Pengaruh kohesivitas dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan
Turnover is the resignation of employees from where they work either voluntarily or involuntary. The occurrence of turnover usually begins with the turnover intention from employees and this should be anticipated by the company. PT X is among the top 10 national pharmaceutical companies. The high turnover rate at PT X indicates the need to be explored further whether the high turnover is in line with employee turnover intention and see if it is influenced by employee cohesiveness and job satisfaction.
This study uses quantitative approach with questionnaires that distributed to 120 head office employees with convenience sampling method. The result shows that the level of employee cohesiveness of PT X is in the medium category, with the dimension of cohesiveness of task aspect having high appraisal compared to social aspect. Furthermore, for the level of job satisfaction is also in the medium category, with the dimension of work it self has a higher value than payment, promotion, supervisors, and coworkers. Meanwhile, employee's turnover intention rate of PT X is low, because there are still many employees who want to explore their ability in PT X.
The result of structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis shows that the better employee cohesiveness will increase the job satisfaction so that it can decrease the employee's desire to resign from the company. Cohesiveness has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. In this case cohesiveness plays an important role in improving job satisfaction because having a cohesive group will affect employee satisfaction. Cohesiveness and job satisfaction have a significant negative impact on turnover intention. This suggests that cohesiveness and job satisfaction play an important role in decreasing employee intent turnover, even though the effect of cohesiveness is less than the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention
Evaluasi implementasi sistem penjaminan mutu internal (spmi) dengan iso 9001 program sarjana ipb
Nowadays, universities in Indonesia both public and private have many who implement the quality management system (SMM) ISO 9001, but in its implementation more lead to "labeling" than the nature of quality management itself. In Indonesia the organization that handles the standardization of universities is the national university accreditation body (BAN-PT). Essentially, SMM ISO 9001 focuses on international quality standard quality management process. However the obligation of standardization is essentially implementation of standard implementation of clause on BAN-PT rule which generally at universities is called internal quality assurance system (SPMI). Not a few encountered PT that has been successful in the implementation of SMM ISO, but implementation of achievement the standard BAN-PT still not maximized, or only have a value of B (good), not A (excellence).
The supporting principles in the integration of the two SMMs, especially in the PDCA principle greatly support Gugus Penjamin Mutu (GPM) and Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM) as well as implementers in the implementation of integrated SMM implementation, so that the target of SMM standard based on BAN-PT can be achieved, also the ISO-9001 based on good ISO 9001, also on the second SMM audit process.
The objective of this research is to 1) review the implementation of ISO 9001 management system with internal quality assurance system (SPMI) to support SPME BAN-PT and 2) develop ISO 9001 management system synchronization strategy with SPMI to support SPME BAN-PT. The method used in this research with analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This research begins by analyzing the relationship between ISO 9001 clause and SPMI undergraduate program of IPB. The result is that there is a principle that supports the integration, especially the PDCA principle. There are some clauses of SPMI that can be ISO, some are not able to ISO, related policies, manuals and quality objectives. Furthermore, after made table linkage of some clause SPMI with ISO 9001, research continued by making AHP questionnaire with respondents from resource experts in the field of higher education management and expert ISO 9001. The analysis of data processing AHP questionnaire is some alternative strategy how the implementation of ISO 9001 later can be part or in line with the implementation of SPMI undergraduate program IPB.
The results of the evaluation show that the SPMI undergraduate programs IPB and ISO 9001 run separately, the variable causes of which is the work unit has not understood that the clause at ISO 9001 actually supports the SPMI clause, so it should be in the implementation of the process according to ISO 9001, the target nature is standardization on the SPMI program bachelor. In compiling the ISO 9001 and SPMI system synchronization, a table of conformity between the SPMI clause and ISO 9001 is established. From the table of conformity it appears that what has been executed in the ISO 9001 clause can be claimed that its
implementation supports the achievement of SPMI standard targets related to the corresponding clause. Plus input from the experts on the priority synchronization strategy of both SMM will support the implementation of SPME BAN-PT so that the achievement of accreditation of excellence of study program and institution can be achieved effectively and efficiently

positively to the regulation of OJK, XYZ Bank cooperated with branchless
banking agent to be able to serve all the society, especially people who are
domiciled away from Bank. 1n April 2017, XYZ Bank has 100,311 branchless
banking agents spread all over Indonesia, but the problem is not all agents are
active in providing services to the public, only 66,344 agents are active in
providing banking services.
