Developing AI-Powered Virtual Color Consultation Tools for Retail and Professional Customers
The "AI-Powered Virtual Color Consultation Tools" project aims to dazzle professionals and non-experts alike with automatically generated color palettes. Color sets for any kind of design need are achievable in minutes through our easy-to-use system based on state-of-the-art color harmonization rules and AI technology that learns how to effectively combine them. The smart research assistants of this project won\u27t substitute designers and lay users, but instead boost their creativity and efficiency, filtering out unwanted colors and unsaturated configurations.
Colors affect moods and emotions. While colors dominate our visual experience, little attention is normally paid to their combination. Achieving an effective and pleasant color design is notoriously difficult and time-consuming. Yet appropriate and harmonious color combinations can significantly enhance the quality of life of individuals – affecting relaxation in a residence, concentration in a classroom, or thrill in an amusement park, for example. Our thesis is that everybody can act as a designer and organize colors according to his or her personal preference. The color design should merely comply with a user\u27s desire, avoiding the danger of an unpleasant experience caused by random mixing schemes. To achieve that, an automatic retrieval system for personal color design is proposed here. Such a system can offer color design suggestions when powered by additional color rules. Wouldn\u27t it be nice to start or finish well-evaluated color designs in minutes with the help of a personal color palette that would serve a particular purpose and taste
Towards Resilient AI: Leveraging Cloud-Native MLOps for Fault-Tolerant Learning Systems
Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly getting assimilated across various sectors including finance, healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing. Factors such as rapid and ubiquitous adoption of IoT devices, and advanced technologies for mobile edge computing, have fuelled this growth. The heterogeneity of system components, user preferences, and operating environments may render AI faulty. Such faulty behavior manifests as incorrect predictions, which can have severe consequences. For example, a health monitoring system may fail to identify a health anomaly which may lead to a missed medical emergency. Malicious interference, such as fake data injection by a hacker, might also be behind the faulty behavior. It is therefore impertinent that an AI-based system be equipped with fault tolerance mechanisms, allowing it to avoid or mitigate fixable faults, similar to most systems in embedded devices and the cloud today. Fault tolerance usually operates in three modes: (1) Redundant computation, where separate low-level computation nodes fed the same inputs but using slightly different computation implementations generate different outputs, (2) Checkpointing record where the inputs and outputs of the successful computations are recorded periodically, and (3) Rollback repair using failover nodes to re-run faulty computations on buffered inputs based on previous knowledge in case of faults. Checkpointing is the simplest method, given the state space exploration is manageable, and can accommodate a higher level of non-deterministic model. Most of the meta-reasoning-based fault detection mechanism is based on a limited part of supervised training methods. Nevertheless, recent work has shown the application of unsupervised methods to detect faults in ML frameworks, but they cannot be scaled broadly as benign behavior is just as diverse and complex. This means they may fail to generalize or incur a significant loss of estimation accuracy when adapting to non-stationary workloads or diverse host characteristics

Human rights refer to the basic rights that are believed to be entitled to every human-being. Every human-being are entitled to certain rights and freedom irrespective of their origin, ethnicity, race, colour, nationality, citizenship, sex or religion. These rights are considered universal for humanity.
