    Design of a Bicycle Wheel Display System with Imaging Capability

    [[abstract]]本論文開發一套裝設在自行車車輪的顯像系統,透過裝設在車輪的LED(Light-EmittingDiode)燈條以及人眼視覺暫留(PersistenceofVision)的原理,令自行車在行駛時車輪看起來像是一個圖案,讓使用者在夜間騎乘自行車時可以大幅提升安全性。本論文以嵌入式系統的概念,結合軟體與硬體來開發自行車車輪顯像系統,利用微控制器單晶片搭配自行設計的控制電路與LED顯像電路,讓車輪在旋轉時可以完整呈現一個圖案,再加入藍牙無線網路技術,令使用者可以透過智慧型手機來更換圖案,我們自行設計的手機應用程式可提供六個圖案讓使用者選擇,還可以利用手機拍攝照片顯示。本系統結合了嵌入式系統、藍牙無線網路技術以及Android手機應用程式(ApplicationProgram,APP),為一套自行車在行駛時車輪可顯示出圖案的顯像系統,實驗結果表示本系統可在自行車時速10-30公里時完整顯示圖案,而時速低於10公里則顯示霹靂燈、閃爍燈以及跑馬燈,讓自行車騎士在夜間騎乘時可以得到完整的保護。[[abstract]]ThisthesispresentsLED(LightEmittingDiode)imagedisplaysystemthatcandisplaypatternsonthespokesofabicycle.TheproposedsystemofLEDlightsthataremountedonthewheelcanprovidesafetybyproducingabeautifulpattern.ThemaincontrolboardandLEDlightingstripsthatdeterminethedisplayedpatternaredevelopedusingembeddedsystemandelectricalcircuitdesigns.Amobileapplicationprogramisdevelopedtocontrolthelightinghardwareremotely;thesystemcommunicateswiththemaincontrolboardviaaBluetoothwirelessnetworkinterface.Thecyclistcanchangethepatternsusingthemobileapplicationprogramorbypushingbuttonsonthemaincontrolboardbeforeriding.Sixpatternsaredesignedfordisplayusingthissystem,andthepatterncanbemadetochangerepeatedlyatpresentintervals.Thesystemalsoprovidestheapproximatedimagedisplayofactualobjectfromtheshootingofmobilephone.Experimentalresultsrevealthattheproposedsystemperformseffectivelyonthewheeluptoamaximumspeedof30km/hr.Whentherotatingspeedofwheeliswithin10km/hr,thesystemdisplaysseveralfixedimagescircularlyforprovidingthesafetyofbiking

    Design and Implementation of a Contactless Converter with Asymmetrical Half-Bridge Configurations

    [[abstract]]本文探討非接觸式電力傳輸系統,研製一台非接觸式電力轉換器。其主要架構包含非對稱半橋驅動電路、諧振電路、以及穩壓輸出電路。本文首先對非對稱半橋架構動作方式進行說明,分析諧振電路如何幫助驅動電路進行柔性切換,以及諧振電路如何增加初次級側之間的電磁耦合。再者,針對諧振電路其電感元件與電容元件之組合方式,研究計算諧振電路等效電路模型,分析其阻抗與反射阻抗結果,選擇SS(串聯-串聯)諧振電路,並計算電路元件參數。穩壓電路使用具同步整流的升壓電路,額外加入電壓偵測的回授電路。最後,本文實際製作一非接觸式電力轉換器,輸出功率5W,傳輸距離為10mm,可供應小功率電器產品使用,驗證本文所提之電力轉換器的可行性。[[abstract]]Thisthesisistostudythenon-contactpowertransmissionsystem,andpresentsacontactlessconverter.Thearchitectureofthesystemconsistsanasymmetrichalf-bridge(AHB)drivercircuit,resonantcircuit,andaregulatedoutputcircuit.Firstly,theoperationprincipleoftheasymmetrichalf-bridgestructuresispresented,andtheresonantcircuitwasbeenanalyzedtoachievethesoftswitchingfeature.Furthermore,thecoupledmagneticresonancesarechoseninordertoimprovetheelectromagneticfield.Theresonantcircuithasadifferentcombinationofinductanceandcapacitive,anditsequivalentcircuitmodelwasstudiedandanalyzed.ASS(series-series)resonantcircuitwasbeenselectedanddesigned.Inaddition,theregulatorcircuitwasbeendesignedbyaboostconverterwithsynchronousrectifierandafeedbackcircuitforthevoltagedetection.Finally,thispaperimplementedacontactlessconverter,whoseoutputpoweris5wattsthrough10mmairgap;itcanbeverifiedthefeasibilityforapplyingtolow-powerelectricalproducts

