prioritize and innovate methods in relation to ESG strategies. To achieve this objective, employees play a crucial role in ensuring their individual performance contributes to the overall success of the organization. However, the lack of commitment and job satisfaction by the low-motivated employees worsened the organizational performance and decreased organizational productivity. This would negatively affect the organizational sustainability of the construction companies. Objectives: To examine the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between motivational factors and employee commitment to sustainable construction. Methods: In this study, data was gathered  by using questionnaire from the senior management of construction industry in Malaysia. One hundred fifty companies whose identities were collected from construction companies were asked to complete printed questionnaires provided by the individual. There was a total of 300 questionnaires distributed to these companies. Results: This study indicates that three motivational factors, recognition and, promotion, have significant direct relationships with employee commitment. Training was found to be negative and, insignificantly to employee commitment. Conclusions: This study contributes to the understanding of how motivational factors impact employee commitment and job satisfaction in the context of the Malaysian construction industry. It highlights the importance of not only providing training and promotion opportunities but also recognizing and satisfying employees to enhance their commitment to the organization

Comparative Evaluation Between Midline Submental Intubation Technique And Lateral SubmentalIntubation Technique In Airway Management Of Severe Cranio-Maxillofacial Trauma

Successful outcomes of any surgical procedure are dependent upon unobstructed access. Management of patients with multiple traumas of the face or those undergoing multiple/complex facial osteotomies has always been challenging, not only to maxillofacial surgeons but also to the anesthetists, as both specialists struggle for the same anatomic territory. Hernandez in 1986 published the first article on the submental route for endotracheal intubation. He developed this technique to avoid tracheotomy particularly in maxillofacial trauma where short-term maxillomandibular fixation was required. This technique allowed intraoperative access to perform dental occlusion and reconstruction of the nasal pyramid in patients with skull base fractures. Submental endotracheal intubation is a simple technique with very low morbidity, and may be used as an alternative to tracheostomy in selected cases of maxillofacial trauma. In this study we have compared midline submental intubation technique and lateral submental intubation technique in 30 patients of maxillofacial trauma on the basis of several parameters like bleeding, time taken to intubate, complications and scarring

Development and Validation of a High-Performance Liquid Chromatographic Analytical Procedure for Determining of Metronidazole in a bulk and marketed dosage form  is described in this paper. The Separation was made with a C18 Symmetry (4.6 X 150mm, 5μm) Column at ambient temperature, with isocratic mode and mobile phase Phosphate Buffer pH 2.8 : Acetonitrile 35:65 v/v. Eluent was monitored at 284 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Metronidazole was effectively separated with retention time (RT) of 5.1min. Within the selected chromatographic conditions the method was validated for Analytical Parameters:- Specificity, Linearity, Precision, Accuracy, and Limits of Detection and Quantitation. The Calibration curves were linear in the concentration range of 2-20 µg/ml for Metronidazole, and the Regression was found to be 0.997 respectively (NMT 0.999) for  Metronidazole. The % recovery for 50%, 100% and 150% accuracy level of Metronidazole was found to be within the range of 99.13-100%. This Analytical Procedure is applicable for the Quality Control of  drug formulations

    No full text
Self-regulated learning (SRL) is the process through which individuals actively take control of their own learning. This research study, carried out in Kashmir division of UT of Jammu and Kashmir-India, highlights notable variations in self-regulated learning (SRL) among college students. Self-regulated learning was assessed by administering Self-regulated learning scale constructed by Gupta and Mehtani (2017). It was found that majority of students possess average levels of SRL. The results imply that, on the whole, female students outperform male students in SRL (composite score). Furthermore, insignificant differences between rural and urban students on Self-regulated learning were reported. The study contributes to fostering inclusive, effective and culturally sensitive educational practices that benefit a wide range of students. Incorporating motivational programs, activities, and self-regulated learning instructional strategies into the curriculum is essential for fostering self-regulated learning in students

Ashoka is one of India\u27s most revered and mythical trees.  Some information regarding its potential toxicity is available. This study assessed Saraca asoca\u27s acute and subacute toxicity in wistar rats. The mice were observed for 28 days after being given three separate doses of the plant orally for the acute and subacute toxicity. Result indicates no significant changes in body temperature, body weight and food and water consumption when compared to control group.  No significant changes were observed in the relative organ weights of vital organs such as liver, lung, heart, spleen, kidney, brain and uterus with ovary as compared with control group. Body temperature of the rats of both sexes treated with SA Extract at doses low dose (250mg/kg), Intermediate dose (500mg/kg) and high dose (1000mg/kg) were not significantly different from control. When compared to the control groups, the current toxicity investigations of oral administration of SA bark extract (at dosages of 250, 500, and 1000 mg/kg) showed substantial alterations in physical, hematological, and biochemical parameters. Bark extract of SA administration may be hemolytic
