of education, whereas the other questions are related to the possibilities of migrating into other countries for reasons of finding employment. When taking into consideration the obtained results, it is possible to conclude that there is an equal number of respondents who would possibly migrate into other countries and who wouldn’t because they are satisfied with their current job in the Republic of Croatia. The largest percentage of respondents has not migrated, whereas the country that most inhabitants choose as their destination is Germany.
With respect to the population growth, it has been negative in the last few years. The number of immigrants into Croatia has remained unchanged in the last few years, whereas the number of persons emigrating every year is significantly growing

Povrat uloženih sredstava moguće je očekivati u trećoj godini. Projekt zadovoljava tekuću likvidnost, kao i ubrzanu. Sve navedene stavke daju pravo da se ovaj projekt promatra kroz prizmu kvalitetnog, likvidnog, profitabilnog i isplativog ulaganja što je u konačnici rezultat efikasnog operativnog planiranja.This paper presents the process of investment investment in the production of olive oil from the preparation of the project to the realization and the results that would be described in this project. Return on invested assets can be expected in the third year. The project satisfies current liquidity as well as accelerated. All these items give the right to look at this project through the pricing of quality, liquidity, profitable and cost-effective investment, which is ultimately a result of efficient operational planning

No full textUređaj za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda Slavonski Brod je složeni tehnički sustav, koji zahtjeva dobru organizaciju i provođenje adekvatne strategije održavanja. Usvojena strategija održavanja ovoga uređaja je plansko održavanje, koje se sastoji od preventivnog i korektivnog održavanja te elemenata održavanja prema stanju s kontrolom parametara rada. Na primjeru uređaja za dehidraciju mulja, koji je sastavni dio cjelokupnog sustava za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda, prikazana je provedba usvojene strategije održavanja. Analiza održavanja ovoga uređaja pokazala je da usvojena strategija održavanja i organizacija održavanja zadovoljavaju suvremene kriterije održavanja kao što su sposobnost za održavanje, pouzdanost i raspoloživost predmetnog tehničkog sustava.Wastewater Treatment Plant Slavonski Brod is a complex technical system that requires good organization and implementation of an adequate maintenance strategy. The adopted maintenance strategy of this Plant is planned maintenance, which consists of preventive and corrective maintenance, and also elements of condition-based maintenance. Using an example of sludge dehydration device, which is an integral part of the entire wastewater treatment system, the implementation of the adopted maintenance strategy was presented. The maintenance analysis of the device has shown that the adopted maintenance strategy and maintenance organization gratify today’s maintenance criteria, such as the ability to maintain, reliability and availability of the required technical system

U teorijskom dijelu rada kratko su opisani svi postupci žarenja. Detaljno je opisano žarenje za redukciju zaostalih naprezanja.
U praktičnom dijelu rada opisana je oprema za toplinsku obradu cijevi pregrijača pare. Opisan je postupak žarenja za redukciju zaostalih naprezanja nakon savijanja i zavarivanja i navedeni su parametri tog postupka. Također je opisan način mjerenja temperature za vrijeme toplinske obrade. Rad je ilustriran fotografijama snimljenima u proizvodnoj tvrtki koja se bavi proizvodnjom termoenergetskih postrojenja.This paper presents the heat treatment of steam superheater pipes.
In the theoretical part of the paper, all annealing processes are briefly described. The stress relief annealing is described in details.
In the practical part of the work, heat treatment equipment for the heat treatment of steam superheater pipes is described. The stress relief annealing after bending and welding is described and the parameters of this process are listed. The method of temperature measurement during heat treatment is also described. The paper is illustrated by photographs taken in a production company that manufactures thermal plants
Taxonomy and morphology of the floral species on the flowerbeds of Slavonski Brod
No full textSlavonski Brod pridaje veliki značaj uređenju gradskog zelenila kojemu pripadaju i cvjetne gredice. To potvrđuje i osvajanje dva priznanja u akciji „Zeleni cvijet“, prvog mjesta 2009. godine i drugog mjesta 2010. godine. Tim priznanjima Hrvatske turističke zajednice ubrojen je u najuređenije gradove kontinentalne Hrvatske. U završnom radu analizirane su i opisane cvjetne gredice na 11 lokacija na području grada Slavonskog Broda, tijekom proljeća i ljeta 2014. godine. Uvodni dio rada temelji se na prikazu lokacija i fotografija cvjetnih gredica. Zatim je navedena taksonomska pripadnost i opisana su morfološka obilježja zastupljenih cvjetnih vrsta. Dijagramima je prikazana zastupljenost vrsta prema porodicama i trajanju životnog ciklusa. Najviše su zastupljene cvjetne vrste iz porodice Asteraceae, a prema trajanju života ljetnice, odnosno jednogodišnje biljke.City of Slavonski Brod gives great importance to decoration of city´s greenery to which belong the flowerbeds. That is confirmed by winning two recognitions in action "Green flower", the first place in 2009 and the second place in 2010. With these recognitions of Croatian National Tourist Board it is counted in the tidiest cities of continental Croatia. In the final work flowerbeds were analised and described in 11 locations of the area of city Slavonski Brod, during spring and summer of 2014. Introductory of the work is based on display of the locations and photos of flowerbeds. Then it is quoted the taxonomy belongings and described morfological features of representative flowerbeds. Representative flower reeds have been diagramed by family and duration of lifetime. The most represented flower species are from family Asteraceae, while by duration of lifetime they are summer flowers, respectively annual plants

