Organizational creativity as a competitive advantage of Coca-Cola
Kada se u okruženju čuje riječ kreativnost, većina ljudi pomisli na umjetnost poput slikarstva ili glazbe. Međutim, kreativnost je vidljiva i u poduzećima. Način na koji poduzeća odrađuju aktivnosti iz područja marketinga mora biti kreativan i inovativan da bi ljudima bio zanimljiv i ostavio neki trag. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati tu kreativnost kao konkurentsku prednost tvrtke Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola je svakako jedan od svjetskih lidera u kreativnosti. To se najbolje vidi po utjecaju njenih promotivnih oglasa. Poznate su Coca-Cola promotivne poruke za Božić za koje se smatra da su jedne od najutjecajnijih poruka. U ovom radu analizira se marketinška strategija Coca-Cole, kao i upravljanje marketingom kroz kreativnost i inovativnost poduzeća.When the word creativity is heard in environment, most people think of art as painting or music. However, creativity is also visible in businesses. The way businesses do marketing activities must be creative and innovative to keep people interesting and to leave some trace. The aim of this paper is to portray this creativity as a competitive advantage of Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola is certainly one of the world's leaders in creativity. This is best seen by the impact of her promotional ads. Coca-Cola Christmas promotional messages are known to be considered one of the most influential messages. Agricultural traktor and its basic maintenance
Ovaj rad opisuje koliko je važna upotreba traktora u poljoprivredi kako bi se olakšala obrada tla, sjetva kultura, gnojidba i razni drugi zahvati koji su potrebni za postizanje što boljeg prinosa kultura. Također što je bitno kako bi traktor bio spreman za sve radnje potrebno ga je održavati. Servisiranje traktora i potrošnih dijelova tako i garažiranje traktora je jedna od ključnih stvari kako bih traktor bio pouzdan za rad u polju. Njegovo ne održavanje dovodi do velikih kvarova i naravno velikih gubitaka novaca što nije potrebno uz redovno održavanje traktora.This thesis describes the importance of tractors in agriculture, especially for facilitating tillage, sowing, fertilization and many different actions needed for achieving higher crop yields. In addition, tractor maintenance is another important factor for farmers’ complete safety while working in the fields. The lack of regular maintenance leads to great mechanical malfunctions as well as higher production expenses
The impact of social change on the equality of women and men in entrepreneurship
U radu je analizirana pojava feminizma kao društveni pokret koji omogućuje ženama
dolazak na više pozicije u poslovanju, te stvorila velike prednosti za žensko poduzetništvo.
Povijesno razmatrajući žena nije imala pravo glasa, danas žene vode svoja poslovanja.
Provedenom anketom koju su ispunjavali studenti dolazi se do zaključaka kako je
feminizam drastično utjecao na položaj žena danas. Prema današnjim pogledima žena je
ravnopravna muškarcu u svim segmentima.
Teorijska analiza i pokazatelji podataka provedene ankete pokazuje kretanje žena kroz
povijest, te kojom je mjerom feminizam utjecao na ravnopravnost žena i muškaraca u
poduzetništvu danas.The paper analyzes the emergence of feminism as a social movement that allows women
to reach higher positions in business, and created great advantages for women's entrepreneurship.
Historically, women did not have the right to vote, today women run their own businesses.
A survey conducted by students leads to the conclusion that feminism has drastically
affected the position of women today. According to today's views, a woman is equal to a man in
all segments.
