The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of the Tabata exercise program among obese 1 members of the Manila Police District and determine the acceptability of the Tabata exercise program among the members of the Manila Police District. Ericksen (2014) stated that full-body workouts are an excellent way to strengthen bones, build muscle, and avoid injury, which is one of a police officer\u27s main concerns. As a result, this study aims to determine how a Tabata program improved body composition and aerobic capacity under the category of obese class 1. Second, to determine the acceptability of the Tabata exercise program among the members of the Manila Police District. The findings show that a 12-minute Tabata session for 12 weeks, which included repeated rounds of body-weight and plyometric activities meets physical fitness test measurement standards in the Philippine Military Academy for improving cardiorespiratory endurance. Tabata exercise was found to be effective in improving body mass while providing the most benefits in the shortest period. After the intervention, the acceptability of the Tabata was evidenced by the increase in involvement in exercise and healthy living. Furthermore, the many rounds of exercise were well tolerated by the subjects and resulted in a higher caloric expenditure than would be expected with only 4 minutes of activity

The power of digital media is very necessary for the process of facilitating the sustainable integration of culture and tourism as a means of facilitating economic recovery. The purpose of this research is to provide an explanation of four theoretical mechanisms of digitalization that support the sustainable integration of culture and tourism. These mechanisms are based on logical deduction. In order to grasp the present state of digitalization in promoting the sustainable integration of culture and tourism, we used factor analysis to identify three mechanisms that were applied to areas with varied degrees of economic development or cultural and tourist resources. These mechanisms were applied to regions in order to comprehend the current state of digitalization. The Chinese towns of Zhang Guying and Rebala, located in Hunan Province, serve as the focus of this research that employs qualitative analysis. The conclusion of the research, which was reached after an in-depth analysis of two case villages, is that traditional Chinese villages, especially those that cater to visitors, are more vulnerable to the impacts of the pandemic than cities and other areas. In the post-epidemic period, the purpose of this research is to investigate whether or not previous tourism ideas, such as cultural creativity and creative tourism, have an effect on current tourist destinations, namely Chinese traditional villages, and whether or not these places may be revived. This research will focus on these topics in order to evaluate how cultural creativity might help solve already existing difficulties and boost the resilience of the tourist industry

Mechanisms of Applying the Principle of Legal Security to Human Rights Norms in National Legislation

    Get PDF
Interestingly, the principle of legal security has increased in recent times because of the successive developments that the world is witnessing at all levels, and all of this requires confronting these developments by ensuring the application of laws issued and protecting those rules from violation by individuals and the ruling authorities. Accordingly, the principle of legal security seeks to provide the necessary protection for individuals\u27 rights and legal positions and ensure a minimum level of consistency and stability in transactions and legal functions. States seek to include the principle of legal security through their constitutions and national legislation, albeit implicitly, to protect these public rights and freedoms from being violated by any party and ensure that individuals know the limits of these rights and freedoms and avoid infringing on them in their dealings