Based on this background, the researcher intends to conduct research on the
influence of Bank XYZ's branchless banking agent on the decision to use Bank
XYZ's branchless banking service through AIDA theory approach. The purpose of
this research is to analyze whether customer perception of Bank XYZ to the
branchless banking agent of Bank XYZ affect the awareness, interest, desire and
action of customer of XYZ Bank on Bank XYZ branchless banking service. The
benefits of this research are expected to be taken into consideration by Bank XYZ
in developing the strategy of increasing the transaction of Bank XYZ's branchless
banking agent, becoming a reference for further research and developing the
researcher's insight on branchless banking. The scope of this research is the
respondents used are XYZ Bank customers who live close to branchless banking
agents located in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi
(JABODETABEK) areas.
Sampling technique in this research using purposive sampling technique by
setting the sampling area that is in JABODETABEK. The number of respondents
taken as many as 340 respondents where 180 respondents are the users of
branchless banking agents Bank XYZ and 160 respondents who already understand the branchless banking service but not the user of branchless banking
agent Bank XYZ. The research was conducted by using primary and secondary
data, primary data obtained by using questionnaire, while secondary data obtained
from financial statements of Bank XYZ. Data analysis technique will use
structural equation model (SEM) processed by using software LISREL 8.72. The
variables used as the measuring instrument of branchless banking agent of Bank
XYZ are relative advantage, risk, trust, usefulness and security. Meanwhile, to
determine the effect of branchless banking agent of Bank XYZ on the decision of
using branchless banking service is the awareness, interest, desire and action
variable. In this research, there are two models of testing, that is, the user model of
branchless banking agent of Bank XYZ and the model is not the user of
branchless banking agent of Bank XYZ, In addition, researchers used the
calculation of customer response index to see the effectiveness of branchless
banking agents in marketing services branchless banking Bank XYZ.
The output data generated from the LISREL 8.72 software is tested by fit
model tests to see if the resulting data has a good match to the model. Based on fit
model test results, both the user model of Bank XYZ's branchless banking agent
and the non-user model of Bank XYZ's branchless banking agent have a good
match rate. Aller the model fit test, the researcher tested the validity and reliability
test with the result of all the variables in the branchless banking agent user model
of Bank XYZ and the non-user model of Bank XYZ branchless banking agent is
valid and reliable.
In the user model of branchless banking agent of Bank XYZ, it can be seen
that the most influential variables are trust, security, usefulness, risk, and relative
advantage, while in the non-user rnodel of branchless banking agent Bank XYZ
the most influential variables are risk, security, trust, relative advantage and
usefulness. The results of the research also found that the branchless banking
agent of Bank XYZ is more indirectly influencing the AIDA (awareness, interest,
desire and action) variable than its direct influence on the AIDA variable. In the
calculation of customer response index (CRI) can be seen that the value of CRI
agent branchless banking Bank XYZ in five stages of awareness, comprehend,
interest, intention and action gives value above 50% so it can be said that the
branchless banking agent Bank XYZ effective in marketing branchless banking

Perumusan model distribusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok di pt.xyz
The formulation of distribution model is aimed to evaluate the efficiency of supply chain in XYZ Ltd, and to get a model of goods distribution from the main warehouse (Central Distribution Center ; CDC) to area warehouses (Distribution Centers ; DCs). The level of efficiency is measured using the costs generated by transport and storage activities.
