Cultivation of sugar beet at Mikić Stjepan family farm
No full textŠećerna repa je industrijska kultura koja se uzgaja zbog proizvodnje šećera. Šećer je važna namirnica u ishrani stanovništva i sirovina u prehrambenoj industriji.
Cilj završnog rada je opisati uzgoj šećerne repe na OPG-u Mikić Stjepan u 2018. godini. Šećerna repa je uzgajana u kooperaciji sa Sladoranom d.o.o. i proizvodnja je obavljena u skladu s dobivenim uputama i repromaterijalom. Postignut je zadovoljavajući prinos od 45 t/ha do 50 t/ha.Sugar beet is an industrial crop grown for sugar production. Sugar is an important ingredient in the diet of the population and raw materials in the food industry.
The aim of the paper is to describe the cultivation of sugar beet at Mikić Stjepan Family Farm in 2018. Sugar beet was grown in cooperation with Sladorana Ltd. and the production was carried out in accordance with the obtained instructions and reproductive material. A satisfactory yield of 45 t / ha to 50 t / ha was achieved

No full textU radu su opisana neka od najvažnijih svojstava nafte te je objašnjeno na koje načine se dobiva i kojim se procesima se prerađuje nafta. Procesi prerade nafte se odvijaju u velikim industrijskim postrojenima, rafinerijama u kojima se preradom sirove nafte dobivaju proizvodi poput benzina, dizelskog goriva, motornog ulja, tekući plin itd.
Kolona je dio postrojenja u kojem se vrši atmosferska destilacija nafte za proizvodnju raznih naftnih destilata. Atmosferska destilacija se vrši u takvim visokim kolonama pod tlakom.
U radu su u programskom paketu SolidWorks izrađen 3D modeli priključaka na koloni za atmosfersku destilaciju nafte.The paper describes some of most important properties of crude oil then it describes ways of getting crude oil and processes of refinement of crude oil. Refinement of crude oil is conducted in large industrial plants, refineries in which crude oil is refined in products like gasoline, diesel fuels, motor oil, gas etc.
Column is part of plant in which is conducted atmospheric destilation of crude oil for producing different kinds of crude oils destilats. Atmospheric distillation is carried out inside tall columns under pressure.

No full textU ovom završnom radu opisani su postupci koji nam služe za izradu zbirke kukaca. Prvi postupci kod izrade zbirke su hvatanje i sakupljanje kukaca raznim metodama koje su opisane u radu. Ubijanje kukaca je posao koji zahtjeva vrlo veliku pažnju i oprez zbog rada s otrovnim sredstvima. Kukci prije spremanja u zbirku trebaju biti obrađeni još nekim sredstvima da bi postigli njihovu dugotrajnost. Kukci se smjeste u zbirku i pribodu iglama, ali se i dalje treba voditi brigu o njima kako se zbirka ne bi uništila.This final paper describes the procedures used to create a collection of insects. The first steps in creating a collection are to capture and collect insects by the various methods described in the paper. Killing bugs is a job that requires a lot of care and attention when dealing with toxic agents. Insects need to be treated with other media before spreading in the collection to achieve their longevity. Insects are housed in the collection and pinned to the needles, but care must continue to be taken to ensure that the collection is not destroyed

No full textNije teško shvatiti da je tajna uspjeha u što bolje uspostavljenim odnosima s ljudima koji su oko nas. Zašto se ponekad odlično slažemo s nekim ljudima, a s nekim ne? Zbog čega s osobom koju smo prvi put upoznali možemo voditi jako zanimljiv razgovor, dok druge osobe će za tu istu osobu reći da je dosadna? Svjesni smo da se nešto događa, ali ne možemo objasniti što je to.
Uspostavljanje veze s ljudima pridonosi neizmjernoj koristi. Za prvi kontakt u komunikaciji služi nam neverbalna komunikacija. Naše tijelo i um su dio istoga sustava, oni utječu jedno na drugo. Svaki put kada sretnemo osobu lice u lice prvi dojam je izuzetno važan, neke osobe čak znaju reći da se prvi dojam ne može popraviti.
Ljudi se jednostavno privlače, željni su povezivanja i da ih drugi zavole. Prije svega trebamo saznati koliko je moć neverbalne komunikacije, za razliku od fokusiranja na izgovorene riječi.It is not so difficult to understand that the secret of success is in establishing better relationships with people around us. Why do we sometimes get along so well with some people but not with others? Why with the person we first met we can lead a very interesting conversation, while other people will say for the same person that it is boring for them? We're aware that something's going on, but we can't explain what it is.
Establishing a relationship with people contributes to immense interest. For the first contact in communication, we use nonverbal communication. Our body and mind are part of the same system, they affect each other. Every time we meet a person face to face the first impression is extremely important, some people even know to say that the first impression can not be repaired.
People are simply attracted, eager to connect and want to be loved by others. First of all we need to find out how powerful nonverbal communication is, unlike focusing on spoken words

