The rapid development and promising business opportunities of E-Commerce based business, become one of the attractions for producers in developing or even starting the business. It is undeniable that the ease offered to consumers, is the added value of E-Commerce business, so the opportunity is interesting to investigate further. One of the most potential product is the kefir mask, which is a health and beauty goods derived from agribusiness products. Despite the potential business, until now the most popular products was obtained from internet-based online media, and no industry-scale companies that lead the market of these products. So the opportunity to enter the market is still wide open for small business owners, even the home industry. The wide opportunities for manufacturers and sellers of mask didn't mean it is unimpeded, especially because the marketing of these products still rely on online media. So it is important for them to understand the consumer of kefir mask's behavior, in order to formulate the right marketing strategy. This research uses a descriptive method. The variables used in this study are the marketing mix (which consists of product, price, distribution and promotion channels), consumer knowledge, and consumer decisions. Data were collected through questionnaires to users of kefir masks. The analysis tool used is structural equation modeling (SEM) by using LISREL software. Based on the result of research on consumer of kefir mask, it can be concluded that most respondents have high knowledge about various information about mask kefir. This is reflected in the percentage of respondents who answered more than 90% for eight out of ten questions. In addition, the consumer knowledge variable has the highest loading factor value of all variables, therefore it can be said that the knowledge variable formed by four indicators such as product attribute, place to get, basic ingredients, and healthy benefits have more contribution compared to other variables to the consumer decision mask kefir. So it can be concluded that the kefir mask's consumer decision process are more influenced by how much the consumers have information about kefir mask, than the elements forming the product marketing mix. Knowledge itself includes the characteristics possessed, the place to obtain, the basic ingredients, and the benefits of consuming mask kefi

The capital market is a means for companies to obtain funds by selling the rights of ownership to the community. In the process, The development of a country's capital market could not be released from various things happen such as political issues, economic issues, trade, as well as statements that other issues that come from home and abroad. Issues that occur in developed countries as the economic crisis, the turnover of the regime will have an impact for a centralized direction of Government policy in the country. The policy change will have an impact on stock price reductions, especially if it leads to greater uncertainty. Such uncertainty can also be perceived by stock index of countries that have relations with those countries. The election of President of the United States Donald Trump can have an impact on stock market movements in the World. Stock market reaction towards a phenomenon can be measured by abnormal return. Therefore this research is conducted to find out the impact of Election of president of the United States Donald Trump announcement to abnormal return on the global stock market. This research uses secondary data which are focused to analyse the impact of election of President of the United States Donald Trump announcement where divided into four events, the first time to run, the second win in the primaries, the third time as the current elected Trump's and the fourth as inauguration. the method analysis to calculating abnormal return is using event study. The calculation model to obtain the expected return using the moving average model. The results showed that most events are considered important by investors is when Trump won in primaries election. This happened because of many factors that occur around the events that influence the abnormal returns, such as the Turkish military coup, and the referendum Brexit. The only index that responded consistently in almost every event is an index of China (SSE) and the American index (S & P 500 and the Dow Jones). When Trump was elected largely global investors responded positively, but in developing countries the index has a negative response

The development of taxi industry in one decade is quite significant in general since the coming of online or application-based taxi. This condition is caused by the change of technology and information which affects lifestyle and way of life in the society. From 2014 to 2015, there were three online taxi companies operating in Indonesia. They were PT Uber Indonesia Technology (Uber car), PT GrabBike Indonesia (Grab car), and PT Gojek Indonesia (Go Car). The coming of online taxi brings a quite drastic operational effect on five large conventional taxi companies, namely PT Blue Bird Tbk, PT Express Transindo Utama Tbk, PT Kosti Jaya, PT Gamya, and PT Koperasi Taksi Indonesia. With a high competition, the online taxi companies offer low price/tariff, effective and efficient service, and easiness in access to order taxi. It makes the conventional taxi companies face three vital problems, namely the decreasing financial performance, the low productivity of drivers and taxi operational who cannot compete with the technology, high competition in tariff and the decreasing market share. These three problems are seriously faced by the large conventional taxi companies; some of these taxi companies went bankrupt. One of the large conventional taxi companies which undergo a drastic decrease is PT Express Transindo Utama Tbk (PT ETU). Based on the financial statement of PT ETU in 2017, in revenue from the