Additionally, there was a favourable correlation found between mental health symptoms and behavioural engagement in climate-related activities
Psychological Expertise And Psychological Care For Offenders
Human behaviour can sometimes be abnormal and deviant, leading individuals to commit acts of aggression or crime against others, property or even themselves. It is therefore important to explore the motivations behind such behaviour and to investigate how deviant behaviour can be treated using psychological approaches. This is the field of criminal psychology, which focuses on the study of the offender’s personality and the factors that drive criminal behaviour. It also involves classifying offenders on the basis of their psychological, physical or social characteristics and categorising the crimes they commit in order to understand the underlying causes and provide appropriate psychological treatment.
Psychological expertise is recognised as a critical tool used by judges during judicial investigations in certain criminal cases. It is essential for assessing the psychological state of the offender at the time of the crime, which helps to determine their criminal responsibility.
Based on this, we aim to delve into this area to discuss psychological expertise and address its key elements, in order to outline a simple understanding of its nature, techniques and more

Elderly Paprents: Caregiving Challenges Of Sandwich Generation- A Study In Sivasagar District
Sandwich generation is a generation of people typically in their thirties to fifties, responsible for both bringing up their own growing children and taking care of their own ageing parents which, it creates some challenges to the sandwich generation. There are many aspects like physical, financial, and emotional and time causes challenges to the sandwich generation. These challenges will be doubled in case of working couples. Working couples are again sandwiched between the needs of children, parents and workplaces. One hundred numbers of respondents have been selected from Sivasagar district of Assam by adopting stratified random sampling techniques. The majority of responders, according to the report, are in their middle years (40 to 50). Majority of respondents had completed upper secondary levels. The research indicates that the sandwich generation\u27s major issues are emotional ones. The sandwich generation is burdened with a lot of work, including taking care of their ageing parents on top of their jobs, careers, and children. Caretakers must regularly chat with their parents for their mental well-being, schedule some leisure activities with them to keep them happy, and perform other things in order to keep their parents happy. Both sandwich generation workers and non-workers may experience emotional imbalance and mental stress as a result of these difficulties. The findings indicated that the physical, financial, and emotional issues faced by the sandwich generation are severe. Time factors were not statistically substantially changed by any of the variables, however. The findings revealed considerable differences between working and non-working women in terms of time, money, and physical characteristics. The emotional features of working and non-working women did not significantly differ. The Sandwich Generation is not a recent phenomenon, but it has received little attention. With an ageing population, there is a greater need for Sandwich Generation caregivers to be aware of available options

The Concept Of Cultural Orientation And The Problem Of Adaptation According To Thinker Malek Bennabi: A Sociological Introduction
Through the concept of cultural orientation, thinker Malek Bennabi was able to outline the key features of change in an analytical work focusing on the components that culture should be built upon, and how these components interact to form a general perception. This perception imposes its constraints on the individual, preparing them to engage in the circle of civilization, from which they have been separated since the post-Almohad period. Additionally, the major issue that hinders the realization of this perception into reality is the problem of adaptation, which represents a formidable barrier to any achievement of revival and to overcoming the state of dependency that has become an obstacle to any attempt at change
Predictors Of Teacher-Child Interactions In Early Childhood Institutions: An Exploratory Study
Teachers in pre-schools are expected to be caregivers and help children transition from the home to the school environment. At that age quality learning outcomes for children involves stimulating activities guided by attentive and engaging teachers. The experiences and attachments formed in the early years are known to have long lasting effects on their later development and the role of teacher-child interactions is critical to these experiences. The current paper explored teacher-child interactions in early childhood institutions in Ghana and the factors (predictors) that influenced teachers’ interactions with children in their care. Factors explored were teachers’ characteristics (level of education, years of experience, age, beliefs, intentions and perceived interactions) and external characteristics (class size, special needs child present, other staff present) on teacher-child interactions. The study utilized a quantitative approach to data collection under a cross sectional design. Correlation analysis revealed that teachers’ perceived interactions predicted their observed interactions (practice). Also class size (number of children present), the presence of special needs child, teachers’ level of education and intentions as predictors of teacher-child observed interactions were supported
