Assertiveness in the context of business communication
Komunikacija predstavlja razmjenu ideja, misli i osjećaja između najmanje dvije osobe
koje komuniciraju. U svakodnevnom poslovanju komunikacija predstavlja temelj svake tvrtke jer
bez kolanja i dijeljenja informacija nemoguće je odvijanje poslovnih procesa. Komunikacija
predstavlja vještinu koja ne mora biti urođena u čovjeka, već se može steći i kroz život
odgovarajućim vježbama i tehnikama. Svaka osoba ima svoja prava koja se trebaju poštivati
kako ne bi došlo do sukoba. Asertivnost svatko može različito definirati, ali bi se mogla
predstaviti kao aktivnost zauzimanja neke osobe za sebe i svoja vlastita prava, predstavljanje
svoga mišljenja i stava direktno, komunicirati otvoreno i nedvosmisleno te poštovati pravo druge
osobe.
U ovom završnom radu će se bolje prikazati komunikacija, njezina podjela i
komunikacijski stilovi, a nakon toga će se pobliže opisati asertivnost i njezin značaj u poslovnoj
komunikaciji. Zatim će se prikazati asertivne tehnike i njezini primjeri.Communication is the exchange of ideas, thoughts and feelings between two or more
people. In everyday business, communication is the foundation of every business, because
without the spin of information, business processes are impossible. Communication is a skill that
does not have to be inborn, but can also be acquired through life through appropriate exercises
and techniques. Every person has their rights to be respected so that there is no conflict.
Assertiveness can be defined by everyone, but it can be presented as the activity of taking a
person for himself and his own rights, presenting opinion and attitude directly, communicating
openly and unambiguously and respecting the right of another person.
In this final paper, communication, its division and communication styles will be better
illustrated, and then it will be described more closely the assertiveness and its significance in
business communication. Assertive techniques and examples thereof will then be presented
3D model and winch calculation for transmission cables
Vitlo za električne vodove jest građevinski stroj, a služi za izvlačenje dalekovodnih kabela, nadzemnih i podzemnih vodova kroz nepristupačne terene. U tu svrhu naprava je opremljena za alatima za kvačenje i izvlačenje kabela. U ovome slučaju to je užetno vitlo pomoću kojeg operater povlači teret. Pogonski sustav ove naprave je traktor koji je i prijevozno sredstvo upravo zbog različitosti terena. Zbog velike količine užeta sustav slaganja i ulaza u sami bubanj izveden je preko valjaka koji omogućuju ravnomjerno slaganje.
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati dizajn dijelova konstrukcije uz prilagodbu na postojeći reduktor, te proračun bubnja vitla zbog količine užeta. Provjeriti da li reduktor zadovoljava sve potrebe u smislu dovoljne vučne sile.Power cable winch is a construction machine, and is used for extraction of transmission cables, underground and overground lines on inaccessible terrain. For that purpose the machine was equiped with tools for hooking and extraction of cables. In this case we use rope winch with which operater pulls the cargo. Propulsion syistem oft his machine is a tractior which is also a transport vehicle because of the inaccessibility of the terrain. Because of the great amount of rope and entrance on the drum, it was made ower roller that allow for equall composition.
The purpose of this paper was to show design of part of construction with adjustment on existing reducer,and calculation oft he winch drum needed for big rope amount.It will be observed if the reducer will fulfill all needs int he sense of creating sufficient tensile force
Influence of the industry 4.0 on the control of materials
Upravljanje materijalom je planiranje i upravljanje toka materijala i pridruženih mu informacija. Kroz povijest dolazi do različitih napredaka u razvoju upravljanja materijalom, a obilježeni su trima industrijskim revolucijama.
Razvojem masovne proizvodnje, dolazi do potrebe bolje organizacije procesa upravljanja kao i kontrola i iskorištavanje informacija prikupljenih u procesu upravljanja. Eksplozivnim razvojem digitalne revolucije i ogromnom količinom podataka koje smo dobivali iz digitalnih izvora, logičan slijed je bio evolucija stanja, a rezultat toga je četvrta industrijska revolucija, znana kao Industrija 4.0.