Definirati pojmove investicija, budžetiranja kapitala, investicijske kalkulacije, investicijskih elemenata, otplate investicijskog kredita te objasniti primjere otplate kredita. U radu su analizirane investicije kao ključni element uspjeha svakog poduzeća koje želi napredovati i doseći određene ciljane planove poduzeća. Također je opisana i agencija za nadzor financijskih usluga HANFA te banka za obnovu i razvoj HBOR, bez kojih financijske usluge, poslovanja i nacionalno gospodarstvo ne može funkcionirati. Hrvatska je država koja privlači mnoge investitore iz cijeloga svijeta.The aim of this paper is to explain the forms and types of investments in economic terms. The paper defines the terms related to investments, capital budgeting, investment calculations, investment elements, repayment of the investment loan and also explains the examples of loan repayment. In this paper, investments are analyzed as a key element in the success of any enterprise that wants to thrive and reach specific targeted enterprise plans. The Agency for Supervision of Financial Services HANFA and the Reconstruction and Development Bank HBOR, without which financial services, operations and the national economy can not function, have also been described. Croatia is a country that attracts many investors from all over the world

No full textU radu je analizirana primjena dražbi, a kako se sve više radnje obavljaju preko interneta tako će se analizirati i pojava elektroničke dražbe kao lakše i brže od klasične dražbe kada se ljudi moraju pojaviti svojim likom da bih nešto kupili. Ušteda vremena pri kupnji proizvoda, sudjelovanjem na elektroničkim dražbama, koji se ne mogu pronaći na tržištu koje čovjek uobičajeno posjećuje.
Zadatkom treba pokazati razlike između dražbe i elektroničke dražbe kroz primjere koji će biti navedeni u ovome radu.This paper analyzes the application of the auction, and as more and more actions are performed over the internet, the electronic auction appearance will be analyzed as easier and faster than the classic auction when people have to appear with their character to buy something. Save time when buying a product by participating in electronic auctions, which can not be found on the market that a man usually visits.
The task should show the differences between auctions and electronic auctions through examples to be mentioned in this paper

Profesionalna selekcija je postupak stručnog odabira kandidata za određeno radno mjesto ili posao u kojem se odabiru oni kandidati koji najbolje udovoljavaju utvrđenim zahtjevima pojedinog radnog mjesta ili posla. Postupak se odvija da se napravi analiza posla za koji je potrebno zaposliti osobu. Izdaje se natječaj za posao. Radnike je moguće tražiti unutar i izvan organizacije. Potrebno je proučiti pristigle životopise. Odabir kandidata se temelji na psihologijskom ispitivanju sposobnosti, osobina ličnosti, interesa, vrijednosti i motivacije za pojedino radno mjesto. S kandidatom se obavlja intervju te se na temelju tog razgovora, ako obje strane postignu dogovor, slijedi potpisivanje ugovora o radu i zapošljavanje kandidata na obostrano zadovoljstvo.This article discusses topics related to the process of selection of candidates for the job. Professional selectionis procedure of candidate professional selection for a specific working position or job in which candidates who best meet the requirements of a particular working place or job are selected. Procedure order is to do a job analysis for which you need to hire a person. A job contestisissued. Workers are possible to look for inside and outside the organization. It is necessary to study the received CVs. The selection of candidates is based on the psychological examination of abilities, personality traits, interests, values and motivations for a particular job. An interview is conducted with the candidate, and on the basis of that interview, if both side sreach an agreement, next thing is signing of the employment contract and recruitment of candidates thats is followed by mutual satisfaction
Preventive maintenance of compressor station Lipovljani
No full textU radu je analizirano preventivno održavanje kompresorske stanice Lipovljani. Objašnjena je uloga kompresorske stanice, u dobavi plina u plinovod, te su navedeni interni nazivi pojedinih motokompresorskih jedinica koje su sastavni dio kompresorske stanice. Dan je kratki tehnički opis motora SUI i kompresora, te su navedene njihove osnovne tehničke karakteristike. Analiza je obuhvatila organizaciju održavanja, raspored aktivnosti održavanja prema preporukama proizvođača, dokumentaciju proizvođača, tehnološku i radnu dokumentaciju, nabavljanje rezervnih dijelova, informatički sustav održavanja, pristup u otklanjanju iznenadnog kvara i obavljanju radova generalnog remonta pojedinog stroja. Temeljem provedene analize, zaključeno je da se preventivno održavanje kompresorske stanice izvršava zadovoljavajuće.This paper analyzes the preventive maintenance of compressor station Lipovljani. It's explained the role of the compressor station, the gas supply in the gas pipeline, and also are given internal names of motor compressor units that are an integral part of the compressor station. It is also given the brief technical description of SUI motors and compressors, and are listed their basic technical characteristics. Analysis includes the organisation maintenance, maintenance schedule of activities according to the manufacturer's recommendations, the manufacturer's documentation, technological and operational documentation, obtaining of spare parts, computer system maintenance, approach to the elimination of sudden failure and performing works of overhaul of each machine. Based on this analysis, it was concluded that the preventive maintenance of compressor station is performing satisfactorily
