    Upgrading wheelchair construction features

    Zadatak rada je unaprijediti postojeće značajke invalidskih kolica i time proširiti opseg njihovog djelovanja. U prvom dijelu rada su opisane postojeće varijante kolica za različite svrhe i postojeća funkcionalna rješenja. U drugom dijelu rada opisana je konstrukcija novih kolica. Na osnovi analize postojećih rješenja određena je lista želja i zahtjeva, morfološka matrica sa parcijalnim funkcijama te skice kojima se definira koncept kolica, njihova funkcije i tehničke karakteristike pojedinih komponenata i pod sklopova. U trećem dijelu opisana je izrada 3D modela kolica u programskom paketu Autodesk Autocad 2018 sa slikama komponenata, pod sklopova i sklopova. U četvrtom dijelu je prikazan izbor najbolje varijante kolica te kinematika gibanja istih.The task is to upgrade already known solutions of wheelchair and by upgradeing it expand the area of their functionality. First part of the work talks about wheelchairs with similar proporties and existing functional solutions. Second part is about constructing this wheelchair. Based on existing analyzed solutions we can determine list of wishes and requirements, morphological matrix and sketches that will define what we conceived for the device including its function and tehnological charaterstics of every component. Third part is making of devices 3D model in program package Autodesk AutoCad 2018 with pictures of components and there sets. Fourth part is about showing the best variant of wheelchair and theres kinematik properties

    Production of aluminium rim by casting

    U radu je opisana tehnologija tlačnog lijevanja koja je najpovoljniji oblik proizvodnje aluminijskog naplatka zbog jednostavnosti i brzine izrade. Uz tehnologiju tlačnog lijevanja opisano je i područje ljevarstva te odljevci koji se koriste u autoindustriji, s naglaskom na odljevke od aluminijskih legura. Na kraju rada izabrana je i opisana tehnologija lijevanja istiskanja za izradu naplatka. Naveden je kompletan proces proizvodnje jednog aluminijskog naplatka uz potrebnu opremu za proizvodnju te je prikazan 3D model budućeg proizvoda.The paper analyzes die casting technology, which is the most advantageous form of aluminum alloy production because of simplicity of the process and speed of production. Along with die casting technology, the casting area and castings used in the auto industry, with the emphasis on castings of aluminum alloy, are also described. At the end of the paper the die casting technology is selected and described. Also, there is stated the complete production process of an aluminum rim with the required production equipment and the 3D model of the future product is presented

    Radom je opisana kratka povijest derivacija i primjena diferencijalnog računa. Kroz praktične primjere analize funkcije i grafova istih te pojašnjenjem kako se derivacija izvodi omogućen je prikaz kako se derivacije i diferencijalni račun mogu primijeniti u svakodnevnom životu, a posebice u strojarstvu. Kroz problem tangente i normale kao i ispitivanje toka funkcije omogućeno je praktično rješavanje svakodnevnih problema s kojima se svaki inženjer tokom svog rada suočava.The paper describes a short history of derivation and application of the differential account. Through practical examples of function analysis and graphs, and by explaining how the derivation is performed, it is possible to show how derivation and differential calculus can be applied in everyday life, and especially in mechanical engineering. Through the problem of tangent and normal as well as the function flow test, it is possible to solve the everyday problems that every engineer faces during his work

    U radu su opisani obradni sustavi općenito, njihovi glavni dijelovi i principi rada i gradnja pojedinih dijelova. Dalje u radu detaljno je opisan stroj Varnsdorf TOS WH Tec 130, njegovi glavni dijelovi kao i oprema koja dolazi uz stroj ili se može dodatno naručiti od proizvođača. Rad prati konkretnu izradu donjeg dijela postolja za hidrauličku prešu tvrtke Harburg Freudenberger od njegove dobave i manipulacije na paletu, načina i plana stezanja do operacija glodanja i bušenja na obradnom centru Varnsdorf TOS WH Tec 130. Također naveden je izbor i parametri korištenih alata potrebnih za tu obradu glodanja i bušenja kroz dva stezanja obratka.Processing systems in general, their main parts and working principles as well as the creation of specific parts are described in this work. Next, Varnsdorf TOS WH Tech 130 machine is described, together with its main parts and equipment which comes with it or can be additionally ordered from the producer. This work follows the specific production of the lower part of the hydraulic press frame of Harburg Freudenberger firm from its supply and manipulation on a pallet, the way and plan of contracting to milling and drilling operation on the Varnsdorf TOS WH Tec 130 machining centre. Finally, the selection and parameters of the used tools necessary for the process of milling and drilling through two workpiece contraction are specified

