The Use of Scaffolding Technique to Improve Children’s Problem-Solving Skills
In order to better understand how the scaffolding method affects toddlers\u27 problem-solving abilities, this study looked into its consequences. With a nonrandomized controlled trial, this study used a quasi-experimental approach. 46 moms and 86 preschoolers from Universiti Putra Malaysia\u27s two preschools, all of whom were between the ages of five and six, took part in the study. The participants were split into experimental and control groups at random. Five levels of support were used as the foundation for the scaffolding approaches: “level 1, general verbal therapy; level 2, specific verbal treatment; level 3, specific verbal treatment combined with non-verbal indicators; level 4, preparation for the next action; and level 5, demonstration. Participants were tested on their ability to solve puzzles using a 35-piece set”. Three stages of data collection were used: “(1) a pre-test, (2) the application of a scaffolding treatment, and (3) the gathering of post-test data”. The data were analysed using the independent sample t-test and the paired sample t-test. According to the results, there were statistically significant variations between the experimental group and the control group\u27s post-test mean scores. Additionally, the results revealed a sizable difference between the pre-test and post-test. These results suggest that during therapy, children might internalise their mothers\u27 scaffolding strategy and become better able to accomplish the activity on their own. In order to help their children improve their problem-solving abilities, parents must therefore provide the right kind of support based on the children\u27s abilities

The first section covers the research elements, including the research problem, its significance, and objectives. The second section focuses on the research methodology and defining the terms. The second chapter covers two sections. The first section addresses societal variables, while the second section highlights the most significant negative phenomena and their implications
Emotional Regulation among Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder: The Relevance of Early Intervention and Role of Family
Bringing up or nurturing a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can be a staggering event for the parents as well as caregivers. The investigators have relied upon secondary sources of data from the database of previous studies, journals as well as handbooks

A Psychological Investigation on the Influences of Employment, Personal Life, and Policies on the Wellness of China\u27s Domestic Workers
Introduction: One of the most significant migrant staff categories worldwide comprises overseas Malaysian workers (OMWs). They are the majority of the immigrant household workers in China. Their circumstances at work and potential effects on the quality of their lives need to be better understood.
Objectives: The goal is to examine how the job, life at home, and policy affect household employee health in China. We\u27ll look at things like pay, benefits, work-life balance, and social support, the availability of medical treatment, legal defences, and how policies are put into practice. The study aims to comprehend difficulties, spot potential for progress, and boost general well-being. The results will provide lawmakers, bosses, and other partners with information regarding possible measures to advance the well-being of household employees in China.
Methods: The working circumstances and health risks of a limited number of freelance Malaysian household workers who are women in Hong Kong, China, were investigated in this descriptive research. Deep conversations with 7 significant witnesses and focused group talks with 22 female household employees were undertaken.
Results: Housemaids reported vital structural, linguistic, financial, and cultural barriers to healthcare mobility, physical like high blood pressure, persistent discomfort, diabetes, poor falling asleep, psychological depression, stress, and addictions like gambling and alcoholic beverages misuse. Terrible workplace circumstances include mistreatment and abuse by employers, a lack of confidentiality and cramped accommodation at owners\u27 homes or boarding facilities, language problems, insufficient labour safety precautions, and sexism.
Conclusions: The strain faced inside the host nation was frequently expressed in this sample of Malaysian migrant domestic carers. Low wages and debt restrict progress in society. Interventions at the psychosocial and policy levels are required to enhance the safety and wellness of this group of migrant women
An in-Depth Study of the Psychological Impact of Disinformation and the COVID-19 Threat on Employees Working from Home
Introduction: Many people are now required to work from home (WFH) due to the COVID-19, which has caused a substantial change in the nature of the workplace. Despite the fact that there has been a lot of research on the implementation of WFH, little is known about how people feel about this shift and how it affects their regular workdays.
Objectives: The goal of this study is to create and validate a framework that analyses how false facts and the COVID-19 threat affect WFH workers\u27 levels of anxiety and SM weariness, which in turn affects how engaged they are at work. The study also looks at resilience\u27s function as a coping strategy for decreasing the negative impacts of anxiety on employees
Methods: For ten days each, 72 WFH workers\u27 diaries were gathered for this research. Participants were prompted to write down their impressions of misinformation, the COVID-19 danger, worry about social media(SM) exhaustion and involvement in work. The proposed model was tested using statistical methods.
Results: The study\u27s findings provide substantial support for the proposed paradigm. It was found that among WFH staff members, disinformation and the COVID-19 threat both markedly raise anxiety and SM weariness. As a result of these increased anxiety levels and digital exhaustion, employee engagement is decreased. The also discovered that resilience functions as a means of managing, lessening the negative impacts of worry on employees.
Conclusions: This study offers important new understandings of how disinformation and the COVID-19 threat affect WFH staff responses at work. The findings underline the value of resiliency as means of coping and the negative effects of worry and internet fatigue on job satisfaction
