No full textZavršni rad predstavlja dio projektnog zadatka tvrtke ĐĐ Kotlovi, projekt je naručila tvrtka MMM Vukelić koja se bavi preradom drvne sirovine u poluproizvode i gotove proizvode. Projektom je obuhvaćeno upoznavanje postrojenja, načina rada, radnim uvjetima, postupak utovara i istovara trupaca, analiza dosadašnjih postojećih parnih jama te projekt, izrada i montaža novih parnih jama. U radu je opisan proces pripreme trupaca s detaljima tehnološke pripreme i svrhe parenja trupaca. Izrađen je 3D model parne jame s potrebnom opremom za proizvodnju pare te u zadnjem poglavlju opisan je način rada parne jame.The final essay presents a part of the project task of the company ĐĐ Kotlovi, the project was ordered by the MMM Vukelić company whose business is mainly in processing wooden resources into semi products and finished products. The project includes familiarizing with the plant, way of working, working conditions, the process of loading and unloading chucks, analysis of existing pair holes and projecting, creating and assembly of new pair holes. The essay includes a description of the chuck preparation process with the details of the technological preparation, plus the point of chuck pairing. A 3D model of the pair holes is made with the necessary equipment for the production of steam. The last paragraph describes the way a pair hole works

Troškovi su pokazatelji financijskih i nefinancijskih transakcija u poduzeću, njegove snage i konkurentnosti na tržištu.
Cilj ovog završnog rada je pokazati upravljanje troškovima pomoću analiziranja strukture i trenda promjene istih.Cost management is the most important business activity of an economic entity. The cost structure depends on the amount of production or the amount of service provided. Since business expenses are always present, it is important to group them, divide them and record them to make our business profit. Costs are indicators of financial and non-financial transactions in the company, its strengths and competitiveness in the market.

marketinga, putem suradnje sa sportskim zvijezdama ostvarili su planetarni uspjeh i zauvijek
promijenili svijet sporta. Rad analizira kompaniju Nike, korištene marketing strategije i
inovacijsku kulturu. Može se reći da je Nike vrhunski primjer svjetske kompanije koja ima
vrhunski sportski proizvod i koja na najbolji moguć način kroz jasnu strategiju alatima
marketinga uspijeva osvajati potrošače diljem svijeta.There is probably no one in this world that doesn't own something made by Nike. Since
their humble beginnings in 1971, until today when Nike represents a synonym for the profitable
and successful company in the sports industry. By realizing the main marketing principles,
collaborating with sports superstars, they have reached worldwide success and forever changed
the world of sports. This paper analyzes Nike, use of marketing strategies and the culture of
innovation. We can say that Nike is a magnificent example of a world class company that
contains truly great sport product, utilized through clear strategy, which helps Nike win their

No full textPrvenstveno, na samom početku ovog rada opisan je turizam općenito, pa tako i turizam
u Slavoniji i Baranji. Naime, turizam je danas popularna aktivnost većine ljudi u razvijenom
svijetu, te može biti domaći ili međunarodni, a međunarodni turizam ima istovremeno
implikacije i na gospodarstvo polazišne i odredišne zemlje. Danas je turizam jedan od glavnih
izvora prihoda u mnogim državama, a u brojnim odredištima upravo je turizam najvažnija
gospodarska grana. Navedene su i sve destinacije Iločkih podruma, te što se sve nudi i koji su
sve popratni sadržaji.
Najvažnija tema ovog rada je financijska analiza Iločkih podruma, te je prikazana
bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka te amortizacija. Također vrlo je bitna i turistička analiza koja
opisuje kako su se Iločki podrumi razvili i postali jedna od glavnih turističkih atrakcija u
Slavoniji i Baranji te kako se mogu pohvaliti brojnim nagradama.First of all, at the very beginning of this paperwork, tourism is described in general as
well as tourism in Slavonia and Baranja. Tourism is very popular activity these days in
developed world and can be domestic or international, and international tourism has
simultaneously implications for the economy of departure and destination country. Today
tourism is one of the main sources of income in many countries, and certainly in many
destinations tourism is the most important economic branch. Also, there are mentioned the
destinations of Ilok basements, what it offers and which are supporting contents.
The most important topic of this paperwork is the financial analysis of Ilok basements,
also there are presented the balance sheet, profit and loss account such as amortization. It is also
very important a tourist analysis that describes how basements are developed and became one of
the main tourist attractions in Slavonija and Baranja and also how they can boast of numerous
awards

