    Quality control in electrofilter production

    U ovom radu je opisana kontrola kvalitete izrade elektrofiltera u poduzeću Magma d.o.o. u Požegi. U okviru toga dani su planovi tehnološke obrade i krojenja materijala. Kvalitetna izrada elektrofiltera je vrlo značajna za siguran rad jer je elektrofilter tijekom korištenja izložen raznim opterećenjima, koje mora izdržati pouzdano i na siguran način. ProvoĎenjem kontrole prema usvojenom Planu kontrole kvalitete osigurava se proizvodnja elektrofiltera prema zahtjevima definiranim tehničkom dokumentacijom i relevantnim normama i propisima. Osposobljeno i certificirano osoblje analizira rezultate kontrole i ocjenjuje prihvatljivost prema kriterijima definiranim Planom kontrole kvalitete. Sve provedene kontrole se dokumentiraju, a izvješća moraju biti ovjerena od strane odgovornih osoba. Dokaz provedene kontrole kvalitete proizvedenog ureĎaja je kompletirana dokumentacija o kvaliteti.This paper describes the quality control of electrofilters in Magma d.o.o. in Požega. Within this framework are plans for the technological processing and cutting of materials. The quality of the electrofilters is very important for safe operation because during the use of the electric filter is exposed to various loads, which must endure in a reliable and safe manner. By carrying out the control according to the adopted Quality Control Plan, the production of the electrofilters is ensured according to the requirements defined by the technical documentation and the relevant norms and regulations. Qualified and certified staff analyzes the control results and assesses eligibility according to the criteria defined in the Quality Control Plan. All the checks carried out are documented and the reports must be verified by the responsible persons. The proof of the quality control of the manufactured device is completed the quality control documentation

    Jagoda je najranija voćna vrsta izuzetnog okusa i bogatog kemijskog sastava koji pozitivno utječe na zdravlje ljudi. Kao i druge voćne vrste napadaju ju uzročnici bolesti i štetnici koji mogu umanjiti tehnološku i nutritivnu vrijednost plodova te smanjiti prinos i značajno naštetiti nasadu ukoliko se na vrijeme i kvalitetno ne zaštiti. Cilj završnog bio je upoznati se s agrotehnikom proizvodnje kao i programom zaštite jagode na Braniteljskoj zadruzi Bažine u Starom Slatiniku. Tijekom vegetacije (od početka ožujka do kraja lipnja 2018-e godine) praćena je pojava bolesti i štetnika u nasadu jagode sorti Clery i Joly. Od štetnika se pojavio obični crveni pauk koji je uočen pred kraj berbe te nije uzrokovao velike štete. Od bolesti je zabilježena pojava botritisa čije se širenje zaustavilo adekvatnim fungicidom.Strawberry is the earliest fruity species with an exceptional taste and rich chemical composition which positively affects on human health. Just like other fruit types it is attacked by pathogens of diseases and pests which can diminish the technological and nutritive value of fruits and reduce yield and significantly harm the plantation if it is not quality and timely protected. The aim of the final work was to get acquainted with the agrotechnics of strawberry production as well as the strawberry protection program on The cooperative of defenders Bažine in Stari Slatinik. During vegetation (from beggining of March until the end of June of the year 2018) has been monitoring the occurence of diseases and pests in the strawberry plantation with Clery and Joly cultivars. Of pests appeared two-spotted spider mite who was noticed at the end of harvest and didn't cause much damage. Of diseases there was phenomenon of botrytis whose spreading was stopped with adequate fungicide

In this paper, the polymer materials, the main characteristics of the polymeric materials and the properties of weldable polymeric materials will be described.     Hidroponska proizvodnja postaje sve zastupljenija kao jedan od alternativnih načina proizvodnje prehrambenih biljnih vrsta. Zadatak završnog rada bio je istražiti zastupljenost hidroponske proizvodnje salate kao jedne od glavnih kultura koje se proizvode u Republici Hrvatskoj. Osim toga u radu je obrađen sustav hidroponske proizvodnje te sve prednosti i nedostaci koje nosi takav način proizvodnje. U Republici Hrvatskoj za sada ovakav sustav biljne proizvodnje još nije dovoljno zaživio prvenstveno zbog visokih ulaganja u takvu vrstu proizvodnje. Inače bi idealno bilo iskoristiti prednosti ovakvog sustava izgradnjom takvih sustava u Dalmaciji, gdje je „škrto“ tlo, a tijekom zime idealna klima po broju sunčanih sati.Hydroponics production is becoming increasingly represented as one of the alternative ways of producing plant nutrition. The task of final work was to investigate the presence of hydroponic salad production as one of the main crops produced in the Republic of Croatia. In addition, the paper deals with the hydroponic production system and all the advantages and disadvantages of such production. In the Republic of Croatia, for now, such a system of plant production has not yet sufficiently benefited primarily because of high investment in such a production. Otherwise, it would be ideal to take advantage of such a system by building such systems in Dalmatia, where "sloping" soil is, and during the winter the ideal climate in the number of sunny hours

