Comprehensive and Psychology Review of PM-JAY Performance in the Opinion of Man Power Key Stakeholders- Health and Hospital
A highly ambitious community healthcare programme by name PM-JAY was rolled out in India during September 2018 as a part of Ayushman Bharat initiative. The scheme offered significant increase in amount of cover over previous schemes apart from targeting five hundred million people. As it offered increased cover of INR half a million per family for inpatient treatment per year, naturally required huge amount of resources. In the background of challenges experienced by previous healthcare programmes and since the programme has now completed almost 4 years, it becomes necessary to evaluate the programme delivery through the opinion of two most critical stakeholders who are Health and Hospitals Departments. The researcher had done an exhaustive primary survey of beneficiaries earlier. Later, to have 360 degree check on end to end basis, the critical stakeholders were approached which is part of this article. One hundred health department officials and one hundred hospital officials in the state of Karnataka are interviewed through well drafted instrument containing 20 questions each. Independent sample t-test and one way ANOVA was employed to test the framed hypothesis on 5 variables from both the departments. The survey broadly indicates that, the performance of the scheme is reasonably good but there are few areas which require improvement in terms of providing the access to these benefits and improve the delivery of the benefits. The results also indicate that, the eligibility norms to be redefined for including all deserving poor people to avail the benefits. The results of hypothesis differ based on demographic variables. While the coverage of INR half million is good amount, the access to facilities is limited and man power with necessary infrastructure needs to be scaled up substantially. The improvement in awareness amongst beneficiaries will advance the success ratio further

Issues of Forced Identity and Gender Manifestation among the Youth in India – Therapy Perceived Constructively or Destructively by the Patient
Every aspect of human interaction is influenced by gender. In social interactions, individuals\u27 perceptions of themselves—including their identity, rights, and opportunities—are challenged by the views of others and the actions of those around them. The term "gender awareness" calls attention to the reality that binary gender and sexuality categories like "male" and "female" fail to capture the full range of human experience and expression. Gender identity is expressed in many facets of our lives, including our interactions with others, both consciously and subconsciously. The way we connect with others is influenced by our perceptions and judgements about their gender. The gender(s) or sexualities of others are frequently interpreted by us based on unconscious associations, preconceptions, and normative norms. Therefore, gender plays a crucial role in determining who has access to what resources and opportunities in every given community. It hinders efforts to eliminate prejudice and promote equality
Assessment of Motor Skills and Overall Well-Being in Children with Developmental Coordination Disorder
A specific intervention was conducted for children with DCD (developmental coordination disorder) in order to assess their motor skills. There were 14 subjects in the control group (28%) who were aged 8, 10 (20%) who were aged 9, 13 (26%) who were aged 10, and 13 (26%) who were aged 11. Compared with the control group, the interventional group included 15 (30.6%) participants aged 8, 14 (28.5%) aged 9, 12 (24.4%) aged 10, and 8 (16.3%) aged 11. The mean age of the control group was 9.5 ± 1.16, while that of the intervention group was 9.26 ± 1.06. According to the gender distribution of participants, 52% of the control group were males and 48% were females, while 40.85% of the intervention group were males and 59.2% were females. In order to assess motor skills, a Mini BESTest was used, which contains 14 domains and a total score of 28 points. In the control group, mean scores were 8.62±1.14, 9.81±1.1, 10.8±1.14, and 12.2±1.2 at baseline, 2, 4, and 6 weeks, respectively, with a significant p-value of 0.002. Also, the intervention group demonstrated mean scores of 11.1±1.5, 12.7±1.7, 14.3±2.0, and 16.0±2.4 at baseline, 2, 4, and 6 weeks, respectively, with a highly significant p-value of 0.0001. Additionally, both groups were tested on their ability to cover a distance during a six-minute walk. Compared to the control group at baseline, the second week, the fourth week, and the sixth week, there were significant differences in distances. In the intervention group, as well as in the control group, p-values of 0.05, signifying significance, were detected at the end of each week for the third week. In the study, motor skills improved more in children with DCD than those in the control group. Although the study had limitations, such as a small sample size and a short intervention period, there were also some positive results. Although this research does not prove a cure for DCD, it contributes valuable information to the growing body of knowledge about the disorder and describes how to develop tailored interventions to improve motor skills, as well as overall well-being, in people with DCD