Theoretical analysis and data indicators of the survey show the movement of women
throughout history, and the extent to which feminism has influenced the equality of women and
men in entrepreneurship today
The importance of communication and negotiating in business and normal life
Komunikacija je proces prijenosa poruka, informacija, želja, ideja, osjećaja i još mnogih stavki od jedne do druge osobe ili grupe ljudi. Komunikacija može biti pisana, usmena, verbalna, neverbalna, ali to su samo neke od vrsta. Verbalna je iskazivanje svih misli pomoću izrečene riječi a neverbalna sve mimo ostalo, svaki pokret, gesta, izgled osobe, izgled sobe itd. Najbolje je kada osobe komuniciraju koristeći se asertivnim stilom gdje obje osobe, strane pobjeđuju. Svaki konflikt treba što brže riješiti jer će obustaviti komunikaciju. Isto tako je važno da osoba aktivno sudjeluje i daje povratnu informaciju te da se empatično uputi u svaku komunikaciju ali i u svako pregovaranje. Pregovaranje je proces kod kojega jedna stranka želi nešto od druge a ta druga nešto od prve, oni međusobno to pregovaraju kako bi došli do željenog dogovora. Cilj su suradnja i dobri međuljudski odnosi tj. trebalo bi se što više pregovarati integrativno a ne distributivno, koristiti strategije i taktike koje će pomoći ovim ciljevima. Kod pregovaranje je bitno dobro se pripremiti, imati jasan cilj, poznavati tip pregovarača, imati BATNU tj. najbolju alternativu dogovora. Komunikacija i pregovaranje su dva jako važna procesa u poslovanju i u društevnom životu čovjeka. Oni se prosežu kroz sve sfere života čovjeka te bez njih nema ni života što je dokazano istrživanjem provedenim kroz anketu.Communication is the process of transmitting messages, information, desires, ideas, feelings and many more items from one person or group of people to another. Communication can be written, oral, verbal, nonverbal, but these are just some of the types. Verbal is the expression of all thoughts using a spoken word and nonverbal is ewerything else, every movement, gesture, appearance of a person, appearance of a room, etc. It is best when people communicate using an assertive style where both parties win at the end. And any conflict should be resolved as soon as possible because it will suspend communication. It is also important that the person actively participates and gives feedback and that he is emphathetically inolved in every communication but also in every negotiation. Negotiation is a process in which one party wants something from the other and the other wants something from the first, they negotiate it with each other in order to reach the desired agreement. The goals are cooperation and good interpersonal relations, meaning people should negotiate integratively as musch as possible and not distributively, use strategies and tactics that will help achieve these goals. When negotiating, it is important to prepare well, to have a clear goal, to know the type of negotiator, to have BATNA, best alternative to a negotiated agreement. Communication and negotiation are two very important processes in business and in a person`s social life. They extend through all spheres of human life, and without them there is no life, as evidenced by research conducted through a survey
Quality management in the company Experio d.o.o.
U radu je objašnjeno što je to kvaliteta, koji značaj ona donosi za poslovanje, kako se razvija, te kako se njome upravlja. U radu su analizirani načini ispunjavanja preduvjeta, obrada te rad poduzeća koje ima ispunjene uvjete za ISO standarde. U radu se pobliže objašnjava svrha kvalitete i ISO standarda u suvremenom menadžmentu. Objašnjeno je kako poduzeća dobivaju određene ISO standarde te na koji način to mijenja i unapređuje njihov svakodnevni rad. Također, govori se o ulaganju u resurse kao što su ljudski, materijali, strojevi i slično za osiguranje kvalitetnijeg rada i kvalitetnijih proizvoda u svrhu postizanja konkurentnosti te prednosti na poslovnom tržištu. U završnom radu je spomenut i osvrt na ISO standarde u poduzeću Experio d.o.o te su proučeni načini na koje se u tom poduzeću upravlja kvalitetom te kakve je to rezultate donijelo u ostalim poslovnim aktivnostima u tom poduzeću.The paper explains what quality is, what value it brings to the business, how is it developed, and how it is managed. This paper analyzes the ways of fulfilling the preconditions, the processing and the work of a company that has to meet the requirements for ISO standards. This paper explains in detail the purpose of quality and ISO standards in modern management. It is explained that companies get certain ISO standards and how these changes improve their daily work. Also, it is about investing in resources such as human resources, materials, machines and ways to ensure better quality work and better quality products in order to achieve competitiveness and advantage in the business market. The final paper also mentions the review of ISO standards in Experian Ltd. and examines ways in which the company manages quality and what results it has in other business activities in that company
Development of small and medium enterprises on example Brodsko-posavska counties
U radu je analiziran razvoj malih i srednjih poduzeća na primjeru Brodsko-posavske županije. Prema dosadašnjim provedenim projektima poticanja razvoja poduzetništva Republike Hrvatsko pokazuje se da poduzeća imaju prilike za prijave na projekte pomoću kojih će se potaknuti rast i razvoj malih i srednjih poduzeća.