    Rudolf Diesel je 1892. godine patentirao motor s unutarnjim izgaranjem kod kojeg se u motoru odvija kompresija čistog zraka, a gorivo koje se ubrizgava pred kraj takta kompresije izgara i dolazi do samozapaljenja. Uvođenje Diesel motora u uporabu nije bilo lako, jer su se od početka Prvog svjetskog rata koristili elektromotori i parne turbine, a benzinski motori su služili kao pogon za motorna vozila. Naime, razvojem novih sustava ubrizgavanja, osigurale su se bolje eksploatacijske karakteristike Diesel motora u odnosu na benzinske, što je za posljedicu imalo veliku zamjenu benzinskih motora. Isto tako, razvoj sustava za ubrizgavanje goriva dizelskih motora rezultirao je povećanjem tlaka ubrizgavanja, smanjenjem promjera kapljica ubrizganog goriva, primjenom elektronike, tišim radom motora, manjom potrošnjom goriva, većom snagom i manjim onečišćenjem okoliša. Brižljivom njegom i redovitim održavanjem, osjetno se može produljiti vijek trajanja motora, što u konačnici vodi i prema nižim troškovima održavanja.In 1892, Rudolf Diesel patented an internal combustion engine with pure air compression in the engine, and the fuel injected at the end of the compression stroke burns and comes to the self-ignition. The introduction of a Diesel engine was not easy, since electric motors and steam turbines were used since the beginning of the First World War, and petrol engines served as a motor vehicle. Further, the development of new injection systems provided better exploitation characteristics of the Diesel engine than gasoline, resulting in a large replacement of petrol engines. Likewise, the development of diesel engine fuel injection systems resulted in increased injection pressure, reduced injected fuel droplet diameter, electronic application, quiet engine operation, lower fuel consumption, higher power and lower environmental pollution. Careful maintenance and regular maintenance can significantly extend the engine life, which ultimately leads to lower maintenance costs

    U radu je prikazan postupak savijanja lima prema tehnologiji rada. Savijanje lima spada u skupinu obrade metala deformacijom. Ovaj postupak karakterizira promjena oblika materijala bez odvajanja ili odnošenja čestica i bez promjene volumena. Postoji niz različitih postupka obrade metala deformacijom koji su neizostavni dio moderne proizvodnje osobito ih karakterizira visoka proizvodnost. Može se obrađivati velik broj materijala u hladnom stanju te se tim postupkom nastoje postići konačne dimenzije obrađivanog komada. Najčešće se obrađuju čelici i legure obojenih metala.This paper presents the bending process of the sheet according to the technology of work. Bending of the sheet falls into the metal processing group by deformation. This procedure characterizes the change in the shape of the material without changing the volume. There are number procedures of deformation metal processing that are an indispensable part of modern production, especially characterized by high productivity. A large number of materials can be processed in cold condition and by this procedure they are trying to achieve the final dimensions of the processed piece. Most commonly treated are steels and alloys of non-ferrous metals

    Kvaliteta sjemena i utjecaj agroekoloških čimbenika najvažniji su činitelji uspješne poljoprivredne proizvodnje, a time i visine prinosa. Cilj ovoga istraživanja bio je utvrditi kvalitetu sjemena standardnim testovima kao što su: masa 1000 sjemenki, standardna klijavost i zdravstvena ispravnost sjemena, te procijeniti utjecaj stresa kroz sljedeće laboratorijske testove: električni konduktivitet sjemena i cold test. Za analizu su korištena po tri hibrida kukuruza (Zea mays L.) i soje (Glycine max (L.) Merr.). Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju visoku kvalitetu analiziranih hibrida kukuruza i nižu kvalitetu sjemena soje.Seed quality and the influence of agroecological factors are the most important factors of successful agricultural production and thus the amount of yield. The aim of this study was to determine the seed quality by standard tests such as: 1000 seed mass, standard germination and seed healthworthiness and to evaluate the impact of stress through the following laboratory tests: electrical conductivity of the seed and cold test. Three corn hybrids (Zea mays L.) and soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) were used for analysis. Research results show high quality of corn hybrids analyzed and lower quality of soybean seed
