Pengukuran risiko operasional pada bank syariah indonesia (studi kasus: bank syaiah xyz)
In contrast to credit risk and market risk, operational risk Islamic banks in addition to the unique characteristics resulting from business activities with the dimensions of a vast and complex as the source of risk is a combination of various sources, both people, systems and technology, processes and policies, external factors, as well as exposed Sharia Non-Compliance Risk, Risk Fiducia, People Risk and Legal Risk. Human factors and systems as widely discussed in the literature and previous research is the most influential factor in the loss of Islamic banking operations.
The use of the Basic Indicator Approach which is a standard model for measuring operational risk besides not describe the profile or potential operational risk in accurately, it also resulted the calculation of capital charge that is greater than the internal model. Capital charge that is too large and sometimes unrealistic, would be burdensome Islamic bank xyz because it can reduce the ability to expand their business. Plus, because of the standard model produces an inaccurate of the risk profile, it can cause errors in decision making related to operational risk management of Islamic banks xyz.
Islamic banks xyz is one of the great assets of Islamic banks and widest service network in Indonesia. Simulation calculation of operational risk Islamic banks xyz using the Basic Indicator Approach generate capital charge for operational risk at the end of 2015 amounted to Rp. 343.50 billion. This thesis aims to analyze the types of events with the biggest loss, estimating the probabilty of operational loss events and quantify efficiency of the operational risk capital charges using Loss Distribution Approach - Aggregate models. Calculation of the potential operational risk loss Islamic banks xyz used by calculating Operational Value at Risk (OpVaR).
The research method uses quantitative methods derived from secondary data loss and operational audit findings period January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2016. In applying the method of LDA-Aggregate operational risk measurement requires operational loss data history at least three years. Operational loss data at diversifying into data frequency and severity. The distribution of the data to test the Goodness of Fit (GoF). Distribution fit obtained merger (aggregate) and Monte Carlo simulation to calculate the Operational Value at Risk (OpVaR). The results showed three types of events that bigt contribute to the operating loss is a Business Disruption and System Failures; Execution, Delivery and Process Management; and Internal Fraud. Systems and humans as the dominant cause of the loss of Islamic banking operations as many written in previous studies shown to occur in Islamic banks xyz.
With a confidence level of 99.9% is used, meaning that with a probability of 99.9% maximum operational risk loss due to Business Disruption and System Failures facing Islamic banks xyz for 1 year ahead amounted Rp.128,33 billion with the mean frequency average monthly 18 times.
The resulting capital charge is equal to the value OpVaR with a confidence level of 99.9% amounted Rp.280.661.798.132.
Thus, the calculation of operational risks of Islamic banks xyz using LDA-Aggregate method produces a lower capital charge than the use of the Basic Indicator Approach. Lower capital charge implies allocation of capital needed to cover operational risk become more efficient. This resulted in a wider opportunity for Islamic banks xyz to expand and develop business strategies. In addition, an overview of operational risk given by LDA-Aggregate method would be more accurate because the calculation using operational risk loss data Islamic banks xyz are more relevant than the gross income.
The backtesting results on the estimating for OpVar calculated with LDA-Aggregate method for the seventh event types were acccepted, which means that the model is feasible So, it can be concluded that the Loss Distribution Approach - Aggregate method can be used as an alternative method for measuring operational risk Islamic banks xyz
Aplikasi theory of planned behavior pada analisis perilaku konsumen udang
Based on Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) (Ajzen 1991), the formation of consumer attitudes will shape a person's intention to perform or not to perform an action. Thus, consumption behavior is indirectly predictable through behavioral intentions. Seeing that shrimp commodity is a potential commodity, it is necessary to study about consumer behavior of shrimp in Indonesia by using approach of Theory of Planned Behavior. Besides, it is expected to realize the improvement of people's welfare, especially fishermen, cultivators, processors and marketing of fishery products through an increase in average consumption of shrimp.
Shrimp is one of healthy food with a relatively high protein content, about 21%. Shrimp protein values are categorized as complete protein because of its high amino acid content, complete profiles, about 85 - 95% easily digested by the body and contribute about 87% of total energy (Dayal et al. 2013).
With the abundance of shrimp production in Indonesia, it shows that shrimp market opportunity is still wide open, especially for domestic market. Successful growth of capture fishery and cultivation can contribute significantly to the future of food security and nutrition and the needs of Indonesia's economic development. Answering the challenge of business and government targets in raising fishery products of Indonesia hence the importance of conducting research on consumer behavior analysis of shrimp.
