Study of Spindle Motor Parameter Design for Improving the Performance of High-Speed Spindle Motor
[[abstract]]高速加工是一種能夠大幅提高產量及減少成本的機器,這機器能對我們的生活產生影響。主軸電機的主要製造問題高扭力與高效力。一般來說,主軸電機的效能取決於漏抗值,而漏抗值對於磁鏈從定片到轉片起到很大的作用。本文專注於兩個重點,第一:定子參數的最佳設計,來改進最大力矩、效率、定子磁鏈,以及降低額外能量的損耗和溫度的上升。第二,定子槽幾何的最佳設計,來增加效能並且減少啟動電流。使用響應面方法,Hooke-Jeeves優化,Taguchi方法和有限元分析?開發最佳設計。在本研究中,主軸電機性能估計包括擊穿轉矩,效率,磁鏈有限元分析,定子交鏈磁通和定子洩漏分析,熱設計概念,額外的功率損耗減少策略,啟動性能分析已經描述。通過使用性能估計,可以識別關鍵設計參數並且可以獲得設計結果。此外,我們製造和測試了一個原型主軸電機工業設計,以驗證最佳設計計算結果。實驗結果表明,與當前的主軸電機設計相比,最適設計產生更高的擊穿轉矩,效率,磁鏈,啟動性能,更低的溫升,額外的功率損耗和啟動電流。最適設計和原型測量結果的比較驗證了擬議模型的準確性。總體上,誤差的百分比大約為8%。[[abstract]]Highspeedmachiningisatechnologyfordrasticallyincreasingproductivityandreducingproductioncostwhichcanhaveaneffectonourlife.Themainfabricationissuesofthespindlemotorsarehightorqueandefficiency.Generally,theperformanceofthespindlemotorislargelydeterminedbythevalueoftheleakagereactance,whichhasasubstantialinfluenceonthefluxlinkagefromthestatortotherotor.Thisdissertationfocusanoptimaldesignofstatorparameterstoimprovingbreakdown(maximum)torque,efficiency,statorfluxlinkage,andreducingadditionalpowerlossandtemperatureriseofthespindlemotor,andoptimaldesignofthestatorslotgeometrytoincreasingstartingperformanceandreducingstartingcurrent.Theoptimaldesignsweredevelopusingresponsesurfacemethodology(RSM),Hooke-Jeevesoptimization,Taguchimethod,andfiniteelementmethod(FEM).Inthisstudy,aspindlemotorperformanceestimateconsistofbreakdowntorque,efficiency,fluxlinkageFEA,statorlinkagefluxandstatorleakageanalysis,thethermaldesignconcept,additionalpowerlossreductionstrategy,startingperformanceanalysishavebeendescribed.Byusingperformanceestimate,thekeydesignparametercanbeidentifiedanddesignresultscanbeobtained.Furthermore,wefabricatedandtestedaprototypespindlemotorindustrialdesigntovalidatetheoptimaldesigncalculationresults.Theexperimentalresultsindicatedthattheoptimalgenerateshigherbreakdowntorque,efficiency,fluxlinkage,startingperformances,lowertemperaturerise,additionalpowerlossandstartingcurrentthandoesthecurrentformerspindlemotordesign.Acomparisonoftheoptimaldesigncalculationsandtheprototypemeasurementresultsvalidatedtheaccuracyoftheproposedmodel.Overall,thepercentageoferrorisapproximately8%
The Crowdfunding Platform Backers' Reward Choices and Preference:The Moderating Effects of Gender
[[abstract]]近年來,群眾募資已經成為個人與團體實現特定目標的常用管道。而贊助者對回饋品方案的偏好與選擇,會促使募資專案更快達成集資的目標。本研究以溫暖光芒理論為依據,共三個實驗,探討不同性別的贊助者對偏好與選擇回饋品方案的影響。實驗一以社會認同理論,探討性別的干擾效果,對回饋品方案偏好的影響。結果顯示,在高社會認同的情境下,女性較偏好能夠獲得溫暖光芒的捐款型回饋品方案,而男性還是會偏好自我利益為主的折扣型回饋品方案。實驗二探討性別、自我建構與產品類別的交互效果,對回饋品方案偏好的影響。結果顯示,專案提供享樂性產品時,女性無論為互依或獨立我的自我建構傾向,皆會偏好捐款型回饋品方案,反之,男性只有在獨立我傾向時,會選擇捐款型回饋品方案。實驗三探討性別、專案訴求的交互效果,對贊助者選擇回饋品方案的影響。結果顯示,男性在強調利己訴求的情境下,會願意承擔個人利益損失的風險,選擇變動型的回饋品方案,反之,女性無論在利他或利己的專案訴求情境,還是會選擇固定型的回饋品方案。本研究以三個實驗設計,提供專案發起人針對目標群眾,設計募資專案及回饋品方案時的重要參考依據。