The Psychological Importance of Market Orientation in the Public Sector Enterprise from the viewpoint of an Emerging Economy
Get PDFThe marketing orientation of public sector enterprises can be defined as a customer-centred approach which helps to design their products. Marketing orientation aims to understand the consumers\u27 view of their immediate needs and takes care of their primary to significant needs and concerns or personal references within particular product categories which also helps to improve their business in the market. This study focuses on evaluating the different factors that are associated with the marketing orientation strategies in the public sector enterprises of an emerging economy, India to understand the basic concept of marketing orientation. In this study, there is a detailed discussion about the relationship between marketing orientation, organisational commitment and the performance of the organisation. Besides that, different positive and negative factors of marketing orientation in India have been evaluated in this study to understand the importance of market orientation strategies in the public sectors of the country. Apart from that, this study has included several strategies to improve the marketing orientation of the public sectors in India to improve the different business positions of the country in the market. Secondary qualitative data has been collected by the researcher from authentic and reliable resources to conduct this study in an effective way.  
Integrated Social Story-Based Video Modelling as a Tool to Promote Air Travel Skills among Youngsters with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Get PDFTravel and tourism are beneficial in numerous facets of life, including recreation, familial relationships, and work, spirituality, cultural and social interactions. Travelling is a necessity and a social privilege due to the aforementioned benefits. There is evidence that travel makes people happier, but many people with disabilities, such as families with children who have autism spectrum disorder, encounter obstacles that make air travel difficult or impossible. The thrill of air travel is accompanied by a healthy amount of anxiety. A youngster with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) may find travelling particularly challenging due to sensory overload, disruption of routine, and the need to acclimatize to novel environments. The difficulties associated with air travel for these families have been recognized, but there have been few studies on the subject. Social story-based video modelling (SVM) is a skill-building intervention supported by empirical evidence. Social Narrative Video modelling illustrates a scenario, competence, or concept by employing pertinent social signals, perspectives, and typical responses.
The current investigation centred on utilising video models based on social narratives to instruct youngsters who have autism on the intricacies of travel by plane. The selection of the sample was done by the use of a convenient sampling procedure. The current cohort included two children who experienced anxiety during flight trips. Following a period of twenty-one days of initiation, the efficacy of the intervention was evaluated within the context of real-world environments. The results of the study showed that using social stories based on video modelling made it easier for ASD to travel by plane. Youngsters diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) benefited substantially from social story-based on video modelling (SVM)
Analytics-Based Performance Influential Factors Prediction for Sustainable Growth of Organization, Employee Psychological Engagement, Work Satisfaction, Training and Development
Get PDFEmployee engagement, job satisfaction, and growth opportunities were selected as the HR analytics KPIs around which this research would be based. Multiple linear regression analysis was done to identify the most influential factors influencing worker productivity. The regression model explained 29% of the variation in employee performance, with findings showing that employee engagement, work satisfaction, and training and development were all important predictors of performance. These results have substantial implications for businesses that want to boost employee performance and achieve long-term success. Companies that prioritize these HR analytics indicators see increases in productivity, decreases in turnover, and steady expansion of their businesses. Additional HR analytics measures, causal linkages, and international applicability need further study in future studies

A Psychological Approach to Promote Climate Change and Sustainable Economic Development Using Information and Communication based Application
Get PDFBackground: This study aims to evaluate the current condition of ecotourism in North India in light of the effects of climate change, balance the benefits and drawbacks of implementing more eco-friendly regulations, and highlight innovative new strategies. To find areas of unresolved study and possible future research topics, three papers were evaluated. In this research, the management of ecotourism was examined from the standpoint of a specific place in relation to the use of information and communication technology (ICT). It underlines the opportunity for destination management to utilise ICT to promote sustainable tourism development and offers a summary of a number of ICT-based tools and applications that might be used by destination managers.
Method: The study involves the collection of primary data through a survey of 125 tourists in North India.