third quarter of 2017, there was a decrease of 62.54% compared with 2016. Income/deposit of taxi drivers also decreased around 40% per day. Furthermore, the number of taxi in 2017 decreased by 12.22% compared with 2016. In terms of service quality, PT ETU cannot compete with the online taxi companies. The scope of this research is specifically focused on the competitive strategy at strategic business unit level. This research are aims to 1) analyze the satisfaction of taxi passengers as the foundation in mapping the taxi industry; 2) analyze the internal and external factors which affect PT ETU; 3) formulate the competitive strategy of PT ETU to achieve the competitiveness in facing online taxi companies. The Data used to realize the research objectives are 1) analysis of satisfaction variables of taxi passengers, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, product quality, and price through by using analysis techniques of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI); The data of passengers satisfaction were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the people using taxi service from PT ETU, PT Blue bird Tbk, PT Uber Indonesia Technology, PT GrabBike Indonesia and PT Gojek Indonesia in which total respondents were 250 passengers (N = 250); 2) analysis of internal and external factors of PT ETU by using analysis techniques of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), and Five Force Porter Scorecard Model in which the data were collected through interview with the management officials in PT ETU and Transportation Agency of Special Capital Region of Jakarta; 3) formulation of alternative competitive strategy for PT ETU in taxi industry by using Internal-External (IE) analysis technique and for determining strategy priority use Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results that IPA analysis from 40 attributes with total 250 respondent places taxi of PT ETU in quadrants I, II, and III. In these three quadrants, PT ETU must focus to improve attributes in quadrants I and III. Meanwhile, CSI analysis shows the result that satisfaction index of online taxi passengers is higher than that of a conventional taxi. Furthermore, there is an increase of satisfaction index of passengers after PT ETU with PT Uber Technology Indonesia in terms of easiness in ordering a taxi. Based on the analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), PT ETU shows that the highest strength is on a strong, strategic distribution network of taxi in big cities (0.2187). Meanwhile, the highest weakness is on a weak financial position in the company (0.1991). In analysis of External Factor Evaluation (EFE) on PT ETU, it shows that the highest opportunity factors are mobility and a high need for transportation (0.2554). Meanwhile, the highest threat is standardization of tariff, number of taxi, and minimum identity of online taxi (0.2135). Furthermore, Internal-External (IE) matrix analysis shows that PT ETU is in quadrant I with grow and build strategy. The decision making stage with QSPM matrix has the order of strategic priority as follows: 1) forward integration strategy (6.3715); 2) backward integration strategy (6.3201); 3) horizontal integration strategy (6.1892); 4) product development strategy (5.9429); 5) market penetration strategy (5.9203); 6) market development strategy (5.7897)

Various surveys have been conducted over the past few years indicating financial access in Indonesia is still not good, only 36% of Indonesians have access to financial institutions. This condition should not be underestimated because financial literacy is an absolute requirement for financial independence. To solve these problems, Indonesia has created programs and policies to improve financial access for underserved communities, ie, inclusive financial programs. One of the inclusive financial programs is Digital Financial Inclusion (DFI) which is a digital access to use of formal financial services by underserved populations. Based on several studies, digitalization is considered appropriate because of its high penetration rate even in the poor and vulnerable. From the insight of service provider of DFI (especially banking), digitalization is considered much more efficient in reducing operational costs. The success of the DFI service is not only determined by the service provider, but also by the acceptance of the users. It is therefore important for service providers to know how their customers are appreciating DFI services in order to help find strategic plans and increase market share. The TAM model offers a powerful and simple explanation of the factors that affect user acceptance of a technology. The main purpose of this study was to understanding consumer acceptance of using DFI which was investigated and measured by several factors through the TAM model ie; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived credibility, intention to use, and actual use. The results of this study were expected to improve the development and acceptance of DFI services. This research was conducted in Bogor City because the level of financial inclusion in Bogor City was low but the digital development was quite good. Data used in this research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents by purposive sampling method. The number of valid respondents in this study was 134 people. The secondary data of this study were obtained from journals and other relevant sources. Processing techniques and data analysis in this research was quantitative descriptive analysis. The analytical tool in this study were Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) using SmartPLS 3.2. Based on the results of this study, perceived usefulness has no significant effect (p> 0.05) to consumer interest in using DFI services. While perceived ease of use and credibility has significant (p <0.05) and positive effect to consumer interest in using DFI