    U prvom dijelu rada opisane su danas najčešće korištene 3D ispisne tehnologije te su navedene općenite prednosti i nedostaci 3D ispisnih tehnologija. Nadalje u radu su objašnjeni postupci brze izrade prototipa, te je opisan razvoj značajki i područje primjene brze izrade prototipa. U radu je detaljno opisana izrada pojednostavljenoga reduktora „SZN 280“ FDM tehnologijom ispisa. Za potrebe ispisa korišten je Mingda Glitar 4C pisač koji je detaljno opisan. Prije samog procesa ispisivanja model predmeta prolazi kroz razne pripreme koje su opisane ovim radom.In the first part of this thessis commonly used 3D printing technologies are described along with their pros and cons. Furthermore in this paper are described rapid protoyping techniques and development of features and field of usage rapid prototyping technologies in today's industry. Detailed fabrication of simplified two-stage gearbox „SZN 280“ using FDM printing technology is described in the paper. For purpose of printing was used mildly modified Mingda Glitar 4C printer that was depicted in the very detail. Before the process of printing product our model goes through different preparation stages which are also described in this paper

    U radu se obrazlaže zavarivanje limova od osnovnog materijala oznake EN 10130: DC03. Debljine limova su 1,0 mm, 1,2 mm i 1,5 mm. Iz takvih limova proizvode se trake koje su stranice transformatorskih kotlova za distributivne transformatore. Zavarivanje traka vrši se na stanici za automatsko zavarivanje (MAG-CMT) kod kojeg se istovremeno zavaruju oba kraja. U eksperimentalnom djelu će biti izrađen određeni broj zavarenih uzoraka variranjem osnovnih parametara te će na temelju parametara biti prikazana makro i mikrostruktura zavara i ispitivanje tvrdoće po Vickersu. Hladni postupak zavarivanja MAG-CMT ima mogućnost zavarivanja oba materijala te stabilan električni lukThis paper explains the welding of sheets from the basic material of the mark EN 10130: DC03. Sheet thicknesses are 1,0 mm, 1,2 mm, 1,5 mm. From these plates are produced strips that are the pages of transformer boilers for distributive transformers. Tape welding is performed at the automatic welding station (MAG-CMT) where both ends are welded at the same time. In the experimental work a certain number of welded samples will be created by varying the basic parameters and based on the parameters will be presented the macro and microstructure of the disturbance. The welding process MAG-CMT has the ability to weld both materials and a stable electric arc

    U radu je analizirano održavanje stroja za elektrolučno navarivanje panela tip VERPAN. Opisane su moguće strategije održavanja, tehnički podatci s opisima pojedinih dijelova stroja te održavanje. Analizirani su postupak popravka stroja, aktivnosti preventivnog održavanja, dokumentacija i informacijski sustav održavanja te nabavka rezervnih dijelova i generalno servisiranje. Kvalitetnim održavanjem sprječava se nastanak kvara, a ukoliko kvar nastane, treba ga ukloniti u što kraćem roku kako bi zastoj tehničkog sustava bio sveden na minimum. Na taj način proizvodnja ne trpi te se poslovi obavljaju u dogovorenom roku.In this paper the maintenance of the VERPAN panel type electrode welding machine was analysed. Possible maintenance strategies, technical data with description of specific machine parts and maintenance are described. The machine repair procedure, preventive maintenance activities, documentation and maintenance information system, purchase of spare parts and general servicing were analysed. With quality maintenance, the occurrence of malfunction is prevented, and if the malfunction occurs, it should be removed as soon as possible to minimize the downtime of the technical system. In this way, production does not suffer, and the jobs are carried out within the agreed deadline

Bez sponzorstva moderni sport ne može ostvariti niti poslovne niti sportske uspjehe. Cilj ovog rada je pobliže objasniti zašto je sponzorstvo važno u današnjem svijetu i koje su njegove karakteristike i komparativne prednosti. Marketing i sponzorstvo su dva usko povezana, ali s druge strane široka pojma. U ovom radu će se obraditi poveznice između marketinga i sponzorstva kroz praktične primjere.The modern day world of sport especially the top quality kind has a close connection to marketing and sponsorship. Nowadays it is nearly impossible to see an individual athlete, a sports team or even an event which is not sponsored by one of the top sports brands in the world. Without spornsorships, the modern day sport would not be able to achieve any business or sport accomplishments. The main goal of this work is to elaborate and explain why sponsorships are so important in todays world and what its characterictics and comparative advantages are. Marketing and sponsorships are two closely connected but broad terms. This work will present the connections between marketing and sponsorship through an array of examples

Također je pružen pregled transportnog problema koji postaje sve bitniji kako za poduzeća tako i za pojedince. Područje transporta i logistike pred sobom ima jako dobru budućnost kao i prostor za napredak.This paper analyzes the delivery routes for courier delivery service in Slavonski Brod. The route is divided into several locations, and by comparing and analyzing, the route has been adjusted to create the optimal delivery route. It also provides an overview of the transport problem that is becoming increasingly important for both businesses and individuals.