Conclusion: There is awareness among the majority of respondents that sustainable tourism practices can mitigate the impact of climate change in the region. There is a clear need for further education and awareness-raising initiatives to decrease the effects of climate change via sustainable tourism, although respondents demonstrated knowledge with current trends and best practises in green tourism. The survey also revealed different priorities&interests among stakeholders in implementing sustainable tourism practices

The impact of COVID-19 has been examined in light of recent theoretical and empirical discoveries in the hotel sector. The COVID-19 issue has an effect on many different economic sectors around the world. The tourist industry, and especially hotels, which are regarded as the primary lodging structure, are without a doubt one of the industries that have directly suffered from this crisis. The large drop in reservations, which has forced the hotel industry to evaluate its organizational performance, is a result of border closures, travel restrictions, as well as the economic crisis, which has affected consumers\u27 standards of living. This study attempts to discuss how Covid-19\u27s effects on new technological features of consumer trust-building. This qualitative study investigates the psychological aspects of faculty motivation and engagement in internationalization at Kalinga State University, Philippines, with a broader focus on the role of Philippine universities in global knowledge production and cross-cultural understanding. The research combines multiple data sources, including literature reviews, interviews, and document analysis, to delve into the underlying reasons behind faculty members\u27 motivations to participate in internationalization efforts. The study uncovers that faculty members are driven by a combination of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. Intrinsic motivations include their personal and intellectual growth, exposure to diverse perspectives, and a strong desire to contribute to global knowledge production.Conversely, extrinsic motivations encompass factors like career advancement, professional development, and seeking recognition within the international academic community. Notably, the study highlights an increasing trend of faculty members participating in international training and publishing their work on a global scale, underscoring their dedication to expanding global perspectives and making contributions to the international academic community.Moreover, it highlights the remarkable progress made by Kalinga State University in internationalization efforts, largely credited to the successful implementation of various initiatives by the faculty. These efforts have not only elevated the university\u27s global reputation but also brought substantial benefits to its students, faculty, and staff. Based on these findings, the study recommends that the university continues to motivate faculty members by offering incentives that align with their individual motivations, thereby fostering a supportive environment for internationalization initiatives. Understanding the psychological aspects of faculty motivation and engagement in internationalization is of great managerial significance for Kalinga State University and other academic institutions aspiring to enhance faculty engagement and well-being. Pro-Social Stimulation based on Behavior Problems to Develop Children\u27s Social Skills in Kindergarten
Get PDFThe tendency of Indonesian children\u27s social behavior today is bullying behavior, children do not respect their parents, do not have empathy for friends. Stimulation of pro-social behavior is carried out by dominant schools through cooperative learning, role playing, playing with traditional games, using media and through habituation activities. This stimulation cannot be used in integrated learning. The aim of this research is to develop a model of social behavior stimulation in Kindergarten that is valid, practical, and effective; which is expected to help teachers develop their students\u27 social skills well. The development model that will be used in this study is the ADDIE Model, the research stages are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the analysis confirm that a proper pro-social behavior stimulation model is needed in developing children\u27s social skills. Stimulated social skills include patient behavior, sympathy and empathy, respect for friends, sharing, working in groups and familiar behavior seen in the playing process. The results of the effectiveness test by comparing the control class and the experimental class. The average post-test score was 24.9, which was higher than the control class, which was 23, meaning that the model stimulated social skills. The results of the Mann Whitney U test obtained a value of 0.03 or <0.05 so that there was a significant effect from the treatment. The results of the assessment at the evaluation stage showed that the developed model books and teacher guides proved to be valid, practical and effective for use by Kindergarten teachers
Examining the Resilience of Families of Autistic Children in a Sociocultural Lens
Get PDFIntroduction: A neurological condition known as an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is typified by issues with relationships and repeated conduct patterns. Understanding the resiliency of parents of autistic children is necessary to identify the factors that influence a family\u27s ability to adapt and thrive in the face of adversity.
Objectives: This research aims to assess the resilience of families with autistic children via the lens of numerous sociocultural variables.
Methods: Regarding their involvement with growing kids with ASD including the variables that affect the growth of resiliency, 5 parents of ASD individuals with high levels of resilience were questioned.
Results: The results showed that activities within numerous social structures, including contemplation, cultivating oneself, embracing ASD, performing a variety of roles, extending social networks, and accepting difficult outcomes, helped parents of kids who have ASD develop resilience. These parents showed important resilience traits by actively changing their social environment and forming healthy interactions.
Conclusions: The findings of this investigation could bring an understanding of the mechanisms and traits of resiliency for parents of kids with ASD, which might serve as a basis for encouraging other parents to comprehend and draw inspiration from them. Additionally, it gives service providers a better understanding of how to pay attention to parents\u27 overall experiences and assists them in growing their support system of relatives
