Factors Influencing Whistleblowing Intention and Psychology in Public Sector: Which Drivers Matters?
Purpose: This article shall examine the drivers influencing whistleblowing intention among public sector employees. It shall also provide a preliminary view on the extent to which factors influencing whistleblowing intention amongst public sector employees.
Theoretical framework: There are two levels of variables included in the conceptual framework of the current study, which are the antecedent variables of individual and contextual factors (i.e., training, responsiveness of management, trust in leader, seriousness level of wrongdoing) and whistleblowing intention. The model has a direct relationship between individual and contextual factors and whistleblowing intention. Theory of prosocial behaviour shall form the basis of the conceptual framework for this study.
Design/methodology/approach: We plan to investigate the key attributes in individual and contextual determinants in influencing whistleblowing intention among public sector employees.
Findings: This study illustrates that all the variables are vital in influencing whistleblowing intention among public sector employees. Based on the theory of prosocial behaviour, individual and contextual factors are the two categories of antecedent factors that make up the prosocial behaviour. Hence, both antecedent factors need to be taken into consideration which will influence whistleblowing intention among public sector employees.
Research, Practical & Social implications: Due to the differences in values, cultures, and norms of each country, future research should examine the antecedent factors influencing whistleblowing intention among public sector employees in Malaysia.
Originality/value: The proposed of four antecedent factors can be used as a strategic tool to encourage whistleblowing intention among public sector employees in Malaysia. This is in accordance with the research conducted by previous researchers, which implied that to increase the whistleblowing intention. It is vital for the regulatory authorities to carry out the proper rules and initiatives related to whistleblowing in order to reduce the issue of misconduct behavior such as corruption among public sector employees in Malaysia

The Effect of Internal Control Systems, Community Participation, and Village Financial System on the Accountability of Village Fund Management: Prosocial Behavior as Moderation
Giving village funding to every village in Indonesia enables the government-designed development to be carried out through villages. The guiding concepts of openness, responsibility, and involvement should underpin every aspect of Village Fund Management (VFM). By improving the management of Villafe Funds (VF) and fostering the pace of village development, the pace of village development can be accelerated. Planning, carrying out, keeping books, reporting, and taking responsibility are all parts of managing VF. In this study, prosocial conduct will be used as a moderator to examine the effects of internal control mechanisms, community involvement, and village finances on the accountability of VFM. In Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province, the research was carried out by the Village Government. The study\u27s 86 villages made up its population, and 258 people were polled for the sample. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), a method of data analysis, was employed. The study\u27s findings suggest that the village\u27s financial system, internal control system, and participation in the community all have an impact on the management of the village\u27s funds. Positive social behavior increases the control system\u27s ability to hold the VFM accountable. Practicing good deeds makes the impact of neighborhood involvement on village financial management responsibility stronger. A village\u27s financial system has a stronger impact on the responsibility of the fund management in the community when there is prosocial conduct.

The ‘Ting-ting Game’ as Psychology Intervention to Mitigate Vowel Reading Skill among Remedial Pupils
Introduction: Education in Malaysia has undergone various changes. However, problems in basic skills such as reading, writing, and counting still need to be improved. Therefore, every primary school under Malaysian Ministry of Education holds the Special Remedial Program. This program is essential, and remedial pupils\u27 development needs to be emphasized. The ability of a teacher to plan an effective intervention in line with technological progress is vital. In addition, the learning atmosphere can not only improve the performance of remedial pupils, but it is fun and provides memories that remain in the memory of remedial students for a long time. Therefore, an innovation as an intervention is carried out. The effectiveness of invention that uses ‘Ting-Ting Game’ games in students’ learning has been analysed and studied.
Objectives: This paper conducted to identifying the level of mastery of Malay language vowel skills among remedial students before using the ‘Ting-Ting Game’, identifying the level of effectiveness of the ‘Ting-Ting Game’ in improving the vowel skills of Remedial Malay Language among remedial pupils and explaining teaching reflection using the ‘Ting-Ting Game’ in improving the vowel skills of the Remedial Malay Language among remedial pupils.
Methods: This action research uses qualitative method. Therefore, worksheets, pre-post-tests, field notes and observation checklists were analysed descriptively. Before conducting the study, all instruments were validated by expert, and a pilot study was conducted. Worksheets are to support pre-post-tests. The results of the analysis of worksheets and tests will be compared to prove the effectiveness of the intervention. The worksheet is supported by observational findings using a structured observational checklist. Then, the teaching checklist is also used as a support for the effectiveness of interventions and improvements to the implementation of teaching by teacher. Field note are used as a supporting document. Purposive sampling was used to identify the participants. Three remedial pupils were involved because they met the purpose and the characteristics of the study that had been set. The research data has been analysed and presented in the form of data to facilitate descriptive explanation.
Results: The mastery level of study participants in vowel skills before the intervention was at a very weak mastery level. This is proven by the test analysis, which shows that all study participants do not have high scores and show a fragile level of mastery. Using a checklist, the researcher observed that an increase in mastery occurs among pupils from the first action to the last. The analysis of field notes also shows an increase in positive themes that show the effectiveness of the ‘Ting-Ting Game’ in increasing Remedial Malay language vowel skills recovery from the first act to the last act. As a reflection of the teacher, the researcher found that the ‘Ting-Ting Game’ can increase remedial students\u27 mastery of vowel skills and motivation to learn, and classroom management is more organized. In addition, teachers are also more confident and can carry out teaching smoothly. Data have shown that the ‘Ting-Ting Game’ effectives is on the moderate level and can be fixed occasionally. For better result, teacher must conduct the intervention more than one action circle.
Conclusions: Using the ‘Ting-Ting Game’ game makes students more enthusiastic about mastering vowel skills. The ‘Ting-Ting Game’ must be used appropriately and improved occasionally to impact the remedial pupils. This traditional game also strengthens the teacher\u27s pedagogy and expands the teaching method to attract more interest. The innovation of this conventional game proves that teaching and learning can create a more cheerful atmosphere and give pupils meaningful memories.