Povezivanjem procesa upravljanja i razmjenom informacija unutar, ali i izvan samog skladišta i proizvodnih linija, Industrija 4.0 nam obećava decentralizaciju, samoregulaciju i visoku razinu učinkovitosti.
Napredak u tehnologijama omogućit će da distribucijski centri iskoriste samostalnu i integriranu automatizaciju i druge robotske tehnologije za cjelovite inteligentne sustave, zajedno u integraciji s ljudima.
Implementacija Industrije 4.0 u procese upravljanja materijalom jamči visoku fleksibilnost proizvodnje, koordinaciju u stvarnom vremenu, optimizaciju proizvodnog lanca i smanjenje troškova proizvodnje.
Ovo se može postići kroz implementaciju novih tehnologija u postojeće proizvodne procese, a najčešće se ide u smjeru automatizacije poslovanja i implementacije robota u procese upravljanja materijalima pri čemu se drastično povećava kvaliteta proizvoda i skraćuje vrijeme proizvodnje.
Cilj ovog rada je ukazati na potencijal i potrebe nove tehnologijske revolucije, kao i potrebe novog načina razmišljanja o poslovanju za bolju budućnost.Material management is the planning and management of material flows and associated information. Throughout history, there are various advances in the development of material management, and are marked by three industrial revolutions.
By developing mass production, there is a need for a better organization of the management process as well as control and exploitation of information gathered in the management process. With the explosive development of the digital revolution and the huge amount of data we get from digital sources, the logical sequence was the evolution of the state, and the result is the fourth industrial revolution, also known as Industry 4.0.
Linking the process of managing and exchanging information inside and outside the warehouse itself and production lines, Industry 4.0 promises decentralization, self-regulation and high level of efficiency.
Technology advances will enable distribution centers to leverage standalone and integrated automation and other robotic technologies for complete intelligent systems, together with the integration with people.
The implementation of Industry 4.0 in the process of managing the material guarantees high production flexibility, real-time co-ordination, optimization of the production chain and reduction of production costs.
This can be achieved through the implementation of new technologies in existing production processes, and it is most often directed towards automating business operations and implementing robots in materials management processes, dramatically increasing product quality and reducing production time.
The aim of this paper is to point to the potential and needs of the new technological revolution as well as the need for a new way of thinking about business for a better future
Obtaining biodiesel from agricultural crops
Biodizel je obnovljivo gorivo (obnovljivi izvor energije) koje se može proizvoditi od biljnog ulja, algi, životinjskih masnoća ili iz recikliranih jestivih masnoća. Biodizel se proizvodi kemijskim procesom nazvanim transesterifikacija .
Emisija štetnih spojeva u ispušnim dimnim plinovima je osjetno manja pri upotrebi biodizela (osim emisije NOx-a), a ne sadrži sumpor niti teške metale. Viša vrijednost temperature zapaljenja goriva doprinosi većoj sigurnosti pri korištenju i skladištenju biodizela. Biodizel ima i puno veću mazivost od mineralnog dizel goriva.
Biodizel se proizvodi u brojnim zemljama svijeta, te je najčešće korišteno biogorivo u Europskoj uniji s obzirom da su mnoge zemlje EU uvele direktive kojima se potiče upotreba obnovljivih goriva u prometu. Republika Hrvatska trenutačno raspolaže sa tri postrojenja za proizvodnju biogoriva sa ukupnim kapacitetom od oko 70 000 tona biodizela godišnje.Biodiesel is a renewable energy source that can be produced from vegetable oils, algae, animal fat or from recycled fat. Biodiesel is produced by a chemical process called transesterification.
The emission of harmful compounds in the exhaust fumes is considerably smaller when used biodiesel (excluding NOx emissions), contains no sulfur or heavy metals. Higher fuel ignition temperature contributes to greater safety when using and storing biodiesel. Biodiesel also has a higher mass than mineral diesel fuel.
