No full textMože se reći da su povijest pisali muškarci te zbog toga u povijesnoj literaturi prevladavaju politički i vojni događaji. Zanemaruje se činjenica da su i žene aktivne sudionice u oblikovanju civilizacije s možda čak većom ulogom od muškaraca. Stvorene su predrasude da su aktivnosti u javnom životu muška uloga dok je privatnost doma u domeni žene. Kada bi žena u prošlosti pokazala neku veću nadmoć ili sposobnost bila bi proglašena vješticom i spaljena na lomači. Žalosno je što je se samo nekolicina žena istaknula u povijesti kao naprimjer Kleopatra, Ivana Orleanska i Elizabeta I. , i to su „isplivale“ samo zbog pomanjkanja muškaraca na vodećim položajima. Uzimajući sve činjenice u obzir provedena je anketa kako bi se doznalo dali se i danas žene osjećaju diskriminirano i zapostavljeno.It can be said that history was written by men and therefore political and military events predominate in the historical literature. Consumption of turning tools depending on different processing parameters
No full textU ovome radu objašnjeno je trošenje tokarskog alata i njegova povezanost s ostalim parametrima obrade. Svaki parametar je objašnjen detaljno kako bi se predočio njegov utjecaj na trošenje alata te utjecaj vrste materijala alata i njegove geometrije na način obrade. Kroz obradu je potrebno stalno mjerenje i nadzor kako ne bi došlo do velikih gubitaka. Povećano trošenje alata je jedan od gubitaka, njegovim očuvanjem dolazi se do povećanja produktivnosti i financijski gledano smanjene nabave novih alata. Dolazi se do zaključka da su najvažniji parametri obrade brzina rezanja, posmak i dubina rezanja, kako bi se smanjila potrošnja alata.This document explains the importance of correct selection of processing parameters and the negative occurrence of incorrect selection. Each parameter is explained in detail to illustrate its impact on tool wear. Infulence of tool material type and its geometry on machining method. Throught processing, constant measurement and monitoring is required to avoid large losses. Increasead tool consumption is one of the losses, its preservation lead to increased productivity and financially the purchase of new tools. It is concluded that the most important machining parameters are cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut, in order to reduce tool consumption
Application of polymers in mechanical engineering

duromeri i elastomeri. Predstavljena su mehanička, kemijska, tribološka i toplinsko-mehanička
svojstva polimera te je objašnjeno kako ona djeluju na izbor polimernog materijala za određene
namjene. Primjena polimernih materijala za izradu elemenata konstrukcija obrađena je kroz niz
primjera. Također su navedeni i opisani suvremeni polimerni materijali posebnih svojstava.
Cilj rada je bio prikazati značaj primjene polimernih materijala u strojarstvu za izradu
različitih elemenata konstrukcija.In this paper the classification of polymers is listed and thermoplastics, thermosets and
elastomers are briefly described. The mechanical, chemical, tribological and thermo-mechanical
properties of polymers are presented and it is explained how they affect the selection of
polymeric material for certain purposes. The application of polymeric materials for structural
components has been processed through a number of examples. Modern polymeric materials
with special properties are also listed and described.
The aim of this paper was to show the importance of the application of polymers in
mechanical engineering for the production of various structural components

No full textU završnom radu prikazana je problematika zaštite osobnih podataka, te sve radnje koje su potrebne za uspješno ostvarivanje zaštite osobnih podataka. Cilj rada je opisati i prikazati zaštitu osobnih podataka. Polazi se od prikupljanja podataka, njihove obrade, pravnih temelja obrade osobnih podataka, a koji utječu na korištenje istih prema trećim osobama.
Drugi dio rada opisuje su sve zakonski i pravne okvire prema kojim se prikupljaju, čuvaju, evidentiraju i prenose osobni podaci.
U trećem dijelu razrađena je strategija zaštite osobnih podataka kroz prava korisnika na pristup, prigovor, ispravak, brisanje i zaborav korištenih osobnih podataka, nadzor podataka, te su prikazane Francuska i Velika Britanija kao primjeri dobre prakse u zaštiti osobnih podataka.The final paper presents the issue of personal data protection, and all the actions necessary for the successful implementation of personal data protection. The aim of this paper is to describe and present the protection of personal data. It starts from the collection of data, their processing, the legal basis for the processing of personal data, which affect the use of the same to third parties.
The second part of the paper describes all the legal and legal frameworks according to which personal data are collected, stored, recorded and transmitted.
The third part elaborates a strategy for personal data protection through the rights of users to access, object, correct, delete and forget used personal data, data control, and presents France and the United Kingdom as examples of good practice in personal data protection