[[abstract]]Inrecentyears,crowdfundinghasbecomeanewandcommonwayforcreatorsto“findfunds”forprojectstheyarepromoting.Themostattractingparttobackersforsupportingtheprojectsisnothingelsebutgettingthereward.Astheresult,preferencesofbackerstodifferenttypesofrewardsbecomeoneofthekeysuccessestogettingthefunds!Therearethreestudieswedesignedtoexplorepreferencesofsupportersfromoppositegendersinchoosingdifferenttypesofrewards.Andallstudiesbasedonthetheoryofwarmglow.Thefirststudyexploresthemoderatingeffectsofgenderundersocialidentitytheory.Theresultofthisstudyrevealsthatunderhighsocialrecognition,femalespreferdonationreward,whichrepresentswarmglowchoice;whilemalespreferpricediscountreward,whichismorelikelytheself-benefitchoice.Thesecondstudyemphasizesonrelationshipbetweengenders,self-constructions,andproducttypes.Theresultofsecondstudyshowsthatwhensupportingforhedonicproduct,womenpreferdonationrewardsregardlessofdifferentself-construaltypes;whilemenchoosedonationrewardonlyiftheyareindependentofself-construal.Lastbutnotleast,thethirdstudyexaminedinteractionbetweenprojectsappealsandgenders.Theresultshowsthatifprojectsappealsfocusonself-benefit,menarewillingtotakehighriskreward;whilewomenchooselowriskreward.Thiscurrentstudyprovidesareferenceforcreatorstodesignprojectsandrewardsystemfortheirtargetcrowds
The Study of Purchase Intention for Environmentally Friendly Products - Guilt as a Moderator

The Effect of Asset Specificity on Repurchase Intention of Online Shopping
[[abstract]]近年來電子商務的發展,隨著手機行動上網、行動網路載具(APP)的普及化及資訊處理能力的增強,透過智慧型手機或平板電腦等行動通訊設備接觸網路的數量日益增加,促使消費者紛紛改以行動支付方式進行線上購物,線上購物漸漸改變了我們的購物模式。本研究試圖透過交易成本理論觀點深入探討特有使用知識、忠誠客戶優惠、心理層面認同等專屬資產特性,與知覺品質、知覺便利、知覺有趣等購物利益及購物滿意度對線上購物網站的再購意圖產生之影響,並檢測專屬資產對再購意圖之間的直接與間接影響效果。本研究以線上購物網站的消費者為實證研究對象,有效問卷共計302份,並採用偏最小平方法(PartialLeastSquares,SmartPLS3.0)進行模型分析與假說驗證。研究結果顯示特有使用知識會正向影響知覺品質、知覺便利、與知覺有趣等購物利益,特有使用知識也會正向影響購物滿意度與再購意圖;心理層面認同會正向影響知覺品質與知覺有趣等購物利益;知覺品質、知覺便利、知覺有趣等購物利益會正向影響再購意圖;知覺便利與知覺有趣等購物利益會正向影響購物滿意度。[[abstract]]Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentofe-commerce,withthepopularityofthemobilephoneInternetandmobilenetworkvehicles(APP)andtheenhancementofinformationprocessingcapability,increasesthequantityofcontactingInternetbymobilecommunicationequipmentsuchassmartphonesortabletPCsdaybyday,makingconsumerstransformtheirwaytopayforonlineshoppingintomobilepayment,whichgraduallychangesourshoppingpattern.Thisstudyattemptstoinvestigatetheinfluenceofcharacteristicsofassetspecificity,likeknowledgeofuniqueuse,discountforloyalcustomers,andpsychologicalidentity,shoppingbenefits,likeperceivedquality,perceivedconvenience,perceivedplayfulness,alongwithshoppingsatisfactionontherepurchaseintentionofonlineshoppingwebsitesindepthbytransactioncosttheory,alsotoexaminethedirectandindirecteffectsofassetspecificityonrepurchaseintentionofonlineshoppingonthebasisoftransactioncosttheory.Thisstudychosesthecustomerswhousedtodealwiththeonlineshoppingwebsitesassamplesandusingthepersonnelandthenetworksurveys,totaleffectivequestionnairesare302.Thedataanalysismainlyusesthestructuralequationmodeling(SEM)throughpartialleastsquares(SmartPLS3.0)methodtoestablishthetheoreticalmodel.Theresultindicatesthatknowledgeofuniqueuseaffectsshoppingbenefits,suchasperceivedquality,perceivedconvenience,perceivedplayfulness,alongwithshoppingsatisfactionandrepurchaseintentionpositively.Furthermore,psychologicalidentityaffectsshoppingbenefits,likeperceivedqualityandperceivedplayfulnesspositively;shoppingbenefitssuchasperceivedquality,perceivedconvenience,andperceivedplayfulnessaffectrepurchaseintentionpositively,andmoreover,shoppingbenefitssuchasperceivedconvenienceandperceivedplayfulnessaffectshoppingsatisfactionpositively
Walking Gait Adjustment and Balancing Control of Humanoid Robot Based on Inertial Measurement Unit

Plasma Cleaning Optimization For Flip Chip Packaging Technology

Design of a Fall Detection System Based on Beacon Technology
[[abstract]]本文主要以低功耗藍芽技術Beacon、三軸加速度計及自行設計的跌倒偵測演算法,提出一個跌倒偵測及區域照護系統的設計,主要是針對高齡者及行動不便者於室內活動時,進行跌倒偵測與定位追蹤。本系統提供有效的解決方案,利用三軸加速度計來設計一個腰掛式的跌倒偵測配戴裝置,透過系統蒐集加速度變化資訊,於實驗分析後歸納及分析出人體姿勢和加速度值關係,再透過關係結果去設計演算法用以判斷跌倒,並將其跌倒訊息透過網路傳送至管理端協助處理跌倒並且上傳至雲端資料庫記錄跌倒資訊。本論文亦研究人傾倒之各種角度及方向時的判斷精準度,以及室內環境中的障礙物(金屬物品等)所造成的射頻訊號干擾,本系統透過有效的演算法計算,將精準度大幅提升。透過相關文獻資料與測試結果比較,本系統具高精準度的跌倒偵測,可在第一時間內掌握意外發生後的黃金救援時間,讓人員獲得更多的安全保障,並有效提升人員的管理效率。本系統結合了藍芽無線技術、雲端資料庫、電腦端GUI程式,為一套具有室內定位及追蹤能力的跌倒偵測系統,本系統達到精準偵測及資料庫雲端化等目的,希望能透過此系統能增加照護管理的效率。系統經過測試後,跌倒偵測成功率為98%,定位追蹤準確率為85%,確實能夠有效的偵測跌倒發生的狀況以及追蹤區域中的人員的動態。[[abstract]]Thisthesispresentsthefalldetectionandlocalizedcaringsystembasedonlow-powerBluetoothBeacon,three-axisaccelerometer,andfalldetectiontechnologies.Themajorcapabilitiesofthesystemincludefalldetectionandindoorpositiontracking.Theeffectivefalldetectionmethodutilizestheaccelerometertocollectdifferentfall-downinformationthroughaself-designedwearabledeviceandanalyzetherelationbetweenhumanposturesandacclerationvalues.Thewearabledeviceisthenembbededafalldetectionprogramaccordingtotherealtionanalysis.Ifthefallsituationishappenned,thewearabledevicesendsthefallingmessagetotheunitofmedicaltreatmentanduploadsittotheclouddatabase.Thethesisalsorevealstheaccuracyofjudgingthefallundervarioushumanangles,aswellastheinterferenceofradiofrequencysignalscausedbyobstaclesintheindoorenvironment.AnindoorpositiontrackingmethodutilizestheBluetoothsignalsbetweenthewearabledeviceandsignalreceivingpointstocalculatethehumanpositionandrecordthehistoryofhumanpositionstotheclouddatabase.Theexperimentresultsshowthattheaccuracyrateof98%fordetectingahumanfallandtheaccuracyrateof85%forpositiontracking.Oursystemachieveshighaccurateratefordetectingahumanfallandprovidesthecareserviceseffectively
