Comparative Analysis of Muscular Flexibility among Recreational Racquet Players using Dynamic Oscillatory Stretching and Contract-Relax (PNF) Technique - A Rehabilitative Report
Background: Forward lunge is approximately 15% of all movement in racquet games especially badminton. One of the important muscles involved in forward lunge is biceps femoris. It acts as an agonist muscle during the forward lunging for the knee flexion. Increased hamstring tension causes pelvic alternation, which is another important factor in keeping an upright posture. Primitive Objective of this research is to identify the instant effect of rehabilitative Dynamic oscillatory stretching technique and Contract-Relax (PNF) technique on hamstring flexibility in recreational badminton players, and to perform a comparative analysis the acute effect of rehabilitative Dynamic oscillatory stretching and Contract-Relax (PNF) technique on hamstring flexibility in recreational badminton players.
Methods: Quantitative method, quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test design used to estimate the causal influence of the physiotherapeutic intervention. 45 potential participants were volunteered to be involved in this study. Participants were recruited by using the convenience sampling method. Informed consent was acquired from all partakers, and any relevant criteria were mentioned beforehand earlier to the data collection phase.
Results: This study results shown, a significant difference of p-value is 0.18 (p>0.05). Hence, the null hypothesis is accepted as there is no statistically significant difference in effectiveness of DOS group and CR PNF group.
Conclusion: A few studies been conducted targeting particularly recreational badminton players. Hence, this research carried out to develop a framework of different stretching techniques to help us for making a good training program or warm up regime for recreational badminton players to improve their hamstrings elasticity and minimising the risk of injury. The investigation results showed, both techniques would help in improving hamstring flexibility

Regional Diplomacy as a Study-Based Policy to Enhance the Capacity of the Research and Development Institutions in West Java
This paper intends to review the possibility of research and development institutions in West Java to enhancetheir capacity on the study of regional diplomacy as a study-based policy. It can be said that, up to this point, the concern and action of the research and development institutions in West Java has never or yet to mention regional diplomacy, let alonestudyingor even cultivating the regional diplomacy towards (becoming) a study-based policy. Is it because the main task and function of the research and development institute in West Java is only to serve the internal needs or interests of the organization or corporation or the relevant regional apparatus? Is that important for the research and development institutions in West Java to care about and take part in the regional diplomacy in order for it to become a study-based policy? Is it possible that this concern and action will push theresearch and development institutions to enhancetheir capacity so that they will give strategic significance to the regional diplomacy in West Java, both at the provincial and municipal levels? The things intriguing this curiosity are analyzedwith the dynamics of the research and development institutions in West Java; as well as the direction of diplomacyefforts in West Java; and the following relations between them. For this reason, the conceptualization of regional diplomacy needs to be built adequately. This research uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques through interviews with a number of relevant informants from the government, community or private sector, as well as the university in West Java. It is also enriched by document or literature studies including virtual library sources. The results of this research indicate that the existence of research and development institutions in West Java is still yet to be optimal when assessed in the context of regional diplomacy there, referring to the policy-based studies in its meaning. In addition, research and development institutions in West Java tend to prioritize their functions limited to the regional regulations in providing administrative facilitation or recording institutions. Nevertheless, they are also aware of the importance of increasing the capacity or capability of research and development institutions in order tobe strategic enough for the regional diplomacy
Compare two Variant Psychological Disorders Afflicting the Same Individual- Case Studies with Details of Diagnosis and Treatment.
A mental condition, sometimes called a mental disease or psychiatric problem, is a pervasive pattern of thought or behaviour that significantly hinders one\u27s ability to function in daily life.
Clinically substantial dysfunction in thinking, feeling, or acting is another hallmark of mental illness. It\u27s common for people to experience discomfort or a decline in key areas of functioning as a result. There is a wide spectrum of mental illnesses. Mental health issues are another term for mental illness. These characteristics might last for a long time, cycle on and off, or just once. Consequences of Substance Abuse on Non-addicted Family Members and their Role in Treatment and Rehabilitation Initiatives
Addicts aren\u27t the only ones whose lives are altered by drug abuse. Active addiction has repercussions for many people other than the user. When a loved one struggles with substance abuse, everyone in the family feels the effects. Addiction changes the life of everyone who cares about the addict, whether they are the addict\u27s parents, children, or spouse. Most academics and theorists now agree that families are the basic unit of society. Both healthy and unhealthy lifestyles may have their origins and flourish inside families. Numerous studies have shown its significance and effect in defining health and sickness and presenting paradigms for typical and atypical conduct. As a result, the family unit has been widely recognised as the primary and primary source of health. Ban-dura argues that, as a social species, people are best understood in the context of their interpersonal connections, starting with their families. According to popular theories in the field of family psychology, early life experiences, including those with one\u27s own family, have a profound impact on shaping one\u27s identity. As individuals of the same household negotiate their own situations, symptoms, and emotional senses via the interchange of a wide variety of behavioural, affective, and abnormal aberrational models, it is also the setting for the vast majority of our fears, failures, and accomplishments
