Modeling the Implementation of Green Logistics Principles: Theoretical Aspect
During the past few decades, there has been a growing interest and need for logistics businesses to
become more environmentally friendly in their operations, products and services. Summarizing scientific literature
analysis, it could be stated, that Green logistics is defined as a good management practice that promotes the
preservation of the environment and the application of green practices to mitigate the environmental impact of
logistics operations by reducing CO2 emissions, noise, conserving natural resources, and so on. The aim of the
article is to present a model for implementing green logistics principles. Research methodology includes
comparative analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, modelling.
The authors of the paper present theoretical model of green logistics principles implementation that takes into
account of the stakeholders for green logistics principles application, green logistics initiatives and practices,
stages of green logistics implementation, and finally implementing benefits. The application of the principles of
green logistics in logistics companies is not only in the interests of the environment itself, but the need comes from
the society, suppliers, national government and politicians, business partners and investors. Theoretical model
depicts green logistics activities such as green transport, green packaging, green warehousing, green logistics
data management, waste management, which represent a wide range of practices of application of green logistics
principles. A company that has implemented green logistics principles would clearly benefit and improve its
activity by improving the company's image, obtaining a financial return on investment, meeting government
environmental requirements, increasing supply chain efficiency, reducing risk, improving investor and partner
relations, and suppliers and consumers and increase their competitiveness in the market
Reflection of Public Policy in Cinema: Sociological Analysis on the Example of Kazakhstan
CC BY-NC-ND 4.0The article examines the features of the Kazakhstani film industry in terms
of broadcasted ideological messages. The article analyzes the representation of social
problems, state messages, and social values in cinema. On the example of films that have
become widely known among the Kazakhstani audience, this article examines the main
directions of public policy, directly or indirectly reflected in the production of Kazakhstani
cinema. The study analyzed the content of key state policy documents and development
concepts in comparison with the ideological messages of domestic films released for mass
distribution. The timing of the analysis begins in 1992 and ends in the second half of
2020. This period can be divided into several stages of social development, each of which is
characterized by modernization processes in particular areas: 1) from 1992 to the end of the
90s: institutional modernization; 2) from the late 90s to 2012: economic modernization;
3) from 2012 to 2016: social modernization; 4) from 2017 to the present: modernization
of public consciousness. It should be noted that this division is arbitrary and belonging to
the category of the “ideal type”. To put it in other words, each stage is featured by complex
modernization processes, affecting all aspects of social life. The selection of certain stages
is due to the predominance of any component, which, however, does not mean the absence
of the influence of other factors. Changes in the social sphere and political transformations
were reflected in art in general and in cinema in particular

Self-Reported Health-Related Experiences, Psychological Capital, and Psychological Wellbeing in Lithuanian Adults Sample
The purpose of this research was to examine psychological wellbeing and psychological capital in groups of subjectively healthy and unhealthy individuals and identify significant associations. We have analyzed the results of a Lithuanian representative sample of adults (n = 1001). Results showed that adult respondents who reported the absence of cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, vision disorders, physical or mental disability, and substance abuse demonstrated significantly higher scores for flourishing, life satisfaction, psychological capital, self-efficacy, hope, and resilience. The model on associations between the number of reported diseases, psychological capital, and wellbeing in the representative sample of adults (χ2 = 110.786, df = 16; CFI = .981; RMSEA = .077; NFI = 0.978; TLI = 0.968) indicated that a higher number of diseases (per person) predicts a weakening effect on psychological capital, while psychological capital predicts psychological wellbeing
Cybersecurity Management Model for Implementation of Electronic Elections
Modern society is heavily dependent from cyberspace and cybersecurity. Governments and States are using technology to push e-voting systems into citizen’s lives in order to involve them in political processes. But although the world has reached a very high level of technological development, it is still not secure in the context of cybersecurity. Ensuring cybersecurity in the process of designing and operating electronic voting systems is one of the most important aspects for successful implementation of electronic voting in Lithuania. After summarizing the reviewed literature and the results obtained during the empirical research, a cybersecurity management model for the implementation of electronic voting systems was created. The implementation of the cybersecurity management model that has been created in this doctoral thesis will ensure successful implementation and cybersecurity of electronic voting systems

Indicators of state support for risk insurance of sectoral entrepreneurship, volumes of accumulated revenues of local budgets in decentralized rural areas of Ukraine are analyzed. A cognitive model is proposed. Externalities of Power Generation in Visegrad Countries and Their Integration through Support of Renewables
Moving to 100% renewables scenario in EU requires huge support to renewable energy technologies, however this support needs to integrate positive externalities of renewables, therefore it is important to analyse dynamics of external costs of electricity generation in Visegrad countries and to compare them with support allocated to renewable energy sources in these countries. Therefore, the paper aims to compare the Visegrad countries in terms of reduction of external electricity generation costs due to increased share of renewables in electricity generation and the government support provided for renewables. ExternE methodology and CASES database is applied in this research. The results of study provide guidance for policy makers with regards to promotion of RES for achieving low-carbon energy transition by 2050
