Stator coil forming device
No full textZavršni rad predstavlja konstrukciju naprave za oblikovanje uloţnog svitka statora i pojedine verzije naprave za odreĎenu operaciju pri oblikovanju svitka.
Naprava je dio projekta tvrtke Končar – Institut za elektrotehniku d.d. koja koristi napravu u izradi svitaka za odreĎeni tip elektromotora. Prilikom izrade statora, bakreni namot je potrebno umetnuti u utore kućišta. Budući da je geometrija kućišta kompleksna, pojavljuje se potreba za preciznim oblikovanjem bakrenih svitaka.
Potrebno je konstruirati napravu za oblikovanje svitaka statora koja je primjenjiva za formiranje svitaka bakrene profilne ţice dimenzija 2.8 x 2.8 mm, statore duljine izmeĎu 80 i 120 mm i statorske utore poluotvorenih oblika. Ona se konstruira koristeći 3D alatne programe.
Naprava treba omogućiti oblikovanje bakrenih svitaka s ciljem jednostavnog umetanja u kućište statora. Svaki svitak potrebno je rastegnuti ovisno o koraku motora te prilagoditi zahtjevima njegova statora.The final paper represents the construction of a device for forming a stator roller coil and individual versions of a device for a particular operation when forming a coil.
The device is part of the project of Končar - Institute of Electrical Engineering d.d. which uses a device in making coils for a specific type of an electric motor. When making the stator, copper windings should be inserted into the grooves of the case. Because the geometry of the case is complex, the need for precise design of copper coils has emerged.
It is necessary to construct a stator coil forming device which is applicable for forming coils of copper profile wire of dimensions 2.8 x 2.8 mm, stator lengths between 80 and 120 mm and stator slots of semi-open shapes. It is constructed using 3D tools.
The device should design copper coils with easy insertion into the stator case. Each coil needs to be stretched depending on the steps of the motor and adjusted to the requirements of its stator
Banks and banking business
No full textU radu je analizirana djelatnost banke i njeno poslovanje. Prema dosadašnjim istraživanjima, koja su provedena, može se reći da se bankarsko poslovanje unatoč velikim gospodarskim i tehnološkim promjenama i nije drastično promijenilo, što dodatno pokazuje razlog stabilnosti bankarskog poslovanja i njenog tržišta.
Zadatak ovog rada bio je proučiti banke i bankarsko poslovanje. U ovom radu detaljno je opisana specifičnost i specijaliziranost poslovanja svake banke, te načina na koji svaka ta banka dolazi do profita. Opisana je i mnogobrojna podjela bankarskog poslovanja koja se kroz godine poslovanja ne mijenja nego se dodatno učvršćuje i proširuje, zahvaljujući poštivanju stalnih i dugogodišnjim principa bankarskog poslovanja.
Kao rezultat pokazalo se kako banka ima ozbiljnu i tešku ulogu u današnjem svijetu globalizacije. Opravdava sva očekivanja svojim ustrajnim i neprekidnim radom bez obzira na vanjske utjecaje i sve krize koje su pogodile bankarsko poslovanje i cjelokupno gospodarstvo države.The paper analyzes the activities of the bank and its operations. According to the previous surveys, which have been conducted, it can be said that banking business despite major economic and technological changes did not drastically change, what further illustrates the reason for the stability of the banking business and its market.
The task of this paper was to study banks and banking operations. This paper in detail describes the specificity and specialization of each bank's operations, and the way in which each bank comes to profit. A number of banking business segments are described, which has not changed over the years of operation further strengthens and extends, thanks to the respect of the constant and long-standing principles of banking operations.
As a result, it has been shown that the bank has a serious and difficult role in today's globalization world. Measurement in the production plant
No full textU radu je opisano mjerenje u proizvodnom pogonu Đuro Đaković TEP-a, gdje je detaljno opisana završna kontrola dimenzija kotlovskog bubnja, koja je među glavnim dijelovima kotla za energetsku oporabu otpada. Opisana je tehnika mjerenja te kakve sve vrste mjerenja postoje i koje se tehnike provode u pogonima TEP-a. Prema izmjerenim dimenzijama, bilo je potrebno usporediti s dozvoljenim tolerancijama zadanim po normi, te usporediti rezultate s rezultatima crteža uz moguće tolerancijsko odstupanje. Nakon dobivenih rezultata, provodi se numerička analiza podataka te se utvrđuje da su mjerenja u dozvoljenim tolerancijskim razredima, te nije potrebno za dodatnom obradom i doradom proizvoda.The paper describes the measurements in the TEP Đuro Đaković production plant, where the final control of the dimensions of a boiler drum is described in detail, which is one of the main components of the boiler for energetic waste usage. It also describes the measurement technique and types of measurements that exist and which techniques are being carried out in TEP plants. According to the measured dimensions, it was necessary to compare it with the tolerances given by the normes and compare the results with the results of the drawings with possible tolerance deviation. After the results are obtained, a numerical data analysis is performed and it is established that measurements are in a permitted tolerance classes and further processing of the product is not required

No full textU radu su opisana svojstva i karakteristike motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem, te mjerenja pomoću kojih se može doći do spoznaje o bitnim izvedenim svojstvima i karakteristikama koje određuju kvalitetu proizvodnje, procese pretvaranja toplinske energije u mehanički rad, efektivnu snagu, okretni moment motora, brzinske karakteristike, stupnjeve korisnosti i ostale karakteristike. Također su prikazani i uređaji za obavljanje navedenih mjerenja, te nove tehnologije koje se uvode u današnje automobile i njihovi principi rada. U zadnjem dijelu rada bit će prikazana toplinska bilanca motora, koja prikazuje način raspodjele topline u motoru.This work is presenting characteristics and performances of internal combustion engines and measuring systems which can help us gain some knowledge about important facts about the engine. Parameters that are measured can be used to determine quality of manufacturing, processes of converting thermal energy to kinetic, effective power of the engine, torque, speed characteristics, level of efficiency etc. Also, instruments for refurbishing these measuring systems and new technologies that are found in modern cars and their working principles. In the last section of the work, heat balance of the engine is shown and the way heat is transferred throughout the engine