No full textU ovom radu detaljno su definirani pojmovi inovacije i organizacijska kultura, a sve s ciljem uočavanja utjecaja kulture na inovativnost zaposlenika u poduzeću.
Prikazani su elementi organizacijske kulture te je analiziran utjecaj organizacijske kulture poduzeća na uspostavu sustava koji će omogućiti razvoj inovacija u organizaciji. Izvedena je podjela inovacija te su specificirana područja u kojim se inovacije razvijaju. Isto tako određene su zapreke kreativnosti u poduzeću i koje je promjene potrebno uvesti da bi klima u organizaciji potaknula i motivirala zaposlene da razmišljaju i stvaraju inovacije.
Teorijskom analizom zaključeno je da su u poduzeću inovacije moguće samo ako organizacijska kultura obavlja svoje funkcije putem kojih daje svrhu organizaciji, određuje njen razvoj, daje joj jedinstveni karakter i usmjerava prema postizanju ciljeva.In this paper, the concepts of innovation and organizational culture are defined in detail, with the aim of determining the influence of culture on the innovativeness of employees in the enterprise.
The elements of organizational culture are presented and the impact of the organizational culture of the company on the establishment of a system that will enable the development of innovation in the organization is analyzed. The division of innovation was performed and the areas in which innovations were developed were specified. There are also constraints on creativity in the company and changes need to be introduced to encourage the organization's climate to motivate employees to think and create innovations.
Theoretical analysis concluded that innovation is only possible in an enterprise if the organizational culture performs its functions through a way which it gives the organization its purpose, determines its development, gives it a unique character and directs it towards achieving the goals

No full textTema ovog završnog rada je prikaz i opis konstrukcijskih i funkcionalnih značajki elemenata kočnica tračničkih vozila te primjer izračuna kočnice gospodarskog vagona. U uvodu su obrađeni temeljni pojmovi o kočenju, njihova gradbena struktura, pojedinačni elementi, konstrukcijski elementi i opis funkcionalnosti te povijest razvoja kočnica. Opisana je podjela kočnica prema načinu djelovanja i prema načinu upravljanja. Najveći prostor u ovom radu posvećen je pojmovima vezanim za smanjenje vozne brzine vlakova te izvršnom uređaju zračne kočnice, tj. rasporedniku. Detaljno je opisan Oerlikonov ESt-3f rasporednik koji je ugrađen u teretne vagone. Dan je opis tračničkih vozila prema vrsti pogona. Razvoj i modernizacija željeznica je konstrukcijski izazov, a u svezi sigurnosnog motrišta kočnice i kočioni sustavi te njihova funkcionalnost uz neupitnu pouzdanost predstavljaju izazov u konstrukcijskom smislu s obzirom na kontinuirano povećanje voznih svojstava.The theme of this bachelor thesis is a description of the construction and functional characteristics of the elements brake rail vehicles and the example of the calculation of the commercial wagon brakes. In the introduction are processed basic concepts of braking, their construction structure, individual and structural elements, description of functionality and history of brake development. The division is described according to the mode of activity and the mode of controlling. The greatest space in this work is devoted to terms related to reducing the speed of the trains, and the air brake control devise, as known as distributor. Oerlikon ESt-3f distributor is described in detail for all freight wagons. In addition, the description of the track vehicles is given by the type of the drive. The development and modernization of the railways is a structural challenge, with regard to the safety aspect of the brakes, braking systems and their functionality with unquestionable reliability represents a challenge in the constructional sense in view of the continuous increase of the driving characteristics

