Effect Of Intravenous Vs Topical Tranexamic Acid On Bleeding During Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
Tranexamic acid functions as a hemostatic agent by impeding the degradation of fibrin, potentially offering advantages in the management of surgical bleeding. A search yielded 47 randomised controlled studies. We excluded 24 studies that did not meet our criteria. Our systematic review manuscript included 23 eligible studies. The retrieved, excluded, and included studies were all randomised controlled. 16 of 23 randomised controlled trials, most of which were double-blind controlled versus placebo trials, examined tranexamic acid administration (topical or intravenous). The combined and intravenous administration of tranexamic acid showed a difference. With moderate certainty, tranexamic acid is likely to significantly reduce surgical field bleeding score compared to placebo in 16 studies. Tranexamic acid administered intravenously, topically, locally, or in a dual-administration formulation may improve intraoperative bleeding and the operative field in nasal surgery patients. Comparative Accuracy Of Visual Examination And E-Dental Checkup (Teledentistry) In Dental Caries Detection Of Pediatric Population- A Systematic Review And Meta-analysis.
Objective: To assess the comparative accuracy of visual examination and e-dental check-up (teledentistry) in dental caries detection of the pediatric population through a systematic review and meta-analysis.
Methods: A comprehensive search of electronic databases, including PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, and Web of Science, was conducted to identify relevant studies published with no time frame. Studies comparing the diagnostic accuracy of visual examination and teledentistry for dental caries detection in children were included. The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale was used to assess the risk of bias in the included studies. Data extraction and analysis were performed using meta-analysis software.
Results: This systematic review and meta-analysis has been registered at the International Prospective Register Of Systematic review- PROSPERO- CRD42023452855. This review follows the guidelines of preferred reporting items in systematic review and meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. A total of 3 studies met the inclusion criteria. The pooled sensitivity and specificity of teledentistry for dental caries detection were 90.3% (95% CI: 86.5%-93.2%) and 91.0% (95% CI: 87.7%-93.3%), respectively. The pooled accuracy of teledentistry was 92.1% (95% CI: 89.4%-94.2%). There was no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of teledentistry and visual examination. Conclusions: Teledentistry is a promising tool for dental caries detection in the pediatric population, demonstrating comparable accuracy to visual examination. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of teledentistry in pediatric dental care

Simultaneous Determination of Ivabradine and Metoprolol by Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography Bulk and Pharmaceutical Dosage Form and Its Stability Studies
A precise and efficient method for measuring Ivabradine and Metoprolol in bulk and pharmaceutical products has been developed using Reversed-Phase Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-UPLC). The experiment utilized an SB C8 100 x 3.0mm, 1.8mm column with a running phase consisting of a 50:50v/v ratio of Buffer 0.01N Potassium dihydrogen ortho phosphate to Acetonitrile. The flow rate was set at 0.3 ml/min. A wavelength of 260 nm was used for UV detection. The correlation parameters for Ivabradine and Metoprolol were highly significant, with values close to 99.9% and % MSD, respectively

The 200 individuals in the research had their gender differences, resilience, work stress, and sleep quality assessed. Occupational stress had a positive correlation with sleep quality, whereas, resilience a negative correlation with sleep quality. There were gender disparities found, with men scoring better on sleep quality than women. The significance of mitigating work-related stresses and fostering resilience in order to improve sleep quality is highlighted by these findings, especially for female employees. The study adds to our knowledge of the ways in which occupational characteristics affect well-being and emphasizes the necessity of focused workplace interventions. Organizations may promote healthier work environments and enhance the general well-being of their employees by addressing these variables. To give a more thorough explanation of these linkages, future research should take into account greater demographic and occupational variety. Attitude Of Teacher Educators Towards E-Learning And Traditional Learning: A Comparative Study
The present study is an investigation among the teacher educators in respect of their attitude towards e learning and traditional learning. For this purpose Descriptive Survey Method was used by the investigator. The purposive random sampling technique was used. In order to collect the data for the study Paschim Medinipur district was selected randomly. Then, 10 colleges of education were selected randomly from that district. Thereafter, 100 teacher educators were selected randomly from these colleges. Two self-made questionnaire were used by the researcher to study the attitude of teacher educators towards e-learning and towards traditional learning. Mean, Standard Deviation, t- test and Percentage were used for data analysis. The findings of the study indicate that teacher educators have unfavourable attitude towards traditional learning. It also indicates that the male and female teacher educators do not differ in respect of their attitude towards e learning. 
Green Synthesis And Characterization of Copper Oxide And Cobalt Oxides Nanoparticles Using Moringa Oleifera Fruit Extract
Currently, researchers widely use natural resources as reducing and stabilizing agents to synthesize copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO-NPs) and cobalt oxide nanoparticles (CoO NPs) due to their eco-friendly, easy, affordable, and viable characteristics. Non-toxic and cost-effective CuO nanoparticles were produced utilizing an eco-friendly method involving moringa oleifera fruit extract. The UV-visible spectroscopy technique was used to uncover the optical characteristics of copper oxide and cobalt oxide nanoparticles synthesized using green methods. The study used Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to analyze the active biomolecules and functional groups involved in the biological reduction of metal ions into nano-scale CuO and CoO particles. X-ray diffraction experiments were conducted to examine the structure, phase, and crystalline planes of nanoparticles. The experimental findings demonstrate that moringa oleifera fruit can be used as a cost-effective and advantageous bio-resource for producing metal oxide nanoparticles. These standard nanoparticles have potential applications in various domains such as medicinal, industrial, and environmental. Green Synthesis And Characterization Of Iron And Cobalt Oxide Nanoparticles Using Phaseolus Lunatus Flower Extract
Green nanoparticle synthesis is a promising, environmentally friendly, and secure method. Iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe2O3-NPs) and cobalt oxide nanoparticles (CoO-NPs) were prepared in the present research by using an aqueous flower extract of phaseolus lunatus. The prepared Fe2O3-NPs and CoO-NPs were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The synthesis of FeONPs was validated by the surface plasmon resonance effect. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) showed that the average particle size of FeONPs is around 163.5 nm, with a polydispersity index of 0.091 and a zeta potential of -13.8 mV. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed an endothermic peak at 176.91°C. The Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) analysis revealed that iron nanoparticles exhibit superparamagnetic properties with a magnetization value of 3.483 emu/g at room temperature, indicating their potential for use in a magnetically targeted drug delivery system. This biosynthetic approach has been demonstrated to be cost-effective, eco-friendly, and holds great potential for application in biomedical research

In this regard, despite housing being a normal good, basic regression estimations show that income elasticity of house price fluctuations over the post-2010 period is negative. We explore the role of income distribution in order to uncover the fundamental cause. According to our empirical research, there is a positive (negative) correlation between changes in housing prices and the proportion of households in the bottom (top) quintiles of income.A jump in demand driven by an increase in the income share of the top income quintile may not put pressure on house prices given the existing adequate supply of homes at the high end of the market. Additionally, a decrease in their home demand may result from the bottom three income quintiles\u27 diminishing income share. In order to reduce the disparities in the housing market, strategies aimed at increasing income equality may be helpful
