Pedagogy of Multipurpose Farming Machine and Its Effect on Social Work of Farmers
India\u27s economy is based on agriculture. There is a lot of fieldwork in the agricultural industry, such as weeding, reaping, planting, and other activities that were formerly done with conventional equipment. Working with such equipment was exhausting and time-consuming. Traditional methods are also time-consuming. Agriculture mechanization made farming simpler and faster. For virtually every job in agriculture, there are a variety of equipment available. Machines may help with anything from land preparation to agricultural harvesting and other processes. This machine is not just a faster and more efficient method to do these jobs. Agriculture machinery is more expensive these days, and most farmers with a rural background cannot afford it. The majority of Indian farmers own relatively tiny plots of land, therefore buying this more expensive equipment may not be viable for them. Aside from that, most farmers regard conventional agricultural techniques as their main approaches. In light of the aforementioned considerations, it is necessary to design equipment that can be used many times and is also inexpensive
Special Education Students’ Cognitive and Psychology Discerment on Online Classroom Management in English Language Teaching Process
Students in the first grade of senior high school were surveyed in this research on their expectations for English Language Teaching. The assumption is that online class management will be successful. There were 60 students who were requested to fill out questionnaires including 25 items related to various management styles and strategies. In an online class, many professors use a combination of intrinsic and extrinsic qualities. What could professors do in an online class to help students better comprehend and enjoy the learning process was asked of students on a five-point scale ranging from "not important" to "extremely important." It was entirely up to the participants whether or not they filled out the surveys. As a surprise, students and instructors both agreed that online class administration is necessary. During the learning process, students were eager to know whether they were respected and listened to by their professors, and if they could talk freely in their classrooms. As instructors plan their online lessons, they believe this information will assist them in creating an enjoyable online class with their students
Enhancing MSMEs Performance through Innovation: Evidence from East Java, Indonesia
This study aims to determine the influence of knowledge management, financial Literacy, and technology orientation on the innovation capabilities and performance of halal-certified MSMEs in East Java, Indonesia. Innovation capabilities mediate the influence of knowledge management, financial Literacy, and technology orientation on MSME performance. The quantitative approach explores data by distributing questionnaires to 175 MSME owners certified halal in the Malang and Pasuruan areas. Based on the data analysis using PLS-SEM (Smart PLS 4), this research shows findings that emphasize the power of innovation capabilities in the relationship between knowledge management and financial Literacy as an antecedent to MSMEs\u27 performance. Meanwhile, the influence of technology orientation on the innovation capability and performance of MSMEs is insignificant in improving MSMEs\u27 performance. Knowledge resources must be acquired, shared, and applied to enhance product quality, production methods, and markets. Halal-oriented MSME owners should adopt new products and create new variants to maximize innovation. Additionally, to outperform rivals, Halal-oriented MSME owners must find ways to enhance the production process and begin implementing other MSME production processes. The findings of this study also contribute to the existing literature on knowledge management, financial Literacy, and technology orientation on MSMEs\u27 performance
Constructing a Psychological and Practical Intelligence Test for Primary School Students in the City of Mosul
The current research aimed to build a practical intelligence test for primary school students in the city of Mosul, and the basic research sample consisted of (500) students selected by stratified random method from primary schools in the city of Mosul for the academic year (2022/2023) distributed over (10) schools, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researchers applied the practical intelligence test and the sincerity of the test was verified by adopting (right virtual ,right factorial ,and right construction) As for the stability, it was calculated in a way (re-test and Facronbach) and after applying the tool, the data was treated statistically using Statistical Bag Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) The results of factor honesty indicated that the positions of practical intelligence are saturated on three areas (verbal, numerical, formal), and that the factor honesty between the three areas is saturated under one dimension is (practical intelligence). All practical intelligence test positions have a good level of discriminatory power. The percentage of difficulty of practical intelligence test positions ranges between (0.33 – 0.74). The percentage of ease of positions of the practical intelligence test ranges between (0.26 – 0.67). The practical intelligence test has a good level of stability in the way of re-testing.After investigating the results of the research, the researchers came out with some recommendations, including the need to rely on intelligence tests in schools in order to stand on the levels of real students that are sometimes difficult to detect in methodological books and the researchers suggested future studies to apply the practical intelligence test on different samples (middle school students, middle school, university)
Psychological Relationship of Mechanical Ventilation Power on Mortality of Covid-19 Critically Ill Patients
Introduction: ARDS is a type of lung injury that causes inflammation and makes it harder for oxygen to get into the bloodstream. Some treatments have been suggested, such as using less air with each breath, increasing pressure when breathing out, and using special positions or machines to help the lungs. But it\u27s not clear how much these treatments can improve outcomes for patients with ARDS. So far, no studies have looked specifically at whether using more or less mechanical power to help patients breathe affects their chances of survival or other important measures of health.
Objectives: This research aimed to investigate how the use of mechanical ventilation affects the likelihood of death in patients who are severely ill with COVID-19.
Methods: This study adopts a cross-sectional design and retrospective analysis, observing critically ill patients who are being treated in the Special Isolation Ward of Dr. Soetomo Hospital\u27s intensive care unit. The population for this study consists of critically ill patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research sample is obtained through randomized sampling, where all eligible individuals meeting the criteria are included in the sample size.
Results: The study findings reveal a correlation between mechanical ventilation power and mortality among COVID-19 patients with ARDS. The mechanical power of ventilation is identified as a significant variable in this study, with a cut-off point of 17.4. Patients above this cut-off point are at 3.65 times higher risk of death compared to those below it. Moreover, there is evidence of a relationship between the mechanical power of ventilation variable and the P/F Ratio, as a higher mechanical power is associated with a decrease in the P/F Ratio.