Assessing The Levels of Resilience and Life Satisfaction among Young Old Age Group
As one grows old, he/she experiences a gradually setting decline in physical, cognitive and social domains, which is also accompanied by characteristic transitions in developmental that such as loss of loved ones, retirement from work and resulting loneliness and adjustment issues. These changes may threaten the resilience and life satisfaction levels among old age persons. The purpose of this research study was to determine the extent of resilience and life satisfaction among young old age group persons. 60 elderly people between the ages of 65 and 75 made up the sample. 30 men and 30 women from Delhi\u27s urban neighbourhoods made up the sample. Older people\u27s resilience and life satisfaction were evaluated using the Resilience Scale created by Dr. Vijaya Lakshmi and Dr. Shruti Narain (2017) and the Life Satisfaction Scale created by Prof. Hardeo Ojha (2005). Findings indicate average resilience levels in elderly (Mean value=107.12), with above average life satisfaction (Mean value=67.65). Life satisfaction and resilience levels were shown to have a weak positive connection (r=0.088), indicating that older adults do not significantly correlate these characteristics. There are no known major gender differences. The study\u27s conclusions may be used to help create an atmosphere that is more supportive of the elderly and create intervention programmes that are successful in raising life satisfaction levels.

The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Alcohol Outcome Expectancies of College Students
The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between college students\u27 alcohol outcome expectancies and emotional intelligence. Additionally, it sought to comprehend the connection between emotional intelligence and the likelihood of both positive and negative alcohol outcomes. The study also compared gender variations in college students\u27 alcohol outcome expectations. 120 college students made up the sample, including 60 males and 60 females Measurement tools included the Alcohol Outcome Expectancies Scale and the Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale. To investigate the relationships and gender differences, independent t-tests and correlation analyses were performed. This study revealed no relationship between emotional intelligence and college students\u27 expectations for alcohol outcomes. The results imply that emotional intelligence levels may not have a substantial impact on college students\u27 expectations and beliefs regarding the impacts of alcohol use. Furthermore, no particular gender variations in alcohol outcome expectations were found. These findings help us understand the alcohol outcome expectations of college students and emphasize the necessity to take into account additional variables that can affect these assumptions.

Sports Education Management and Psychological Factors of Athlete Performance in China: Underpinning Theories
This study examines into the intricate relationship between sports education management and the psychological factors influencing athlete performance in China. The exploration is grounded in psychological theories, focusing on emotions, theories of emotions, theories of anger, theories of stress, and the Lazarus Theory of psychological stress. The interplay of these elements not only shapes athlete performance but also underscores the need for comprehensive strategies within sports education management. As the foundation of the study, psychology, defined as the scientific examination of human and animal behavior, offers insights into the complexities of human performance. The distinction between overt and covert behaviors further underscores the importance of addressing internal cognitive processes alongside observable actions. Within this context, sports psychology emerges as a critical field, emphasizing the mental and emotional conditioning that accompanies physical training for optimal performance. Mental skills, encompassing abilities like concentration, goal-setting, imagery, relaxation, and self-talk, constitute a crucial aspect of sports psychology. These skills are integral to enhancing athlete performance and serve as the underpinning for effective psychological training. Moreover, psychological variables, encompassing cognitive features such as feelings and moods, exert a significant impact on an individual’s attitude, behavior, and cognitive functions. This study advocates for the integration of psychological training within sports education management programs in China. By equipping coaches and athletes with an understanding of psychological factors and their consequences on performance, these programs can nurture well-rounded athletes. Emotion regulation techniques, drawing from mindfulness, deep breathing, and visualization, are pivotal tools that coaches and athletes should be adept at employing. Theories of emotions, such as the James-Lange theory and the Cannon-Bard theory, can deepen athletes’ comprehension of emotional influences on both their physical and mental responses. Understanding theories of anger, stress, and the Lazarus Theory facilitates the development of effective coping strategies. Encouraging open communication about emotions like anger and providing tools for positive channeling can enhance athlete well-being without compromising performance. In conclusion, the fusion of sports education management and psychological theories, encompassing emotions and stress, holds the key to unlocking athlete potential in China. By integrating these components into athlete training and support, China can cultivate a holistic approach that optimizes performance and fosters a culture of excellence in sports.
