Becker et al. (2001) believe that human resource management (HRM) must be an important strategic partner in achieving organizational goals. The key to success in running its role as a strategic partner lies in the ability of the HRM section to identify and measure human resources contribution that underpins the organization's strategy and the HRM system that supports that contribution. In the new economic era, human resources as intangible assets is the foundation for value creation; but the most important asset is a poorly understood asset, rarely measured, and therefore most vulnerable to management. There is no better starting point for this new era than the measurement of human resources strategies. According to Ulrich (1996), one of the activities in carrying out the role of the HRM section as a strategic partner who must be able to make a major contribution to business strategy is to prepare it all.
Triyonggo (2016b) affirms that to build competent HRM practitioners in their field, a comprehensive, measurable, and traceability capability development program is needed. HRM SKKNI (Kemnakertrans 2014) facilitates every HRM practitioner, the leaders of the organization and all other stakeholders in understanding the scope and knowledge of the competence standards of an HRM practitioner. Maarif and Kartika (2012) in the context of the linkage between competencies and performance assert that competencies do not automatically become performance. Competencies require the right environment and atmosphere to deliver performance. On the other side of the equation, performance will never be satisfactory without adequate competencies.
Referring to Becker et al. (2001), Maarif and Kartika (2012), and Triyonggo (2016b), HRM practitioners need the performance objectives of the HRM profession to become a contributory HRM practitioner. These performance objectives are an integral part of the HRM profession's performance management model. Currently there is a competencies standard but there is no performance objectives standard for HRM profession in Indonesia.
This research aims to (1) Analyze and formulate proposed improvements to existing HRM SKKNI; (2) Formulate the performance objectives of the contributory HRM profession; and (3) Design a professional, logical, methodological, and practical model of HRM performance management. The research was limited to the scope of performance of the HRM profession in Indonesia in general as well as synthesizing the results of the current situational analysis, the opinions of HRM experts and users as the modeling grounds. Performance objectives and performance management models for the HRM profession are limited to use for profit-oriented business organizations.
The research design with several stages begins by conducting literature studies and questionnaire reviews to gain opinions and perceptions from HRM practitioners, experts, and users. This stage is intended to obtain a portrait of situational analysis on the performance standards of the HRM profession in Indonesia. The sampling frame used at the situational analysis stage is purposive sampling involving, but not limited to, the members of Indonesia Certified Human Resources Professional (ICHRP). Descriptive statistical analysis is used as a quantitative approach to present the primary data processing results derived from HRM practitioners, experts, and users. A number of primary data derived from questions and statements on the questionnaire were processed using weighting by Eckenrode method. The analytical tool used in the preparation of a performance management model is Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) which includes rich picture, root definition and Purposeful Activity Model (PAM) followed by System of System Methodology (SOSM) which includes Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using SuperDecisions version 2.8.0.
Situational analysis of HRM SKKNI resulted in two main outputs (1) the need to add some new competencies in HRM SKKNI and (2) the need to change the current HRM practitioners certification mechanism based on the generalization (leveling/level of position) to be based on clustering. A number of new competencies that need to be added to HRM SKKNI are: (1) the ability to understand the operational activities of the organization's business processes; (2) the ability to use social media to support the role of HRM practitioners; (3) project management to handle projects in the HRM section; and (4) HRM audit.
The performance objectives of the HRM profession are designed to make HRM practitioners contribute to the achievement of organizational performance goals. HRM practitioners now have a reference in shaping leadership styles, organizational culture, and functional competencies and human resources behavior that align with goals, strategic intent, and organizational life cycles. HRM practitioners now also have a reference in performing the role of the HRM part that is aligned with the organization's needs as well as the financial measures of human resources as the organization's human capital.
The performance management model of the HRM profession is designed to make HRM practitioners in Indonesia a strategic partner in the organization. The modeling design is done by making HRM practitioners an important role in the overall cycle of organizational performance management, especially in the process of organizing the organization's performance targets, followed by the performance monitoring stage and the performance evaluation stage at the end of the year.
