Negative contexts in contemporary sport
No full textU radu su analizirane specifičnosti negativnih konteksta u suvremenom sportu, dajući naglasak na doping i agresiju te negativnih konotacija kao njihovu produktu. Ove konotacije bitno se odražavaju na percepciju gledatelja prema određenome sportu te mogu imati i velike finacijske poslijedice na sport.
Kako bi se analizirali negativni konteksti u suvremenom sportu u prvome poglavlju je objašnjen moderni sport te koliki je tržište obuhvaćeno sportom. U drugome poglavlju je objašnjen marketing s naglaskom na marketing u sportu. Dijelovi marketinškoga miksa objašnjeni su u trećemu poglavlju. Kontekst modernoga sporta te njegove karakteristike objašnjene su u četvrtome poglavlju. U petome poglavlju analizirane su negativne pojave u sportu gdje su doping i agresija u posebnome fokusu ovoga rada.
Specifičan cilj ovoga rada je utvrditi značaj i utjecaj negativnih konteksta u suvremenom sportu na sportaše i konzumente sportskih proizvoda.This paper analyzes the specifics of negative contexts in contemporary sport, giving emphasis to doping and aggression and negative connotations as their product. These connotations are important to the perception of the spectator towards a certain sport and can also have great finishing effects on the sport. In order to analyze the negative contexts of modern sport, the first chapter explains modern sport and how much market is covered by sport. The second chapter explains marketing with an emphasis on marketing in sports. The marketing mix parts are explained in the third chapter. The context of modern sport and its characteristics are explained in the fourth chapter. In chapter five, negative sports phenomena have been analyzed where doping and aggression are in the focus of this paper. The specific aim of this paper is to determine the importance and impact of negative contexts in contemporary sports for athletes and consumers of sports products

No full textZadatak grijanja se sastoji u tome da se gubitak ljudske topline tokom zimskog perioda regulira zagrijavanjem okoline. Na taj način ostvaruje se toplinska ravnoteža između čovjeka i njegove okoline, a ono najvažnije stvara se osjećaj ugode kod čovjeka. U današnje vrijeme velikih klimatskih promjena, ali isto tako i velikih temperaturnih razlika tijekom godine ukazuje se potreba projektiranja sustava grijanja prema zahtjevima kupca uzimajući pri tome u obzir propisane standarde i regulative.
Ovim radom bilo je potrebno proračunati toplinske gubitke i dobitke proizvoljno odabrane obiteljske kuće kojoj je projektom definiran sastav građevinske konstrukcije. Za ogrjevno tijelo je postavljen kamin tvrtke „Color emajl“ iz Požege.The task of the heating is regulation by heating up the environment while the loss of human heat is present
On this way, temperature and heating balance is achieved between man and his environment, while achieving the most important thing, a comfortable atmosphere for the men.
Nowadays, during the large climate change, but also the large temperature differences during the year, the need for design of heating systems according to customer requirements is indicated, in accordance with the standards and regulations.
The main idea of this work, was to calculate heat losses and gains for arbitrarily selected family homes where the defined the composition of building structures, are defined by the project.

Production and use od chicory
No full textCikorija je dvogodišnja biljka iz porodice Asteraceae. Uzgaja se zbog zadebljalog korijena koji ima značaj u prehrambenoj i farmaceutskoj industriji. Korijen se suši i prži za preradu u kavovine. Inulin iz korijena cikorije pripada u prehrambena vlakna i koristi se kao probiotik.
Iako se cikorija u Hrvatskoj uzgaja na malim površinama može se reći da postoji tradicija uzgoja i prerade, ali i tradicija konzumiranja kavovine od cikorije.
Cilj završnog rada je opisati uzgoj i načine upotrebe cikorije.Chicory is a biennial plant of the family of Asteraceae. It is grown because of root that has significance in the food and pharmaceutical industry. The root is dried and frying for processing in coffee substitutes. Inulin from chicory root belongs to the fibres and used as a probiotic.
Although the chicory in Croatia is grown on small surfaces, it can be said that there is a tradition of growing and processing, but also a tradition of consuming coffee substitutes of chicory.
The aim of the final paper is to describe a growing and ways to use chicory

Opisana su kontrolna ispitivanja provedena u certificiranom laboratoriju za ispitivanje materijala nakon proizvodnje parnog kotla i tlačne posude u tvrtci Đuro Đaković Kotlovi d.o.o.
Analizirana su izvješća ispitivanja i utvrđeno zadovoljenje svih propisanih zahtjeva.In this paper are briefly presented the rules and standards used in the construction and production of pressure equipment.
Control tests that are used after the production of pressure equipment are listed.
Control tests, which have been carried out in a certified laboratory for material testing after steam boiler and pressure vessel production in the company Đuro Đaković Kotlovi d.o.o., are described.