Shrimp consumption behavior in Indonesia has not been thoroughly researched. There is no approach to shrimp consumers directly. Understanding consumer behavior towards shrimp is very important for producers and government in order to help government program that is GEMARIKAN. Therefore, in this study conducted a consumer behavior analysis of shrimp to determine interest in shrimp consumption in Indonesia by using The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The design of this study using data collection methods conducted descriptively by survey method. The survey was conducted by giving questions to respondents by using questionnaires as an instrument of data collection from a population. The questionnaire was made by using Ajzen (1991) reference on the way of questionnaire making with TPB approach. The data needed in this research is primary data and secondary data. These data are qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection from respondents is done through interviews with structured questionnaire guidelines (structure questionaire). The types of questions used are closed and open questions. Some questions in the questionnaire were made on a scale (scaled response question). Scaling technique used is likert for processing with SEM analysis. The number of respondents used in this study is as many as 120 people. Various characteristics of respondents such as demographic, social, economic and consumer characteristics of respondents have been studied in this study.
Based on the results of data processing about the characteristics of respondents who consume shrimp, there are 58.3% of respondents <30 years old. Female respondents were seen more in consuming shrimp, which is as much as
60% when compared with men. As many as 55.83% of respondents are married. The result of the analysis of model theory of planned behavior toward shrimp consumer behavior shows that there is a direct significant influence on intention is subjective norms. The influence of Government in GEMARIKAN program was found to increase the respondent's intention to consume shrimp. Other factors such as family, friends, and relatives also have an influence. This indicates that the acceptable hypothesis is H2 where subjective norms affect the interest to consume shrimp

The announcement of stock split has more significant impact on the abnormal return of stock after the announcement was made by the company and the most abnormal return is positive abnormal return. (2) However, the majority of stock trading volume of companies announced stock split policy has no significant difference in each event window, its indicating that stock split action in Indonesia does not cause a change in the level of stock liquidity. Through the analysis elasticity of stock trading volume, found that the relationship between the stock trading volume of companies that annouced stock split policy has a negative relationship with their stock prices, this is in line with the existing theory of stock split policies, the theory said that stock split is using price reduction as an instrument to create an increment of volume of stock trading, but based on the analysis of the elasticity of stock trading volume against the price found that the elasticity value is less than one or in other words the type of elasticity is inelastic, it indicates that 1 % changes in stock price will
be followed by changes in the volume of stock trading less than the declining of stock price. This study concludes that stock split have an impact on changes in abnormal returns but have no impact on changes in stock trading volumes

Pengaruh kebijakan pemerintah dalam penurunan suku bunga kur mikro terhadap migrasi kredit non kur bank xyz
The role of banks in economic development is to channel funds of them in the form of credit for UMKM. In an effort to increase the real sector and poverty alleviation and empowerment of UMKM, the Government makes economic policy on the reduction of the interest rate of People's Business loan (KUR) into single digits. The micro rate is initially stable at 22% interest rate later in 2015 down to 12%. The government then reduced it back to 9% in 2016.
XYZ Bank as one of the banks that focus business on UMKM and bank for micro credit lending, so the effect of interest rate change will be felt in XYZ bank both in the amount of distribution and the number of micro credit creditors. With the change of interest rate policy, the debtor will switch to credit scheme with low interest. This will lead a migration form Non-KUR debtor to KUR Mikro debtor, both in term of outsanding and number of outstanding for instance.
Base on the research that Regional offices that have outstanding migration and the smallest debtors are the Jayapura regional office whereas the regional offices that have the oustanding migration and the largest debtors are the Bandung regional office.
Independent variable of KUR Micro loan interest rate, Non-KUR loan interest rate, KUR Micro loan migration proportion as well as dummy variable affecting outstanding migration and KUR Micro loan debtors with variation level of 0.998% and 0.989%. The increase in Non-KUR interest rate has a real effect on the migration of outstanding and KUR Micro loan borrowers, this happens because the ceiling given by the bank is different between micro and Non-KUR loan credit. KUR Micro loan interest rates and proportional migration of KUR Micro loan are directly proportional to outstanding migration and KUR Micro loan debtors.
The policy implications can be suggested is a bank should anticipate the decrease of the interest rate of the micro curve in order to avoid too many outstanding migrants and debtors. Other factors beyond the interest rate should be management priority in maintaining the retention rate and the acquisition of Non-KUR loan debtors. The proportionate increase of migration has a significant effect on the outstanding migration and the number of debtors so banks need to create innovative products that can maintain the consistency of non-credit debtors
