    Intergrated sports product in Požeško-slavonska county

    Razvoj sporta i veliki interes potrošača sportskih proizvoda i usluga omogućio je da se danas sportska industrija razvije i postane jedna od najjačih industrija u svijetu. Analiziran problem u ovom radu je bio korištenje nekog proizvoda ili neke druge djelatnosti uvjetovano određenim sportskim proizvodom, odnosno integrirani sportski proizvod. Sukladno tome cilj je bio analizirati integrirani sportski proizvod na području Požeško-slavonske županije. Istraživana područja su grad Požega i grad Pakrac. Svaki od gradova imaju škole sporta i sportske klubove namijenjene većinom amaterima različitih dobnih skupina, koja se žele baviti određenom vrstom sporta i kroz treninge i eventualna natjecanja razvijati se i postizati veće ciljeve. Može se reći, sukladno dostupnim podacima, da je integrirani sportski proizvode na području Požeško-slavonske županije poprilično zastupljen.Development of the sports and great interest of consumers of sports products and services has enabled the sports industry to develop today and become one of the strongest industries in the world. The analyzed problem in this work was the use of a product or some other activity conditioned by a certain sport product, respectively an integrated sports product. Accordingly, the goal was to analyse the integrated sports product in the Požeško-slavonska county. Researched areas are city Požega and city Pakrac. Each of the cities has sports schools and sports clubs intended mostly for amateurs of different age groups, who want to engage in a particular sport and through training and possible competitions to develop and achive greater goals. It can be said, according to available data, that integrated sports products in area of Požeško-slavonska County are quiet represented

    U radu je analiziran utjecaj Europske unije na Hrvatsku, ali i utjecaj regionalne politike na stanje u Hrvatskoj. Prema podacima koje je izlučila analiza vidljivo je da stanje u Hrvatskoj nije idealno, te da su ispitanici tj. građani Hrvatske vrlo podijeljeni po pitanju interesa i stajališta prema Hrvatskoj u Europskoj uniji. Regionalna politika je vrla važna za rast i razvoj zemlje jer smanjuje razlike između regija zemlje, ali i regija na razini cijele Europske unije. U istraživanju koje je provedeno može se zaključiti da je Hrvatska zemlja koja se još razvija, ali koja također ima i problema na svojem putu ka razvoju po standardima Europske unije. Osobe na kojima je provedeno istraživanje pokazale su opće znanje o položaju Hrvatske u Uniji, ali i svoja mišljenja i stajališta. Pomoću istraživanja dobile su se vrlo zanimljive informacije, koje su od velike koristi svima.The analyzes the impact of the European Union on Croatia, but also the impact of regional policy on the situation in Croatia. According to the data provided by the analysis, it is evident that the situation in Croatia is not ideal, and that the respondents, the citizens of Croatia, are very divided on the issue of interests and attitudes towards Croatia in the European Union. Regional policy is very important for the growth and development of the country because it reduces the differences between the country's regions, but also the regions at the level of the entire European Union. In the research conducted, it can be concluded that Croatia is a country that is still developing, but which also has problems on its path to development according to European Union standards. The persons on whom the research was conducted showed general knowledge about the position of Croatia in the Union, but also their opinions and views

    Povijest uzgoja vinove loze i vinogradarstva duga je koliko i povijest ljudske civilizacije. Nažalost, vinova loza je kao i svaka druga biljna vrsta izložena utjecaju okoline, bolesti i štetnika. Da bi zaštitili vinovu lozu ali i vino od kvarenja, oslanjamo se na nova otkrića s područja kemije, biologije, fiziologije bilja i novih tehnologija. Cjelogodišnji trud vinogradara ne mogu upropastiti samo nepoželjni dionici u vinogradu kao što su štetnici, bolesti i korovi već i kada se grožđe preradi i nakon određenog vremena postane vino mogu nastati problemi odnosno može doći do kvarenja vina. Cilj završnog rada bio je izraditi pregled najznačajnijih bolesti i štetnika vinove loze i bolesti i mana vina uzrokovanih biotskim i abiotskim čimbenicima, opisati simptome bolesti, biologiju patogena i moguće mjere zaštite.The history of grapevine growing and viticulture is as long as the history of human civilization. Unfortunately, the grapevine, like any other plant species, is exposed to the environment, diseases and pests. In order to protect the grapevine and the wine from spoilage, we rely on new discoveries in the field of chemistry, biology, plant physiology and new technologies. The year-round efforts of winegrowers can not only be ruined by undesirable stakeholders in the vineyard such as pests, diseases and weeds, but also when the grapes are processed and after a certain time become wine, problems can arise or wine spoilage can occur. The aim of the Bachelor thesis was to make an overview of the most significant diseases and pests of grapevine and diseases and defects of wine caused by biotic and abiotic factors, to describe the symptoms of the disease, biology of pathogens and possible protection measures

