Influence of Innovative Healthcare Promotional Strategies on Human Physical Health & Mental Behaviour
In the current quickly changing environment of healthcare, creative promotional methods play an essential part in moulding persons\u27 physical health as well as their mental behavior. This study investigates the myriad ways in which novel approaches to marketing healthcare can have an effect on these two essential facets of a person\u27s overall health and wellbeing. Utilizing a wide variety of communication platforms, such as social media, mobile applications, and websites that allow users to interact with content is one of the innovative techniques that helps promote awareness. These tactics equip individuals with knowledge, enabling them to make educated decisions regarding their own health through spreading focused information on health issues, preventive measures, and available healthcare services. They support the development of healthy behaviors by encouraging regular exercise, healthy diet, the cessation of smoking, and medication adherence, and this ultimately leads to improvements in physical health outcomes. In recent years, innovative healthcare promotion initiatives have shifted their attention to the promotion and support of mental health. As a result, they have a favorable affect on mental behavior, which leads to persons being encouraged to seek help, which in turn fosters emotional well-being, and therefore promotes early intervention. These initiatives encourage engagement and self-efficacy by furnishing individuals with individualized health information, tools for self-monitoring, and access to online health coaching. Because of this empowerment, favorable behavior changes, increased treatment adherence, and improved health outcomes have resulted. They urge people to participate in regular health screenings and to take preventative actions by reminding them about screening programs, awareness campaigns, and other programs that offer screenings. This emphasis on early detection helps identify diseases at their fledgling phases, allowing for timely intervention and improved treatment outcomes. Early detection helps identify diseases at their embryonic stages. The mental and physical health of humans are significantly influenced by the introduction of novel promotional methods within the healthcare industry. These initiatives contribute to overall well-being because they raise awareness, encourage behavior change, improve access to healthcare services, support mental health, give individuals more agency, and encourage early detection and prevention. It is necessary to do additional research and assessment in order to maximize the design and implementation of new promotional techniques and tap into the full potential of these methods to improve human health and behavior. This study tries to found the relationship between healthcare promotional strategies influence on human physical health & mental behaviour & an association among innovative healthcare promotional strategies on physical health and mental behavior will be influenced by various factors, such as age, gender, socioeconomic status, and baseline health status

Investigation of the Physiological Strongness in Effect of Pregnancy on Thyroid Hormones among Pregnant Women
Background: Pregnancy serves as the thyroid\u27s stress test. Thyroid disorders are quite prevalent among expectant mothers. 10% of expecting mothers have subclinical hypothyroidism. Anemia, low birth weight, and newborn mental damage are all brought on by prenatal hypothyroidism. The results of this study will evaluate mother and fetus outcomes in pregnant women with impaired thyroid function. The purpose of this study is to establish a relationship between decreased thyroid function and adverse consequences on both the mother and the fetus.
Methods: At the private hospital in Babylon City, a prospective study has been conducted. The 198 pregnant participants in this study who were hospitalized to the obstetric ward in the third trimester of a singleton pregnancy provided information. Women were picked without regard to their age, location, or social standing. Women with thyroid disorders, other medical issues, or multiple pregnancies were prohibited. T3 , T4, and TSH were measured as well as the hematological analyses. The conditions that potentially affect either the mother or the fetus were then evaluated in women with abnormal thyroid function tests. Menstrual cycle pattern, previous abortions, family history of thyroid disorders, history of infertility, level of hemoglobin, and fetal expected result were the variables in this study.
Results: Thyroid disorders are prevalent (11% of people have them), with subclinical hypothyroidism, overt hypothyroidism, and subclinical hyperthyroidism affecting 5.6, 3.5, and 1.5% of people, respectively. Anemia was observed in 26.3% of women with subclinical and overt hypothyroidism, and anemia and hypothyroidism were substantially correlated (p = 0.008).Hypothyroidism was statistically linked to poor fetal outcomes, including low birth weight (LBW) (31.6%), neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) hospitalization (42.1%), and low APGAR Score (21.1%, p =0.042). When compared to women who are euthyroid, the risks of anemia, low birth weight, NICU hospitalizations, and low APGAR score were 4.8, 6.3, 0.14,and 3.64 times greater, respectively, in women with hypothyroidism.
Conclusion: 5.6% of pregnant women had subclinical hypothyroidism throughout the third trimester. Hypothyroidism and anemia, preeclampsia, high cesarean rates, and neonatal morbidities all show significant relationships
The Efficacy of Combining Stretching Exercises along with a Non-Steroid Medication Versus a Local Steroid Injection for Treating Plantar Fasciitis
A study comparing the effectiveness of plantar fascia injection with steroid medication to combination therapy, which entails using non-steroid medication together with stretching exercises for the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon, was carried out between January 2020 and January 2021 There were 56 individuals in this prospective study; 10 were excluded because of the exclusion criteria and 6 were abandoned because they did not attend follow-up exams, leaving 40 patients who met the study\u27s eligibility requirements. The study\u27s participants\u27 patients were divided into two categories, A and B , Participants in category A (non-steroid drug plus stretching activities) and category B (injection one) underwent pain assessments prior to therapy, at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks using a 10 cm visual analogue scale. According to the study\u27s findings, category B pain significantly decreased at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment began compared to category A pain (p value 0.05); however, at 12 weeks, both categories showed good pain relief and showed no significant difference between the two categories (p value>0.05), even though category A\u27s mean pain value was lower. Conclusion: Although it takes a little bit longer time, combining stretching exercises with non-steroid therapy offers a simple, non-invasive way to treat plantar fasciitis, especially when local steroid injection is contraindicated or the patient rejects the procedure. Injection of the plantar fascia with steroid drugs provides a rapid and effective way to treat fasciitis in the first 12 weeks after beginning treatment, but injecting steroid treatment into the plantar fascia may have side effects, which can be avoided.

Personality Traits of University Students - A Covariate of Physical Activity in Indian Context
Moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity performed persistently, has confirmed the provision of physical, & psychological benefits. Percentage of people performing physical activity in order to reap these benefits is limited. Bearing this in mind, a strong understanding of what elements are connected with physical activity is required. Physical activity might be influenced by specific personality factors (including openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism) as per research. The current study aimed to establish an association between varying personality traits and physical activity of university students. All the participants completed self-report measures of the Big Five Inventory (BFI) & International Physical Activity Questionnaire - Short Form (IPAQ - SF). A correlation analysis revealed positive association between the personality dimensions of extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and openness with physical exercise. The results of the study suggest that there is a relationship between personality traits and physical activity levels, and that future interventions aimed at promoting physical activity should take into account individual personality traits and other relevant factors.
