Photographic Assessment to Evaluate Effectiveness of Low-Level LASER Therapy in Wound Healing: A Randomized Controlled Trial
Introduction: Among the existing non-invasive therapies, Low Level LASER Therapy (LLLT) has been gaining interest as various studies have proved its effectiveness in the treatment of non-healing wounds but no studies have been done to report the effects within a shorter duration when compared to Standard Operating Procedure.
Aims: To evaluate the effectiveness of LLLT on ulcer dimensions using photographic assessment and simple ruler method. To compare effectiveness of Standard Operating Procedure and LLLT on ulcer dimensions using photographic assessment and simple ruler method.
Materials and methods: A randomized controlled trial was carried out on total of 30 subjects divided randomly into 2 groups of 15 each. Standard operating procedure was given to group A, whereas LLLT along with Standard Operating Procedure was administered to group B. Intervention was given for 6 days. Patients were assessed for ulcer dimensions using a simple ruler method and IMITO Measure app, and pain assessment was done using Visual Analogue Scale pre and post intervention of 6 days.
Results and discussion: Significant improvement in pain reduction was seen in both the groups (p<0.05). But when comparison was done between the groups, no significance was reported (p>0.05). There was no significant difference noted in the ulcer dimensions in both groups (p>0.05).
Conclusion: The study concludes that standard operating procedure is equally beneficial as in combination with LLLT. LLLT can be used in conventional therapy to lessen the pain of the patient

The findings of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of the role of ICT in transforming agriculture and fostering rural development. This article offers an in-depth discussion and analysis of the many forms of electronic media. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the fundamental, contemporary, and cutting-edge aspects of electronic media. It is generally accepted that more straightforward forms of media, such as radio and television, are the communication methods that are the most trustworthy, dependable, and far-reaching. Innovative forms of electronic media, such as interactive computer video technology (ICVT), help satisfy the requirement for engagement throughout the communication process, which in turn improves the overall quality of the extension process. Computer Aided Agricultural Extension (CAEx) and Information Village (IV) combine conventional and suggested forms of technology in order to produce and disseminate information that is pertinent to rural regions on a local level. The applications of information and communication technologies (ICT) to agricultural and rural development are numerous and ubiquitous. KIOSKS, the use of GIS, electronic libraries, and other innovations fall under this category. Cams installed in rural areas, such as those monitoring corn and dairy production, are examples of valuable technology that might be disseminated using the metaphor of virtual farming. E-agricultural marketplaces offer a variety of services to farmers, including the procurement of seeds, fertilizers, insecticides, and other agricultural supplies. Other types of contemporary media include interactive multimedia, video text, and teletext, which are all examples of current electronic media

Examining Energizing Value as a Component of Perceived Value through Confirmatory Composite Analysis from a Psychological Viewpoint
Numerous educational studies delve into cognitive factors, such as the cost, service quality, and teaching caliber of universities that high school students in Indonesia target. Within an individual\u27s perception, several emotions like relaxation, positive feelings, affinity, and satisfaction come into play for immediate decision-making. However, when it comes to weighty choices like selecting a university, this process falls into the realm of intricate decision-making. Hence, the required emotions extend beyond momentary sensations to those of a future-oriented nature. Transient emotions like enjoyment and happiness prove inadequate. To address this, the present research discerns emotions with a forward-looking orientation, which are then categorized as energizing values. Employing a quantitative approach, the study acquires primary data from 216 high school students through Google Forms. Following data collection, the Confirmatory Composite Analysis technique is applied to yield outcomes. These outcomes are then subjected to empirical testing of the Energizing Value through the Confirmatory Composite Analysis (CCA) method. A total of seven testing stages are conducted, culminating in the conclusion that the emotional value construct can be distinctly differentiated from the energizing value construct
