Kajian implementasi manajemen perubahan strategik (studi kasus di sbu metrasat di telkom metra)
Currently, SBU Metrasat is the market leader in the satellite communications services, and occupied 27% market share in 2014. The compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2010-2015 was 30.1%. Satellite communication service is the substitution product in telecommunication services, which serve for regions with no fiber optic and radio infrastructure. However, the construction of fiber-optic infrastructure based broadband network has been deployed by Telkom known as id-Ring, the fiber-optic broadband network has been deployed, which previously could only be served by satellite communication services. And also, the construction of broadband networks using fiber optic by Goverment 2014 – 2019 to strengthen National Connectivity in ICT is estimated to finish in 2019. Hence, in the future, there will be discontinuity legacy satellite communication services, which the stream of 65% of SBU Metrasat revenue. SBU Metrasat should manage organizations to address the impact of the changes that happen today and in the future, and formulating the strategic change management to anticipate changes.
The research was conducted at SBU Metrasat Jakarta, This research was a case study with descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative analysis methods. The research data was primary and secondary data, primary data was obtained from direct observations, questionnaire, interviews with the internal and external parties of the organization, and also a focus group discussion (FGD). The secondary data was derived from the findings of of market research on internet services via satellite, literature review, studies, scientific journals, related literature, magazines, and from relevant institutions. The sampling technique was purposive, nonprobability sampling, a sampling based on specific criteria.
Data processing and analysing factors that become the catalyst of change in the organization and also determined the type of changes using the driver of change model, formulating strategic change management which becomes the organization’s priority and describing the new business model through business model canvas. Analysis Mckinsey’s 7S model, that high capability gives a comprehensive view of corporate seven elements. The last, formulating programs for fitting implementation through 8-step change process by Kotter for the success of the changes.
Analysis of the type of changes found the SBU Metrasat’s type of change is transition. In order to maintain its position as the market leader in satellite communication services industry, the company establishes three priority strategic change management. These strategies lead the company to make changes in the nine elements of the business model canvas. However, for achieving innovative value, the company should concern four elements, namely value proposition, key resources, key activities and key partners. The change elements are first, providing services in all Indonesia including the remote area, and the satellite services based on quota usage, this is certainly that the competitors are unable to offer. Secondly, the company should eliminate the use of large antenna, abolish outright sale scheme, and delete premium operation for special customer. Third,
the organization is required to utilize HTS satellite and implement all activities through resource sharing. Forth, the company has to offer their services in a lower yet competitive price.
Analysis of the change to the organization by the McKinsey 7S model approach, the results of the analysis indicate that elements of structure and skill are still lack and categorized as barrier factors of the organizational changes. Programs for change management at SBU Metrasat are referring to 8-Step by Kotter, but only 6 of 8 steps would be impelemented by the company since the type of changes is transition. The planning of main programs and subprograms for the company is based on 8 phases of Kotter as a guidance and early warnings for the SBU Metrasat’s change management

Optimasi rute pengiriman produk cv rst untuk meminimumkan jarak tempuh kendaraan dan biaya transportasi
Distribution and transportation problems become important due to the large proportions of the costs for distribution activities in logistics management. Regarding to the contribution, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of transportation by optimizing the use of transportation equipments and personnels. Knowledge concerning the determination of the routes is the main component of the transportation problems which must be evaluated and improved in order to solve transportation problems. This problem is generally known as Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP).
The distribution system of CV RST that has currently been applied is renting a fleet of the vehicles to deliver goods to the customers. The amount of the hired vehicles is adjusted to the amount of the customers, means one vehicle is rented to deliver goods to one customer or named One-to-One Relationship because the capacity of the hired vehicle is limited. Distribution with that rental system cause the high transportation cost and this system is not efficient due to the different hired cost for each customer. The purpose of this paper is to design VRP in to integer linear programming form and to devise the optimal route of the product distribution. It aims to minimize the mileage and the hired vehicle cost.