Biodiesel is produced in many countries around the world, and biofuels are the most commonly used in the European Union, as many EU countries have introduced directives to encourage the use of renewable fuels in transport. The Republic of Croatia currently has three plants for the production of biofuels with a total capacity of about 70 000 tons of biodiesel per year
Measuring and final control of expansion joints
U ovom završnom radu je pojašnjeno što je mjerenje i koliko je bitno u strojarstvu. Objašnjeno je što je kompenzator, gdje se primjenjuje, te je navedena podjela kompenzatora. Podjela kompenzatora prikazana je fotografijom i kratkim opisom. Navedeni su mjerni uređaji koji se koriste za mjerenje kompenzatora. U eksperimentalnom dijelu su dva završna mjerenja proizvoda gdje se kontrolira može li proizvod u isporuku, treba li ga popraviti ili ide u škart. Mjerenje i kontrola kvalitete osiguravaju da proizvod bude ispravan kada je isporučen. Cijena je opravdana kvalitetom i dugotrajnošću proizvoda.In this final assignment it is explained what is measuring, and how much it is important in engineering. It is explained what is expansion joint, where it is used, and its classification. Classification of expansion joints is shown by photo and short description. There is a list of measuring devices which are used for measuring expansion joints. In the experimental part for two final product measurings where it is controled if product is ready for delivery, does it need to be fixed, or thrown away. Measuring and quality control provide that the product is valid when it is delivered and after it is used. The price is justified by quality and durability off the product
The influence of substrates on growth and development of tagetes (Tagetes officinalis L.)
Kadife su ukrasne vrste čiji je uzgoj široko rasprostranjen jer nisu zahtjevne za uzgoj.
One dobro podnose visoke temperature, a toleriraju i različita tla. Cilj rada bio je utvrditi razlike u
razvoju kadife (Tagetes officnalis L.) uzgajane u proizvedenim supstratima i tlu. U pokusu su
korišteni supstrati za uzgoj presadnica (Potgrond H) i cvijeća (Florabella) i tlo. U kontejnere sa
104 sjetvena mjesta, napunjene susptratom Potgrond H i tlom, posijano je sjeme kadife. Nakon što
su razvile 4 lista, po 50 biljaka presađeno je u lončiće br. 10 u različitim kombinacijama (tlo-tlo,
tlo-supstrat, supstrat-tlo i supstrat-supstrat). Na razvijenim biljkama mjerene su sljedeće
vrijednosti: broj listova, broj pupova i cvjetova, promjer cvijeta, visina nadzemnog dijela, broj
postranih grana, te masa nadzemnog dijela biljaka. Biljke uzgajane u sustavu supstrat-supstrat
imale su se najveće vrijednosti, dok one u tlo-tlo najmanje.Tagetes are ornamental species whose cultivation is widespread because they are not
demanding to grow. They can endure high temperatures and can tolerate different kinds of soil.
The aim of the research was to establish differences in development of Tagetes grown in soil and
substrates. In the experiment two types of substrate were used, one for growing flowers
(Florabella), for growing seedlings (Potgrand H) and soil. The seeds were sown in containers with
104 seedbeds filled with substrate (Potgrand H) and soil. After the development of 4 leaves, 50
plants were planted in pots number 10 for growing in diffirent combinations (soil-soil, soilsubstrate,
substrate-soil and substrate-substrate). On the developed plants the following valves
were measured: number of leaves, number of buds onda flowers, the diameter of flowers, plant
height above the mass of the above-ground part of the plant. The plants that were grown in the
combination of two substrates had the highest valuse and the ones grown in the combination of
two different soils had the lowest values
Flange production by bending process
U radu je opisana tehnologija izrade prirubnice. Budući da postupak izrade pripada oblikovanju metala deformiranjem, opisano je i nešto općenito o oblikovanju metala deformiranjem. Savijanje kao središnji postupak izrade prirubnice je opisano kroz općenitu podjelu te potrebne parametre savijanja. Ovaj postupak karakteriziran je promjenom oblika materijala bez odvajanja čestica.This paper describes flange manufacturing technology. Since the manufacturing process belongs to the deformation of metal forming, some general description of the metal forming by deformation is also described. Bending as the central flange manufacturing process is described through the general splitting and bending parameters required. This process is characterized by changing the form of material without separating the particles
Emloyee motivation and management on example of Atlantic Group d.d.