Human beings are born equal in dignity and rights. These moral claims are articulated and formulated in what is today known as human rights. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. The origin of human rights may be found both in Greek philosophy and the various world religions. Oroantral Fistula – A Review
Oroantral communication and fistula represent a frequent yet clinically significant complication arising from dental procedures involving the maxillary posterior region. These pathological connections between the oral cavity and maxillary sinus often emerge following molar or premolar extractions, with reported incidence rates approaching 50% in some case series. While smaller defects under 2mm may undergo spontaneous healing through natural clot formation and epithelial migration, larger communications invariably require surgical intervention to prevent the development of maxillary sinusitis, which studies indicate occurs in approximately half of untreated cases within the first 48 hours. The present review comprehensively examines the etiology, diagnostic modalities, and contemporary management strategies for these conditions, with particular emphasis on evidence-based surgical techniques ranging from local flap procedures to advanced grafting methods. Special consideration is given to postoperative care protocols and preventive measures that collectively contribute to optimal patient outcomes and reduced complication rates
Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education in Assam: A Comparative Study of Bodo and Bishnupriya Manipuri Communities
Mother tongue-based education (MTBE) plays a critical role in fostering inclusive, equitable, and effective learning, especially within linguistically diverse contexts such as Assam, India. This study investigates the implementation, perception, and sustainability of MTBE among two linguistically distinct communities in Assam: the Bodo and Bishnupriya Manipuri. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected from parents, students, teachers, and community members through structured questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussions. The findings reveal significant disparities in the institutional support and community attitudes toward mother tongue education between the two groups. Bodo, benefiting from constitutional recognition and active advocacy by the Bodo Sahitya Sabha, enjoys stronger institutional backing, including availability of textbooks, trained teachers, and curriculum integration across educational levels. Conversely, Bishnupriya Manipuri faces challenges due to contested linguistic identity, lack of official recognition, and limited institutional resources, which impede its sustainable development in formal education. Despite these challenges, both communities expressed strong support for mother tongue education, recognizing its role in cultural preservation and cognitive development. However, Bishnupriya Manipuri stakeholders reported less teacher support and weaker language use within formal educational settings. The study underscores the importance of positive attitudes, community involvement, and government support in sustaining MTBE. It also highlights the need for decentralised, community-led language planning that respects local sociopolitical contexts. This research contributes to broader debates on linguistic justice and multilingual education policy, emphasising that recognition alone is insufficient without sustained institutional commitment and resource allocation. The findings advocate for targeted interventions to strengthen MTBE in Assam, ensuring equitable access and promoting linguistic diversity in the educational system.

With the aid of virtual assembly by computer simulation, the product designers do design verification and nullify design effects and ergonomic errors in the design. In this paper we analyzed the product after virtual assembly and human posture analysis and their observations are carried out by CATIA V5 R16. Its great advantages are to improve quality of the product, shortening the product development cycles, reducing the Ergonomic risks while stages in designing the product and simultaneously reducing the product cost etc
Genetic Association of ULK4 Gene Polymorphism (Rs1052501) With Susceptibility to Cleft Lip and Palate—A Case Control Study in South Indian Population.
Aim:To investigate the association between ULK4 gene polymorphism (rs1052501) and susceptibility to cleft lip and palate (CLP).
Methods:A case-control study was conducted with 25 CLP patients and 25 matched controls. Genotyping of rs1052501 was performed using PCR-RFLP. Statistical analysis included chi-square tests and odds ratios.
Results:AA genotype was more frequent in cases (88%) than controls (68%), but not statistically significant (p=0.085). An allele also showed higher frequency in cases (0.94 vs. 0.84; p=0.123).
Conclusion:A potential trend was observed between ULK4 polymorphism and CLP, but no significant association was found. Larger studies are needed to validate these findings
Translation of SCIM IV into Gujarati: Improving Accessibility for Gujarati-Speaking Individuals with Spinal Cord Injury
Introduction: Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a severe neurological condition with profound effects on physical, psychological, and socioeconomic well-being. In Gujarat, SCI disproportionately affects young males in rural areas due to road traffic accidents and occupational hazards [3]. The Spinal Cord Independence Measure IV (SCIM IV) is a globally recognized tool for assessing functional independence in SCI patients. However, the absence of a validated Gujarati version limits its utility in regions where English proficiency is low. Given that Gujarati is spoken by over 60 million people worldwide, this study aimed to translate and linguistically validate SCIM IV into Gujarati to improve accessibility and clinical use.
Methods: The study followed MAPI Research Trust\u27s standardized linguistic validation protocol. Steps included forward translation by two independent translators, reconciliation into Version 1 by an expert panel, backward translation for conceptual equivalence, cognitive debriefing with 10 Gujarati-speaking SCI patients and caregivers, and final proofreading by bilingual experts. Cultural and linguistic adaptations were made based on participant feedback and expert review.
Results: The forward translation addressed challenges related to complex medical terms, cultural context, and readability. Cognitive debriefing confirmed the clarity and relatability of items, leading to minor refinements. Backward translation showed strong conceptual consistency with the original SCIM IV. The final Gujarati version retained the intent of the original, using familiar terms such as “ગતિશીલતા સાધનો” (mobility aids) and “સ્વ-કાળજી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ” (self-care activities). Proofreading ensured grammatical correctness, terminology consistency, and formatting accuracy. The final version was confirmed to be culturally appropriate and linguistically accurate for clinical use.
