The Impact of (PQ4R) Strategy on the Achievement and Rehabilitation of Physics among Fourth Grade Female Students
The research aims to identify the effect of the strategy (PQ4R) in the achievement of physics material among fourth grade female students.
For the purpose of verifying the goal of the research, the following null hypothesis was formulated: * There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of female students of the experimental group who study physics using the strategy (PQ4R) and the average scores of the control group who study the same subject in the usual way.
The current research was limited to the students of the fourth scientific grade in the secondary school of suspended gardens as a sample for research, which was randomly selected from 24 preparatory and secondary schools of the Directorate of Education of Qadisiyah. The research sample consisted of (60) students, (30) students in each of the two groups. The researcher adopted in this research the experimental approach with partial control in some variables, which required two experimental groups and the other control group, as the experimental group is studying using the PQ4R strategy and the control group is studying in the usual way. The researcher chose two divisions randomly) to represent the experimental group and the control group (B). The two groups were rewarded in the variables of chronological age, intelligence, and previous achievement, as well as the researcher adjusted the extraneous variables such as the confidentiality of the experiment and the processes related to maturity and experimental extinction. The researcher identified the scientific material that the last four chapters of the physics book for the fourth grade scientific, I5, 2021. The researcher formulated behavioral goals for the scientific material that reached(207) behavioral goals, as well as the researcher prepared (24) teaching plans for the experimental group and(24) teaching plans for the control group. With regard to the research tools, the researcher prepared an achievement test, which consisted in its final form of (40) items of the multiple choice type with four alternatives. The apparent validity of it was calculated by presenting it to a group of experienced and specialized arbitrators. Reliability was calculated using the Alpha Crowe Nebach equation, calculation of the difficulty coefficient, the coefficient of excellence and the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives to all items . The experiment was applied in the second course of the academic year (2023-2022) to the research sample of the fourth scientific students, where the researcher taught the two research groups. After the end of the experiment, the results were analyzed statistically using the T-test for two independent samples.
The results showed that the experimental group who studied with the PQ4R strategy outperformed the control group students who studied with the usual metho
School Administration in Times of Pandemic
The objective of this research was to describe what is known about school administration in times of pandemic. The PRISMA method was applied for the systematic review of 31 scientific articles published in the Scopus, ScienceDirect and CORE databases between 2020 and 2022. The results obtained were grouped into 2 dimensions: a) human resources administration and b) administration of goods, resources and educational materials. It is shown that during the pandemic there was an interest in investigating the area of school administration carried out remotely and using virtual means; as well as that most of the investigations carried out were of a qualitative nature. It is concluded that the reviewed articles indicate that the educational community had to make changes, the teachers in their methodology, both in continuous training and learning in the use of platforms and for these resources were needed, which, in many families, lacked generating gaps in expected learning. Likewise, there were cases in which innovation and training opportunities for teachers were generated, with the director of the schools as leader and manager being the promoter and promoter of these practices

Exploring New Consumption Growth Points in the Post-Epidemic Era: Evidence from Nanning City
The COVID-19 epidemic, which lasted for a long time, changed the consumption and living habits of residents from both the demand and supply sides, brought a huge impact on the economic and social operation of China, and greatly inhibited offline physical consumption and service consumption.
This paper analyses the development trend and influencing factors of new consumption in Nanning, Guangxi, China in the post-epidemic era, and further analyses the problems of new consumption development, in the post-epidemic era, such as analysing the development of the home economy and the development trend of FMCG products in the post-epidemic era.
This paper proposes that to achieve rapid development of consumption growth in Nanning City, we should insist on government guidance and promotion, take the market as the guide, take small and medium-sized enterprises and individual operators as the main body, and focus on increasing the supply of network products and services, combine practical and multi-measures, and actively promote the "home economy" into the fast track of benign development in the post-epidemic era
Individualised Homoeopathic Treatment In Case Of Adult Female Ibs: A Case Report
Irritable Bowel Syndrome is defined as a group of symptoms that can have a major negative effect on a person\u27s quality of life [1]. This cryptic illness affects the large intestine and can cause a variety of extra-intestinal and gastrointestinal symptoms [2]. Its diagnosis is based on clinical findings and ROME criteria is widely used for the diagnosis.[3]It is believed that visceral hypersensitivity, altered motility, dysfunction of the gut-brain axis, and the complex interaction of genetic predisposition and environmental factors contribute to the pathogenesis of IBS, characterized by chronic evolution, requiring maintenance treatment, in some cases for years.[4,12,13]The distinction among its types—IBS-D (diarrhoea predominant), IBS-C (constipation-predominant), IBS-M (mixed), and IBS-U (unclassified)—highlights the diverse clinical presentations.[5,12,13]The burden of the disease includes both physiological and psychological impacts on the patients. Population-based studies estimate the prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) at 10%-20% and the incidence of irritable bowel syndrome at 1%-2% per year. [4].The occurrence of IBS is noticeably influenced by gender, with women being diagnosed with the condition at a greater rate than males [11].The prevalence of IBS within the community is between 10% and 25%. the ratio of females to males in India is 1:3. In a study, prevalence of IBS in India was seen in 12.27% of the study population with male-to-female ratio of 1.44:1. The prevalence rates of IBS was maximum in 45–50 years age group. [5] Stress in professional and personal life, anxiety, and sleep quality are factors that may affect the disease\u27s susceptibility and severity. Thus, a holistic approach toward the case is ideal, that would encompass the individual lifestyle, and the impact on the quality of life. This case report entails the description and result of individualised homoeopathic treatment of an adult female suffering from IBS with Diarrhoea with Pulsatilla in higher centesimal potencies
Machine Learning for Cyber Defense: A Comparative Analysis of Supervised and Unsupervised Learning Approaches
Machine Learning presents itself as a game changer within the domain of cyber defense, but a systematic review of literature denotes that research effort is largely skewed towards a supervised learning approach. This paper will extend and add value to the literature by filling this gap and investigating the supervised and unsupervised learning approaches within this disciplinary context. By using a clustering algorithm to group research articles, and association rule mining to further understand those groupings, a comparative analysis of both approaches is provided. The results indicate that, despite supervised learning’s dominance, the use of unsupervised algorithms has seen a rapid ascent over recent years. Moreover, it also shows that unsupervised learning is more focused on data or information gathering and identification, stemming from event logs, alerts or white and dark data. In this study, several implications and recommendations have been evaluated in order to more effectively combat cyber security threats.