No full textLogistički sustav zasniva se na nekolicini čimbenika koji su uzajamno povezani. Taj
koncept podrazumijeva transport, skladištenje, zalihe, distribuciju i manipulaciju robom. Jedan
od navedenih čimbenika, manipulacija robom, značajan je dio logističkog koncepta.
Manipulacija robom uključuje istovar, kolanje robe u skladištu, pozicioniranje robe i utovar.
Teorijska analiza rada nudi pregled sustava paletizacije kao jedne od prvih i osnovnih
oblika i elemenata manipulacije robom čije su karakteristike važne prilikom odabira
odgovarajućeg manipulacijskog sredstva. Sustav paletizacije ujedinjuje sve proizvodne,
transportne i skladišne grupacije u sferi manipulacije robom. U tome se očituje značajna
pogodnost sustava paletizacije jer roba koja je posložena na paleti ne zahtjeva njezino
premještanje od mjesta proizvodnje do mjesta potrošnje.Logistics are based on a few factors that are intertwined. The concept of logistics
implies transport, storage, stocks, distribution and handling of goods. Handling of goods, one of
the aforementioned factors is a significant part of the logistics concept. It includes discharging of
goods, circulation of goods instorage, positioning of goods and loading.
Theoretical analysis of this paper presents the system of palletisation as one of the first
and foremost forms and elements of handling goods. Palletisation's characteristics are important
when choosing the right means of handling. The system of palletisation unites all production,
transport and storage groups in the domain of handling of goods. This is why there is a
significant suitability of the system of palletisation because goods that are placed on a pallet do
not require additional transport from the place of production to the place of consumption

