Introduction: During the COVID-19 epidemic, lockdown constraints were enforced by nations all around the globe. A lockdown has been proposed as a solution situation, comprising physical and social isolation measures, for individuals who have an excessive amount of chronic pain and need quick adaption to care and treatment plans. Method: We examined the lockdown restrictions in the UK affected people with chronic pain (N=431) in comparison to a healthy control group (N=88) with a wired technique. Data were gathered from 2020 from mid-April through early May, which was the UK\u27s strictest lockdown period. We hypothesized that increases in pain and psychological discomfort associated with lockdowns degrees of pain would act as a mediator catastrophizing, in line with the fear-avoidance paradigm. Results: In comparison to their estimates of the average pain levels before confinement, responses showed that those with chronic pain felt higher pain intensity (p<001). Additionally, they were more negatively impacted by lockdown situations than those who weren\u27t in pain, showing higher levels of self-perceived anxiety and depression, improved isolation, and decreased physical activity levels (p<001). According to the categorized model analysis, pain catastrophizing was a significant contributor to the degree of self-reported raises in pain intensity through isolation (β =.28, p<001) and also acted as a mediator between pain and depressed mood. Increased pain sensations were similarly correlated with perceived declines in physical activity levels (β=.15, p<001). Interestingly, a subsection (N=85) does not appear to have an important difference in pain greatness levels. Nevertheless, people in this subgroup continued to report higher levels of self-perceived pain through lockdown, which was also expected, given typical pain levels catastrophizing. Conclusion: Results show that patients with chronic pain have negative lockout consequences, including self-perceived pain increases. The use of remote pain treatment aims to decrease pain catastrophizing and improve health. For this sensitive demographic, actions like physical exercise may be useful

Design/methodology/approach: A modernized SERVQUAL measuring device collected data from Pakistani private and governmental healthcare institutions. Absolute GRA, the second synthetic GRA model, and Deng\u27s GRA were all employed to solve an issue. Findings: According to under-relational analysis models, reliability and responsiveness are valued in public and private healthcare, respectively, most potent predictors of patient satisfaction. According to Hurwicz\u27s criteria, patients that receive personal care are more inclined to be satisfied with healthcare institutions. Limitations/implications: The rules are also part of a SERVQUAL model incorporated into this study; for instance, the report asserts that because Pakistani public sector healthcare facilities lack "cost," a crucial quality indicator, in light of the remarks that Pakistani patients made were concerned with cost, model was unable to assess the status about health care system accurately. The study suggests modifying the SERVQUAL model for underdeveloped and resource-constrained nations where people\u27s perceptions of hospital quality are likely to be impacted by the cost of treatments. Originality/value: The research pioneered GRA models, specifically the second artificial GRA model, to assess Lahore and Rawalpindi\u27s public and private healthcare systems. It effectively demonstrates the use of grey approaches, which may reach sound conclusions even with tiny samples, as an alternative to the statistical method of data analysis

In an attempt to examine the effect of social-emotional learning programs on the academic progress of grade 11 students, a 12-week experimental study was conducted.  This study included 174 male and female grade 11 students from two private schools in Lebanon. The researchers introduced emotional intelligence skills and abilities through two steps: the first included an introductory program to Emotional intelligence and the second was the analysis of four literary short stories. The instructional approach addressed three levels. The first is ESL. Informational and conceptual levels followed. To develop their understanding of emotional intelligence, students analyzed the emotional intelligence traits and skills of the protagonists and the antagonists in each story. To measure the impact of the program, participants took the Shutte Social Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT) both before and after the intervention. The statistical analysis included the following procedures: (1) Descriptive statistics were used to present the differences in means and standard variation of both dependent and independent variables. (2) Paired t-tests and independent t-tests were made to see differences in means among control and experimental groups as well as in the same group to compare pre and post-results. The results did not reveal significant improvements in the students\u27 overall average scores. However, the correlational analysis showed a relationship between students’ academic results and emotional intelligence (EQ) revealing that higher levels of emotional intelligence were associated with greater academic success