A case study as descriptive method was used to obtain primary and secondary data. These data were analized by exact approach and the branch-and-bound algorithm solved the model. Given five scenarios of the fleet under different capacity, which are three heterogenous and two homogenous vehicle scenarios. The scenario for the fleet velocity are the optimistic and the pesimistic scenario.
The output clarified the global optimum solution for scenario 1 and 2, whereas scenario 3, 4 and 5 obtained the feasible solution. The feasible solutions have been selected due to the elapsed runtimes and their impact to the hired vehicle time and cost have been analyzed in advance of deciding to consider the solution worthiness for the company. Scenario 2 required the longer elapsed runtime than scenario 1 because it had more integer variables and constraints. It was highlighted that scenario 3 and 5 had the similar value of the objective, i.e., 2877.9 as they had the identical integer variable and the fleet combination.
The result explained when the firm apply the heterogenous vehicle scenarios, the hired vehicle cost can be decreased a minimum of 8.7 percent and a maximum of 38.5 percent. On the other hand, the value of savings in the homogenous vehicle scenarios is larger, i.e., 14.4 percent to 37.2 percent. If there is an additional rental fee at certain times, the calculation of the extra fee is expected to not ultimately cause the hired vehicle cost exceeds the previous one. The maximum additional rental fee varies for each fleet capacity scenario. The largest additional rental cost can occur in scenario 3 and 5, allowed to IDR 6 hundred thousands. However, it needs as well to meet the criteria of the optimistic scenario.
The company can adjust one of the fleet capacity scenarios depends on its goal, the shortest mileage or the largest savings cost. Proposed scenarios can be
implemented with assumptions there is no time windows and significant changes in total demand. The sensitivity of additional rental fee needs to be considered in terms of savings, as well. Regarding the effectiveness the road network associated with the travel time and cost, the company can initiate to ponder investing asset (fleet) for its distribution activities.
This research has resulted in several scientific informations related to optimize the product delivery route of CV RST. However, some things can be suggested from this study, including: the development of heuristic method, sensitivity analysis of changes in total demand, additional time windows constraint, and research on fleet investment

Analisis model theory of planned behavior terhadap intensi konsumsi minuman cokelat
Since the last five years, the consumer goods sector has been enlivened by a variety of chocolate drinks produced from various brands. Eating chocolate has been shown to lower a person's blood pressure (Davison et al., 2009). In addition to instantly enjoyed, chocolate drinks are also available in beverage outlets in Indonesia. Chocolate drinks have also created new consumption patterns that are part of life style in various layers of generations (Hewlett and Wadsworth 2012). Torsina (2000) mentions that the growth of outlets characterized by both traditional and modern increases in recent years. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of attitudes on behavior, subjective norms and perceptions of behavior control on consumer intention through the theory of planned behavior in consuming chocolate drink. Theory of planned behavior is a theory that explains the predictions of individual-specific behavior toward behavioral intentions through the three best predictive variables of attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms of behavior, and perceptions of behavioral control. The design of this study used cross-sectional study. Descriptive data analysis method using SPSS, presented in tables and cross tabulation and then tested using Chi Square. While the method of data analysis TPB (Theory of planned behavior) using Structural Equation Modeling-PLS (SEM-PLS). SEM-PLS is an analytical method for evaluating statistically structural parameters of various indicators, latent and overall constructs of a model, Sumarwan et al. (2015). The measurement model in this study uses 24 indicators that reflect the three latent variables. The SEM-PLS model used to answer the factors affecting the consumption intentions of chocolate beverages shows that all indicators have load factor value> 0.5. The results show that the PLS model meets the requirements of good convergent validity and all latent constructs have good, accurate and consistent reliability. Determination of the sample is done by purposive, that is the consumer connected with the researcher on social networking Path. Link questionnaires are distributed online. The sample unit in this study is the individual who is in accordance with the sampling procedure. Referring to Hoyle 1995 in Kwong and Wong 2013, the number of samples used in this study amounted to 212 people. This study consisted of three latent variables of attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perception of behavior control. Each latent variable has two dimensions. Each dimension is a reflection of four indicators. Each indicator is measured using question instrument in the form of questionnaires. The measurement scale used in this study is the interval scale. Attitude measurement is done through five assessment intervals. The results showed 71.7% of respondents enjoyed chocolate in the form of food and the rest enjoyed chocolate in the form of beverages. The biggest reason consumers consume chocolate is because chocolate has a good taste and can improve the positive mood. The majority of respondents are male, unmarried and under the age of 30 years. As many as 96% of respondents have college education