Kroz nekoliko riješenih primjera pokazana je uporaba računskih operacija i neposredno integriranje pomoću tabličnih formula. Metodom supstitucije i metodom parcijalne integracije rješavaju se integrali složenijih funkcija. Newton-Leibzovom formulom uvode se određeni integrali i njihova primjena na računanje površine, obujma i duljine luka. Torus se primjenjuje u strojarstvu kod izrade strojnih dijelova. Neki strojni dijelovi nastaju presijecanjem složenih rotacijskih tijela ravninama, a neki tako da se koriste prodori dviju ili više rotacijskih ploha. Naveden je primjer oblikovanja tijela ojnice.The paper describes a short history of an integral account and connection between anti derivation. Through a few resolved examples, the use of calculation operations and direct integration with table formulas has been shown. The substitution method and the partial integration method are resolving the integrals of more complex functions. Newton-Leibz's formula introduces certain integrals and their application to calculate the surface, volume and length of the arch. The torus of this shape is applied in mechanical engineering for designing certain parts of machines. Some machine parts are obtained by the intersection of a surface of revolution and a plane, while some others are obtained by the intersection of surfaces of revolution. Prikazani su tehnološki procesi izrade i njegovi podnaslovi te su opisani materijali od kojih je izrađena navedena presa. Pneumatska presa koristi se više od ostalih presa po tome što nam daje kvalitetan izradak sa što manje deformacija.This paper analyzes pneumatic grips with washer making tools. The division of the metal forming by deforming in general and the pneumatic grip which can also be hand. The technological processes of production and its subheadings are showed, and the materials from which the said grip was made are described. Pneumatic grip is used more than other grips, because it produces a quality workmanship with minimum deformation

No full textDivlja ruža (lat. Rosa canina) je listopadni je grm iz porodice ruža. Sve češće se uzgaja u vrtu, kao ukrasna biljka. Osim vrta, pronalazimo ju uz živice i plotove, uz puteve, uz rubove šuma, pašnjacima i kršu. Karakteristična je još po svojim plodovima, malenim crvenim bobicama šipka.
Divlja ruža osim što svojim izgledom ukrašava vrtove, također je iznimno ljekovita. Za ljekovite sastojke koristimo plodove, listove te sjemenke. Najčešće se pripremaju čajevi koji pomažu kod različitih zdravstvenih tegoba, jer djeluju umirujuće te sprečavaju stres i povećavaju imunitet. Osim čajeva, pripremaju se džemovi, želei, juhe, osvježavajuća pića i vina. Izuzetno je bogata je vitaminom C.Wild rose (lat. Rosa canina ), is a deciduous plant from a rose family. Cultivation of lavender on family farm Miroslav Jurlina
No full textBiljke se u svrhu ishrane i liječenja upotrebljavaju onoliko dugo koliko je staro čovječanstvo. Suvremena farmaceutska industrija zahtijeva sve veće količine ljekovitog bilja.
Primjena lavande traje više od 2000 godina. To je omiljena ukrasna i ljekovita biljka koja se sve češće uzgaja i plantažno. U pogledu uzgoja nema prevelike zahtjeve te njezina proizvodnja može biti isplativa.
Lavanda se na OPG-u Miroslav Jurlina u Đurđenovcu uzgaja od 2015. godine. Sadnice koje je obitelj posadila na svom polju već nakon godinu dana dale su prvu pravu žetvu. Lavanda se odvozi na destilaciju u tvrtku Ireks Aroma u Jastrebarsko, a proizvodi OPG-a Miroslav Jurlina brzo su pronašli svoje mjesto na tržištu.Plants have been used for nutrition and medicinal purposes since the dawn of mankind. The modern pharmaceutical industry faces growing demands for medicinal herbs. Lavander has been used for more than 2,000 years. It is a favorite decorative and medicinal plant that is more frequently cultivated on plantations. When it comes to cultivation, it is not demanding and it can be profitable. Lavender has been cultivated on the family farm Miroslav Jurlina in Đurđenovac since 2015. The first true harvest of the seedlings planted by the family happened only one year after. Lavender is destilled in the processing company Ireks Aroma in Jastrebarsko, and the products of the family farm Miroslav Jurlina have found their place on the market