The system dynamic model is used to arrange alternative distribution model that can be applied by XYZ Ltd. Scripted condition to be simulated is comparing the existing condition to CDCs addition from one into two. The arranged model consists of distribution sub-model from CDCs to DCs including safety stock and distribution cost sub models.
The system dynamic models can be used to evaluate the distribution system XYZ Ltd effectively and efficiently. This is proven by the value of MAPE's validation by using one of the key variables in the sub-system distribution model as the existing condition of the 9 type of goods delivery from CDC with MAPE values ranged from 0.23 to 0.79%.
The simulation result of the system dynamic model shows that the existing condition is more efficient than CDC addition. The distribution of existing condition spends IDR 893.98 billion, while CDC addition will spend IDR 940.83 billion.
Scenario by calculated safety stock in sufficient detail to be included in the distribution system model XYZ Ltd can be used to improve efficiency. Incorporate variable safety stock will reduce the amount of inventory in the warehouse which will further reducing total distribution costs. Simulations using the revised scenario amount of inventory on existing conditions resulted in total distribution costs for the 9 items in one year is Rp 355.96 billion, lower than without revision
Efisiensi anggota bursa di indonesia dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing bisnis transaksi efek pada era masyarakat ekonomi asean
A capital market could provide a better financing for companies and offer a prospective investment for public. However, capital market hasn't been developed as well as the banking sector in Indonesia. The efficiency of Exchange Members (broker) in Indonesia should be optimized by the regulator to be able to compete with other countries.
This paper measured the efficiency level of broker and its effect on business competitiveness using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach and a regression model. Fixed assets, employee expenses, brokerage commissions, and income from underwriting and investment manager activity is used to assess the efficiency and its influence to competitiveness with some variables, such as the Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and dummy variables for the ownership, the transaction facility, and the company's scale.
The results found that the efficiency of broker about 0.22. The number of brokers with limited capital caused this low efficiency. The broker with a larger-scale has a higher efficiency than a small one. The joint venture broker is relatively efficient because it usually has a large capital. The minimum requirement of Net Adjusted Working Capital (NAWC) is insufficient to strengthen the broker and should be increased from Rp25 billion to Rp100 billion. This initiative is expected to encourage the broker to become more competitive in the ASEAN

Faktor-faktor determinan/penentu penguasaan pangsa muatan angkutan laut barang ekspor oleh kapal kontainer berbendera indonesia di pelabuhan belawan
Port of Belawan is the main gateway in west Indonesia region to international main port to export the local commodity which derived from North Sumatera and remote area. Since the cabbotage implemented in 2005, the Indonesian flag ship has not ever dominate Indonesia?s export yet, but foreign flag did it, not only the export derived from Port of Belawan but even whole of indonesia?s export was brought by foreign flag ship.
Thus, this study is aimed to look the real profile of the foreign flag ship which brought Indonesia?s export from port of Belawan dan the progress for the last three years. The results showed during the last three years from 2013 to 2015, the share of foreign ships still dominate the freight of cargo traffic abroad especially those transported by container ship. In 2013, 94% of export goods in containers are transported by foreign ships, in the year 2014 decreased to 88% and go up 93% in the year 2015. The high share of the total cargo that brought by foreign-flagged vessels is an opportunity that must be taken seriously by the government with various kinds of challenges including the national shipping capacity never increased significantly.
Based on the result of t-test in this research, there are few of variable that can influence the problem of export share as cited before, capacity and ship call. The capacity of Indonesia flag ship is too small if compared against foreign ship capacity which sailing to Port of Belawan. The regression analysis result shown that there will be an increase in cargo export transported by Indonesia flag ship as amount of 3006,77 ton in case of addition 3,9 % of capacity. This condition also occur for the total mount of cargo that brought by Indonesian flag ship there will be an addition as amount of 3006 ton of cargo if the ship call reach 487 calls