background. Types of occupation of respondents dominated by private employees as much as 49%. While respondents with household expenses above three million rupiah as much as 54% and respondents with food and beverage expenditure accounted for as much as 47%. The result of bootstrapping on SEM-PLS model is reflected by three exogenous variables such as attitudes toward consumption behavior, subjective consumption norm, and perception of consumption behavior control. Attitudes toward behavioral behavior and perception control significant effect on consumption intention with t-statistic value of each of 7,791 and 5,998. While the subjective norm of consuming chocolate drink has no significant effect on consumption intention with t-statistic value less than 1.96 that is equal to 0880. The structural model of consumption intention gives R square 54.5% meaning that consumption intention can be explained by attitudes toward behavior and perception of consumption behavior control of 50.5% while the remaining 49.5% is explained by other factors outside the model. In conclusion, the more positive attitudes toward consumption behavior and perception of consumption behavior control, the higher the intention of consumption of chocolate drinks to consumers. Managerial implications can be formulated with marketing strategies 7P where manufacturers and distributors of chocolate drinks need to increase consumer confidence on the importance of chocolate drinks and ease of consumption, for example by writing in the packaging and visual advertising. In addition, efficient pricing, instant practical packaging, and increased availability in the market

Determinan utang jangka panjang perusahaan publik sektor pertanian di indonesia
The capital structure is a financing option derived from debt financing or equity financing. Funding in the agricultural sector still has constraints and obstacles in its development. Trends in the contribution of the agricultural sector to Gross Domestic Product declined year-over-year, in addition to lower economic growth in food product exports when compared to growth in food product imports. In other words, economic growth in food product exports has declined in performance. One obstacle for companies in the agricultural sector is the difficulty of accessing credit from financial institutions and investors. This is a problem considering that the agricultural sector is the main sector that plays an important role in employment.
The agricultural sector requires large amounts of land as a capital asset in its operations, which means that most of the investment used in this sector is met by purchasing land required for operational purposes and for expansion. In buying land in general companies in the agricultural sector using long-term liabilities. To meet the large capital needs, the company uses foreign financing in the form of debt (debt financing), internal funding by using corporate profits and external equity financing. The role of financial managers plays an important role in the fulfillment of corporate capital structure. There are several determinants that allegedly influence the decision of the company's capital structure.
The determinants used in this study were tested using internal factor indicators ie SA, GRW, PROF, LIQ, NDTS and AGE. While on external factors ie INF, GDP and IR. This study uses annual published financial reports on companies in the food crop, plantation, fishery, and other sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2005 - 2010. while inflation data are taken from central agency statistic Indonesia, interest rate data are taken from Bank of Indonesia and GDP data are taken from World Bank. Data were analyzed using panel data.
This study shows that the company's internal growth factor (GRW), profitability (PROF), liquidity (LIQ) and company’s age (AGE) have a significant and significant impact on long-term liabilities. While external factor inflation (INF), GDP and interest rate (IR) have no effect and significant to long term obligation. This study shows that along with rising interest rates and inflation, there is a tendency that agricultural companies continue to decide to choose debt as a source of funding. This is because the agricultural sector is the main sector in GDP contribution. In addition, the study found that firms with high profitability prefer internal funds to be used because the company has abundant internal funding sources. This result is in accordance with pecking order theory which explains about companies that have high profitability level has low debt level.
