A Study On The Impact Of Experiential Diversity On Employee Retention In Indian It Sector
In today’s dynamic work environment, retaining skilled professionals has become a critical challenge, particularly in the Indian IT sector. This study explores the role of experiential diversity—such as cross-functional roles and project variety—in influencing employee retention among executives in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Addressing a gap in understanding, the research investigates how diverse work experiences enhance job satisfaction, skill development, and career growth, ultimately impacting retention. A mixed-method approach was used, involving a survey of 302 executives from leading IT firms and qualitative interviews. Quantitative analysis identified key factors of experiential diversity, while qualitative insights revealed employees’ perspectives on how these experiences influence their intent to stay. The study developed a conceptual model illustrating the relationship between experiential diversity and retention. Findings suggest that experiential diversity significantly improves retention by fostering engagement and career satisfaction. Future research could assess its long-term effects and applicability across other sectors
Anxiety Disorders Among The Nicotine Dependent People And Homoeopathic Treatment.
Nicotine addiction is increasingly becoming a widespread concern, with significant health implications. Among the many effects of nicotine, its connection to mental health, specifically anxiety, stands out. While nicotine provides temporary relief from anxiety by acting as an anxiolytic, this short-term effect can lead to dependency. As users rely on nicotine to manage stress, they become trapped in a vicious cycle: nicotine alleviates anxiety briefly, but dependency eventually increases anxiety, creating a loop where anxiety and nicotine consumption reinforce each other. Nicotine withdrawal can further complicate this relationship. When attempting to quit, individuals often experience heightened anxiety, which may drive them back to smoking or vaping. However, research shows that long-term cessation leads to reduced anxiety levels, highlighting the importance of overcoming initial withdrawal symptoms. There is also some evidence from homeopathic medicine suggesting it can help manage both nicotine dependency and related anxiety. In homeopathy, treatment is tailored to each patient, focusing on the totality of symptoms and the individual’s unique experience. By addressing the broader spectrum of symptoms rather than just the nicotine addiction itself, homeopathy aims to bring more holistic relief
Indian Scenario of Tonsillitis & Its Homoeopathic Approach- A Review
Tonsillitis, an inflammation of the tonsils caused primarily by viral or bacterial infections, is a common ailment that affects individuals of all age groups, particularly in children. In the Indian context, tonsillitis is a frequently encountered condition, with its prevalence influenced by climatic variations, population density, hygiene practices, and socio-economic factors. Acute and chronic forms of tonsillitis can lead to recurrent throat infections, discomfort, and, in severe cases, complications such as peritonsillar abscess and systemic spread. The conventional treatment involves antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications, but these have limitations, including side effects, antibiotic resistance, and symptom recurrence.
Homoeopathy, with its holistic approach, offers a promising alternative for the treatment and prevention of tonsillitis. This system of medicine emphasizes individualized treatment, targeting the root causes and constitutional imbalances rather than just alleviating symptoms. Several homoeopathic remedies, such as Belladonna, Mercurius solubilis, Hepar sulphuris, and Lachesis, have shown efficacy in managing tonsillitis, particularly in reducing inflammation, boosting immunity, and preventing recurrent infections. Homoeopathy also focuses on managing the emotional and physical well-being of the patient, which can aid in faster recovery and better long-term outcomes.
This abstract explores the epidemiology of tonsillitis in India, the challenges associated with conventional treatments, and the potential of homoeopathic remedies in providing a safe, effective, and personalized therapeutic option. The paper aims to present an integrated approach to managing tonsillitis, incorporating both traditional and modern medical perspectives, to improve patient care and reduce the burden of recurrent infections in the Indian population

AMR: Difficulties in Treating Antibacterial Medication Diseases in Clinical Settings, Environment and People’s Live
The significance of the ecology in the worldwide development of clinically significant resistance to antibiotics is becoming increasingly acknowledged. Many of the routes involved for the introduction of inhibition substances into the environment are monitored and controlled by environmental authorities. Ecological authorities should thus be heavily involved in the creation of a worldwide Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) organisational function. It is said that our lack of understanding of some of the most important concerns is the reason why there are no environmental mitigation methods in the current AMR action plans. Below, we shall investigate the issue of AMR in the ecosystem from the viewpoint of an environmental regulator, using the Ministry Of environment as an example to make worldwide comparisons. We provide a number of hypotheses that illustrate how different potential solutions may function. We draw the following conclusions: (1) Not all potentially relevant AMR routes and drivers are covered by AMR action plans; and (2) AMR action plans are insufficient in part because there is a dearth of research to inform policy, which has to be addressed
