Psychological Temperaments And Confessions In Plath’s Works
Plath\u27s confessional and condemnatory writing became a significant platform for analyzing her life. Plath\u27s portrayal of a strong, victimized figure prompted reviewers to investigate how information from her personal life explained the subject matter of her poems; it is undeniable that Plath herself loved the idea of disclosing specifics from her personal life and feelings through her art. However, the underlying mental illness that she suffered from, with a history of despair and suicidal tendencies, is the source of her troubles as expressed in her poems. Her published poetry and unabridged journals attest to Plath\u27s emotional swings; in a journal entry dated October 3, 1959.
Plath\u27s Journals, according to critic Stephen Moss, are "evidence of madness." The entire 1957-59 edition has 730 pages of "raw and bloody stuff" from her private therapy sessions. The journals make Plath more "terrifying: self-obsessed, furious, living at an unendurable degree of intensity." This paper will demonstrate how she regularly employed symbols of death and trauma, referring to internalized and externalized transference interactions that replicate past experiences. Despite her attempts to transcend through sublimated literature, the death drive that preoccupied her, the overpowering power of these inclinations, eventually triumphed over her longing for life. Her horrible experiences, unhappy and traumatized state of mind, death drive, and suicide attempts acted as a spark to her creative mind, which eventually generated some subconscious pieces of art. And it is via these works that we can see the magnetic pull of these destructive power

Diagnosis of diabetes hypertension did not show a significant association with the dietary supplement intake for more than 2 weeks in the past year (p>0.05). Diagnosis of dyslipidemia and the presence or absence of dietary supplement intake for more than 2 weeks in the past year showed a significant difference (p<0.05) as 60.3% of the patients with disease and 66.1% of the dietary supplement intake in the group without disease (p<0.05). Exploring the Newer Horizons of Online Therapy – Its use and Effectiveness
The advancement of computing technology is becoming more important in the healthcare industry. Remotely assisted pain management treatments (Eaton et al., 2014) and tele-psychology (Godleski et al., 2012; Caver et al., 2020) have both been effectively adopted in the Veterans Affairs (VA) system throughout the United States. The American Psychological Association (2013) notes that the increasing reliance on technology to facilitate the delivery of psychological services brings with it a number of novel possibilities, factors to consider, and obstacles to practise. Glueckauf et al. (2018) found that although approximately 40% of practising clinical psychologists in the United States had utilised tele-psychology, the vast majority (60%) had never done so. Most clinical psychologists they surveyed expressed reservations about providing services through video chat and hence exclusively saw patients in person. Glueckauf et al. (2018) found that over half of psychologists surveyed felt they needed more training in crisis management for online therapy, and that nearly all therapists (79%) were worried about issues related to security, confidentiality, and HIPAA
Treating Schizophrenia with Psychodynamic therapy among Elderly Patients
The shifting demographics and inadequate treatment of schizophrenic seniors are creating a worldwide health issue. Soon, those aged 55 and over will make up a quarter or more of the global population of people diagnosed with schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is the third leading cause of disability-adjusted life-years among those 60 and older who suffer from mental and substance-use disorders. It is projected that older persons with schizophrenia have a bigger influence on health care expenses than the majority of other medical and mental diseases, with higher costs per patient as a result. Schizophrenia is a severe mental illness characterised by distorted perceptions of reality. Disabling hallucinations, delusions, and severely disorganised thought and behaviour are all possible symptoms of schizophrenia
