Get PDFThe turning point of the agrarian reform of the customary forest arena after the Constitutional Court's Decision 35/PUU-X/2012 can not be based on state domination (government) through the agenda of territorialization of the forest and not on AMAN as representation of indigenous struggle from the paradox of interest. Bringing the alternative of a critical new middle class, as well as running a deliberation democracy through representational politics that combine extra parliamentary and intra-parliamentary struggles simultaneously in organizational form, capable of realizing sustainable agrarian reform. Get PDFThe drug abuse problem that occured in society these days is very alarming. The existence of the perpetrator and the activity of drug abuse has become a custom of the community. However, permissiveness shown as if the people let these problems occur. The existence of stakeholders is expected to have a positive impact, so that the functions of society can work well, especially in the prevention of drug abuse. The improvement of society social control is an effort to prevent drug abuse. The purpose of this research is to improve the society social control as away to prevent drug abuse. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with action research. The Place of research conducted in RW 18 Sadang Serang Village, Coblong Sub-district, Bandung with a number of main informants and supporting informant were 6 people as many as 3 people. The intervention is done through several activities, namely the Counseling and Socialization, Social Campaign, and Forming Local Organization “Pemuda Anti NAPZA”. The results showed an increase in society social control is an effort to prevent drug abuse in RW 18 Sadang Serang Village. Final model has been enhanced tends to be more effective in addressing the problem of drug abuse which is occured.The drug abuse problem that occured in society these days is very alarming. PEREMPUAN DALAM ARENA KEKERASAN DOMESTIK: (Studi Dokumen Penyebab Kekerasan pada Perempuan dalam Rumah Tangga di Pulau Bangka)
Get PDFTulisan ini mencoba untuk menganalisis berbagai bentuk kekerasan yang terjadi pada perempuan dalam rumah tangga atau keluarga. Lebih lanjut mencoba menggali kemungkinan penyebab yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya tindak kekerasan pada perempuan. Mansour Fakih mengemukakan bahwa pada dasarnya penyebab terjadinya kekerasan terdiri atas dua faktor yakni internl dan eksternal. Berangkat dari pandangan tersebut, maka tulisan ini akan mencoba mengkajinya melalui studi dokumentasi. Data-data yang digunakan untuk melakukan analsis adalah hasil penelusuran dokumentasi dari beberapa sumber. Hasil analisis menyebutkan bahwa tindak kekerasan yang dialami oleh perempuan di Pulau Bangka mayoritas disebabkan oleh faktor internal yakni terkait persoalan ekonomi rumah tangga. Lebih lanjut adanya pandangan tabu akan persoalan keluarga jika dipublikasikan sehingga perempuan cenderung lebih memilih diam dan tidak melaporkan pada pihak yang berwajib. Disini menunjukkan adanya faktor internal dan eskternal baik dari sisi perempuan maupun keluarga itu sendiri.Tulisan ini mencoba untuk menganalisis berbagai bentuk kekerasan yang terjadi pada perempuan dalam rumah tangga atau keluarga. Lebih lanjut mencoba menggali kemungkinan penyebab yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya tindak kekerasan pada perempuan. Perluasan desa adalah salah satu dari serangkaian proses otonomi daerah untuk membuat beberapa wilayah menjadi bagian sehingga proses pemerintahan dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Implementasi perluasan desa menjadikan pemisahan kehidupan masyarakat menjadi tiga wilayah administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi perluasan desa dan implikasinya terhadap kehidupan sosial-budaya masyarakat.
Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis perluasan desa dan implikasinya terhadap kehidupan sosial-budaya masyarakat adalah teori modal sosial oleh James Coleman tentang struktur hubungan dan jaringan. Modal sosial adalah hubungan dan jaringan untuk mengikat hubungan individu dalam suatu masyarakat. Dengan kata lain, struktur hubungan dan jaringan ini memfasilitasi aktor atau orang untuk dapat bekerja sama untuk mencapai minat tertentu. Jenis dan pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan penelitian lapangan yang menunjukkan implementasi perluasan desa yang terjadi pada masyarakat 'Kundi Bersatu' tidak memiliki dampak signifikan pada kehidupan sosial-budaya masyarakat. Ini terlihat dari kondisi kehidupan masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah perluasan desa, di mana kondisi sosial masyarakat cenderung tidak berubah, sehingga kehidupan masyarakat tetap bersatu. Itu terlihat dari kekuatan solidaritas sosial masyarakat dan adat istiadat yang masih terpelihara dengan baik setelah perluasan desa. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi implikasi perluasan desa dalam kehidupan sosial budaya masyarakat yang terdiri dari faktor internal termasuk faktor adat, agama, dan ikatan kekerabatan. Village expansion is one of a series of regional autonomy processes to create some areas into section so that the process of governance can work effectively and efficiently. The implementation of village expansion makes the separation of society life into three administrative regions. This research aims to analyze and identify village expansion and its implication towords socio-cultural life of the society.
The theory used to analyze village expansion and its implication towords socio-cultural life of the society is theory social capital by James Coleman about relationship structure and network. Social capital is a relationship and network to tie individual relationships within a society. In other words, these relationship structure and network facilitate actor or people to be able to work together to achieve certain interests. The type and approach in this research were descriptive qualitative research using data collecting technique in the form of direct observation, unstructured interview, and documentation.
Based on the field research that shows the implementation of village expansion that happens on the society of ‘Kundi Bersatu’ does not have significant impact on socio-cultural life of the society. It is seen from the condition of society life before and after village expansion, where social conditions of society tend not to change, so that society life still united. It is seen from the strenght of social solidarity of the society and the custom still preserved well after village expansion. There are some factors that influence the implication of village expansion in socio cultural society life consisted of internal factor including custom factor, religion, and kinship ties. External factor consisted of geographical factor and natural resources as joint assets