No full textU završnom radu detaljno se objašnjava stanje kakvo je bilo prije prije krize 2007./2008. godine, razvoj tj. nastanak te globalne krize i sam njen utjecaj na države svijeta, kao i opis krize uzrokovane pojavom virusa COVID-19.
Ekonomske krize predstavljaju neželjeni i težak period u svjetskoj ekonomiji, pored napora da se krize spriječe i da se smanji njihovo djelovanje ostavljaju velike negativne posljedice.
Posljedice kriza su bile dramatične i gospodarstvo uvijek doživljava veliki pad.
Pokretač za financijsku krizu u 2007./2008. godini bilo je puknuće „mjehura“ tržišta nekretnina u SAD-u, a sve to zbog krize drugorazrednih hipotekarnih kredita.

No full textPromjene u poduzeću i u njegovoj okolini su u današnje vrijeme neizbježne. U samom
poduzeću se događaju promjene koje su povezane sa ljudima, resursima ili tehnologijom, a u
njegovoj okolini se događaju promjene sa zakonima ili tržištem. Zbog svih tih promjena, poduzeća
moraju biti spremna reagirati. Uspješnost promjena za poduzeće ovisi o menadžmentu promjena.
Menadžeri moraju biti spremni na izazove koje donose promjene i na njihovo brzo rješavanje.
Ponekad se događaju i promjene u organizacijskoj kulturi poduzeća. Kod ove vrste promjena se
najčešće događa otpor zaposlenika. Razlog tome je taj što je organizacijska kultura relativno stalna
činjenica i nije je lako mijenjati. Menadžment promjena bi trebao pomagati poduzeću da prilikom
promjene koja se događa dođe iz sadašnjeg stanja na buduće, odnosno željeno stanje.Changes in the company and in its surroundings are nowadays unavoidable. Within the
enterprise itself, changes occur that are related to people, resources or technology, and within its
environment changes occur with the law or the market. Because of all these changes, businesses
need to be prepared to respond. The success of change for a company depends on change

Sometimes there are changes in the organizational culture of the company. This type of change

No full textBuča (lat. Cucurbita pepo L.) pripada porodici Cucurbitaceae. Ova kultura je neko vrijeme bila pomalo zanemarena, ali danas sve više dobiva na značaju. OPG Lovro Lenac je gospodarstvo koje se nalazi u blizini Hrvatske Kostajnice. Ekološkom poljoprivredom su se počeli baviti 2011. godine. Prvi proizvod koji su proizveli bila je buča da bi kasnije proširili djelatnost i na proizvodnju pira, heljde, crnog graha te kestena i proizvoda od istih kultura. Za razliku od drugih proizvođača buče obitelj Lenac je došla na ideju proizvodnje sušene buče tzv. “Kostajničke pletenice“ što je i autohtoni proizvod kraja iz kojega su potekli.
U radu se opisuje koji su sve koraci bili potrebni za osnivanje jedne takve proizvodnje. od poslovnog plana, swot analize te marketinga. Također se opisuje postupak uzgoja i ostalih kultura u radu, te postupak izrade „Kostajničkih pletenica“ i proizvodnje sušenih buča. Poslovanje raste iz godine u godinu jer je sve više ljudi ekološki osviješteno i raste broj kupaca. Ključ uspjeha je vjera u vlastiti proizvod i ustrajnost.Buča (lat. Cucurbita pepo L.) belongs to the family Cucurbitaceae. This culture has been somewhat neglected for a while, but today it is gaining more and more significance. OPG Lovro Lenac is an economy located near Hrvatska Kostajnica. They started farming in year 2011. The first product they produced was a pumpkin to later expand their activity to the production of spelt, buckwheat, black beans, chestnuts and products from the same cultures. Unlike other producers of pumpkin, the Lenac family came up with the idea of producing dried pumpkin, so called "Kostajnica braids" which is also an indigenous product of the region from which they came.
This paper describes what steps were needed to establish one such production. From a business plan, swot analysis and marketing. It also describes the pumpkins and other cultures and the process of making "Kostajnica braids" and production of dried pumpkins. The business is growing year after year as more people are environmentally conscious and the number of customers is growing. The key to success is faith in your own product and perseverance

