Strategi peningkatan kinerja karyawan pt.bakrie construction
A very important factor in a company is the existence of Human Resources
(HR). The important role of this HR determines the success and failure of a
company, for it requires quality human resources in order to achieve the
company's goals in advancing its productivity. In achieving its objectives also
depends on the good and bad performance of employees in the company.
Employees who have good performance are employees who are able to carry out
their work according to the tasks assigned to them and are able to overcome the
difficulties they face in carrying out their duties. From the existing data, the
average performance value achieved by employees at PT Bakrie Construction is
felt to be less than optimal, so the researchers tried to find what caused the decline
in the performance of PT Bakrie Construction employees and how to improve
employee performance in order to achieve the expected work value by the
company.
In this study descriptive analysis is used to find out how the performance of
PT Bakrie Construction employees is based on organizational culture, job
satisfaction and work safety. In addition to interviews, researchers also collected
information through questionnaires using the Likert scale. The data obtained were
analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial
Least Square (PLS) approach. Analysis of data from the subsequent research used
is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which serves to determine strategies
that can improve employee performance.
Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that organizational
culture does not directly influence employee performance but indirectly affects
employee performance through job satisfaction. While job satisfaction has a
significant effect on employee performance. Work safety has a significant effect
on employee performance. Job satisfaction and work safety together have a
significant effect on employee performance, but for organizational culture it has
an indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction.
For alternative strategies that can be done by PT Bakrie Construction in
improving employee performance is to improve the welfare of its employees,
build competency-based HR, improve facilities and infrastructure as needed and
improve performance monitoring and evaluation

The development of information technology is growing rapidly, one proof of the rapid progress of information technology is the development of social media. Promotion on social media is a popular way for companies, even government agencies. The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of tourism destination promotions on the Ministry of Tourism's social media accounts by developing the AISAS model to see the relationships between the verbs in it. The analytical method used in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run using LISREL software.
The results of the study show that promotion on social media influences one's attention, interests, and desires to find more information about the information being promoted. A person's attention to the promotion of tourist destinations on social media does not necessarily affect his interest in traveling. This research proves that attention and interest in the promotion of tourist destinations on social media has no effect on one's tourism decisions. The tourist activities of a person have an influence on the desire to share their tourism experiences or share on social media.
The core findings from this study concluded that the promotion of tourist destinations on social media has not been effective in influencing someone's desire to travel. Further research is expected to examine what factors influence tourism decisions through the promotion mix on social media, and also analyze social media trends. the most effective one is used to carry out promotions so that promotion of tourist destinations on social media becomes effective in influencing one's tourism decisions
Pengukuran dan perbaikan kinerja logistik daging beku impor di perum bulog indonesia
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia assigns Perum BULOG to meet the food needs of several commodities based on the Republic of Indonesia Presidential Regulation Number 48 of 2016. Through Limited Coordination Meeting (Rakortas) 13 September 2016 BULOG Perum gets assignment of importing 100,000 tons of frozen buffalo meat which is divided into two stages, namely Phase I 30,000 tons and Phase II 70,000 tons. In the implementation of frozen meat logistics activities, the import of Perum BULOG encountered obstacles in terms of planning and controlling goods. So that on this assignment Perum BULOG has not been able to fulfill the assignment quota. To find out the extent to which the development of every aspect of imported frozen meat logistics activities carried out by Perum BULOG, it is necessary to measure logistical performance so that the Perum BULOG Public Corporation can fulfill the assignment quota for domestic needs. The purpose of this study is to identify the logistical activities of imported frozen meat run by Perum BULOG, carry out measurements of imported frozen meat logistics performance at Perum BULOG, and formulate recommendations for improvement from the results of imported frozen meat logistics performance measurements to meet import quota assignments.
This study uses descriptive methods to describe the facts of certain problems in factual and systematic. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. Resource persons in semi-structured interviews, namely Operational Director, Head of Procurement Division, Head of Sales Division, Head of P2A Division of Perum BULOG, and Operations Director of PT. Prima Logistic Services (PT. JPL). Secondary data was obtained from literature studies by studying and examining various literature related to research.
