Harmful organisms control in the blackberry plantation
Kupina (Rubus fruticosus L.) je višegodišnja biljka i pripada porodici Rosaceae, rodu Rubus. Obiluje mineralima, vitaminima, antioksidantima i vlaknima koji su veoma učinkoviti u prevenciji brojnih bolesti. Osim u sirovom i smrznutom obliku, moţe se konzumirati i u obliku Ďemova, ţelea, sokova, vina i likera.
Tijekom uzgoja kupinu napadaju različiti štetni organizmi (uzročnici bolesti, štetnici i korovi). Kako bi se ostvario kvalitetan i količinski zadovoljavajući prirod, potrebno je pratiti pojavu te pravovremeno i uspješno suzbijati štetne organizme u nasadu. Bolesti koje se mogu javiti na kupini su narančasta i ljubičasta hrĎa, ţuta hrĎa lista i izbojka, purpurna pjegavost izbojka, antraknoza i vrlo česta siva plijesan. Nasad kupine napadaju štetnici kao što su lisne uši, malinina mušica, malinin pupar i kupinina grinja. Kako je višegodišnja voćna vrsta, u nasadu rastu korovi karakteristični za voćnjake i vinograde.
Cilj završnog rada bio je praćenje pojave štetnih organizama i prikaz provedenih mjera zaštite u nasadu kupine u Srednjoj školi Matija Antun Reljković u Slavonskom Brodu. Kupina sorti Thorenfree zastupljena sa oko 70 % i Boysen 30 % uzgaja se na površini od 1,15 ha. U 2018. godini u nasadu kupine pojavile su se bolesti antraknoza, ţuta hrĎa, purpurna pjegavost i siva plijesan. Štetnici nisu uočeni, a prisutni korovi su suzbijani malčiranjem i okopavanjem. Njega kupina temeljila se na pravilnoj rezidbi, folijarnoj gnojidbi i malom broju tretiranja zaštitnim sredstvima. Postignut je zadovoljavajući urod.Blackberry (Rubus fruticosus L.) is a perennial plant and belongs to the Rosaceae family and the genus Rubus. It is rich in minerals, vitamins, antioxidant vitamins and fibers that are very effective in the prevention of many diseases. Except in raw and frozen form, it can be consumed in the form of juices, jams, jelly, wines and liqueurs.
During breeding, blackberry is attacked by various harmful organisms (pathogens, pests and weeds). In order to achieve a quality and quantity yield, it is necessary to monitor the occurrence and to timely and successfully suppress harmful organisms in the plantation. Diseases that can occur on blackberry are orange and violet rust, blackberry cane and leaf rust, purple blotch of blackberry, anthracnose and very common gray mold. Blackberries are attacked by pests such as aphids, raspberry cane midge, raspberry beetle and blackberry mite. Since it is a perennial fruit species, weeds typical of orchards and vineyards grow in the plantation.
The aim of this final work was to monitor the occurrence of harmful organisms and to present the measures taken to protect the blackberry plantation in the Matija Antun Reljković High School in Slavonski Brod. The variety of Thorenfree blackberry is represented by about 70 % and Boysen 30 % is grown on a surface of 1.15 hectares. In the year 2018, in the blackberry plantation, they appeared anthracnose, blackberry cane and leaf rust, purple freckle and gray mold. Pests were not found, and present weeds were controlled by mulching and hilling. Blackberry care was based on proper pruning, foliar fertilization and small number of treatments with protective agents. A satisfactory yield was achieved
Ecological cultivation of peas by application of different biological products
Cilj ovog rada je provjera učinkovitosti različitih biopreparata u ekološkom uzgoju
graška. Praćen je rast graška, broj mahuna i visina uz primjenu biopreparata koji se koriste za
uzgoj mahunarki.
Pokus je postavljen na parceli površine 40,5 m² s 24 parcele po tri puta ponavljanja u
osam različitih kombinacija po shemi slučajnog bloknog rasporeda. Od svake sorte graška (Čudo
Kelvedona i Mali Provansalac) je uzeto po 5 zrna sjemena i tretirane su biopreparatom. Tijekom
cijelog pokusa redovito je praćen rast i brzina klijanja ovih sorti, a rezultati su očitani u visini i
broju razvijenih plodova.The main aim of his thesis was to test the efficiency of different biological products in
organic pea cultivation. The pea growth, yield and pea height was measured after application of
different biological products used for the legumes cultivations.
