The study aims to discuss about history and structure of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has been shaped by numerous agreements and treaties aimed at promoting economic cooperation among member states. The EAEU is an international organization comprising the countries of the Eurasian region. Its major treaties and agreements, such as the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA) of 1997, passed the way for further integration. The Treaty establishing the Eurasian Economic Union, signed on May 29, 2014, marked an important step forward. This treaty established the framework for the EAEU, with its provisions entering into force on 1 January 2015. The treaty covers several key aspects, including the creation of four common spaces: Economy and environment, freedom, security and justice, foreign security, research and education, including cultural cooperation among Member States. The main objective of the EAEU is to facilitate the movement of goods, services, capital and labor within its borders, and to coordinate policies in specific economic sectors as defined by the EAEU. It aims to promote sustainable economic development, improve living standards, create a single market and enhance competitiveness in the global economy. The structure of the EAEU includes key agencies responsible for decision-making and implementation. The Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, composed of the heads of member states, is the highest governing body. The executive functions are performed by the Eurasian Economic Commission, which is responsible for the practical aspects of the EAEU\u27s operations. One notable aspect is the agreement on the general principles and rules of drug marketing within the EAEU. This agreement underscores the EAEU\u27s commitment to ensuring access to safe, high-quality medicines, with an emphasis on distribution coordination and consumer protection. The agreement defines the principles of drug regulation in the member states. The EAEU drug registration procedure includes several routes: mutual recognition, decentralized procedure and national procedure. These procedures are designed to harmonize registration requirements and streamline the delivery process in compliance with EAEU standards. The mutual recognition procedure includes the selection of a Reference Member State (RM) and a Member State of Concern (EMC) for the assessment of the application. Decentralized process allows RMS and CMS to evaluate simultaneously. The national procedure is available to those who wish to register in only one country. Adaptation of old records to EAEU requirements related to RMS selection, followed by assessment and feasibility testing. Successful compliance leads to a harmonized registration certificate and, if eligible, the registration certificate is valid indefinitel

Narcissism And Forgiveness: A Conceptual Review

    No full text
Narcissism and forgiveness are two important psychological constructs that have received significant attention in the literature. Narcissism refers to a personality trait characterized by grandiosity, high self-importance, and a lack of empathy, while forgiveness is a complex process that involves letting go of negative feelings and emotions towards oneself or others. Despite their importance, the relationship between narcissism and forgiveness remains poorly understood. The present study reviewed the available literature in the field of narcissism and forgiveness and proposed a conceptual framework for understanding the relationship between narcissism and forgiveness, and the potential mediating and moderating variables that may impact this relationship. It has become evident that the ability to forgive is impacted by a range of factors, including self-esteem, gratitude, repentance, and relationship closeness. Narcissism, which is characterized by feelings of entitlement, superiority, and lack of empathy, can make it difficult for individuals to forgive others who have wronged them. However, by understanding the mediating and moderating variables that impact this relationship, it may be possible to develop interventions that can increase forgiveness in individuals with high levels of narcissism

The primary objective of the present investigation revolves around the development and evaluation of nanogel formulations by incorporating oleanolic acid-loaded silver nanoparticles. The formulation underwent a comprehensive assessment to evaluate its therapeutic attributes and topical delivery. The formulation was prepared by using carbopol 940 and triethanolamine. The parameters were analyzed as pH 5.5, viscosity 3500 cps, spreadability 6.9 g/cm/sec, and skin irritation tests showed no skin rashes. Ex-vivo drug release shows a slow release of the drug. There was 84.66% drug release in 12 hours. Additionally, Swiss albino rats were employed in this research to investigate the wound-healing capabilities of topical gel containing silver nanoparticles. Stability studies of the nanogel formulation were done. The results confirmed the spherical shape and uniform particle size of silver nanoparticles and the good stability of the nanogel. This study has provided a way for novel approaches to address wounds of various origins. The formulated topical gels loaded with silver nanoparticles exhibit promising prospects as wound healing agents. They are anticipated to enhance the natural wound healing process significantly and play a pivotal role in rat wound closure rate and epithelization. In comparison to the standard pharmaceutical agent betadine, the nanogel formulation exhibited equivalent efficacy. This discovery sheds light on the potential applications of nanoparticle-infused formulations in the conventional management of severe wound conditions, thereby revitalizing therapeutic principles within the field of modern medicine

Treatment of Race and Class in Harlem Shuffle of Colson Whitehead

    No full text
This study aims at an analysis of the novel Harlem Shuffle of Colson Whitehead so as to bring out his treatment of race and class. When it comes to race, Whitehead is familiar with the mindset of Americans and their conscience.  The novel is a kind of crime fiction and it revolves around the protagonist namely Ray Carney, the salesman of furniture who travels on the wrong side of the life track.  He dresses professionally and wants to lead a safe and secure life for his family.  He desires to prove his worth to his in-laws who always look down at him. In the radio repair shop, he is neglected because of his race and they opt for other White customers. Later, they question him about his overstaying at the shop. When he has tried to explain about the complaint, the workers do not pay attention and he leaves the place. The White supremacists always want to bring the Blacks under their control. Ray Carney is not treated as an equal human being. He is pressurized by his cousin Freddie to commit a crime which reveals his shady lifestyle to others. It begins the inner struggle of him. Though he does not want to be a thief, the White society makes him such one.  His father is shot by the White supremacists as he has stolen a cough syrup from pharmacy. Colson Whitehead delineates the riots and violence caused by the brutal killing of a Black Boy by a White Police officer. The biased White Reporters project badly the violent acts of the Black youth.  They fail to address the main issue of racism which is prevalent in the American society.  Instead, they would like to portray the Blacks as violent mongers. In Harlem Shuffle, Colson Whitehead has artistically recreated New York of the early 1960’s.  Colson Whitehead has brought out effectively the racism of the Whites and the state of subjugation of the Blacks

Introduction: Res Ipsa Loquitur is a Latin phrase that means the thing speaks for itself. It is a very popular doctrine, in the law of torts. In cases, where the evidence is itself sufficient to prove the guilt of the defendant, so out of any circumstantial evidence or an object which itself show that an act has been committed. It shows that the accident would not have occurred if the defendant had not been negligent. If the complainant cannot prove negligence on the defendant\u27s part, the defendant cannot be made liable. So, the principle of Res Ipsa Loquitor came into action under which a litigant can use circumstantial evidence to establish negligence. Aim: To Study the situations where Res Ipsa Loquitur is applicable related to Panchkarma procedures Objectives: To Study the Res Ipsa Loquitur To create awareness about medical negligence in Ayurveda practitioners Material and Method:Several Ayurvedic classic texts, research journals, and websites were consulted as sources for this study.  Discussion: In Ayurveda in many situations Res Ipsa Loquitur is applicable.  Ayurvedic treatment, especially Panchakarma therapy, is successfully receiving greater attention in this day and age of new emerging diseases.