    Smatra se da je sport danas velika i moćna industrija kojoj se svake godine povećava popularnost i financijski prihodi. Na temelju jednog od najvećih i najpoznatijih sportskih događaja, Olimpijskih igara, provodi se analiza utjecaja organizacije događaja na zemlju domaćina. Olimpijske igre zahtijevaju velika novčana ulaganja pa su gradovi i države odustajale od kandidature za domaćinstvo jer su mislili da to znači gubitak. Odlukom Los Angelesa da se prijavi za domaćina rezultiralo je velikim financijskim uspjehom i povećanjem kandidature drugih gradova. Analizom dva velika grada domaćina, Tokio i London, utvrđuje se koliko vremena, financijskih sredstava i napora je potrebno uložiti da bi grad bio spreman ugostiti Olimpijske igre. Iz analize utvrđuje se koliko grad domaćin napreduje u svim područjima koja se odnose na politiku, društvo, promet, ekonomiju i slično.It is considered that sport today is big and powerful industry whose popularity and financial income are increasing every year. Based on one of the largest and famous events, Olimpyc games, an analysis is performed on influence of event organization of host country. The Olimpyc requiers large financial investments, so cities and states gave up they candidacy for household because they thought it ment a loss. Los Angeles decision to apply for the host resulted in great financial success and an increase in the candidacy of other cities. An analysis of the two major host cities, Tokyo and London, determines how much time, financial resources and effort it takes to make the city ready to host the Olimpycs.     Rad opisuje proces izrade naprave za stezanje koja se koristi u autoindustriji za pridržavanje prešanih dijelova lima koji se zavarivanjem spajaju u jednu cjelinu. Proces izrade obuhvaća izradu noseće ploče te proizvodnju ili nabavu ostalih dijelova potrebnih za stezanje proizvoda. Osim montaže, prikazana je i kontrola kvalitete naprave koja obuhvaća točnost pozicioniranja proizvoda na napravu kako bi se olakšalo postavljanje na stroj ili spajanje s drugim dijelovima te osigurala točnost i ponovljivost proizvodnje.The paper describes the process of production of a clamping device used in the automotive industry to adhere the pressed parts of sheet metal that are welded together into one whole. The manufacturing process includes the manufacture of the support plate and the production or purchase of other parts needed to clamp the product. Except assembly, the quality control of the clamping device is shown, which includes the accuracy of positioning the product on the device in order to facilitate installation on the machine or connection with other parts and ensure the accuracy and repeatability of production

Elektronički marketing obuhvaća širu sliku svih njegovih nižih područja koja se smatraju jednim od najmodernijih načina promocije i oglašavanja. Informacijske i internetske tehnologije se u današnje vrijeme koriste u poslovnoj praksi na sve poznate načine. Korištenje i značaj svih internetskih tehnologija i njenih mrežnih usluga osjetno varira prvenstveno prema području i djelatnosti kojem subjekt pripada. To se temelji na pretpostavki da razina iskorištenosti elektroničkog poslovanja značajno varira ovisno o području u kojem se subjekt nalazi. Ipak, gospodarsko područje i njegove specifičnosti nikako nisu prepreka u korištenju internetskih tehnologija i zbog toga je uspješnost i dalje značajna u korištenju elektroničkih resursa u poslovanju.The paper analyzes the function and role of eletronic marketing in a general sense and in different ways of business. Email marketing encompasses a broader picture of all its smaller areas, considered one of the most modern ways of promotion and advertising. Information and Internet technologies are nowadays used in business practice in every known way. The significance and utilization of Internet technologies and associated network services varies markedly primarily by area and activity. It is based on assumption that the level of implementation of e – commerce varies significantly depending on the area in which the observed business entity is located. However, the economis area and its specificities are by no means an obstacle to the use of Internet technologies and therefore the success is still significantly important to the use of electronic resources in business