This study recommends to assists financial managers in making decisions in company funding policies. Financial managers can look at and consider several determinant factors tested in this study to support the company's funding internal yang melimpah.

It is generally believed that there is a positive relationship among the following three variables, which are cohesiveness, job satisfaction, and job performance. Good job performance of a group of workers needs good coorperation among the group members. Good cooperation can be viewed as the outcome of group cohesiveness. In addition, good job performance needs good job satisfaction. Furthermore, it is also commonly believed that group cohesiveness is positively related with job satisfaction. The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the cohesiveness of administrative staff in Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), (2) to analyze the job satisfaction of administrative staff in IPB, (3) to analyze the job performance of administrative staff in IPB, (4) to analyze the influence of cohesiveness toward job satisfaction and job performance of administrative staff in IPB, and (4) to analyze the influence of job satisfaction toward job performance of administrative staff in IPB. The research was conducted at fifteen departments in four faculties at IPB. The four faculties are the Faculty of Human Ecology, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Economics and Management, and Faculty of Agricultural Technology. Data were collected by survey method using questionnaire. The questionnaires was designed to record the data about cohesiveness, job satisfaction, and job performance of administrative staff. Interviews were conducted with several senior staff in Directorate of Human Resources and administrative staff in several faculties in IPB. Sampling technique used in this research was probability sampling namely simple random sampling method. The sample consists of 102 respondents of administrative staff. A quantitative model namely Structural Equation Model (SEM) was utilized. Cohesiveness is influenced by group integration task, group integration social, and individual attractions to the group task with high to moderate categories indicating that administrative staff have high cohesiveness whereas individual attraction to the group social falls into moderate to high categories which means they are quite satisfied with every administrative staff in their group. In general each dimension of job satisfaction has a moderate level of job satisfaction but for payment satisfaction and promotion satisfaction it is in the medium to low category which means the administrative staff have not been satisfied with the payment and promotion policy in IPB. The level of supervision satisfaction, coworker satisfaction, and satisfaction of job entry are in the medium to high category which means the administrative staff are quite satisfied with the motivation, guidance from superiors, satisfied with their colleagues, and satisfied with the challenge of their work. There are six dimensions with the level of performance of administrative staff with high to moderate categories of productivity, initiative or creativity, accuracy or tidiness, speed of work or efficiency, cooperation, and discipline. This indicates that the leader judge their performance well. The dimensions of
responsibility are in the medium to high category, it means that the leaders see that the responsibilities of their subordinates are good enough. The cohesiveness of administrative staff is influenced mostly by the group integration task with a weight of 0.94. The satisfaction of the supervision has the greatest influence on the work satisfaction of the administrative staff with a weight of 0.78. The performance of administrative staff is influenced by the cooperation with a weight of 0.92. It is concluded that cohesiveness positively effects job satisfaction as well as job performance. However, it is found that there is no statistically significant effect of job satisfaction on job performance. The managerial implications that need to be done by IPB are (1) the leaders of the organization can maintain and improve cohesiveness by creating gatherings and group work. With the work of this group the administrative staff can know each other and participate not only in social relations but also for their task groups in each department, (2) to improve job satisfaction, organizational leader can strengthen the cohesiveness by encouraging activities that can make members of the organization know each other better and engage in group activities, (3) the leader of the organization can facilitate communication forums of administrative staff. This forum can be established to accommodate the aspirations, communication, and interaction of administrative staff, (4) to improve job satisfaction reevaluating the remuneration system and incentive system for administrative staff is needed, (5) to improve job satisfaction and job performance of administrative staff, the leader of organizations can provide public recognition, reward, and training, and (6) the leader of organizations can use the list of employment (DUK) to increase job satisfaction and performance