services. The results of this study also proved that there was significant positive effect from the perceived credibility to perceived usefulness and ease of use at 5% significance level. Consumer interest in this study have significant (p <0.05) and positive effect of using DFI services. The perceived ease of use in this study was a pseudo-mediator variable between perceptions of credibility and interest in consumer behavior. Based on SEM analysis result, perceived credibility (X1) is the most influencing consumer interest in using DFI service because it has the highest coefficient value. The indicator variable 'DFI service provider will fulfill its responsibility to customer' (X12) was the main reflection of perceived credibility because it has the highest loading factor value compared to other. Then, perceived ease of use (Y2) has indicator variable 'ease of access' (Y23) as the highest loading factor value. The strategies for increasing consumer acceptance of DFI services are based on demographic, usage behavior, SEM, and Importance-Perceived Performance matrix analysis results. The general strategies formulated are (1) enhancing the credibility of the service provider (24 hour hotline, user friendly, and reporting transactions virtually); (2) maintaining transaction quality in speed, convenience, practicality, and flexibility; (3) improve access to services; (4) improve internal internal system (ebanking); and (5) make the service more compatible for use (increase the number of merchants / application usage for e-money)

The banking industry is an important sector in national development that functions as financial intermediary. The main objective of a company is to prosper the shareholders. To achieve this goal, a company can maximize the generated profitability. In the banking sector, regulating liquidity is one of the important things in maintaining public trust for the bank. For this reason, every operating bank has to maintain its liquidity in an adequate position. In regulating liquidity, the bank strives to maintain liquidity status by reducing idle funds in order to increase the revenue at the lowest risk and meet the need for cash flow. This research aims to analyze the effect of liquidity risk on the profitability of state-owned banks and national private foreign-exchange commercial banks in Indonesia. Liquidity risk indicators used in this research include the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), liquidity gap and Non-performing Loan (NPL). As for the profitability, the indicator used is Return on Assets (ROA). The samples used in this research are state-owned banks and national private foreign-exchange commercial banks by obtaining the data from the financial statements of each company in the 2010-2016 period. After passing through the purposive sampling phase, the feasible samples for use include 4 state-owned banks and 8 national private foreign-exchange commercial banks. The analytical method applied in this research is multiple regression analysis using E-views 9 software. The findings of the research showed that the LDR variable does not affect the profitability of state-owned banks but has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of national private foreign-exchange commercial banks. In addition, the liquidity gap and NPL variables have a negative and significant effect on the profitability of state-owned banks and national private foreign-exchange commercial banks

Technological developments are growing rapidly, but are not always welcomed by everyone. Preparedness in accepting technological progress is essential to support daily activities. In Indonesia also internet users have increased. The rapid internet users are pushing companies to implement the internet on the company's business processes. Gojek is a transportation application that has succeeded in creating innovations in the world of transportation that can be adopted quickly by the community, the rapid acceptance process is able to make changes in the world of transportation, so it is interesting to examine what causes Gojek can be accepted by the community. This study aims to answer some questions that question the relationship between perceived benefit factor, perception of ease of use, self efficacy, socioeconomic status, weather, culture and attitude toward intention to use the application, using extended technology acceptance model and structural equation modeling by using it we can find out new variables that can drive the use of the application and its relation to each other. This study chose the location in 5 universities Bogor city. Sampling technique used in this research is cluster sampling and simple random sampling. Cluster sampling is conducted to determine the colleges that is expected to represent college in Bogor then on each selected college simple random sampling was done randomly so that all members have the same opportunity to be sampled The result of this research shows that attitude variable has influence of 93% to the intention of using application variable and attitude is only influenced by one variable that is perception of ease of use equal to 73%, perception variable will kemudan is influenced by two variable that is self efficacy equal to 62% and socioeconomic status by 59%. So from these results then the application needs to pay attention to ease of use aspects of an application both from the technical side and the economic side