    Design and Analysis of High Efficiency Conversion Techniques for Ultra-Capacitor Charger Applications

    [[abstract]]本篇研究中,最主要的目的是將整個冷凍系統做一優化改善,其目的是將壓縮機冷卻系統做一改善,現有壓縮機之冷卻系統,由冷媒進行冷卻,冷卻後之氣體再經由壓縮機壓縮,再進到冷凝器做一冷卻循環,此冷卻法將會佔用到壓縮機製冷之能力,經過不斷的測試與驗證,證實使用水冷卻即可達到壓縮機冷卻之目的,並且可將原有冷卻時所佔用到壓縮機之製冷能力做一釋放,可有效提升壓縮機製冷效率。而本篇研究,亦將探索,整個冷凍系統中,所產生之廢熱,來進行探討與構思,如何將系統中,廢棄之能量再回收利用,進而達到所謂之綠能再利用。此次所探討的廢能利用,則是以,冷凍系統循環作業中,所產生的高溫高壓之氣態冷媒進行探討,原本冷凍系統所產生的高溫高壓之氣態冷媒,將會進入冷凝器,藉由冷卻水塔進行熱交換,無疑的,則是浪費了許多熱能,因此探討,如何將此廢熱回收,提供熱水桶之用水,先利用此廢熱,將熱水桶所需之用水,做一預熱動作,由原本常溫的水,提高為較高溫的水,如此,既可有效的將廢熱回收,亦可降低蒸氣使用量,進而達成鍋爐降低燃油使用量。[[abstract]]Themainpurposeinthisresearchistooptimizethewholefreezingsystem,andimprovethecompressorcoolingsystem.Thepresentcompressorcoolingsystemusesrefrigerantforcooling.Thecooledairiscompressedbycompressor,andthenentersacondensertofinishacoolingcirculation.Thiscoolingmethodlimitstherefrigeratingabilityofthecompressor.Therefore,afteraseriesoftestsandverifications,ithasbeenproventhatwatercoolingenablesthecompressortoreachacoolingpurposeandliberatestherefrigeratingabilityoccupiedbytheoriginalcoolingmethod.Itbooststherefrigeratingefficiencyofthecompressor.Thisresearchalsoprobesintothewasteheatgeneratedbythewholefreezingsystemanddiscusseshowtorecyclethewasteenergyfromthesystemforreuseofgreenenergy.Theuseofthewasteenergyinthisresearchreferstothehightemperatureandhighpressuregaseousrefrigerantgeneratedbythefreezingsystemincirculationoperation.Thehightemperatureandhighpressuregaseousrefrigerantgeneratedbytheconventionalfreezingsystemwillenterthecondenserforheatexchangeinthecoolingtower.Undoubtedly,itwastesalotofheatenergy.Thus,thisresearchfocusesonhowtorecyclethewasteheat.Bymeansofprovidinghotwaterforpreheatingthebucketsoastoraisethetemperatureofroomtemperaturewater,itefficientlyrecyclesthewasteheatandalsoreducestheuseofsteam.Accordingly,consumptionoffueloilbytheboilercanbereduced

