Interdependency of tribal rights
Rights being a bundle of interest are vested on individuals for their protection, as the state is under an obligation to protect their rights, this forming the genesis of the social contract theory. Every right has a corresponding duty, we as citizens have fundamental rights and the government has a duty to protect the rights. So far as the theory of capability by Amartya Sen is considered, on losing one thing one loses many others things as well, the meaning of which is if two rights are inextricably connected to each other than on the safeguard of one the other is already taken care or else safeguarding the other right become easy and feasible. On the touch stone of the theory of Capability by Sen, the researcher will conduct a doctrinal study as to interdependency of tribal social, economic and cultural rights with their right to food. The criteria on which interdependency is based will be a guiding light for our policy makers. Taking into purview the various statues encompassing various rights of tribals the researcher will analyse and try to find out the basis on which the rights have been based, tracing out its connectivity and linkage. As it is very evident that vesting rights alone will not lead to development what is more important is the enforcement of this right. Rights without enforcement are just as Constitution bereft of Constitutionalis
"Analyses Of The Anti-Diabetic Activity Of Lactuca Sativa (L.) Seeds From Various Geographical Regions"
Through the use of diabetic rats, the current stdies has established that Artemisia indica and Lactuca sativa have the potential to serve as antidiabetic medicines. These plants have been shown to successfully reduce hyperglycemia and guard against metabolic abnormalities that are associated with diabetes. In the treatment of diabetes, Artemisia indica has been used traditionally, and these findings lend credence to that practice. One possible explanation for the reported antidiabetic benefits is that Artemisia indica and Lactuca sativa possess the ability to enhance the quantity of pancreatic β-cells within the islets of Langerhans and to restore their activity. However, additional research is required to analyse various chemical elements of the plant for its hypoglycemic qualities, discover the particular targets and mechanisms of action of these constituents, and evaluate the possibility of combining plant products with manufactured medications. Topical formulations can be designed with a variety of physicochemical properties, such as those that have a solid, semisolid, or liquid consistency. With the help of these studies, we can learn more about the molecular pathways that cause the effects we\u27ve seen. After the active compounds have been identified and characterized, the next step is to investigate their potential therapeutic targets. This will allow for the development of a more precise and effective treatment for diabetes

Variation of peroneus longus tendon dimensions (length and thickness) with anthropometric measures of patients (height, weight, age, and body mass index) in skeletally mature patients.
Background: ACL reconstruction is the most common surgery to repair ruptured ACL. There are many graft choices in ACL reconstruction. Graft decision is the most important preoperative consideration in ACL reconstruction. It can minimize re-rupture incident and provide optimal knee stability after surgery.
Aim: This study aims to investigate the variation of peroneus longus tendon dimensions (length and thickness) with anthropometric measures of patients (height, weight, age, and body mass index) in skeletally mature patients. Methods: A profile of 34 patients (25 males, 9 females with mean age of 28.5±8.2 (Yrs) aged from 18 to 30 years who received PLT autograft for ACL reconstruction in this prospective observational study. Demographic characteristics of the patients and leg length, and proximal and distal leg diameters were recorded before the operation. The PLT autograft diameter and length were measured during the surgery.
Results: During the period of the study, 37 patients underwent ACL reconstruction. Three patients were excluded and 34 patients fulfilled the inclusion criteria. A statistically significant correlation was found between the graft diameter and length and weight, height, body mass index (BMI), leg length, and proximal and distal leg diameters (p<0.01). Distal leg diameter had the highest correlation coefficient for the PLT autograft diameter (r=0.891), while the height had the highest correlation coefficient for the PLT autograft length (r=0.871). In 75% of patients were peroneus longus tendon is sufficient to for ACL reconstruction.
Conclusion: Anthropometric parameters of height, weight, BMI, leg length, and proximal and distal leg diameters may be helpful for surgeons to predict the diameter and length of the PLT autograft before surgery. Among these parameters, we believe that distal leg diameter is a particularly important parameter in estimating the autograft diameter. Although the results of this study are promising, further large-scale, long-term, prospective studies are needed to reach more accurate results.