Mobilisasi Sumberdaya dalam Gerakan Literasi: (Studi Pada Gerakan Vespa Pustaka)
Get PDFPerilaku literasi merupakan upaya memanfaatkan informasi dari bahan bacaan untuk menjawab beragam persoalan kehidupan manusia sehari-hari, dalam artian ini perilaku literasi bukan sekedar membaca, tapi menulis dan memanfaatkan informasi juga. Di Indonesia, perilaku literasi berada dalam posisi yang memprihatinkan. Dari data yang ada, Indonesia menempati peringgkat ke 60 dari 61 negara di dunia terkait perilaku literasi. Rendahnya perilaku literasi di Indonesia ini menjadikan beberapa kelompok masyarakat maupun individu untuk melakukan gerakan dalam rangka meningkatkan perilaku literasi. Salah satunya adalah gerakan Vespa Pustaka, gerakan ini merupakan gerakan literasi yang diinisasi oleh pemuda di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan. Uniknya, gerakan ini dilakukan dengan cara menyelenggarakan perpustakaan jalanan di Toboali, Kabupaten Bangka Selatan dengan menggunakan sarana motor vespa. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat bagaimana gerakan ini dapat eksis dan diterima oleh masyarakat di kabupaten Bangka Selatan atau dengan kata lain mobilisasi apa saja yang digunakan oleh Vespa Pustaka dalam melakukan gerakan literasi ini. Dalam membedah penelitian ini digunakan teori mobilisasi sumber daya. This Bangladesh short story titled Seduction is one of the representatives of society that has sexist culture. It tells about a young girl who is forced to marry at the young age and becomes the object of her husband’s sexual trinket. What the writer wants to emphasize is the way the author named Razia Sultana Khan describe the treatment and the culture through Paul Gee’s seven language blocks’ perspective. OTONOMI DAERAH DAN DESENTRALISASI PENDIDIKAN: (Studi Pada Jenjang Pendidikan Menengah Dinas Pendidikan Kota Sawahlunto)
Get PDFThis study aimed to describe and analyze the implementation of decentralization in educational management in Sawahlunto, specifically in School Based Management (SBM) at the level of secondary education. It uses the concept of decentralization, Educational Management, and School-Based Management (SBM). This study applies a qualitative approach design of descriptive analysis case study and collecting the data by interviewing and documentation. Informants were selected by purposive sampling. The study shows the implementation of decentralization in educational management particularly in the implementation at the level of secondary education must be completed so it can be more optimal. In its implementation efforts, carried out the stages to improve the performance of school management organizations, the management of human resources, teaching-learning process, administrative resources, Educational Services School-Based Management, and Quality Improvement of Education and Manpower Education. The local government is currently implementing the three pillars of educational development. In accordance with the Local Government Work Plan (RKPD), School-Based Management Improvement Program is one of the Educational Department programs. PENAMAAN “LUM” PADA KELOMPOK MASYARAKAT DINAMISME DI BANGKA BAGIAN UTARA: SEBUAH TINJAUAN SEMANTIK PRAGMATIK

The Processes behind naming are presented and explained in various ways to give the new insight of creating a name. This research deals with the lexicon of lum for naming used on groups of dynamism community. To explore the nature of lexical meaning, qualitative method was used in this research with descriptive approach. As an adverb class in Bangka language daily spoken, the lexicon was analysed by semantic pragmatics perspective to investigate the meaning of its name. The result showed that the lexicon of lum becomes a name for dinamism community as “lum tribe” originally has conotation meaning and increases missunderstanding problems among the community in Belinyu.A proper name is not only an identity for people or things around but also organization and com- munity. REPRESENTASI MASKULINITAS BOYBAND SHINEE DALAM VIDEO KLIP RING DING DONG MELALUI ANALISIS SEMIOTIKA

One of their single is championed tittled Ring Ding Dong was released digitally on October 14 th 2009.In the video clip of Ring Ding Dong, described a collection of masculine men who dance vigorously. As well as body shape, accessories, and costume that they wear are very supports the actions of their masculine appearance. In other words, In other words, it can be said that the description of the man in the video clip leads to a masculine man with all the attributes of masculinity, but does not leave a gentle attitude, charisma and their prestige.Therefore, if you see this, the important point in this research is to analyze the representations of masculinity in the video clip boyband Shinee Ring Ding Dong through analysis Semiotics. Semiotic models are models that researchers use semiotics of Roland Barthes. Barthes developed two levels of sign (staggered systems) which allows to generates also meanings stratified, namely the level of denotation and connotation.Meanwhile, the results of this study indicate that masculinity is represented by the personnel of Shinee in the video clip Ring Ding Dong is manifold. Some of the scene showed a new concept of masculinity (the concept of “new man”), but some are still a traditional masculinity.