No full textU radu je objašnjena poslovna etika kao važan segment poslovanja poduzeća, jer etički promatrano, biti uspješan u svome poslovanju najprije znači djelovati u skladu s etičkim načelima. Budući da su poduzeća dio društva, uz poslovnu etiku nadovezuje se i društvena odgovornost koja uči ljude povezivanju stvari izvan posla s onim što rade. Na taj način ljudi u radnim procesima postaju suodgovorni za određena stanja u zajednici, prema okolišu i slično.
Da bi se lakše objasnila poslovna etika i društvena odgovornost, u radu su analizirana dva poduzeća koja spadaju u dva industrijska giganta u Hrvatskoj. Riječ je o Krašu d.d. i o Podravci d.d., poduzećima koja razmišljaju i djeluju na dugoročan način.
Njihove nagrade i postignuća, razvoj ljudskih potencijala, ulaganja u poslovanje, zajednicu i zaštitu okoliša, pokazuju što zapravo znači poslovati u skladu s poslovnom etikom, društvenom odgovornošću i održivim razvojem.In this paper, business ethics is explained as an important segment of business operations of a company because, looking from an ethical point of view, being successful in business operations first and foremost means to act in accordance with ethical principles. Since companies are a part of the society, business ethics is accompanied by corporate social responsibility which teaches people to connect things outside of work with what they do. By doing so, people in working processes become co-responsible for certain situations in the community, towards the environment and so on. In order to explain business ethics and corporate social responsibility more easily, two industrial giants in Croatia have been analyzed. They are Kraš d.d. and Podravka d.d., companies that think and act in the long term.
Their awards and achievements, human resources development, investments in business operations, community and environmental protection demonstrate what it actually means to do business in accordance with business ethics, social responsibility and sustainable development
Using natural gas for OTTO engine
No full textTema ovog rada se temelji na korištenje prirodnog plina kao alternativno gorivo za pogonske motore, prvenstveno OTTO motore. Prvo poglavlje daje detaljnije informacije o prirodnom plinu, njegovom dobivanju, njegove upotrebe i njegovom pozitivnom utjecaju na okoliš. Kao izvor fosilne energije prirodni plin ima više načina upotrebe. U Hrvatskoj se on isključivo koristiti za zagrijavanje industrijskih, stambenih i poslovnih prostora a vrlo malo se primjenjuje za pogon motornih vozila. U radu je također i opisana konstrukcija OTTO motora i njegova kompatibilnost rada na stlačeni prirodni plin. Navedena su tri tipa motora sa plinskim pogonom, a to su motori na čisti plin, Bi-fuel motori i Dual-fuel motori. Također su navedeni uređaji koji su potrebni za pogon vozila plinom te su opisane njihove funkcije. Pod naslovom „Ekonomsko i ekološko vrednovanje“ navedene su prednosti i nedostaci prirodnog plina kao gorivo za motorna vozila koji povećavaju mogući interes za primjenom prirodnog plina kao alternativno gorivo.The subject of this thesis is based on the use of natural gas as alternative fuel for engines, especially for OTTO engines. The first chapter provides more detailed information on natural gas, its production, its use and its positive environmental impact. As a source of fossil energy, natural gas has multiple uses. In Croatia, it is used exclusively for the heating of industrial, residential and commercial buildings as well as for the propulsion of motor vehicles. This thesis also describes the design of the OTTO engine and its compatibility with compressed natural gas. Three types of gas engines are listed, namely clean gas engines, Bi-fuel engines and dual-fuel engines. The characteristics of these engines are to compress the mixture of fuel and air and then ignite this mixture with spark plugs. Devices required to run a gas vehicle are also listed and their functions described. The heading "Economic and Environmental Assessment" lists the advantages and disadvantages of natural gas as fuel for motor vehicles. If people were more familiar with natural gas and its benefits, it would certainly be applicable as an alternative fuel

te će se objasniti sam proces izgradnje timova, njegova karakteristike, ali i sama uloga menadžera
u svakom timu. Kroz rad će se pojasniti kako na pravilan način izabrati članove tima. Nadalje,
objasnit će se u čemu je važnost timskog rada te kako bi poduzeća funkcionirala da nije njega.
Nadalje, definirat će se učinkoviti timovi, njihov smjer, komunikacija, suradnje te drugi faktori
koji utječu na rad učinkovitih timova.The theme of this final paper is "Team Efficiency". The paper will define the concept of
the team and will explain the process of team building, its characteristics, as well as the role of
managers in each team. The paper will clarify how to properly select team members. Furthermore,
it will explain the importance of teamwork and how companies would function if it were not.

No full textU radu su objašnjene individualne metode poticanja kreativnosti te kako primjenom svake od njih pojedinac razvija mogućnosti za dolazak do rješenja nastalog problema ili problema koji bi tek mogao nastati. Ove metode koriste se ne samo za rješavanje problema nego i za poboljšavanje i unaprjeđivanje postojećeg stanja.
Objašnjen je sam proces mišljenja te pojam kreativnosti i osobine kreativnih osoba koje ih najbolje opisuju. Metode poticanja kreativnosti ključan su aspekt svakog poslovanja kako bi se razvijalo u skladu s vremenom i promjenama koje su sve brže i češće na koje se treba naviknuti i prilagoditi te u njima sudjelovati.
Navedene su zapreke kreativnosti koje se pojavljuju u svim sredinama u manjoj ili većoj mjeri kojima se treba oduprijeti te prihvatiti nove ideje i prijedloge koji donose razvitak i širenje horizonta.The paper explains the individual methods of stimulating creativity and how, by applying each of them, the individual develops opportunities to come up with a solution to an emerging problem or problem that might just arise. These methods are used not only to solve problems, but also to improve the existing situation.
The thought process itself and the concept of creativity and personality traits that best describe them are explained. Fostering creativity is a key aspect of any business in order to evolve with the times and changes that are becoming faster and more frequent and accustomed to and adapt to and participate in.
Listed are obstacles to creativity that appear in all environments to a greater or lesser extent that need to be resisted and to embrace new ideas and suggestions that bring about the development and expansion of the horizon