Primjerom Brodsko-posavske županije navode se primjeri provedenih te projekta koji se trenutno provode kako bi se potaknuo razvoj malih i srednjih poduzeća. U radu se također i navode primjeri poduzeća iz prakse koja svojim poslovanjem ostvaruju rast i razvoj poduzeća.
Financijskim poticanjem razvoja malih i srednjih poduzeća povećava se i broj novootvorenih radnih mjesta, te se znatno utječe na poboljšanje hrvatskog gospodarstva.The paper analyzes the development of small and medium enterprises on the example of Brod-Posavina County. According to the projects implemented so far to encourage the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia, it is shown that companies have the opportunity to apply for projects that will encourage the growth and development of small and medium enterprises.
The example of Brod-Posavina County provides examples of those projects that are currently being implemented in order to encourage the development of small and medium enterprises. The paper also gives examples of companies from practice that achieve growth and development of companies through their business.
The financial stimulation of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises also increases the number of newly created jobs, and has a significant impact on the improvement of the Croatian economy

Predmet završnog rada je uloga institucija za financiranje poduzetništva s naglaskom na poslovne inkubatore za ekonomski razvoj. Uloga poduzetništva u gospodarskom razvoju je više od samo povećanja proizvodnje i dohotka po stanovniku. Uključuje pokretanje i uspostavljanje promjena u strukturi poduzeća i društva. Poslovni primjer Inkubator Pleternica (PLINK) naveden je kao primjer uspješnog poslovnog inkubatora. Prikupljeni podaci odredit će uspjeh projekata nakon njihovih savjetovanja i koliko je ljudi odlučilo, nakon uspješnog završetka projekta, postati stalni poduzetnik kako bi doprinijelo gospodarskom i socijalnom napretku zemlje.The subject of the thesis is the role of entrepreneurial support institutions, with an emphasis on entrepreneurial incubators, in economic development. The role of entrepreneurship in economic development involves more than just increasing output and per capita income; involves the initiation and establishment of change in the structure of business and in society. The Pleternica Business Incubator (PLINK) was taken as an example of a successful business incubator. The data collected will determine the success of the projects after their consultations and how many people, after successfully completing the project; have decided to pursue entrepreneurial activity on a permanent basis, thereby contributing to the economic and social progress of the country
Recognizing the authenticity of banknotes in the Republic of Croatia
Tema završnog rada je prepoznavanje autentičnosti novčanica Republike Hrvatske. Postankom i razvojem papirnog novca počinju se javljati i prve krivotvorine novčanica. U Republici Hrvatskoj je Kaznenim zakonom te raznim odlukama i međunarodnim konvencijama reguliran postupak u slučaju pojave krivotvorenih novčanica. Važno da građani znaju osnovne karakteristike novčanica i razliku između originala i krivotvorine te učestalost pojave krivotvorenih novčanica.
Povijesnom metodom prikupljeni su podaci o postanku papirnatog novca i pojavi krivotvorina papirnatog novca.
Deskriptivnom metodom prikazana je zakonska regulativa na području Republike Hrvatske te karakteristike originalnih i krivotvorenih novčanica kuna i eura.
Statističkom i komparativnom metodom prikazana je pojava krivotvorenih novčanica kuna i eura u odnosnu na ukupni volumen novca u optjecaju.