U suvremenom svijetu ekonomije i nepredvidivih promjena svaka organizacija primorana je proširivati svoje znanje i neprestano učiti. Sposobnost učenja je jedinstvena karakteristika svakog ljudskog bića, ali organizacije kao same, u kojima ljudi funkcioniraju tijekom svog života tu sposobnost nemaju. To može dovesti do nedostatka ideja vodilja koje ona treba pružiti dođu u situaciju da ne razumiju i ne mogu se suočiti s nastalom promjenom ili situacijom. Tu dolazi do povezanosti sa motivacijom, koja je jedna od temeljnih čimbenika uspješne i ugledne ogranizacije. Ona se može odrediti kao proces pokretanja aktivnosti radi ostvarenja određenih ciljeva te usmjeravanja aktivnosti na određene objekte i reguliranje načina na koji će se postupiti. Kako bi poduzeće učilo, mora napredovati, a kako bi napredovalo, mora postojati motivacija među zaposlenicima. Ovim se radom ističu upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima te naravno motivacija kao jedna od njih, a temeljni cilj istraživanja je spoznati nešto više o unaprjeđivanju i obrazovanju zaposlenika te analiziranje uloge motivacije u tvrtci Atlantic Grupa d.d.In the modern world of fast-paced economics and unpredictable changes, each organization has been forced to expand its knowledge and to continuously learn. Learning is a unique feature of every human being, but organizations like themselves, in which people work throughout their lives, do not have that ability. This can lead to a lack of idea of the guideline that needs to come into a situation that they do not understand and can not cope with the change or situation that is being created. Here comes to the connection with motivation, which is one of the fundamental factors of successful and reputable encounters. It can be defined as a process of initiating activities to achieve certain goals and directing activities to specific objects and regulating how to act. In order for an enterprise to learn, it must progress, and in order to progress, there must be motivation among employees. This paper emphasizes human resource management and of course motivation as one of them, and the main goal of the research is to know more about improving and educating employees and analyzing the role of motivation at Atlantic Grupa d.d
Employee performance monitoring
U radu je analizirano kako zaposlenici trebaju raditi da bi se povećala radna uspješnost vlastitog rada i samog poduzeća. Poduzeće je uspješno onoliko koliko su uspješni njegovi zaposlenici. Ljudski resurs je najvažniji resurs koji svako poduzeće ima. U taj resurs se treba najviše ulagati ako se misli ostati konkurentan na tržištu. Poduzeća trebaju redoviti provoditi ocjenjivanje zaposlenika te poboljšati njihovo zalaganje koliko je to moguće. Da bi zaposlenici promijenili svoje ponašanje treba ih se motivirati za napredovanje i učenje. Rad prikazuje uspješnost zaposlenika, metode pomoću kojih se bolje može ocijeniti ta uspješnost te pogreške i probleme s kojima se poduzeća mogu susresti prilikom praćenja radne uspješnosti. U radu je prikazan sustav praćenja radne uspješnosti u Financijskoj agenciji.In this paper, it is analysed how employees need to work to increase the work performance of the own work and the company itself. The company is successful as far as it's employees are successful. Human resource is the most important resource every company has. In that resource should be invested most if it is thought to remain competitive on the labor market. Companies should regularly rate employees and improve their effort as much as possible. In order for employees to change their behaviour they should be motivated to advance and learn. The paper work presents employee's performanca, the methods by which it is evaluate the work performance of these errors and the problems that companies may encounter while monitoring work performance. Human resources management on example of Podravka d.d. Koprivnica
U radu je analizirano upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima na primjeru poduzeća Podravka d.d., jednom od vodećih poduzeća za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima na ovim prostorima. Od stvaranja pa sve do danas Podravka se brine o rastu i razvoju svojih zaposlenika čime doprinosi poboljšanju kvalitete njihova života.
Temeljni cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrditi na koji način Podravka d.d. upravlja ljudskim resursima, odnosno na koji način se obavlja selekcija kandidata, njihov razvoj, te koje su metode motiviranja i nagrađivanja njihovih zaposlenika.The paper analyses the management of human resources on the example of Podravka d.d., one of the leading human resource management companies in this region. From its creation to the present day Podravka have been taking care of the growth and development of its employees, which contributes to improvement of quality of their lives.
The basic objective of this research is to determine how Podravka d.d. manages human resources, i.e. how candidate selection is carried out, their development and which methods are used to motivate and reward their employees
