Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Desa Bulontio Barat Kecamatan Sumalata Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara
Get PDFThis research implemented qualitative method with decriptive approach as the part of governmental research that aimed to determine the quality of public service in Bulontio Barat village office, Sumalata district, Gorontalo Utara regency. Souce of the data are taken from two sources they are primary data and secondary data. Based and the result of reserch it can be elaborated that 1) discipline of village official particulary head of the village is still far from the expectation and this brings impacts on working motivation of the officials, 2) the service is still oriented on the secretary of the village, 3) the service is low in term of promptness due to enadequate supporting facility, and 4) lack of the village officials` concern towards moral, ethics, and social problems.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif sebagai bagian dari penelitian pemerintahan, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor desa Bulontio Barat Kecamatan Sumalata Kabupaten gorontalo Utara. Sumber data penelitian memfungsikan dua sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diuraikan; 1) Disiplin aparat desa terutama kepala desa masih perlu ditingkatkan, 2) Pelayanan masih terpusat pada sekretaris desa, 3) Pelayanan masih lambat karena fasilitas penunjang pelayanan tidak memadai, 4) Perhatian aparat desa terhadap moral, etika dan masalah-masalah sosial masih kuran

Get PDFOne of the parks in the city of Makassar, which is the Tiger Park being the location of the Green Open Space is very identical to the tiger statue. Based on the explanation above, the writer tries to examine the Principles of Sustainable Development in the Implementation of Green Open Space Development in Ujung Pandang District, Makassar City. This type of research uses qualitative research with phenomenology research type. Description of this research shows four functions of the existence of tiger garden as a concept of green open space namely ecological function, with the greening of the city park can function as an oxygen provider. Availability of trees in the tiger garden to maintain air quality from the city of Makassar. Social function, concept of building green open space As a means of sports, play and recreation. The existence of tiger garden is used by the community as a location for gymnastics fitness. Aesthetic function, a beautiful garden has its own charm, so it can be used as one of the landmarks or icons of an area. Tiger Park has become a symbol of the city of Makassar. Economic function, the existence of open space is used by the community to improve the economy of the community. The presence of street vendors and parking attendants in the Tiger Park gives economic benefits to the community.
Salah satu taman yang ada di Kota Makassar yaitu Taman Macan menjadi lokasi Ruang Terbuka Hijau sangat identik dengan patung macan nya. Berdasarkan pemaparan diatas maka penulis mencoba meneliti tentang Prinsip-prinsip Pembangunan Berkelanjutan Dalam Implementasi Pengembangan Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Kecamatan Ujung Pandang Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian fenomenologi. Deskripsi penelitian ini menunjukkan empat fungsi dari keberadaan taman macan sebagai konsep dari ruang terbuka hijau yaitu Fungsi ekologis, dengan adanya penghijauan maka taman kota dapat berfungsi sebagai penyedia oksigen. Ketersediaan pohon ditaman macan untuk menjaga kualitas udara dari kota Makassar. Fungsi sosial, konsep pembanguan ruang terbuka hijau Sebagai sarana olahraga, bermain, dan rekreasi. Keberadaan taman macan dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai lokasi untuk senam kebugaran. Fungsi estetika, Taman yang indah memiliki daya tarik tersendiri, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu landmark atau ikon tertentu dari suatu daerah. Taman Macan telah menjadi symbol kota Makassar. Fungsi ekonomi, keberadaan ruang terbuka dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. This research used interview method, documentation technique and observation. This research focus on the office village of Tolinggula Pantai Sub-district of Tolinggula at North Gorontalo regency. Based on the result of research that performance village head of Tolinggula Pantai enter in good category that like as his authority. The factors that determine the quality of service does not become an obstacle to giving people services to the people considering many facilities and equipment are lacking. The conclusion that the village head of Tolinggula Pantai has a good service to its people.
Peranan pemerintah khususnya pemerintah desa yang bersentuhan langsung dengan masyarakat, seharusnya menjadikan pemerintah di desa khususnya pimpinan desa dalam hal ini kepala desa lebih memperhatikan cara pelayanan di desa, agar supaya pelayanan kepada publik atau masyarakat benar – benar berjalan dengan baik. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan kemasyarakatan di Desa Tolinggula Pantai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, teknik dokumentasi, dan pengamatan. Penelitian di pusatkan pada kantor Desa Tolinggula Pantai Kecamatan Tolinggula Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, menurut peneliti bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa Tolinggula Pantai sangat baik atau dapat dikatakan pemimpin yang kharismatik dan pemimpin yang kooperatif. Dari cara kepala desa memberikan saran kepada staf desa Tolinggula Pantai, menerima saran, menyambut masyarakat yang kebetulan bertemu di tempat pelayanan sampai dengan cara mensosialisaikan program bantuan kepada masyarakat. Tujuan Penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui bagaimana inovasi pemerintah kota dalam program Revolusi pendidikan di SD Negeri pannampu 1 Kota Makassar dan faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam inovasi pemerintah kota dalam program Revolusi pendidikan di SD Negeri Pannampu 1 Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif (menjelaskan secara objek alamiah) dengan informan sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) orang yang dipilih berdasarkan pandangan bahwa informan memiliki pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai permasalahan yang di teliti. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa: Observasi dan Dokumentasi dan dikembangkan wawancara terhadap informan. that illustration the monetary local ability of Gorontalo Province. Simulation result showed that if available of
general allocation fund unlimited, therefore Local Government always pursue growth goals, but will happened
which running wide between fiscal capacities with fiscal requirement. It means the growth which happened
really support by counter balance fund. Plant tax scenario equal to 20 % by the year and scenario income of
BUMD equal to 20 % and 30 % by the year in fact unable to do much in lessening fiscal differences. When
scenario growth of retribution and tax improved to become 30 % and conducted fusion scenario, in the reality
can lessen fiscal difference and on a long term can improve monetary ability of Gorontalo Province. Beside that

Collection the data was conducted with interview, observation, documentation and the data analyzed with descriptive quantitative. The research found this data the PKBM administrators, the course administrators, the tutors, and the residents of learn were positively appreciated the experimented model. The andragogy approach, participative method, and individual guidance were successful in creating conducive learning atmosphere, giving opportunities for the residents of learn to actively participate and grow up the entrepreneurship motivation with exploiting the local potentials among the residents of learn. Based on the statistical test, this learning model influenced significantly towards the residents of learning results

Get PDFService quality is not only become the necesity and demands of the user society service, but also the demands of governance be a good governance. This research aimed to know the quality of E-KTP service in sub-district Biluhu Gorontalo regency. This research used a qualitative method. Decision informant/respondent is doing by purposive and snow ball. The data were collected through observation nonparticipant, in-depth interviews, and a review of documents. Analysis of the data is using reduction of data, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results showed that the E-KTP service in sub-district Biluhu Gorontalo regency has require the tangible aspects, namely matters relating to physical Visibility, such as equipment and facilities have adequate services; but have not been able to requare the elements of reliability, the service provided is likely to be inaccurate; has not been able to requare the elements of responsiveness, the officer tended slowly to respond the society complaints; has not been able to requare the elements of assurance, that the existing services do not provide assurance that expected by society; and also not been able to requare the elements of empathy, that has the differences in the treatment of servicing and even more the society feel that the officers more priority the other case compared the services. Thus, it can be know that the E-KTP service in in sub-district Biluhu Gorontalo regency not yet qualty