Inovacija je jedna od bitnijih pokretača uspjeha poduzeća i sveukupnog gospodarskog razvoja, te ju mnogi autori promatraju kao uspješno uvođenje novog proizvoda, procesa ili usluga. Inovacija sadrži više podjela i jedna je složena tema koja se može beskonačno proučavati. Svako poduzeće bi trebalo imati svoju inovacijsku strategiju koju je potrebno razvijati, a uz to kreirati i vlastiti inovacijski sustav. Usprkos razvijenosti mnogih teorija inovacija, nikako nisu definirani svi čimbenici i na koji način utječu na inovativnost u cjelini. S namjerom praćenja inovativnosti poduzeća, što za potrebe stvaranja inovacijske politike, tako i za spoznajne svrhe, obavljena su statistička istraživanja.The topic of the paper is an innovative business solution in Croatian companies, the main word is innovation, and then its solutions in companies. Innovation is one of the most important initiator of business success and overall economic development, and many authors view it as the successful introduction of a new product, process or service. Innovation contains multiple divisions and is a complex topic that can be studied indefinitely. Every business should have it´s own innovation strategy that needs to be developed, and at the same time create it´s own innovation system. Despite the development of many theories of innovation, not all factors are defined and how they affect innovation as a whole.     Ovaj završni rad bavi se motivacijom i nagrađivanjem zaposlenika u prodaji. Sama prodaja mijenjala se tijekom vremena i imala različita shvaćanja ljudi pa tako i mnoštvo definicija. Jedna od definicija označava prodaju kao međuljudski komunikacijski proces u kojem prodavač otkriva i zadovoljava potrebe kupca s ciljem ostvarenja uzajamnih dugoročnih koristi za obje strane. Kako bi se te koristi za obje strane ostvarile, potrebno je ustanoviti na koji način motivirati i nagraditi zaposlenika u prodaji da bi on uložio maskimalan napor u ostvarivanju toga cilja pomoću adekvatne kompenzacije za rad, odnosno nagrade. Najčešće se kompenzacije smatraju kao nagrade koje za rad u svom poduzeću dobivaju zaposlenici, a one mogu biti izražene u novcu, robi, bonovima, karticama potrošaća te drugim raznim oblicima nematerijalne i materijalne pomoći. Analizirajući dostupne radove kolega s istom ili sličnom tematikom, ustanovilo se kako motivacija i nagrade za rad različito djeluju na zaposlenike u prodaji. Dok neke motiviraju visina plaće i bonusi, druge motivira sigurnost zadržavanja posla i dobri odnosi s nadređenim. Sve navedeno još ovisi o raznim čimbenicima kao što su dob, spol, staž, stručna sprema, osobni doživljaj zaposlenika, sektor poslovanja, razne društvene i gospodarske prilike. Obzirom da se prodaja, kao i tržište, konstantno mijenja, menadžeri u prodaji i njihova poduzeća trebaju težiti pronalasku najefikasnijih rješenja za motivaciju i nagrađivanje zaposlenika, a sve s ciljem ostvarenja što većeg profita poduzeća.The subject of this thesis is motivation and compensation of sales employees. The sales itself underwent numerous changes during the cause of time, it had different understanding of people thus it had numerous definitions as well. One of the definitions refers to sales as an interpersonal communication process sin which the seller detects and meets the needs of the customer in order to achieve mutual long-term benefits for both parties. In order for these benefits to be mutually accomplished it is necessary to establish how to motivate and compensate the sales employee, through adequate work compensation i.e. reward, in order that he or she invests maximal effort in achieving of that goal. Most commonly compensations are considered as rewards that employees receive for their work in the company. The compensation can be in a form of money, goods, vouchers, consumer cards as well as in other forms of intangible and tangible benefits. Analysing available thesis of fellow colleagues with the same or similar topic, it was found that motivation and compensation for work have different effect on sales employees. While some are motivated by salary and bonuses, others are motivated by job security and good relations with their superiors. All afore mentioned also depends on additional factors such as age, gender ,work experience, level of education, personal experience of employees, business sector as well as various social and economic circumstances. Given that sales as well as market changes continuously, sales managers and their companies should strive to find the most effective solutions for motivation and compensation of employees thus aiming to maximise the profit of the company

