STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN ADMINISTRATIF DARI DAMPAK “BALLAST WATER” DI DAERAH BERKEMBANG UNTUK KEBERLANJUTAN KEHIDUPAN MASYARAKAT PESISIR
The purpose of the preparation from this article is to give describing of the impact of ballast water on the
coastal environment and try to give a solution how the administrative management should be done to the
sustainability of coastal society. The method used in writing of this article that is library research from a variety
of sources and based on field observations in some areas with the activity of high boat traffic. Ballast water is
sucked by the pump into the tank ship ballasts are used to maintain the stability of the ship during the cruise,
generally consists of water mixed with various types of marine microorganisms, sediments and rocks. Marine
microorganisms are carried on and switched via ship ballasts tanks will be able to survive in new waters, but life
will change and tend to be predatory. This can cause damage to the food chain and the environment in new
waters. Impact caused by Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS ) on ballast water, Hull and others form part of the ship
of the ecological impact, economic and human health is a common concern this moment especially scientists,
therefore need for appropriate methods in management. Some approaches a comprehensive strategy in the
operational procedures ship, port, ship monitoring inspection, certification, training and education as well as
the roles and responsibilities are clear of the implementing the regulation is an integral part in the effort to
reduce the alien species

The Performance Accountability of Government that is PAG is the brave policy and radicals had been doing by the Government of Gorontalo province in reforming the system of employee payroll area. Furthermore, the posts of honor are changed become the Performance Accountability of Government (PAG) based on the amount which determined by any of variables. The Allowance of Performance Region (PAG) is given in order to improve the welfare of officials based on work performance, place of working, working conditions, and the scarcity of the profession. Giving the Performance Accountability of Government (PAG) in its implementation in the Government of Gorontalo province area Regional Government Budget (RGB) had been brought the changes to improving the quality of service, increase the official performance. Thus, The Performance Accountability of Government (APR) is a noble policy, where in its implementation still requires the support and commitment from the leaders to improve the performance of subordinates and Government Civil Servants (GCS) are always encouraged to give the better service to the society and also to constantly innovate for the preparing of continuous improvement and continuous performance. Giving Performance Accountability of Government (PAG) needs to continue, and followed the sharpen system performance assessment with quantitative indicators that based on professionalism Government Civil Servants (GCS)
HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KETERLIBATAN GURU DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DENGAN SIKAP GURU MELAKSANAKAN TUGAS
The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship of school leadership and teacher involvement in decisionmaking with the attitude of the teacher. This study used survey method through correlational studies. This study was designed to obtain clear information about the symptoms at the time of the study. The survey is generally done to find clear information empirically and will be used to solve a problem. Partial correlation test results provide information that school leadership a greater contribution to the attitudes of teachers carry out tasks when compared with the attitude of the teacher duty. This difference is shown by the coefficient of determination r2 y1.2> r2 y2.1 or 0.2005> 0.1683. Besides this difference is also supported by the results of testing a simple correlation between the variable and variable Y X1 X2 variable Y. This result indicated by the coefficient of determination and r2 y2 r2 y1 = 0.3940 = 0.3663. The existence of a positive relationship between school leadership with teachers' attitudes duties gives the sense that the higher the score the principal's leadership, the higher the attitudes of teachers perform their duties, and conversely the lower the score the ability of school leadership also lower the attitudes of teachers dutie