Metodom sinteze doneseni su zaključci o potrebi edukacije o raspoznavanju krivotvorenih novčanica u cilju smanjenja njihove pojave u optjecaju.The topic of this final work is recognizing the authenticity of banknotes of the Republic of Croatia. The first counterfeit notes appear with introduction and development of paper money. In the Republic of Croatia procedures in case of appearance of counterfeit notes are defined by the Criminal law, various decisions and international conventions. It is important for the citizens to know the basic characteristics of banknotes, the differences between the original and counterfeit notes and the frequency of their appearance.
Historical method was used to collect the data about the introduction of paper money and appearance of counterfeit notes.
Descriptive method was used to show legislation in the Republic of Croatia and to describe the features of counterfeit kuna and euro notes.
Statistical and comparative methods were used to show the incidence of counterfeit kunas and euros in relation to total money volume in circulation.
Synthetic method was used to make conclusions about the need for education in recognizing counterfeit notes in order to reduce their appearance in circulation
Financial analysis of TOPEX d.o.o.
Završnim radom je analizirano poslovanje tvrtke Topex d.o.o. odnosno izvršena je
analiza financijskih izvještaja te su izračunati financijski pokazatelji poslovanja pouzeća s
ciljem da se ocijeni uspješnost njegovog poslovanja. Isto tako je provedena analiza troškova
koje poduzeće ima radi eventualne izrade plana upravljanja troškovima te SWOT analiza.
Radom je bilo potrebno analizirati poslovanja poduzeća u protekle tri godine da bi se
mogla ocijeniti uspješnost njegovog poslovanja i eventualno usporediti sa sličnim
poduzećima.The final paper analyzed the business of Topex d.o.o. that is, an analysis of the
financial statements was carried out and the financial performance of the company was
calculated in order to evaluate the performance of its business. Also, a cost analysis was
carried out for the company to produce a cost management plan and a SWOT analysis.
It was necessary to analyze the business operations of the company over the past
three years in order to evaluate the success of its business and possibly compare it with
similar companies
Growing Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)
Grah (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) potječe iz područja Andi u Južnoj Americi, a od tamo se
proširio u srednju Ameriku i Meksiko, gdje i sada ima najviše ekotipova ove vrste. Nakon što je
došlo do otkrića Amerike grah je brzo prenesen u Španjolsku, a odatle i u cijelu Europu, Afriku i
Aziju, gdje se danas najviše uzgaja u odnosu na cjelokupne svjetske površine. Grah vrlo dobro
uspijeva na raznim tipovima tala. Za uzgoj graha optimalna su srednje teška tla koja imaju dobar
kapacitet za vodu, dobru dreniranost i dobru strukturu. Neutralna i slabo kisela tla sa pH od 6 do
6,5 su najprikladnija za uzgoj graha. Cilj ovoga rada bio je utvrditi razlike u rastu i razvoju graha
mahunara sorte Berggold uzgajanog u vrtnom tlu i vermikompostu. Pokus je postavljen u 40
posuda volumena 2,5 l za svaki supstrat. Nije utvrđena razlika u visini biljaka, broju grana i
broju listova između biljaka uzgajanih u tlu i vermikompostu. Biljke uzgajane u vrtnom tlu imale
su veći broj cvjetova i veći prinos zrna nego biljke uzgajane u vermikompostu.Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) originated in the Andes region of South America, and
from there spreaded to Central America and Mexico, where it still has the most ecotypes of this
species. After the discovery of America, beans were quickly transported to Spain, and from there
to the whole of Europe, Africa and Asia, where today they are mostly grown in relation to the
entire world. Beans thrive very well on a variety of soil types. Medium-heavy soils with good
water capacity, good drainage and good structure are optimal for growing beans. Neutral and
slightly acidic soils with a pH of 6 to 6.5 are most suitable for growing beans. The aim of this
study was to determine the differences in the growth and development of Berggold legumes
grown in garden soil and vermicompost. The experiment was set up in 40 2.5 l vessels for each
substrate. No difference was found in plant height, number of branches and number of leaves
between plants grown in soil and vermicompost. Plants grew in garden soil had a higher number
of flowers and higher grain yield than plants grew in vermicompost