    3D model of a multipurpose woodworking machine

    U završnom radu je opisan postupak računalom podržanog modeliranja višenamjenskog stroja za obradu drva. Izrađen je računalni 3D model stroja, na osnovi postojećeg, koji je u postupku modeliranja izmijenjen. U radu je opisan početak razvoja numeričkog upravljanja, povijest CAD konstruiranja, načini upravljanja strojevima, razlike između njih i vrste programiranja. Glavna tema rada je izrada 3D modela uz pomoć računalnog programa za modeliranje CATIA-e. Na osnovu skiciranih dijelova rastavljenog stroja izrađeni su 3D modeli sastavnih dijelova koji su kasnije sklopljeni u cjelinu. Izrada računalnog modela navedenog stroja olakšava izmjene na postojećem dizajnu i provjeru funkcionalnosti izvršenih izmjena prije izrade dijelova stroja u radionici kao i samu izradu tehničke dokumentacije. Na samom kraju, predložene su različite mogućnosti modifikacije stroja.The final paper describes the process of computer - aided modeling of a multipurpose woodworking machine. A computer 3D model of the machine was made, based on the existing one, which was changed in the modeling process. The paper describes the beginning of the development of numerical control, the history of CAD design, methods of machine control, differences between them and types of programming. The main part of the paper is dedicated to the creation of 3D models with the help of a computer modeling model CATIA. Based on the sketched parts of the disassembled machine, 3D models of the components were made, which were later assembled into a whole. The development of a computer model of this machine facilitates changes to the existing design and checks the functionality of the changes made before the production of machine parts in the workshop, as well as the preparation of technical documentation. Finally, various machine modification options have been proposed

    Komunikacija je svakodnevna u svim situacijama ljudskog života pa tako i u poslovnom okruženju. Dobra komunikacija u poduzeću rezultat je boljeg poslovanja te kvalitetnijih međuljudskih odnosa. Komunikacijom se prenose informacije, putem komunikacijskih kanala, do primatelja informacije. Poslovni je bonton kodeks koji određuje određena pravila ponašanja u različitim situacijama u poduzeću. Pravila ponašanja određena su etikom, ljudskim vrijednostima i vrlinama te su prilagođena vremenu, situaciji, prilikama i potrebama. Postoje definirana pravila ponašanja u određenim situacijama u kojima se može naći svaka poslovna osoba kao što su predstavljanje, upoznavanje i oslovljavanje nekoga. Pored toga poslovni bonton nalaže i pravila ponašanja na poslovnom sastanku, ručku, večeri i domjenku, ali i kako se pravilno poslovno odjenuti za pojedinu prigodu.Communication is an everyday factor in all situations of human life and also in the business environment. Good communication in the company results in improved business and interpersonal relationships. Communication transmits information, through communication channels, to the recipient of the information. Business etiquette is a set of rules of behaviour in different situations in a company. The rules of behaviour are determined by ethics, human values and virtues. It is adapted to the time, situation, opportunities and needs. Exist defines the rules of behavior in certain situations in which any business person can be found. There are defined rules of behaviour in certain situations in which any business person can be found, such as introducing, meeting and addressing someone. In addition, business etiquette dictates the rules of behaviour at a business meeting, lunch, dinner and banquet, but also how to dress properly for a particular occasion