Conclusions: The study has identified a correlation between the P/F Ratio variable and mortality in COVID-19 patients with ARDS. On the other hand, there is no evidence of a relationship between the compliance variable and mortality in COVID-19 patients with ARDS
Research Trend Analysis About Child Abuse and well being During Covid-19 Period
Through examination of trends in child abuse research published in academic journals from 2019 to 2021, the purpose of this study is to identify future research plans and options to address the problem of child abuse. In order to do this, we examined 288 publications on child abuse that were published in KCI-listed journals between 2019 and 2021, categorizing them into four groups: academic disciplines, research topics, research types, and research subjects. The Academy for Social Sciences, therefore, published more than 87.8% of the analysis papers in each academic field.
The sequence in which the articles on each research topic were published was the influence of abuse, actual conditions and perceptions, institutions, laws, and policies. Among the empirical scientific studies, survey research accounted for most of the characteristics of each type of study, and research trends by research subjects were found to be the most common for general children. In summary, most of the topics related to child abuse during the COVID-19 period were found to be survey studies using questionnaires structured in the form of surveys on the impact of abuse on general children. Therefore, future research on child abuse should be approached at the social dimension, such as family and child protection agency workers, to intervene in the prevention of child abuse or come up with therapeutic alternative
Impact of Media Violence on Behaviour of Children Exposed to Subtle and Direct Forms as Visualized on Television, Movies and Video Games
The pervasive presence of mass media in 20th and 21st-century society is one of the most noticeable shifts in our social environment. Media like television, radio, movies, videos, arcade games, cell phones, and networks of computers are increasingly ubiquitous in our children\u27s everyday lives. The media has a significant impact on our children, both positively and negatively. A major drawback of modern electronic mass media is the damage it does to children\u27s health. Since the 1960s, it has been increasing proof suggesting that being surrounded by violence on screen raises the risk in violent behaviour in the viewer, a lot like being brought up in a violent family raises the risk

Recently, Vietnam has seriously discussed forest protection in many important meetings in Vietnam and worldwide. The people from Vietnam have suffered because of bad consequences after many years of badly using forests. It is an urgent time to look for the answer to save the country relating to forest protection. Climate change, soil degradation, storms, and floods are rising. One of the fundamental causes comes from the destruction of forests. The declining rate of forests has been seriously affecting to ensure the socio-economic development of the world in general and Vietnam in particular. In addition, afforestation, forest protection, and forest cover increment are among the indicators to evaluate the sustainable development of countries in the sustainable development goals. Recognizing the importance of forests, in this article, the author focuses on analyzing the policies on forest protection in Vietnam in recent years. The author will provide solutions to improve the law on forest protection policies in Vietnam by analysing the applicable laws and the current forest protection
Behavior Psychology Learning Management of Cultural Change Conflict based on the Media Film the Last Samurai
This study aims to describe behavior learning management in managing cultural transitions based on film media, both those based on the film\u27s narrative dimensions (textual) and interpretive dimensions (the context). The stages of textual analysis and contextual interpretation consist of four stages, namely: First, related to the question of what are the risks to the nation that arise during the transitional period in Japan from the samurai era to the new era; secondly, what is the attitude of the emperor as the nation\u27s leader towards the defeated samurai figures and the nation\u27s traditions that fought to the death; third, how important is the presence of a wise figure who understands the two warring parties in explaining the nature of the conflict between the old tradition and the new one. The analysis and interpretation techniques are based on the Cultural Manifestation approach from Geets Hofstede with the main reference to the concept of "Onion Diagram". Mainly based on the reality of the fact that after Japan made changes through the Meiji restoration, it was able to achieve achievements as one of the superpowers. The research method uses descriptive narrative. The analysis and interpretation techniques are based on the Cultural Manifestation approach from Geets Hofstede with the main reference to the concept of "Onion Diagram".The results of the research on The Last Samurai film proved to have found layers of cultural manifestations that could potentially be used as learning media based on the description of the findings: first, a fundamental change related to cultural manifestations will raise the risk of violent conflict from two conflicting parties massively resulting in death and damage to various public facilities, followed by the effect of changes in cultural symbols in the form of clothing, social status, manners and technology; second, the attitude of a heroic national leader, after winning a war conflict, practices a positive attitude, by accepting and forgiving the losing figures and parties on the basis that as fellow national figures, although they have different views and ways of fighting, they both aim for the interests of the country
Positive Self-presentation and Negative Other Presentation as an Exemplification Self-presentational Strategy: A Critical Pragmatic Analysis
The present study deals with the use of positive self-presentation and negative other-presentation for achieving the impression related to exemplification strategy. The problem of this study is that the use of positive-self-presentation and negatives other-presentation by Anjem Choudary for achieving the impression of exemplification for passing the ideology of extremism to the audience to gain acceptance for his radical groups and to control the minds of people has not been investigated from a critical pragmatic perspective. This study aims at investigating the use of this strategy for exemplifying himself and passing Islamic extremism to the audience. This study hypothesizesthat positive self-presentation and negative other presentation can be used for achieving the exemplification self-presentational strategy and Anjem Choudary uses this strategy for achieving this impression. This study is significant since it sheds light on the use of positive self-presentation and negative-other presentation for achieving the self-presentational strategies’ impression and passing different ideologies to the audience