The processing and data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis through interview methods to identify the logistical activities of imported frozen meat run by the Perum BULOG. Based on the results of the interview, it was found that the logistics activities of imported frozen meat run by Perum BULOG were divided into 3 (three) stages, starting from the assignment mechanism, import mechanism, and sales mechanism. Logistic activity starts from RAKORTAS which results in assignments in accordance with the stipulated import quota. Then planning the amount of meat imported is done by contacting several suppliers recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture. Furthermore, the distribution of frozen meat from India is carried out by boat to Tanjung Priok. Then the frozen meat is distributed to several cold storage to be stored and the sales process is carried out to the distributor. Logistic performance measurement using Logistic Scorecard begins with the first stage, namely the formulation of strategies using SWOT analysis based on the results of identification of internal and external factors of the Perum BULOG. The second stage is the determination of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of each strategy that has been formulated and then grouped into the perspective of the Logistics Scorecard. The third stage is the weighting of KPI using the Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The fourth stage is to arrange the form of logistics performance measurement based on the results of the weighting of the KPI. The last step is measuring logistics performance. Logistic performance measurements were carried out to determine the conditions of imported frozen meat logistics carried out by the Perum BULOG, which is indicated by the position of the logistics performance at what level. The results of the perum BULOG frozen meat logistics performance measurement are at level 2, which is poor logistics performance.
Based on the results of the logistics performance measurement, there is still a need for improvement seen from the two lowest KPI scores, namely the map of frozen meat commodity business of 0.007 and the fulfillment of frozen meat cold chain by 0.033. Therefore, recommendations for improvements given are the map of imported frozen meat commodity business and the Direct Shipping distribution strategy.
The use of Logistic Scorecards was previously used to measure logistics performance in the automotive industry. Further research is expected to be able to formulate strategies along with the logistics KPI in more detail so that performance measurement is more measurable. In addition, it is expected that the results of these logistical performance measurements can be used as material for consideration to improve the logistical activities of imported frozen meat

The tight competition in the cargo and logistics industry makes the company map the market and specifications for its market prey. PT BEX itself chooses a market share with special handling items, where these items require special handling such as fragile goods, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electronics and goods that have high selling value. Decreasing sales at PT BEX every year is a serious problem for the company. The objectives of this study are (1) To analyze the effect of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, intimacy and price on satisfaction in using cargo at PT BEX, (2) Analyzing the effect of satisfaction on loyalty in using cargo at PT BEX, (3) Formulating management policy in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This study has six exogenous variables (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, intimacy, price), intervening variables namely satisfaction, and endogenous variables, namely loyalty. Data collection techniques by means of purposive sampling. Data collected based on self-reports as many as 120 respondents and in-depth interviews. The Likert scale used is strongly agree (4), agree (3), disagree (2), strongly disagree (1). Time for data collection in November 2018 to December 2018. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS).
The results of the study indicate that (1) physical evidence and guarantees are not considered to have an influence on customer satisfaction. While price, responsiveness, reliability, intimacy have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. (2) PT BEX customer satisfaction has a significant influence on loyalty. (3) return of DO or other return documents as customer requirements can be submitted first to the website and BEX application, applying SOP for service in rangkan increases responsiveness with a time limit not exceeding ten minutes, makes an automatic notification application about the position of goods, the company needs cooperating with similar companies, making a personal approach to customers by way of a home visit, evaluating employees to customers regarding courtesy, employee friendliness and reporting all SOPs for handling goods to customers

Celebrity endorsers are all individuals who are well-known in the community and use their popularity to promote brands or products displayed in the form of advertisements to consumers (McCracken 1989). Celebrity endorsement is one way to advertise a product or brand that is mostly done in various media, one of which is Instagram. There are pros and cons in promotional strategies that include celebrities in it, one of the cons is their credibility. The credibility defined as a tendency to believe in someone or source, in this case celebrities. The credibility of the celebrity is an important factor in the success of the endorsement itself, it is expected that celebrities have three criteria of credibility, (1) expertise in promoting products or brands, (2) trustworthiness towards celebrity, and (3) the attractiveness of the celebrity. A credible celebrity is expected to form a positive attitude or reaction of consumers in evaluating the endorsement, brand and purchase intention.
This study used a quantitative descriptive method by conducting a survey among Instagram active users and conducted by face to face interviews. Respondents live in Jakarta, Female, 18-34 years old, has Instragram’s account, and active in Instragram at least once a week. Proportion test and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Unweighted Least-Squares (ULS) were used to analyze the data.