Conclusion: This study successfully produced a linguistically validated Gujarati version of the SCIM IV. It bridges a crucial gap in SCI assessment among Gujarati-speaking populations, enabling more accurate evaluation, better clinician-patient communication, and improved rehabilitation outcomes. Given the high burden of SCI in Gujarat [3], this tool is poised to enhance clinical practice, especially in rural and underserved areas. Future studies should focus on psychometric testing and large-scale field validation
Conceptual Study of Vishamajwara with Special Reference to Enteric Fever (Typhoid): A Review from Rog Nidan Perspective
Background: Vishamajwara, a type of Jwara described in Ayurvedic classics, presents with irregular patterns of fever and systemic disturbances. Its Santata form, characterized by continuous fever, exhibits striking similarities with Enteric Fever (Typhoid), a systemic bacterial infection caused by Salmonella typhi. Understanding the Rog Nidan (etiopathogenesis) of Vishamajwara through Ayurvedic literature can provide a holistic and integrative perspective toward managing Typhoid. Aim: To conceptually study Vishamajwara with special reference to Enteric Fever (Typhoid) from the perspective of Rog Nidan. Objectives: To review classical Ayurvedic literature on Vishamajwara, especially Santata Jwara. To analyze the Nidana Panchaka of Vishamajwara. To correlate Vishamajwara with the clinical features of Enteric Fever. To understand the pathological progression (Samprapti) from the Rog Nidan standpoint. To establish a conceptual bridge between Ayurvedic and modern understanding of Typhoid fever. Materials and Methods: A comprehensive review of classical Ayurvedic texts including Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Madhava Nidana, and Ashtanga Hridaya was carried out to gather references on Vishamajwara. Contemporary biomedical literature was reviewed to understand the clinical features and pathophysiology of Enteric Fever. Comparative analysis was done to identify overlaps and differences in etiopathogenesis. Results: Santata Vishamajwara is described as a persistent, often low-grade fever associated with Dhatukshaya, Agni-mandya, and Srotorodha. Its Samprapti aligns closely with the pathogenesis of Typhoid involving systemic infection, endotoxemia, and GI disturbances. Nidana factors like Dushta Ahara, Jala, and Ajirna are common in both conditions. The Ayurvedic perspective offers insights into early diagnosis, understanding chronicity, and rational Chikitsa planning based on Dosha Dushya Sammurchana. Conclusion: A thorough understanding of Santata Vishamajwara through the lens of Rog Nidan enables an integrative diagnostic model for managing Enteric Fever. Ayurvedic principles of diagnosis based on Nidana Panchaka can support early intervention and individualized treatment strategies. Further clinical correlation is needed to establish evidence-based Ayurvedic management protocols
The Nigerian Supreme Court On Electoral Matters And The Dynamic Nature Of Law.
In logic, there are four concepts of argument: first, the law of non-contradiction, second, the law of excluded middle, third, the law of identity, and fourth, De Morgan’s laws. However, for convenience’s sake, we shall limit ourselves to the first two of the four concepts of arguments.. The law of non-contradiction states that: if something is true, then the opposite of it is false. For example, suppose it is true that in genuine democracies, the majority must rule. In that case, the opposite of it is false to state that, in genuine democracies, the minority must rule. A statement must not offend the law of identity. For example, a minority rule over a majority is not dangerous, unlike setting a venomous snake on the loose. A person not scared by minority rule over the majority is irrational. The law of identity states that each thing is identical with itself. Against these backgrounds, we will critically appraise some of the Supreme Court of Nigeria’s decisions in electoral matters. This paper examines whether the Supreme Court’s decision on some disputes on electoral matters is premised on valid logic based on a wide range of acceptable political nuances. The objective of this paper are: to embark on the voyage of distilling the views of authors to study the trends of knowledge in review of literature, to engage in critical appraisal of some decisions of the Supreme Court on electoral matters, to distill reasons why some of the decisions of Courts are not in tandem with the basic rules that guides any political establishment, and to suggest solutions for future consideration by the Courts
