Relationship between Discus Throwing Performance and Kinetic and Kinematic Indicators in the F33 Paralympic Record Holder
The study investigated the kinematic and kinetic-related indicators affecting the distance achieved in the discus throwing competition of the Paralympic Games, and investigate the biomechanical indicators affecting each moment within the performance of discus throwing in the Paralympic Games class F33. The researchers assessed the performance of the world Paralympic champion, Hani Al-Nakhli (height: 1.71 m; weight in kg: 69; age: 35 years old; years of training: 14). The participant\u27s performance was filmed in three dimensions by employing GoPro Hero 6 cameras (x3) which were set to take shots at a rate of 60 frames per second, for 16 throw attempts. The best eight correct attempts to conduct the 3D biomechanical analysis were selected using Skillspector software. Statistical analyses were performed to identify the variables most related to achieving the maximum total throwing distance using Pearson\u27s correlation during the performance for each moment. Specifically, the biomechanical indicators affecting the achievement of the maximum throwing distances for the F33 player were identified using the linear kinematic variables of the tool; namely: (i) the trans-verse acceleration of the disc, (ii) the linear kinematic variable of the player\u27s body represented in the horizontal acceleration of the body\u27s center of gravity, and (iii) the angular kinematic variable represented in the angular velocity of the left thigh. These measurements took into ac-count the other complete biomechanical characteristics to achieve these indicators as required
Advancing Medical Aspects of Healthcare Systems of Clinical Psychology in India
Every student or child desires to convey their emotions and innate instincts naturally. Various kinds of social barriers hinder the continuous manifestations of these emotions and innate instincts. After that, they go opposite to society and try to comply with their requirements. These kinds of unruly or disruptive behaviour become the point of concern. These types of unruly behaviour are mainly termed as maladjusted behaviour. These children or students are unable to adjust to the requirement and barriers of society. This kind of behaviour is most ordinarily found in students studying at the secondary level. This type of behaviour also impacted negatively on their study. Hence, it is essential to search for these kinds of behaviours and also analyses the main factors that hinder this behaviour among them. In order to mitigate this behaviour among children or students, a special kind of assessment which is ReAttach Therapy, has proven to work best. In this study, the "secondary qualitative data analysis” approach has been used to find out more about this study topic. The main aim of this study is to analyze the signs and causes behind maladaptive behaviour among adolescents and the process of how ReAttach therapy helps to overcome this situation

Open Reduction and Internal Fixation Versus Closed Reduction and Maxillomandibular Fixation of Condylar Fractures of the Mandible: A Prospective Study
Introduction: Condylar fracture, the most common fracture in mandible can be managed via two main modalities. The choice between either of the two depends on the displacement in fracture segments, occlusal changes, patient’s adaptability, masticatory complex, dentate/edentate individual and deviation in mandible.Aim: This prospective clinical study was conductive with an aim to compare conservative and open method in treating mandibular fracture and to evaluate the effectiveness of the same.Materials and methods: The present study includes 20 patients with age range 16-56 years of condylar and sub condylar fracture. The reports cases were managed by either of the treatment modality based on the indication of the same. The outcomes of both the modalities were discussed on the following parameters: swelling, residual pain, hematoma and malocclusion. All the patients were called for a follow up.Results: Among 20 reported cases, 8 cases unilateral condylar fracture, 8 unilateral sub condylar fracture, 3 bilateral condylar fracture and 1 bilateral sub condylar fracture. Amongst all, 8 cases were treated via ORIF, 3 cases ORIF with maxillomandibular fixation (MMF), 7 cases conservative approach and 2 cases MMF alone. No patient treated via ORIF showed malocclusion associated complication. The most common approach followed surgically was combined (preauricular + retromandibular). The post operative complications in ORIF group were swelling (40), residual pain (3) and temporary facial nerve palsy (2). The conservative group recorded complications as swelling (3), residual pain (3), malocclusion (4) and temporary facial nerve palsy (1).Conclusion: The study concluded with the fact that surgical approach to manage fractures are far better than conservative. However, as the dilemma continues, the choice of method still depends on individual and fracture synchronously
Neuroplasticity and Mental Health: Harnessing Brain Adaptability for Therapy