Based on the results of research, there are no significant differences in consumer perceptions related to credibility, attitudes towards endorsements, attitudes towards brands, and purchase intention between single celebrity endorsement and multiple celebrity endorsement. The expertise possessed by celebrities contributes the smallest in reflecting a credible endorser celebrity figure. Credible celebrities according to consumers can bring positive attitudes towards Wardah and OPPO endorsement in all formats, namely single celebrity endorsement and multiple celebrity endorsement. While celebrity credibility is still not consistent in influencing consumer attitudes towards brand, it can be seen when a credible celebrity chosen, celebrity can build a positive attitude towards a brand that is advertised directly or indirectly through mediating a positive attitude towards endorsement. The direct influence of credible celebrities on buying intention is seen in Wardah and OPPO endorsement.
The priority for Wardah and OPPO related to the results of this study is to determine an appropriate endorsement strategy after seeing the results of the comparison of perceptions that come to the minds of consumers when evaluating two different endorsement formats, the results showed that there were no significant differences between the two formats. These results can be taken into consideration in the determination of the expenditure budget for celebrity contracts and advertisements in each company. Furthermore, how to make sure the selected brand ambassador is able to have the criteria to be said as a credible celebrity, one that needs to be focused is celebrity expertise in order to look smart/know a lot about the product or brand, visible conformity between her image and the advertised brand, as well as ability provide necessary information about the product, so that the presence of these celebrities can have a positive influence or impact on consumer attitudes and consistent purchase intention in all conditions of the endorsement format chosen by the company

Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (Indonesian Oil Palm Research Institute)
abbreviated PPKS is one of the research institutes for oil palm commodities
(Elaeis guineensis), which develops the sale of Oil Palm Planting Materials
(OPPM) as the main source of company funding (60%). Therefore, if there is an
instability of OPPM sales in a company, it will hamper the corporate activities.
Based on the MPOB (2017), there has been an increase in CPO prices over the
past three years amounting to 623 US/MT in
2016, and increased to 815 US$/MT in 2017. Increasing CPO price should trigger
oil palm industry to increase CPO production by replanting and new planting.
However, there was a decrease in national OPPM demand which also caused a
decrease in OPPM sales, one of which was PPKS .
The decrease of national OPPM sales is caused by two main factors, namely
: (1) The existence of a moratorium related to the land clearing for oil palm
plantation. (Presidential Instruction No. 10 of 2011, Presidential Instruction No. 6
Year 2013, Presidential Instruction No. 8 year 2015, and Presidential Instruction
No. 6 year 2017). The extension of the moratorium limits the palm businessmen
not to expand new land for newly planting. This inevitably impacts on the
decrease in demand of national OPPM, particularly in PPKS. (2) Number of
producers in OPPM industry.
As previously mentioned, the decline in OPPM sales is a problem for PPKS
that relies on the sale of OPPM as the main source of funding. Therefore, an effort
is needed to increase OPPM sales. Currently, increased business competition and
limited market share force PPKS to seize the market share of competitors in order
to increase its sales. According to Pleshko LP and Richard AH (2012), the market
share of a company depends heavily on the number of suitable marketing
strategies. Based on the above explanation, it is necessary to conduct a research to
formulate the proper marketing strategy for PPKS in order to increase OPPM
sales.
In order to be superior in the rivalry, PPKS conducted an election of
marketing strategy concerning to the criteria that affect the election process of
marketing strategy, using Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. The
alternative marketing strategy in this study was based on SWOT analysis. The
result of this research showed that the main strategy that is suitable to increase the
sales of PPKS is Alternative 1 (Positioning Product Strategy) by providing
products in accordance with market needs currently, obtimizing research activities
by company experts, using appropriate technology, and improving treatment
products. By providing products in accordance with market needs, the company
may apply the positioning product strategy to build the good image, position, and
meaning of the product in the minds of the target consumers (0.091276), and
Alternative 5 (Service Quality Strategy) by improving service quality as an
attraction for customers, arranging order scheduling method in order to avoid
scheduling errors that will harm the company or consumer later, providing online
sales system of OPPM, developing online service system for product consultation,

Pengembangan model bisnis pada lokawisata baturaden menggunakan business model canvas
The development of tourism sector in this era of globalization requires each business actor in this sector to continue development business including Lokawisata Baturaden which is one of the natural tourist attractions located in Central Java. Therefore, it is necessary to design the right business model so that Lokawisata Baturaden can understand how to run management activities effectively and efficiently.