The performance management model and performance objectives of HRM practitioners are also designed to be a guide for HRM practitioner users, both direct and top management, in understanding the contribution of HRM practitioners in managing the organization's human resources

Consuming halal food is an obligation for every Muslim as stated in the Qur'an. The number of Muslims in Indonesia that reaches more than 200 million (BPS 2017) makes halal products into a potential business. But unfortunately unclear status of halal products are still widely available in the market. The government's plan to immediately pass a law on the guarantee of halal products is still underway. One of the city that are preparing to become a halal city in Indonesia is Bogor. Since 2009 the city government of Bogor has been drafting local regulations to make Bogor as the first halal city in Indonesia. Bogor government in cooperation with the Institute for Food, Drug and Cosmetics Assessment of the Indonesian Ulema Council (LPPOM MUI) consistently socializes the importance of halal certification for food and cosmetics entrepreneurs especially in Bogor. One of the efforts to disseminate halal products conducted by LPPOM MUI is to launch an application called "Halal MUI" in 2014 which aims to facilitate consumers to obtain halal information about a product. By entering the product name or scanning the barcode via the "Halal MUI" mobile application, the application can provide information about the halal status of the product as well as the expiration date of the halal certificate that is present on the product packaging. It is expected that with this application Muslim consumers only make purchases on halal products only. This study aims to analyze the level of awareness, interest and desire of Muslim consumers in Bogor towards the application of "Halal MUI", identifying factors that may affect the Muslim consumers in Bogor using the "Halal MUI" application and formulate a strategy to increase the adoption of “Halal MUI” application. The study was conducted from April to June 2017 by taking a location in Bogor. The respondents of this study amounted to 250 people who are active smartphone users in the city of Bogor. This research focused on factors influencing consumers to adopt "Halal MUI" application using AIDA model framework (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Adoption), communication, technological attributes and religiosity. Data analysis in this research using PLS method (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate the communication and technology factors have a positive and significant influence in the decision to adopt the application. But the factor of religiosity proved to have no relationship to the decision of respondents in adopting the application "Halal MUI"

Pengaruh pengetahuan konsumen, kualitas produk dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada pengisian angin merek green nitrogen
Along with the increasing number of motorized vehicles in Indonesia, both motorcycles and cars have also increased awareness of vehicle maintenance including tire maintenance. Tire maintenance is very important because it involves driver safety, driving comfort, fuel efficiency and vehicle engine health. Tire maintenance is done by filling nitrogen instead of air, because nitrogen has a lighter nature, less water content, has a more stable grip. Information about excess nitrogen is obtained from car racing events where car tires are always filled with nitrogen. Consumers get the experience of filling tires with nitrogen when buying tires at large tire stores or when making repairs in large workshops. Tire shops and workshops provide bonuses or additional services in the form of nitrogen filling to consumers. Seeing this need, many entrepreneurs open nitrogen filling outlets at gas stations SPBU Pertamina, which are the most frequent places for motorized and motorized drivers to drive
Green Nitrogen is one of the nitrogen service brands in Indonesia which has available at gas stations SPBU Pertamina. The incremental of competitor, Green Nitrogen need to create products with good quality and excellent service can be received by consumers and creat customer loyalty. The purposes of this research is to find out influence of consumers knowledge, product quality, and consumer trust on customer loyalty and to determine various strategies to increase customer loyalty. This study used analysis tools Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result indicated the factors influenced Green Nitrogen customer loyalty sequentially from the R-Square value which has the most influence was customer trust with a weight of 0.371, product quality with a weight of 0.136 and consumer knowledge with a weight of 0.093. The results of the values of consumer knowledge and product quality have no significant effect on customer loyalty. The customer loyalty process was a lot by big people who have big and higher responsibilities. Green Nitrogen needs to build a communication about the reputation, giving guarantees, adding types of products or services to increase loyalty. Green Nitrogen must pay attention to consumer characteristics and explore the needs of consumers so that they can provide products and services that suit consumers' needs
Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga jual rumah menggunakan metode harga hedonik pada pt sentul city tbk
The house is a place of residence for humans. Houses are always used as a
place for all activities. PT Sentul City has long been producing various types of
housing at different prices. The price difference from the developer side can be
influenced by labor costs, the cost of building materials, and others. The hedonic
price method is a model in which the independent variables are related to quality.
The hedonic price method can generally be applied to evaluate the costs of the
environment, where data from environmental prices cannot be seen directly on the
market (Turner et al. 1994). The hedonic price method is also used to evaluate
environmental services, where the presence of environmental services directly
affects certain market prices. Factors that can affect house prices can be influenced
by (1) location characteristics such as land area, building area, number of bathrooms,
number of bedrooms; (2) environmental characteristics for example access to health
and levels of crime; (3) the quality of the environment is shown by the level of noise
and air quality (Hanley and Spash 1993).
The purpose of this study is to analyze what factors affect the selling price of
houses at PT Sentul City Tbk and analyze the model to determine the selling price
of houses at PT Sentul City Tbk.
This research was conducted at PT Sentul City Tbk, located at JL. MH.
Thamrin Kav.8, Sentul City Bogor 16810, Indonesia. From February 2018 to March
2018. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research approach is an
approach that primarily uses the postpositivist paradigm in developing science
(such as thinking about cause and effect, reduction to variables, hypotheses, and
specific questions using measurement and observation, and theoretical testing),
using research strategies such as experiments and surveys. requires statistical data
(Emzir 2010). The initial step taken at the data collection stage is to choose the
independent variable that will be analyzed its influence in determining the selling
price model of the house. Analysis of the factors that influence the selling price of
houses at PT Sentul City Tbk applies the Hedonic Price Method which is then
analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis with OLS (Ordinary Least Square)
technique and with cross section data that can be facilitated by using Microsoft
Excel and SPSS program software. To find out whether the estimation model that
has been made does not deviate from classical assumptions, several tests are carried
out including multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, R2 test,
F test, and t test.
The conclusions that obtained in this study are the factors that influence the
selling price of the houses significantly is the building area, land area, and security.
The conclusions that obtained from the price model is if the building area increases
by 1 square meter, then the selling price of the house will increase by 0.009 billion
or IDR 9,000,000.00, if the land area increases by 1 square meter, then the selling
price of the house will increase by 0.010 billion or Rp. 10,000,000.00. Based on the
results of AHP's analysis of decision making in the selection of houses in Sentul
City, it can be concluded that the first priority in selecting houses in Sentul City is type house with a value of 0.252, third priority is a Maple Drive II type house with
a value of 0.248, and the fourth priority is a house with type Doheny Drive II with
a value of 0.247