U radu se također pobliže objašnjava svrha informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije u suvremenom menadžmentu. Objašnjeno je kako poduzeća prepoznaju trendove suvremene informacijske tehnologije te na koji način ih prate i koriste u svakodnevnom radu. Također, govori se o načinima ulaganja i iskorištavanja informacijskih tehnologija za poslovne potrebe i postizanje konkurentnosti i prednosti na poslovnom tržištu. U radu je napravljen i osvrt o implementiranosti informacijske tehnologije u menadžmentu i poduzećima u Hrvatskoj, zastupljenost informacijske tehnologije, te načini za bolju informacijsku integriranost i povezanost.The paper explains what information technology is, how information technology is designed, developed and managed. Gear pumps with external gear
No full textU radu je napravljena je podjela hidrauličkih pumpi, za svaku je dan opis. Opisana su neka ograničenja u radu hidrauličkih pumpi. Detaljno je opisana zupčasta pumpa s unutarnjim i vanjskim ozubljenjem te je napravljena podjela prema ozubljenju zupčanika, prema obliku zuba zupčanika, broju pari zupčanika i pumpi, mogućnosti regulacije protoka, korištenju tlaka tekućine za povećanje radne sposobnosti. Opisana su područja primjene zupčastih pumpi.
Glavni dio rada je konstrukcija i proračun zupčaste pumpe s vanjskim ozubljenjem gdje su date slike pojedinih dijelova zupčaste pumpe s vanjskim ozubljenjem te proračuni za zupčastu pumpu s vanjskim ozubljenjem.
Na kraju rada napisane su prednosti i nedostatci ranije spomenutih pumpi s vanjskim ozubljenjem.This work aims to explain of gear pumps gives the classification /subdivision of different gear pump types. Each one has been given a description and principle of its work. Some limitations of gear pumps work have been explained. Gear pump with external and internal gear has been described in detail. The division of toothed gears includes the shape of toothed gear, number of paired toothed gear and pump, the possibility of regulating the flow, the use of fluid pressure to increase working ability. This work also describes the fields of applications for gear pumps.
The most important part of this work is the construction and calculation of gear pumps with external gear where pictures of separate parts of gear pumps with external gear and calculations for the gear pump with external have been given. The work is ended with pros and cons list of earlier mentioned pumps with external gear

The application of biostimulators on cultivation of paulownia trees
No full textPaulovnija je drvenasta biljka porijeklom iz Kine koja se koristi kao osnovna sirovina u
drvoprerađivačkoj industriji zbog brzog rasta i formiranja stabla. Ona je nakon nicanja, u ranoj
fazi rasta i razvoja, nježna te osjetljiva na povećanu količinu vode koja može uzrokovati razne
bolesti, pojavu štetnika i propadanje. Zbog toga se za prevladavanje potencijalnog stresa, kod
razvoja mladih biljaka paulovnije, upotrebljavaju biostimulatori.
Cilj ovoga rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj biostimulatora Delfan plus na rast i razvoj mladih
presadnica paulovnije iz „in vitro“ proizvodnje. Pokus je postavljen s 40 presadnica koje su
uzgajane s biostimulatorom Delfan plus u količini 8 ml/10 l vode u različitim vremenskim
periodima. Tijek praćenja rasta i razvoja paulovnije bio je u periodu od 4.4.2019. do 20.6.2019.
Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da su najveći porast imale presadnice paulovnije
prihranjivane svaki drugi tjedan s biostimulatorom Delfan plus u količini od 8 ml/10 l vode.Paulownia is a woody plant originating from China, which is used as a basic raw material
in the wood processing industry due to its rapid growth and tree formation.. After germination, in
an early growth phase, paulownia tree is delicate and sensitive to increased amounts of water that
can cause various diseases and decay. To overcome potential stress, in development of young
plants of paulownia, biostimulators are used.
The aim of this study is to determine the impact of biostimulator Delfan plus on the
growth and development of paulownia seedlings of “in vitro” production. The experiment was
appointed to 40 seedlings treated with biostimulator Delfan plus in quantity of 8 ml/10 l of
waterover various time periods. The course of monitoring teh growth and development
paulownia tree’s was in the perod 4th April 2019 to 20th June 2019
Thee results obtained determined that the significant increase had the paulownia
seedlings treated every other week with the biostimulator Delfan plus in quantity of 8 ml/10 l of
water

No full textRad se sastoji od prikupljenih i analiziranih podataka o poduzetnicima, poduzetništvu, te o pokretanju poduzetničkog projekta, također u svrhu rada je provedena anketa na temelju koje su prikupljeni podaci o informiranosti ljudi o pokretanju poduzetničkog projekta, te o njihovoj zainteresiranosti za pokretanje poduzetničkog projekta, te je utvrđeno da su ljudi zainteresirani za osnivanje vlastitog poduzeća, ali zbog mnogih čimbenika ipak se ne odlučuju na taj potez. Također u radu se mogu saznati i koje su to ključne osobine koje uspješan poduzetnik mora imati.The paper consists of collected and analyzed data on entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship, and starting an entrepreneurial project.