Prikazano je poslovanje pomoću programskih paketa za rad s bazama podatka.The paper describes management and its components, levels of management and functions of manager. Additionally, paper describes decisions and decision making system. Furthermore, this paper describes information system in management, development and administration of the information system. Besides information system as foundations, it also describes its database, architecture, supporting documentation and language to administrate the database. To culminate this paper, business model of „Business Intelligence“ has been given as an example, where it shows business of software packages for working with databases

Pojam novog proizvoda i njegova obilježja te razlozi zašto ih stvarati bitni su za razvoj i unaprjeđenje turizma i ugostiteljstva. Osim pojmu turizma, uz definiciju i podjelu, pridana je pažnja i turizmu u Slavonskom Brodu. Sam pojam i razvoj ugostiteljstva imao je veliki utjecaj na daljnje želje za poboljšanjem ponude te kategorizacije i podjele ugostiteljskih objekata. Posljednji pojam rada pojam je hostela Mali Pariz. U tom dijelu napravljeno je detaljno predstavljanje objekta kroz sadržaje, vanjski i unutarnji izgled u sadašnjosti i budućnosti, podjelu radnih mjesta također u sadašnjosti te kako će ona izgledati pri ostvarenju svih planova širenja. Pažnja je također usmjerena i na posjećenost hostela kao i na njegove trenutačne i buduće usluge. Uz to, provedeno je i istraživanje vezano uz hostel Mali Pariz u kojemu je na pitanja odgovarala vlasnica.This paper deals with several concepts that are separate terms in themselves. The concept of a new product and its features and the reasons why they are created are essentials for the development and improvement of tourism and hospitality. Other than the concept of tourism, with its definition and division, attention has been given to tourism in Slavonski Brod. The development and notion of hospitality in the future has had a masive influence on the further desire to improve the supply, categorization and the division of catering establishments. The last notion of the paper is the term Hostel Mali Pariz. That part contains detailed representations of the facility through the contents, external and internal appearance in the present and the future, the division of job positions also in the present, and what it will look like in the future with realization of every expansion plan. The attention was also given to the attendance of the hostel as well as its current and future services. No full textEmocionalna inteligencija je sposobnost koja obuhvaća i nadzire emocionalna stanja i
kao takva omogućava prilagodbu u različitim životnim okolnostima. Njezin utjecaj očituje se u
razumijevanju sugovornika i procjenjivanju okolnosti što dovodi do uspješne komunikacije koja
je neophodna u postizanju dugoročnog pozitivnog odnosa kako privatnog tako i poslovnog. Za
uspješnu poslovnu komunikaciju potrebno je upravljati emocijama, odnosno koristiti sposobnosti
emocionalne inteligencije.
Teoretska analiza pokazala je da emocionalna inteligencija utječe na uspješnu
komunikaciju i da se s godinama radnog iskustva razvija i usavršava, što i potvrđuju rezultati
provedene ankete i intervjua.Emotional intelligence is an ability that encompasses and controls emotional states and
as such allows for adjustment in different life circumstances. Its influence is manifeste din
understanding the interlocutor and assessing circumstances, which leads to successful
communication, which is necessary in achieving a long-term positive relationship, both private
and business. For successful business communication, it is necessary to mange emotions,
respectively to use the abilities of emotional intelligence.
Theoretical analysis showed that emotional intelligence affects successful
communication and that it develops and improves with years of work experience, which is
confirmed by the results of the survey and interview