The purpuse of this study: 1) identify the business model of Lokawisata Baturaden that is applied today with a business approach of canvas model; 2) identify the factors that become the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Lokawisata Baturaden in carrying out its management; 3) design a new business model appropriate as a Baturaden Lokawisata development strategy. This research was conducted by using qualitative descriptive method through case study approach. This research uses business model approach of canvas. The approach is guided by questionnaires or interviews conducted on respondents on the nine key elements contained in the business model canvas at Lokawisata Baturaden and SWOT analysis of each element of the canvas business model. In addition, the research also uses the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. This FGD method has functions, among others, to enrich the view of the future business model of the canvas.
Identify of business model element at Lokawisata Baturaden can be seen that from customer segment side, visitor from domestic and foreign tourist. Value proposition offered are nature-based tourism environment, cheap tickets and easy accessibility. Customer relationships that take place today are hospitality services and through the community to visitors and distribution channels also directly and indirectly with visitors. Income received from APBD, rental fee, entrance fee and parking fee. Key resources in this ecotourism are physical assets, human resources and branding. Key activities are services in ecotourism and maintenance/ monitoring of natural condition and infrastructure. Key partnership that is done now is with the surrounding community. The main cost structure is the cost for fixed salaries ie for employees, maintenance costs, and promotional costs.

Penerapan organisasi pembelajar dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pd abc
PD ABC is the city government owned company that manages traditional market facilities and infrastructure in the Bogor City. The Government of Bogor City expects that PD ABC can maintain its reliability in managing traditional markets and run its business sustainably. To meet this expectation PD ABC needs to develop its learning capacity through evaluation of past mistakes, promoting changes to the work processes, mindset, methods, strategies, organizational structure and service. It is necessary to review how PD ABC applies the principles of learning organization to achieve its goals as well as the learning process of every individual, team and the organization in overcoming the problems and challenges faced.
This study aimed to 1) analyze the implementation of learning organization elements; 2) analyze the influence of learning organization towards improving PD ABC performance; 3) analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture towards learning organizations; 4) analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture towards improving PD ABC performance; and 5) formulate a sustainable learning organization strategy to achieve organizational performance. Methodes in this research were the explanatory and exploratory model, causal-comparative method and quantitative method by SEM Lisrel 32 and Analytical Hierarchy Process (expert choice 11). Data collection used stratified random sampling method with 136 respondents and 9 experts.
The learning organization implementation at PD ABC should be developed by taking some improvements in provide system to capture and share learning, empower employee, collaboration and team learning, connect organization strategic leadership to achieve its business targets. Learning organization had a significant effect towards organizational performance improvement. Leadership had a significant effect towards learning organization formation. On the other hand, organizational culture had an insignificant effect towards learning organization. Leadership had a direct, insignificant effect and negative influence towards organizational performance, while learning organization had an indirect, significant effect and positive influence towards organizational performance. Organizational culture had a direct, insignificant effect and negative influence towards organizational performance. Organizational performance could be increased through learning organization. To improve its performance, PD ABC need to deploy strategies mainly by providing a measured evaluation and monitoring system and a transparent reward and punishment system. All leaders and the Director should improve empower employee, collaboration team, and open communication with employees, customers and the Bogor City Government, Mayors and DPRD in order to increase its net profit, team productivity and number of occupied kios/booths and to decrease the number of street hawkers. The unit heads must also conduct monitoring over their members in cascading way and incorporate learning and teaching process as an indicator of performance assessment. Routine meeting and dialogue are very important as a means of obtaining information and discussion to solve the problems in organization. Last but not least employees empowerment need to encourage collaboration team that help PD ABC achieve company performance effectively

Credit is a very reliable product as a major source of income in a bank. Credit channeling which is the main source of income for a bank requires banks to assume their own responsibility for the risks that may occur to make conventional banks more vulnerable to non-performing loans. The increase in non-performing loans can be reflected in the ratio of Non Performing Loan (NPL) to the bank. Factors that can affect it include the strategy of bank lending and supported by other factors such as internal factors bank, debtor, and external.
