The endeavor of the current research was to construct Alexithemia scale for Mosul University students. The construction sample consisted of (400) male and female students at the colleges of (Arts, Pharmacology and Administration and Economics). In order to prepare the preliminary form of the scale, the researchers reviewed a great deal of previous studies and literature. After that, (38) items were formulated, which were allocated for the five dimensions. Alternatives of response were selected in accordance with Likert’s scale (applies to me very greatly, applies to me to a great degree, applies to me moderately, applies to me to a less extent, applies to me to the least extent). The itesm were submitted to a group of experts to calculate the surface validity and the items were 80% agreed upon. Also, the construction validity was calculated using two methods through using the distiction strength. Four (4) items were omitted as their T calculated value is less than the table value. Also, the method of the item score with the total score was used and it was found that all the correlation coefficients are statistically significant. Invariability was determined using the retest and its value was (0.80) and it was also clculated using Alpha Cronbch’s equation and it was found that it is (0.82). in addition to that invariability was calculated using the Code Richardson’s equation (21) and it was found that it was (0.79). the final form of the scale comprised (34) items that are characterized with validity and invariability and the mazimum score of the scale was (170) and the minimum was (34) and the hypothetical mean is (102). Therefore, the two researchers constructed a scale that is characterized with validity, invariability and discrimination

In all the countries that consider the health of their people, WASH is the primary requirement.  One of the primary rights of each citizen is to acquire safe water, sanitation and hygiene measures. For the healthy life style WASH is one of the most crucial factors. Where there is poor and unhygienic access to WASH leads to the spread of various diseases. The relevance of Inclusive approaches to WASH is helpful to promote awareness creation and appropriate involvement by all elderly with disabilities. Through this ideology inclusion is targeting on the people to participate in all the activities and services effectively. Inclusion is not just about improving access to programs or services; it is also supporting the elderly with disabilities to actively participate in all the processes and programs to ensure whether they have access to all their rights and requirements. So that, inclusion is rudimentary to efficacious WASH services, ensure WASH is reachable to the Elderly with disabilities and also it ensure a user-friendly environment. A literature review was conducted, to understand the care and support needs of elderly with disabilities; the search of the study was conducted using four electronic data bases, reference list checks and grey literature. In this study, the researcher reviewed thirty studies and 24 from academic literature and 6 from grey literature. This paper focused specifically on Elderly with disabilities. This is due to elderly with disabilities are considered as marginalized group and they are always prone to risk. Elderly with disabilities frequently experience similar problematic situations to approach water, sanitation and hygiene in their day-to-day life. Majority of the reviews highlighted that Elderly with disabilities are always weak due to the problems associated with mobility and they always need dependency in accessing the needs of water, sanitation and hygiene and for the toilet facilities elderly with disability need assistance and shows dependence. This is due to they are having chronic illness or terminal disabilities.  Findings of the study highlighted that; inclusive WASH aims to meet everyone\u27s needs especially elderly with disability. It does so by ensuring elderly with disabilities also to attain the services of WASH and they need to get involvement in participating the decision-making process and also in the planning process that helps to reach the services and facilities of WASH

The weak need assessment process in schools makes counseling teachers unable to develop demand programs according to students\u27 needs. This study aims to modify and test a career instrument, namely the Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale Sort Form (CDSE-SF). The CDSE-SF scale was previously developed by Elisabeth Betz. It is hoped that this research will become a solid foundation that will be used by researchers in completing the dissertation research that is being designed by researchers. This research is a small part of the dissertation construction being designed by researchers. The population of this research was all students of class X SMA in Gresik Regency. The sampling process was carried out by using the technique of probability sampling area sampling. The data analysis technique in this study will use confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the study explain that the validity and reliability of 25 items have been tested. The loading factor value has a value of more than 0.5. On the Self-Assessment indicator, five items have values from 0.841 to 0.899. On the Occupation Information indicator, the loading factor value is 0.813 to 0.874. Indicator Loading factor planning 0.862 to 0.915. The Goal setting indicator has a loading factor of 0.703 to 0.879. while the loading factor for the Goal Setting indicator is 0.788 to 0.884. on the reliability test, the Cronbach alpha value for each indicator is more than 0.85 which indicates that the instrument is reliable. In the Composite Reliability aspect, the value of each indicator ranges from 0.89 to 0.952. The scale tested must have a score ≥ 0.7 so that it is said to have a composite reliability value. This study describes the validity and reliability of all items in the CDSE. But keep in mind that the sample used is the majority of Javanese culture high school students. To get a more complex picture, it is necessary to test the validity of the different cultures of the various characteristics of students in Indonesia

Dysfunctional Exercise Behaviour or Exercise addiction is a pathological fixation with physical activity. People who are addicted to working out, like those who are addicted to other substances, will maintain a very strict exercise routine, become preoccupied with it, continue to do it even though they are injured and further exertion is bad, refuse to stop doing it even when they want to, they aim to burn more calories to lose weight, they always have the constant fear that if they do not exercise, they will lose the body they gain, obsession with physical fitness and exercise. These characteristics define the component model of exercise addiction (EA). The number of marathons or long-distance running has been increasing so do the participation of females every year from Delhi and NCR. This gives ground to understand the impact of EA in the said sample. The data was collected through a cluster sampling method in which 100 working females in the age group of 25 -50 were selected for filling up a questionnaire, and the data sample was from Delhi NCR. The Data was collected by using Exercise Addiction Inventory, Compulsory Running and Running Addiction Scale. Result revealed that Professional status does affect dysfunctional exercise behaviour, whereas, marital status has no association with dysfunctional exercise behaviour. Additionally, there is a high risk of prevalence of EA among 39% of female amateur runne