No full textU radu je prikazano na raznim primjerima i zadatcima kako se kvadratne jednadžbe mogu koristiti u svakodnevnom životu te kako se mogu primjenjivati i u ostalim znanostima.
Kvadratne jednadžbe poistovjećuju se s kvadratnim polinomima, odnosno polinomima drugog reda. Kvadratne jednadžbe su oblika =2++. Ima graf koji je u obliku parabole.
Veliki broj kvadratnih jednadžbi se može riješiti faktorizacijom kada je koeficijent kod jednadžbe jedan. Također neke jednadžbe čiji vodeći koeficijent nije jedan, mogu se riješiti faktorizacijom pomoću metode koja se zove “rastavljanje na faktore“. Druga metoda je metodom “kvadratne formule“. Na kraju se dobije pozitivno i negativno rješenje. Diskriminanta može imati različite vrijednosti. Treća metoda za rješavanje kvadratnih jednadžbi je metoda “nadopunjavanje kvadrata“. Ona se koristi kada se jednadžba ne može faktorizirati. Kvadratne jednadžbe imaju široku primjenu.In the work is shown in various examples and assignments how quadratic equations can be used in everyday life and how they can be applied in science.
Quadratic equations elaborates equations in which is include quadratic polynomials, i.e. second degree polynomials. Equations are having the form: =2++ and they contain a graph which is in shape of parable. A lot of quadratic equations can be solved by factorization when the coefficient of the equation is one. Also some of the equations whose leading coefficient is not one, can be solved with a method called “factoring by grouping”. Another method is called “the quadratic formula”. On the end of this method solution will be positive and negative. Discriminant can have different values. Third method is called “completing the square”. It is used when the equation can’t be factored. Quadratic equations have wide specter of application
3D model of double acting oscillating engine
No full textU radu je kratko opisan parni stroj, njegova povijest, vrste parnih strojeva, izvedbe te je pobliže objašnjen način rada parnih strojeva. Prikazan je krati uvod o izradi 3D modela, te je kratko opisan rad u programskom paketu SolidWorks.
Osnovni zadatak rada je na temelju 2D tehničke dokumentacije dvoradnog oscilirajućeg parnog stroja izraditi 3D model sa svim osnovnim dijelovima sastavljenim u pod sklopove i završni funkcionalni 3D model. Pojedinačni dijelovi stroja prikazani su u odgovarajućoj tablici.
Funkcionalni, pokretni 3D model dvoradnog oscilirajućeg parnog stroja sastavni je dio priloženog CD-a ovom završnom radu.In this paper there will be a brief description of the steam engine, its history, types, engine configurations, and its functions will be explained more closely. An brief introduction to 3D modeling is presented and also a brief description of the modeling process in the SolidWorks software package.
The basic task of the work is to build a 3D model with all the basic parts assembled into the sub-assemblies and the final functional 3D model based on the 2D technical documentation of the double oscillating steam engine. The individual parts of the machine are shown in the appropriate table
Marketing in tourism
No full textU radu su ukratko objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi marketinga, turizma i marketinga u turizmu. Nadalje objašnjeno je turističko poslovanje, turističko tržište kao i istraživanje turističkog tržišta. Kroz razradu teme pobliže je objašnjeno funkcioniranje marketinga u turizmu, koja mu je smisao te cilj.
Kroz rad vidi se da je turizam vrlo važna djelatnost za Hrvatsko gospodarstvo. Na sreću, Hrvatska uz blagu mediteransku klimu koju u ljetnim mjesecima nudi na obali, može ponuditi i mnogobrojne Nacionalne parkove, Parkove prirode te Spomenike zaštićene od strane UNESCO-a koji daju mogućnost cjelogodišnjeg posjeta turista.
Za kraj, objašnjeni su neki statističi pokazatelji turizma u RH.
Teorijska je analiza pokazala da je marketing važan u turizmu kao i u svakoj drugoj djelatnosti, no u Hrvatskoj je slučaj da se u turistički marketing ne ulažu veliki napori zbog najčešćeg promoviranja Hrvatske od strane turista koji su već bili u posjetu te svoje dojmove djele rodbini i prijateljima.
Rezultati analize ukazuju da bi trebalo promijeniti dio koji se odnosi na oslanjanje Hrvatskog gospodarstva na turizam u Hrvatskoj.This work briefly explains the basic terms of marketing, tourism and tourism marketing. Furthermore, it describes the tourism business, tourism market and market research in marketing. Due to further elaboration of the topic, the functioning of marketing in tourism, its meaning and goal are discussed in detail.
In addition, this work shows that tourism is an important sector of the Croatian economy. Croatia, fortunately, boastswithits mild Mediterranean climate offered in the summer months at the coast, and numerous national and nature parksas well as protected historical monuments under the patronage of UNESCO. Finally, a few statistical indicators of tourism in the Republic of Croatia are explained.
The theoretical analysis has shown that the marketing is important in tourism and in every other branch, but in Croatia no significant efforts are made in tourism marketing because often Croatia is promoted by tourists who have already visited the country and share their impressions with their relatives and friends.
The results of the analysis indicate that the part related to the Croatian economy’s relying on the tourism in Croatia would have to be changed

Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati što je to web, što ga sve obuhvaća, koje su mu prednosti i nedostatci, koji je važan čimbenik u privatnosti te kako zaštititi privatnost na webu. S ciljem smanjenja mogućnosti manipulacija, razvili su se različiti mehanizmi i tehnike (sigurnosne mjere) zaštite korisnika Interneta koji će se prikazati u ovome radu.
Prije dubljeg proučavanja detalja o on-line sigurnosti treba obratiti pozornost na sličnosti izmeĎu pojmova sigurnosti i privatnosti, na što se odnosi sigurnost i koje sve tehnike koristimo radi zaštite sigurnosti. Teorijski dio će se poduprijeti spoznajama iz znanstvene i stručne literature.The theme of this final work is privacy and protection on the web. The subject of this paper is privacy on the web, and all what includes, which are it's advantages and disadvantages, which is an important factor in privacy and how to protect privacy on the web. With the aim of reducing the possibility of web manipulation, various mechanisms and techniques (security measures) of the protection of Internet users were developed over the times and it will be discuss in this paper. Before deeper study of the on-line security details, attention will be paid to the similarities between security and privacy, what does security concerns and which technic of the security protections will be used. Definiran je proces komunikacije i njegovih medija, opisane su glavne vrste medija i zašto je važno pažljivo odabrati pravi način komunikacije prilikom pokušaja dostave poruke primateljima. Utjecaj medija na svijet i važnost odnosa s medijima su teme na koje se najviše obraća pažnja kada se govori o medijima. Analizirani su utjecaji medija na društvo 21.stoljeća, koliko je zapravo učinkovito koristiti medije u svakodnevnom životu, što u obrazovanju, zabavi, slobodnom vremenu i poslu, te postoje li posljedice u korištenju medija. Mediji samostalno, imaju velik utjecaj u društvu i uvelike služe u povezivanju svijeta. Razvitkom tehnologije lakše i brže prenose vijesti diljem Zemlje, a u budućnosti čak i dalje te na taj način omogućavaju lakši pristup željenim informacijama. Svi imaju pravo na informacije i slobodu govora što je od iznimne važnosti. No, često mediji imaju negativni utjecaj na društvo, posebice na djecu, koja su izložena neprimjerenim sadržajima te to uvelike utječe na njihovo ponašanje. Posljednjih godina sve češća je televizijska ovisnost što rezultira prekomjernim gledanjem televizije,ali također i korištenje interneta.The topic of the final work is media and media relations. The process of communication and its media has been defined, the main types of media are described and why it is important to carefully choose the right way of communication when trying to send message to recipients. The media's impact on the world and the importance of media relations are topics on which is most concerned when it comes to the media. The influence of the media on society in the 21st century has been analyzed, how effective it is to use media in everyday life, such as education, entertainment, leisure and business, and whether there are consequences in using the media. The media alone, have a great impact on society and largely serve to connect the world. By developing technology, it is easier and faster to convey news across the Earth, and in the future, even more so, enabling easier access to desired information. Everyone has the right to information and freedom of speech which is of utmost importance. However, media often have a negative impact on society, especially children, exposed to inappropriate content and greatly affecting their behavior. In recent years, television addiction is increasingly common, resulting in excessive television viewing, but also the use of the Internet

No full textTema završnog rada je upravljanje fluktuacijom zaposlenika, a kao primjer odabran je hotel Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik te je analizirana fluktuacija zaposlenika hotela.
U radu su definirani pojmovi fluktuacije, a sama fluktuacija zaposlenika analizirana je kvalitativnom i kvantitativnom metodom analize fluktuacije zaposlenika. Prikazani su i teoretski aspekti fluktuacije, troškovi izazvani fluktuacijom koji su ujedno i najteže posljedice.
Upravljanje fluktuacijom je važno iz razloga jer se na taj način troškovi mogu uvelike smanjiti, pa je u radu prezentiran način upravljanja njome.
U radu su prikazani osnovni konceptualni modeli fluktuacije koji imaju jednu zajedničku poveznicu – zadovoljstvo radnika.The teme of the final work is employee turnover management and as an example of that is hotel Falkensteiner Club Funimation Borik whose turnover is analyzed.
The basic terms of the employee turnover are defined and analyzed aby qualitative and quantitative method. The theoretical aspects of the turnover, the costs caused by the fluctuation, are also the most difficult consequences so the turnover management is very important because it can reduce costs.