The experiment was set up on a 40.5 m² with 24 plots of three repetitions each in eight
combinations based on randomized complete block design. From each pea cultivar (Kelvedon
Miracle and Mali Provansalac), 5 grains of seeds were taken and treated with biological products.
Throughout the experiment was regularly monitored growth and germination rate of these
varieties, and the results were read in height and number of yield developed

U redu detaljno je razrađena tema bankovnog kreditiranja kako poslovnih subjekata tako i potrošača. Opisani su povijesni razvoj kredita i kreditiranja te su pojmovno određeni navedeni pojmovi. Zatim su podijeljeni u vrste i podvrste te je svaka od navedenih detaljno opisana i razrađena.
Navedeni su razni uvjeti koji se postavljaju pred zajmoprimca pri podnošenju zahtjeva za kreditom te razni oblici korištenja kreditiranja za poboljšavanje poslovanja poslovnih subjekata. Detaljno je opisan i cijeli proces od podnošenja zahtjeva za kreditiranjem do odobravanja kredita i primanja sredstava.The paper describes the theme of lending money to businesses and consumers by banks. The paper offers a thorough explanation of the historical development of lending and lending is being conceptually determined. After that it has been divided to types and subtypes and each of them is described in detail.
The numerous conditions that have to be fulfilled have been listed by the borrower when making the loan application and also numerous ways of using lending money as a tool for improving business. Also the whole process of applying for a loan, from getting it to being approved, has been described in detail
Croatian strong alcoholic beverages
Rad se temelji na objašnjenju pojma alkoholnog pića, definiranju alkoholnih pića
općenito, jakih alkoholnih pića, detaljnijem opisu hrvatskih autohtonih jakih alkoholnih pića te o
zakonskoj regulativi o alkoholnim pićima. Istaknuta su i pravila o prezentiranju, označavanju i
opisivanju jakih alkoholnih pića. Hrvatska se može pohvaliti sa šest autohtonih jakih alkoholnih
pića koja su vrlo važna i u turističkom pogledu, a to su hrvatska stara šljivovica, slavonska
šljivovica, travarica, loza, pelinkovac i zadarski maraschino.The paper is based on an explanation of the concept of alcoholic beverages, the definition
of alcoholic beverages in general, strong alcoholic beverages, a more detailed description of
Croatian indigenous spirits and the legislation on alcoholic beverages. Rules for presenting,
labeling and describing strong alcoholic beverages are also outlined. Croatia boasts six indigenous
strong alcoholic beverages that are very important in terms of tourism as well, such as Croatian
old plum brandy, Slavonian plum brandy, bitters, vine, wormwood and Zadar maraschin
Production of the shaft for pump P 41 305
U ovom završnom radu prikazana je izrada osovine za pumpu P 41 305 prema nacrtu. Za izradu ove osovine bilo je potrebno naručiti odgovarajući materijal, cijev 4“ i čelični trupac. Materijal 42CrMo4 trebao se toplinski obraditi postupkom poboljšavanja da bi dobili željena svojstva. Primjenili su se postupci strojne obrade kao što su piljenje, tokarenje, glodanje i brušenje, te je bilo potrebno zavarivati TIG postupkom. Provodili su se određeni postupci kontrole kvalitete koja je neophodna u svakom proizvodnom procesu. Prikazani su i materijali koji su odabrani za dijelove osovine, što je jako bitno za ovu osovinu pošto je opterećena na savijanje te mora imati dobru otpornost na koroziju i kiseline.This final paper shows the production of the shaft for pump P 41 305 according to the design. To produce this shaft, it was necessary to order the appropriate material, a 4 ” pipe and a steel hull. Material 42CrMo4 should have been heat treated by an hardening and annealing process to obtain the expected properties. Machining procedures have been applied such as sawing, turning, milling and grinding, and also, it was necessary to weld by TIG procedure. There were certain quality control procedures, which are necessary in every production process. The materials selected for the shaft parts are also shown, which is very important for this shaft as it is loaded on bending and must have good resistance to corrosion and acids
Stress relief annealing of the reactor for nitric acid production
U teoretskom dijelu ovog rada navedena je podjela postupaka toplinske obrade. Sažeto
su opisani svi postupci žarenja. Karakteristike postupka žarenja za redukciju zaostalih naprezanja
su dodatno opisane.