    [[abstract]]近10年來基於燃油價格的高漲,造成船舶營運的燃油成本上升;為了降低過度支出燃油成本,採取了降低航行速度,並且維持原始不變的港口服務頻率,節約快速航行所產生的燃油支出,使海上營運達成規模經濟。本研究針對定期航線之貨櫃船舶於上海-北歐航線進行不同的海上航行速度,不同船舶尺寸,所發派的船舶數目之利潤比較,探討服務頻率不改變之下,速度降低前後的利潤的變化,並針對不同的油價分析最佳利潤航行速度。經研究結果發現,大型船舶在於降低船速之節約燃油策略,效果優於中小型船舶尺寸;當油價於每噸650美金時,高裝載的大型船舶在16~20節速度行駛為最佳利潤,此時小型船舶可維持快速行駛,藉由較佳的運輸條件爭取較高利潤;於低裝載時,由於收入的降低,中小型船舶於16~20節的速度行駛可維持較佳的利潤。[[abstract]]Inthelast10years,bunkerpriceshaverisenconsiderably,leadtotherisingcostoffuelshipoperator.Inordertoreducetheexcessfuelcosts,taketoreducethespeedofsailing,andmaintaintheoriginalinvariableportservicefrequency.Tosavefuelexpenditurecausedbyrapidsailing,andtoachieveeconomiesofscaleatseaoperations.Inthisstudy,wecomparetheallocateshipsofprofitondifferentsailingspeedandshipsizeofcontainershipsonlinershippinginShanghaitoNorthEuropeline.Thestudyfoundthat,toreducethespeedofthefuelsavingstrategyoflargeships,betterthanmediumsizeship.Whentheoilpriceis650dollarsperton,largeshipswithhighloadsmakethebestprofitat16~20knots,smallshipscankeepfastsailing,striveforhigherprofitsthroughbettertransportconditions.Atlowloading,asrevenuedecreases,mediumvesselssailingonthe16~20knottomaintainabetterprofit

    [[abstract]]我國民意機構曾於104年建議行政院檢討我國政府e化服務,勿侷限民眾只能使用IE瀏覽器。尤有甚者,另有國會議員亦提及,政府多數網站或電子化系統只限於微軟的瀏覽器IE,但台灣逾5成民眾透過智慧手機上網,使用IE的機會減少,民眾如使用其他瀏覽器將無法瀏覽網站或使用服務,常造成民眾使用不便。有鑑於政府機關開發之網站或應用服務跨瀏覽器使用,常會發生跨瀏覽器相容性問題,國發會於105年召開政府網站或使用憑證認證之應用服務支援跨平台討論會議,因應資訊科技應用蓬勃發展,民眾瀏覽網站方式改變,政府機關網站須提供跨瀏覽器之服務,如Chrome、IE、Safari、Firefox等。為確保大多數使用者能正常使用網站資源,政府需對HTML、Scripts、CSS、Plugin等4大項政府網站常見跨瀏覽器相容性問題,研提解決方案,以利民眾使用政府的e化服務。本研究以高雄市政府之地政機關為例,配合行政院「電子化政府計畫」之第五階段計畫,將現有的政府資訊系統整合到網路,建立個人式服務平臺,提供單一登錄,促進地政查詢便民一站式服務。同時考量網路應用系統的安全性,亦需整合「公民數位憑證」(CitizenDigitalCertificate)證身分驗證機制,是以本研究應用「IsomorphicJavaScript」的JavaScript技術,在高雄市政府的協助下,整合不同瀏覽器為單一入口,以建立個人產權訊息服務平臺,其間結合電子簽章,開發為民眾服的「個人化資產查詢統」,具體實現網站跨瀏覽器、憑證跨平台及瀏覽器等要求。[[abstract]]Toenjoytheofficialservicesbythegovernmentagencies,usersmayusetheirfamiliarbrowserstoaccesstheGovernmentWebServicePlatform(GWSP)fordifferentservices.However,severalpopularbrowsersmaynotworktoaccesstherelatedofficialserviceswebsiteduetotheproblemofcompatibility.Inthepast,mostoftheofficialwebsitesweredesignedforthebrowserofInternetExplorer(IE)byMicrosoft.Recently,however,themostfrequently-usedbrowserinTaiwanistheoneproducedbyGooglenamedChromeandtheusageofIEwasfallingtothethirdplaceoftheusagebyusers.Tosolvetheinconvenienceofusingdifferentbrowserstoenjoythegovernmentalservices,theofficiale-servicesofdifferentgovernmentagenciesneedtobeintegratedforusersusingdifferentpopularbrowsers,suchasChrome,Firefox,IE,andSafari.TheintegratedworksofGWSPincludeunifiedaccessingwindowfordifferentbrowsersandrelatedinternetsecuritiesandidentifications,suchaselectronicsignature.Inthisstudy,theJavaScriptapplicationsofIsomorphicJavaScriptwereemployedtoestablishtheKaohsiungGovernmentalWebServicePlatformofPersonalAssetsfordifferentuserswithdifferentqualifiedbrowsers.Thecross-browsersgovernmentalservicesplatformbyKaohsiungCitycanmeettheneedsofdifferentuserswithdifferentbrowsersandhenceincreasethesatisfactionofusinggovernmentalwebsites