Capital markets play an important role in the economy of a country, where the value of the stock exchange index in the capital market is a major indicator of a country's economy and finances. Shares are evidence of a person's ownership or shareholders of the company's assets. Stocks are one of the securities among other securities that have a high level of risk. This high risk is due to the uncertainty of return received by investors in the future. The greater the return received, the greater the risk that will be obtained. Returns and high risks to stocks are interrelated with the conditions of macroeconomic, industrial and corporate characteristics. The telecommunications industry is an industry that greatly influences the economic development of other industries in various sectors. The telecommunications industry is a support for other industries in terms of means of communication. The development of the telecommunications industry has attracted investors to invest in the telecommunications industry. Investors consider that the telecommunications industry is one of the investment sectors that is able to provide maximum returns on its investments in the future. The multiplier impact of the telecommunications industry in Indonesia is extraordinary, because it is the driving infrastructure of all sectors starting from the telecommunications industry itself, also encouraging the trade, manufacturing, small and medium business sectors as a driver of the people's economy. As technology develops, communication services have become one of the basic needs of the community. Citing the results of Sharing Vision's research, the potential for the telecommunications market is increasing, reflected in the survey results that public communication spending is currently around 10-15 percent of monthly income. If referring to the Central Bureau of Statistics data per capita income in 2007 amounted to Rp. 18.5 million per year. That way it can be calculated that public communication spending includes fixed telephone (cable), cellular telephone, or internet can reach around Rp. 2.7 million per population / year. Likewise, the total communication expenditure of the entire population of Indonesia, which is around 230 million people, is estimated to reach around Rp. 500 trillion every year. This study aims to answer the problems that have been formulated, namely (1) Determine the effect of the movement of macroeconomic variables (SBI interest rates, US dollar exchange rates, inflation, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth) on stock prices in the recorded telecommunications industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), (2) Analyzing the sensitivity of macroeconomic variables to stock prices in the telecommunications industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), (3) Knowing which variables are the most dominant influence on stock prices in the telecommunications industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this study is to use times series analysis with dynamic regression. Vector Autoregression (VAR) or Vector Correction Model (VECM) models are one analysis method that can be used for times series data. The VAR / VECM model is built with an approach that minimizes theory with the aim of being able to capture economic phenomena well. The VAR / VECM model is referred to as a non-structural or non-theoretical model (atoritis). VAR / VECM analysis is an analytical tool that is very useful in understanding the interrelationship between economic variables and in the formation of a structured economic model (Juanda and Junaidi 2012). The results showed that there was a relationship between macroeconomic variables (inflation, IDR / USD exchange rate, interest rates, GDP growth) on the stock prices of the telecommunications industry listed on the IDX. Changes in macroeconomic variables to the price of telecommunications stocks have different effects depending on the conditions faced by the company. Interest rate and GDP growth factors have a significant effect compared to others on the stock price of the telecommunications industry. Sensitivity due to macroeconomic changes to the stock price of the telecommunications industry is different from one another. The resulting VECM model shows that interest rates and GDP growth have the greatest sensitivity to the increase or decrease in stock prices so that any increase or decrease in interest rates and GDP growth will be responded to by the rise or fall of the stock price of the telecommunications industry. The same thing happens at the inflation rate and exchange rate, although not as big as the interest rate and GDP growth, the inflation factor and the exchange rate have a share in influencing stock prices. The inflation factor has a negative relationship to stock prices so that when inflation increases, the response of stock prices will decrease. The FEVD results show that the changes in the share price of telecommunications companies are more determined by their own variables both in the short and long term, this means that there are other factors that influence changes in stock prices in addition to the above macro-economic variables. Based on the results of an analysis of macroeconomic variables (inflation, interest rates, IDR / USD exchange rates, GDP growth) that affect the stock prices of the telecommunications industry during the period 2007-2015, some policy implications can be formulated for those interested in investing in the capital market, especially the telecommunications industry. Based on this research, the condition of interest rate development and GDP growth are macroeconomic variables that investors must pay attention to in investing their money in the telecommunications stock market, the impact of variable interest shocks when experiencing an increase will be negatively responded and the decline in GDP growth will be responded positive by telecommunication stock prices that will reduce investment returns. When interest rates continue to increase and GDP growth decreases, investors should be able to release their shareholdings so as to reduce losses. Interest rate and GDP growth variables contribute significantly to the increase or decrease in prices of telecommunications stocks so that investors are deemed necessary to view this variable as a reference in determining their investment

