The findings revealed that all 4 aspects of the model were at a high level. PE teachers with different gender had PE pedagogic management in the 21st century with no statistical significance at the level of .05. In addition, PE teachers with different age, education background, and work experience had pedagogic management with statistical significance at a level of .05
Cognitive Overlap Processing Methods among Students of the Preparatory Stage
The current research aims to identify:
1- Methods of treating Cognitive overlap among middle school students
2-The significance of statistical differences in methods of processing of Cognitive overlap according to gender variables ( males , females ) , academic specialization ( scientific , literary ) , and the academic stage ( fourth , sixth )
In order to achieve the objectives of the research , the two researchers built a scale of methods of processing of Cognitive overlap according to the theory (Sarason , 1990), which subjected the scale in its initial form to the procedures of statistical analysis and extracted the psychometric properties of (validity, reliability , and discriminatory strength) to become in its final form consisting of (40) items distributed into five methods (reducing cognitive dissonance, refuting cognitive distortions, emotional organization and mitigating negative emotions, reducing mental stress, focusing on the task ). (8) items were prepared for each of them because the scale consists of (40) items and the statistical analysis was conducted for it and the psychometric properties were extracted from the validity and reliability of a sample consisting of (700) students and students from the preparatory stage were selected in a random manner and in a proportional manner by (256) students and (444) students for the academic year 2022-2023, and after completing the research procedures, the researchers extracted the results of the analysis of the social science phase after the use of (SPS), and the electronic means of the two independent statistical methods, and the statistical analysis of the two methods. The research came up with a number of results arranged as follows:
1- Students have the ability to use methods of Cognitive overlap processing
2- There are no statistically significant differences in the five methods of processing of Cognitive overlap according to variables ( gender , Section , grade
“Fine Manual Control, Coordination and Function of Children with Cerebral Palsy - A Cross Sectional Psychology Based Study”
A significant factor to childhood persistent impairment is cerebral palsy (CP). The developing of skills in them depends with development of motor performance. Impairments in fine motor skills may hamper daily activities of living. Since there is limited literature on fine motor control, coordination and functional levels this present study will determine level of fine manual control, coordination and function in cerebral palsy children and will aid and promote optimal evaluation of interventions, treatment planning, and patient progress of fine motor development.
To determine level of fine manual control, coordination and function in children diagnosed with cerebral palsy and to determine co-relation between each of the variables.
45 children were included in an observational study. visiting Pediatric Department Physiotherapy, Tertiary care hospital, Belagavi. Fine manual control, coordination and function were evaluated by Bimanual Fine Motor Function, Manual Ability Classification System, and Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency-2.
Study establishes the ranges of fine manual control, coordination and function in children diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The research concludes that there is moderate correlation between Fine manual control and Manual coordination. Also, MACS, Manual coordination and BFMF depends on type of cerebral palsy and tone of muscle

The Psychological and Clinicopathologic Factors Forecasting Lymph Node Metastasis in Early Gastric Cancers: A Single Facility Study in Vietnam
Introduction: Lymph node metastasis (LNM) plays a critical role in predicting the prognosis of early gastric cancer (EGC). However, accurately diagnosing LNM in EGC patients remains a challenge, as reliable methods are currently lacking.
Objectives: This study aims to explore the clinicopathologic characteristics associated with LNM in EGC and identify the risk factors that can predict LNM in patients treated at a central hospital in Vietnam.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was undertaken on EGC patients diagnosed based on histology between July 2018 and December 2019 at a central hospital in Vietnam. Univariate and multivariate analyses were employed to examine clinicopathologic characteristics and identify independent risk factors for LNM.
Results: The univariate analysis did not show any significant associations between age, sex, tumor location, gross appearance, tumor differentiation status, Lauren classification, World Health Organization (WHO) classification, and LNM. However, larger tumor size, deeper tumor invasion, and moderate grade tumor budding were found to be significantly correlated with a higher incidence of LNM. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that low and moderate grade tumor budding independently served as risk factors for LNM.
Conclusions: Tumor size, depth of tumor invasion, and tumor budding are closely linked to LNM in EGC. Specifically, low and moderate grade tumor budding are independent risk factors for LNM and are crucial in the management of EGC. This study provides valuable insights for predicting LNM in EGC patients and enhancing the clinical management of this disease
Investigation of Venous Thromboembolic Complications in Patients Undergoing Endovascular Intervention
Introduction: Venous thromboembolic complications (VTC) have been an important public health issue for many years. Venous thromboembolic complications include deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, saphenous vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Endovascular surgeries are considered to be minimally traumatic, medium-long and complex surgical interventions, with catheterization or other intravascular manipulations. Therefore, deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism are also possible after these surgeries. This potential risk is related both to possible stasis and endothelial damage during catheterization or o ther intravascular manipulations and to risk factors.
Objectives: Aim of the study: to study the incidence of VTC during endovascular interventions.
Methods: The research was conducted in the period from June to October 2022, 115 case histories of patients admitted to the Federal Center for Brain and Neurotechnology in Moscow were analysed during this period. Ultrasound duplex scanning was performed in all patients in the postoperative period.