U praktičnom dijelu rada opisan je reaktor za proizvodnju dušične kiseline i postupak
njegove zamjene. Opisom i dokumentima, predstavljen je postupak toplinske obrade reaktora,
odnosno žarenje zavarenog spoja kod zamjene reaktora.In the theoretical part of the work, the division of heat treatment processes is specified.
All annealing processes are briefly described. The characteristics of the stress relief annealing
are further described.
In the practical part of the work, the reactor for nitric acid production and the procedure
of its replacement are described. By description and documents, the heat treatment of the reactor,
i.e. stress relief annealing of the welded joint, when replacing the reactor, are presented

U ovom radu analizira se turizam, motivi i potrebe turista, proces razvoja novih proizvoda i usluga u turizmu te njihovi oblici, koji su to trendovi u turizmu sada i kako će se mijenjati u budućnosti. Poduzetništvo je nositelj poslovnih aktivnosti i predstavlja temelj svakog gospodarstva. Poduzetnička sposobnost jedna je od vrlo važnih kvaliteta koju treba posjedovati svaki poduzetnik ili poduzeće. Mala poduzeća u Hrvatskoj igraju veliku ulogu u sveukupnom stanju gospodarstva jer ova poduzeća osiguravaju najveći broj radnih mjesta. Landscape design proposal for the Savić family yard
U radu je analizirano postojeće stanje okućnice, procijenjeno je i opisano stanje elemenata koji se nalaze unutar navedenog zemljišta. Određeni su korisnici i navedene njihove želje i potrebe prema kojima je izrađen prijedlog uređenja. Idejni koncept je poslužio za izradu tlocrta u mjerilu M 1:100 i M 1:200. Većina predloženih biljnih vrste pripadaju skupini ukrasnog grmlja. Određen je redoslijed potrebnih radova i izrađen troškovnik sa svrhom predstavljanja prijedloga uređenja korisnicima vrta.This paper analyzes the existing condition of the yard, assesses and describes the condition of the elements located within the land. The users were identified and their desires and needs according to which the design proposal was made were stated. The preliminary concept was used to create the floor plans ins cale M 1 :100 and M 1 :200. The majority of the proposed plant species belong to the group of ornamental shrubs. The order of necessary works was determined and a bill of costs was created for the purpose of presenting the proposal for the landscaping to the garden users
Entrepreneurial infrastructure in Republic of Croatia
U radu su objašnjeni pojmovi koji će doprinijeti razumijevanju teme i značaju razvoja
poduzetničke infrastrukture u Republici Hrvatskoj u cilju razvoja gospodarstva. Nakon
pojmovnog određenja poduzetništva u radu je prikazana uloga države u poticanju poduzetništva
te su prikazane državne institucije za pomoć i razvoj poduzetništva i poticanje gospodarstva.
Analizirane su snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje za razvoj poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Okosnicu rada čine određenja poduzetničkih potpornih institucija temeljem Zakona o
unapređenju poduzetničke infrastrukture i obveza vođenja Jedinstvenog registra poduzetničke
infrastrukture, te obrada podataka na temelju registra. I na kraju su opisane dvije najznačajnije
poduzetničke potporne institucije na području Brodsko-posavske županije.The paper explains the concepts that will contribute to the understanding of the topic
and importance of the development of entrepreneurial infrastructure in the Republic of Croatia in
order to develop the economy. After the conceptual definition of entrepreneurship, the paper
presents the role of the state in stimulating entrepreneurship and shows the state institutions for
assistance and development of entrepreneurship and stimulation of the economy.The strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of
Croatia were analyzed. The backbone of the work is the definitions of entrepreneurial support
institutions based on the Law on Improvement of Entrepreneurial Infrastructure and the
obligation to maintain the Unified Register of Entrepreneurial Infrastructure, and the processing
of data based on the register. Finally, the two most significant entrepreneurial support institutions
in the Brod-Posavina County are described
