Investigating Psychological Factors Influencing Perceived Student Satisfaction Toward Online Learning
In several countries, online learning has been used in place of traditional learning as a re-sult of the Covid-19 pandemic epidemic, and various online learning approaches have been promoted and implemented. The epidemic pushed a shift away from traditional classroom settings to online learning as it spread over the world. Thus, many educational settings in third-world countries have encountered challenges in successfully carrying out e-learning programs including Kurdistan. Nonetheless, assessing students as the main stakeholders in the process of e-learning is worth considering to develop an education system in compliance with their needs. Therefore, the research is aiming to develop a ho-listic model that conceptualizes a thorough picture of the most crucial factors that impact student satisfaction through following diverse-method, and mainly depending on the quantitative data collected from four universities in Erbil. Multiple data analysis methods have been utilized through this research such as Pearson Coefficient Correlation, Multiple Linear Regression, and T-test. The results show that students\u27 satisfaction after the recent experience has been moderate and the factors for electronic course design quality and content are the most influential on students\u27 satisfaction followed by student e-Communication, technology quality, and lastly, student Self-efficacy in terms of using technology. This research will help academicians to understand students’ needs through comprehension of which factors enhance students’ learning and satisfaction levels
Cognitive Well-Being and Psychological Assistance after Disasters in Southeast Asia
Background: The cause of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) has become more prominent in the realm of disaster and emergency management. Although its precise degree is unknown, this trend can be seen throughout the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) sector.
Objective: This study suggested the use of psychological support for cognitive well-being in south Asia after disaster.
Methods: A variety of approaches was used to collect data for a study. This strategy involved a mapping exercise where MHPSS actors were asked to provide pertinent paperwork and project descriptions. Between January and November of this year, we completed the mapping project. The majority of the found materials focused on strengthening systems and creating capacity, building resilience and school and child-focused DRR, inclusive DRR, policy development, consensus building, awareness rising, and information dissemination.
Result: The results also showed that formal descriptions, structures, or instructions for integrating MHPSS and DRR are not universally agreed upon. The empirical evidence and existing implementation techniques differed throughout the various domains of action. Statistical and quantitative methods are combined in this analysis to help find these patterns, evaluate quality, and track progress. The study concluded that natural risks outweigh those posed by humans. Asia is the continent with the most disaster occurrences, although only 11% of these incidents were counted in this study.
Conclusion: Finally, research seems to approach disaster organizational development in a reactive rather than proactive manner, yet this method has advantages. It\u27s important to reflect on what this means for the future of disaster preparedness and MHPSS unity, as well as for expanding MHPSS\u27s methodology to incorporate pre-disaster development

Techno-Pedagogical Competence among the B.Ed. Trainees
Techno-Pedagogical Competence can play a major role for teachers in their professional growth and for shaping the future of the nation. Perceived Ease of Use and IT Infrastructures Factors and Their Impact on the Customers’ Intention to Adopt Digital Banking Services among the Algerian Banks
The current study investigated the factors that affect the adoption of digital banking users in Algeria. Two factors were included in the analysis, namely Perceived ease of use and IT Infrastructures. This study targeted bank customers who have bank accounts in Algerian banks, adults, and those above 18 years old. The research used a quantitative approach based on primary data collected through a survey- questionnaire. A total of 414 finalized respondents were taken further from the distributed questionnaires for data analysis and interpretation using Smart PLS 4.0 and SPSS 26.0. The research framework in this study is guided by the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). The adoption of digital banking was found to be highly influenced by both criteria, namely Perceived Ease of Use and IT Infrastructures. The analysis process suggested that knowing the link between the factors that have been mentioned in the study and the adoption of digital banking services could assist banking institutions in improving their services. As a result, they would be able to re-evaluate their plans and choices concerning digital banking services, which will enable banking organisations to attract clients and decrease their operating expenses. Despite there is lots of information in previous literature regarding the theoretical factors that may affect the adoption of digital banking services, the researchers only found a small amount of empirical evidence that examined the connection between the adoption of digital banking and the variables that were discussed in this study. The study could therefore be important since it could give banking organisations the foundation and knowledge they need to change while offering a variety of solutions and services to their consumers. Additionally, it might be fascinating for other researchers to be aware of studies like the one at hand since they might think to examine the influence of these types of factors in their own research.