Machine Learning (ML) and its subsets have gained rapid momentum in cyber security research and play crucial roles in maturing data. To understand emerging threat vectors and security domains, ML algorithms are employed to codify the threat behavior exploitation. Despite the various applications, research initiatives into cyber security and the different machine learning algorithms used to revolutionize the understanding of data and the approach of intelligent decisions associated with the data are discussed. This mode of research exposes a noteworthy observation of a slight comparative evolution of the body of knowledge when it comes to supervised or unsupervised methods in this critical domain. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation is presented of previous studies and methodologies. To consolidate these results, a meta-analytical process is scaled. This analysis breaks down the existing research by defining the applied learning algorithms. In addition, the most extensively used algorithm is elucidated to indicate trends and analysis that are revealing about the innovative application and KDD processes in the context of cyber security
Aesthetics Survival and Morality in Githa Hariharan’s Novel When Dreams Travel
In her book When Dreams Travel, Githa Hariharan, the 1993 Commonwealth Writers Prize winner for Fiction, examines important narratively-related topics. The narrator skillfully combines Scheherazade, also known as Shahrzad of the Arabian Nights, into a lively and creative tale about a game that is always played: the pursuit of power and love. Two ambitious brides, sisters Shahrzad and Dunyazad, who aspire to be heroines or martyrs, live between the Sultan, who desires a virgin every night, and his brother, who has tasted the bitter taste of betrayed love. The story, which unfolds with all the grandeur of a contemporary myth, examines a number of topics, including the crises inherent in the act of narratives itself and the fallibility of narrative. It discusses ethical issues and the role that aesthetics plays in ethics. All of the aforementioned topics will be covered in my paper as I attempt to investigate the boundaries of meaning in extreme acts of narrative, like Shahrzad’s instance, and how these affect ethical and aesthetic concerns in tales
Marriage and Loss of Self-Identity in Joan Didion’s A Book of Common Prayer
The narratives of marriage have evolved in the early twenty-first century. In American society, they contrast sharply with mid- to late-twentieth century depictions of marriage in literature. Since the late twentieth century, American woman authors have crafted their own narratives on marriage. This study entitled “Marriage and loss of self- identity in Joan Didion’s A Book of Common Prayer,” examines Joan Didion’s A Book of Common Prayer, which can be considered a memoir because it explicitly addresses issues confronted by white, Western American women throughout the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Didion examines marriage in her work, exploring the theme in relation to her social, cultural, and psychological contexts. Examining her biographies in chronological order provides insight into the evolution of her perspectives on marriage. Marriage, in Didion’s narratives, serves as a reflection of not only the social and economic changes that have taken place over the years in the lives of women, but also the psychological changes that take place in their minds. Didion’s female protagonists attain financial fulfilment through marriage, yet marriage also ensnares them. Each woman character enters or persists in her marriage insincerely, because marriage undermines their individuality through psychological pain, physical violence, emotional abandonment, and sexual estrangement
Demystifying the Relationship between Teaching Aptitude and Aggressive Behavior among Pre-Service Teachers for Quality Education
The ever-evolving and ever-adapting nature of human behavior assists humans in evolving and adapting to new civilizations and also helps to expand horizon of knowledge and intellect, paving way to reach the pinnacle of various professions. Right from the Vedic era (c. 1500 – c. 500 BCE) to date teachers equip us with all necessary skills and knowledge required to adapt to the dynamic professional world and evolve as a person. Learning is life itself, during this course of lifelong learning, few things learned are from our own experience and the rest is taught by parents, teachers and others. A teacher is a role model for every student their personality, aptitude, and attitude mold the child as desired. Teachers’ aptitude for teaching decides a teacher’s success as a professional and learners’ development as a whole. Teachers’ aptitude for teaching might be innate ability but it can be manifested with appropriate and adequate practices such as behavioral grooming apt for the profession. There are many behavioral issues that make a person unfit for the teaching profession, aggression is one of them. As a human we all have a fair chance to show aggressive behavior at some junctures in our life, the degree may vary. The same goes for the teachers as well. Teaching aptitude is though innate, and aggressive behavior might be unavoidable. In this paper, the researcher based upon empirical evidence has tried to explore the relationship between teaching aptitude and aggressive behavior among pre-service teachers for quality education