Wood industry in Indonesia was prime-sector which has a significant contribution to trade account, gross domestic product, and employment creation in 1980-2005 (BPS 2006). However, recently the global economy still has not shown a real improvement, the global economy growth data in 2017 is projected 3.6%. Refer to quarterly III/2017 report which published by Bappenas show that sector of manufacturing industry still growth in average of 4.7% in 2017, however there are three industries sub-sector manufacturing which has negative growth, including the wood industry which is -1.14%. These issues required the wood industry to improve their capabilities in order to compete and sustain in this current global competition. The ability of business organization depend on quality of human resource, which become key competitive factor, and supported by excellent manufacturing system, which one of them is LM (lean manufacturing). LM apply appropriate operation management, continuous improvement and innovation by involving all employees in order to eliminate operation waste, so that able to increase the company productivity and efficiency to survive on global competition (Liker 2004, Kinsey 2009). The purposes of this study are to identify factors that affects of achieving success and barriers for continuation of lean manufacturing (LM) implementation of woodworking industry in Indonesia, design on conceptual model for continuation of LM implementation, and design on model operational strategy for continuation of LM implementation. This research used SSM (soft system methodology) which introduced by Checkland (1981) with seven steps of processes. The SSM approach is the right method to be used in this research because the real world problem (wood processing) are complex, dynamic, and unstructured. Hence this problem can be only explored through system learning with modelling the typology of human activity systems. The model in SSM is an intellectual tool to understand and study the real world problematic situation. SSM method allows the intervention of researcher and expert with the iterative procedure in order to trigger creative ideas of improvement (Checkland and Poulter 2009, Hardjosoekerto 2012, Machfud 2017). The problematic situation that faced by wood industry in Indonesia are the gap between the consumer that expect high quality product, safe, low price with high service, and the company owners also expect to gain profit and business continuity, therefore it is required the excellent manufacturing implementation. But referring to situational analysis result based on surveys and interviews on eight wooden door and component manufacturer in Java island to assess achieving success level of implement basic and advance lean techniques, evidently 25% or two companies are success in implementing continuous LM, however 75% or eight other companies are failed in implementing continuous LM. These things that caused the gap between consumers expectation and company owners, with wooden door and component manufacturer company performance in Java, Indonesia. This research has formulated RP (rich picture), PQR analysis (what, how, why), RD (root definition) about continuous LM implementation, and has been tested with CATWOE (customer, actor, transformation, worldview, owner, environment) analysis tools to generate the conceptual PAM (Purposeful Activities Model), that figure the human activity steps in order to successfully implement continuous LM. The first step, started by activity in order to get top and middle management commitment that become the key success of success and continuous implementation of LM. The right communication strategy to all employee is through lean kaizen weekly meeting, utilize the communication media in form of visual board in whole area of the factory, banner, lean magazine, social media. Then understand the philosophy and lean concept where lean is a long-term continuous improvement activity, and encourage the creation of lean culture (safety, quality, respect others and kaizen/continuous improvement) as an effort to guarantee the continuous implementation of LM. Activity to implement LM continuously must be evaluated by criterias of productivity improvement, quality, DIFOT (delivery in full and on time), reduce lead-time and cost to achieve company profit goal. Continuous LM implementation PAM conceptual model, has been compared with real world situation by lean expert, practitioners, and academics validation. The AHP (analytical hierarchy process) result conclude that the owners, top and middle level management as a primary actor that influence, the top and middle management commitment also become primary factor that influence in continuous LM implementation. The synthesis result also conclude that top priority strategy to implement continuous LM are: (1) giving training to whole employee to follow the basic training of lean, concept and philosophy of lean, lean culture, and basic lean technic which are gemba, 5S (housekeeping), VSM (value stream mapping), 7 waste elimination, 5 Why problem solving, and TPM (total productive maintenance), and (2) implementation of lean basic technic gradually as a strong foundation so that the LM implementation can run continuously. In this research also determined five main strategic assumption as prerequisites for model implementation by using SAST method (strategic assumption surfacing and testing). Based on SAST result, evidently the five strategic assumption is classified into II quadrant as an expected action plan, which means it has high level of certainty and importance. Based on the summary from SSM (soft system methodology) process, AHP (analytical hierarchy process), and SAST (strategic assumption surfacing and testing), deep interview with expert, practitioners, and academics and CST (creative system thinking) process, resulted design on a strategic model of continuous implementation of lean manufacturing, and action plan that must be done