Results: No clinical signs of lower limb venous thrombosis were found during postoperative period examination. Analysis of the results of ultrasound duplex scanning showed the presence of VTC in 5 patients (4.3±1.9%). One patient had echo-signs of thrombosis with recanalization, four patients had echo-signs of "fresh" thrombosis.
Conclusions: Screening ultrasound duplex scanning of lower limb vessels as the most objective method of VTC diagnosis should be performed in all patients without exception in the first day after the operation, since clinical signs of VTC may be absent or non-specific
Towards an Effective Agentic Group Guidance Model to Improving the Prosocial Behavior of Minangkabau Adolescents
The adolescent concern of others’ difficulties is required in the form of prosocial behavior. Previous research has found that the prosocial behavior of Indonesian adolescents has not been optimally developed. Unfortunately, no research results were found on the development of a model for improving adolescent prosocial behavior through the implementation of group guidance in schools. This study uses development research methods with the aim of producing a model of agentic group guidance to improve a valid and practical adolescent prosocial behavior. The model integrates the principles of behavior development according to the agentic perspective in the implementation of group guidance to improve altruistic, emotional, anonymous and emergency prosocial behavior. The validation test uses the acceptability scale of the agentic group guidance model and the practical test uses the practicality assessment scale of the agentic group guidance model which is based on the Likert scale. The validation and practical test data were analyzed using the Aiken\u27s V formula. The results of the analysis showed that the validity and practicality levels of the model were high with values of 0.86 and 0.87, respectively. In conclusion, the agentic group guidance model to improve students\u27 prosocial behavior is considered valid and practical in use
The Adaptation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises from an Incident of COVID-19: A Psychological Case Study of Myanmar
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a considerable proportion of businesses in Myanmar shut down in the second quarter of 2020, prompting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to implement strategic management approaches to sustain themselves in the present business landscape. The key purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting the performance of Myanmar SMEs focusing on their adaptation strategies during the COVID-19. This study used a well-structured questionnaire to collect data from 389 respondents who are SMEs business owners, managers and executives from food manufacturing enterprises which are based in Yangon region, Myanmar. POSDCoRB theory was employed as a strategic management tool to examine seven dimensions of adaptation strategies and multiple regression analysis was used to investigate the factors that significantly affect the performance of SMEs. Both qualitative and quantitative research approaches were applied in this research. In addition to regression analysis, eight small and medium enterprises out of 389 were selected using snowball sampling and interviewed to explore the challenges for their firms due to pandemic. Our findings reveal that, although different dimensions of POSDCoRB strategies show different effectiveness in improving firms’ performance, SMEs that adopt all dimensions of POSDCoRB adaptation faced smaller adverse effects from COVID-19 and have better post-COVID-19 performances
Exploring the Trajectory of Successful Ageing: Systematic Review of Its Determinants and Consequences
Background: Successful aging concept has been highly explored. A significant difference is there in between “Usual Ageing” and “Successful Ageing.” Reducing the burden and increasing the benefits related to ageing population can be achieved by identifying the determinants associated with successful ageing. It may also help in implementing the programs that ensure the optimal quality of life in later years.
Aim: The main objective was to evaluate the present frameworks for successful aging and to review the determinants, their correlation and the related consequences.
Method: The authentic databases peer reviewed journals were used to find articles in the English language. Search engines like Google Scholar were also used. The period of 2007 to 2022 was chosen for article selection. There was no geographical limitation in choosing the articles.
Result and discussion: The outcomes of the review study can be explained by segregating into the following areas: three determinants of successful ageing a) Physical b) psychological and c) social and their relation with each other with respect to related consequences.
Conclusion: Some major determinants are physical activity, financial independence, functional independence, good cognitive functioning, absence of chronic disease and disability. This review study demonstrates the factors that will help in promoting successful aging
A Systematic Review of Scientific Studies on the Effects of Music Therapy on Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
People with autism are subjected to peer rejection and social isolation from peer groups in their first three years of life due to the adverse effect autism has on everyday social and communication skills. In addition to affecting academic performance, occupational success, and mood/anxiety setbacks, social and communication deficits can negatively impact mental health, making it imperative to intervene early on to mitigate factors that could negatively affect interpersonal skills and cognitive problem-solving abilities. This review examined Music Therapy adopted to foster the quality of life among persons with autism spectrum disorder. There are 782 academic papers found in the search of relevant databases. Twelve articles met the inclusion criteria for an in-depth analysis of Music Therapy studies on people with autism spectrum disorder. Results show that five types of interventions used were traditional Music Therapy, Papageno Music Therapy Program (PMTP), Elastic touch-display, Melodyne software and Instrumental play, all positively affected persons with autism spectrum disorder. Furthermore, music therapy improves four areas of development in people with autism spectrum disorders: (a) social skills and interaction, (b) movement and coordination, (c) verbal behaviour and (d) Intelligence. Based on this review, MT was moderately effective. However, it may not apply to educational settings, social skills, interaction, movement, verbal behaviour and intelligence of people with autism. A larger sample size will be necessary to draw generalisable conclusions in future studies