This research is conducted to analyze the factors that can affect the NPL and aims to obtain the intersection which will be the consideration of improvement of internal bank strategy policy. The population in this research is all credit officer that is about 300 employees, while the sample used is 115 people according to criteria used in Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis for maximum likehood estimation technique. In this study the data source used is primary data by means of data collection is a questionnaire technique. Data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis.
This research uses Internal Factor, Debtor Factor, External Factor, Credit, and Non Performing Loan. This study indicates whether or not the influence between these variables by using indicators of each variable. The result of this research is Internal Factor has no significant effect on Credit Provision, while Debtor Factor has a significant influence on Credit Granting, then External Factors do not have a significant and positive influence on Credit Granting, while Credit Granting has a significant effect on Non Performing Loans
Sistem pendukung informasi eksekutif mobilitas sivitas akademika dan reputasi ilmiah perguruan tinggi (studi kasus institut pertanian bogor)
Academicians's mobility and scientific reputation is one of the key indicators for the establishment of world class university. The total number of papers published in the academic journals indexed by Elsevier's Scopus database per scholar, and scholarly publications are one of the parameters for universities in the world are ranked. Those are challenges for the Executives Boards in universities to develop strategies of the existing conditions in order to plan programs to support the vision of universities.
Existing executive information system that is currently SIMAKER has not provided detailed information about the mobility of academicians and scientific college reputation. In addition there is still unintegrated data management where some of the activities of the academicians’s mobility conducted by the faculty and departments are not recorded in the international program directorate database vice versa. Scopus and Google Scholar have not been stored in the database or presented in the existing information system. So that required the development of executive information support system that can display the mobility information academic and academic reputation integrated with IPB database in accordance with the integrated database architecture that has been developed.
System development method in this research using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach through investigation phase, system analysis, design analysis, system implementation and maintenance. In the investigation phase a comprehensive feasibility study being conducted there are organizational, operational, economic, and technical. Benefit analysis consist of tangible and intangible are done through interviews and document review.
This research produces a web based application called SIMORI and it can be accessed at http://simori.ipb.ac.id with. The outstanding feature consisted of this application are developed based on web and has integrated with database which according to IPB integrated database architecture. This system can complement the needs of data and information for other strategic information systems that can support the reporting of institutional performance for grain lecturer and student mobility that is inbound and outbound activities and scientific publications of lecturers who are indexed Scopus and Google Scholar. The results of the analysis in the graph format can be used as a data view for strategic recommendations that can not be displayed on other information systems.
In (IPB 2014) achievement for lecturer mobility covering inbound and outbound in 2017 is 408-438, while from information shown in SIMORI shows the amount of lecturer mobility both inbound and outbound reach 3717 until 2017. This indicates that the internationalization activity running already reached the target even exceed the target to be achieved. While for student mobility activities including inbound and outbound on the annual report of Directorate of Student Affairs Year 2016 recorded the number of students 850, while the SIMORI information until 2017 the number of students through inbound and outbound mobility activities recorded as many as 4432. This indicates that the data mobility of students recorded in the directorate of student affairs with the overall data stored in the IPB integration database requires synchronization, since the amount presented in SIMORI is the overall data both stored in the faculty and department. In addition to the scientific reputation information presented in SIMORI shows that the Faculty of Mathematics and Sciences has the document and the number of citation of 1552 with the number of citation 10180 in scopus and 30687 in google scholar. While the Department of Agricultural Science and Technology and the Department of Geophysics and Meteorology highest in the number of documents and citation compared to other departments. Target of h-index in (IPB 2014) number of lecturers with h-index more than 2 in the year 2017 as many as 265, search results displayed in SIMORI number of lecturers with h-index of more than 2 as 350 with h-highest index achieved by lecturers from the Department of Geophysics and Meteorology that is on index 29 in scopus and index 47 in google scholar. However, from the data only about 50% of the total staff of active lecturers in IPB who has the account. The strategy of increasing the number of professors profiles at Scopus and Google Scholar as well as increasing the number of publications and citations of scientific papers can lead to a growing scientific reputation of higher education to better support institutions to world class university.
Critical success factors of the system are good data governance, while the data currently displayed still need to be completed and improved. The strategy to be developed will be managing mobility data of scientific reputation by involving all Faculties and the Departments of university to up-date data through Academic Management Information System (SIMAK), to be verified by the executive and will be presented as strategic information for the university communities