Transformational Leadership, Organizational Sustainability, and the Moderating role of Organizational Culture in UAE Public Ministries
Sustainability is crucial element in creating competitive advantage in economic, social, and environmental for organizational survival. Building on this framework, the study aims to examines the moderating role of organizational culture (OC) in the association between transformational leadership (TL) and organizational sustainability (i.e., economic, social, and environmental sustainability). Six hypotheses were derived from a review of the literature and are being tested in UAE public ministries to better understand the nature of the relationships. We collected data by distributing questionnaires to 531 employees working in four public ministries in the UAE, and we analyzed the data using PLS-SEM. This research found that transformational leadership had a direct impact on economic sustainability, social sustainability, and environmental sustainability. The findings also revealed that the relationship between transformational leadership and economic sustainability, and social sustainability was significantly moderated by organizational culture. Faced with a dearth of pertinent literature in each context and partial novelty of the model, this study’s findings make an important contribution to the existing body of knowledge. Moreover, this may also be useful in guiding practitioners involved in sustainability management.

Implementation of Rehabilitation Strategies for Parents with Disabled Children to Develop Their Coping Skills
This study has discussed on the various intervention strategies that are designed to support the parents of children with disabilities. At the time children are born with any kind of disability, this joy changes into sorrow, anxiety, and depression. On the ground of characteristics of parents\u27 resilience, this particular study analyzed the perspectives of disabled children’s parents. The role of parents in accepting the disability of their children is much more crucial rather than any other thing. Parents have an important role as disabled children grow in different manners, unlike other children. Their development in cognitive-perceptual, areas of psycho-social, and sensory-motor all developed in unique ways. It is important to implement strategies of rehabilitation for parents of disabled children to develop coping skills. This study follows the secondary qualitative study approach to find out the ethical information
An Investigation of the Effects of Chronic Stress on Attention in Parents of Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorder
Prolonged exposure to stress can cause impairments in various brain functions including cognition. Attention is one such important cognitive function that is required for our daily life and work-related activities. Chronic stress can have an impact on attention networks such as alerting, executive control, and orienting. The effects of naturalistic, persistent psychosocial stress on several attention networks were explored in this study. Parents of children with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD) and parents of children with typical development (TD) were given an attention network test (ANT). Overall the stressed group (M= 564.623, SD= 75.484) was found to have a quicker reaction time in all the target and cue conditions when compared to the non-stressed group (M= 588.874, SD= 101.575). Both the groups had similar accuracy in all the conditions. When comparing the three attention network scores, no significant difference was found in both groups. However, in the stressed group, there was a significant beneficial relationship between the alerting and orienting networks (p=.006) and a high negative correlation between the alerting and executive control networks (p=.028). No significant correlation was found between the attention networks in the non-stressed group
Effectiveness of Group Psychoeducational Intervention on Drug Compliance Among Patients with Affective Disorders
Affective disorders are long-term conditions characterized by poor understanding of disease, poor adherence to medications, high rates of relapse, significant general impairment, and long-term burdens of psychosocial dysfunction. Although complex regimens are available to treat affective disorders, over 50% of those with affective disorders fail to take their medications as directed. Therefore, improving medication adherence is an essential and “promising management component” in bipolar disorder as an addition to pharmacotherapy. Psychoeducation is a form of treatment designed to enhance medication adherence. Psychoeducation dates back to the so-called Mental Hygiene Movement of the early 1900s and the so-called Deinstitutionalisation Movement of the 1950’s and 1960’s. Over the past 30 years, studies on the efficacy of psychoeducation have indicated that it will help with medication adherence, early detection of symptoms, reduce relapse and hospitalization, and improve knowledge of illness. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Group Psychoeducational Intervention on Drug Compliance among Affective Disorders in conjunction with Psychopharmacotherapy in 120 patients who met inclusion criteria and were randomly assigned to control (n = 60) or experimental (n = 60). Pre-test was administered to both groups (experimental and control) using HDAI 30 items scale, along with socio demographic variables. Experimental group received psychoeducational treatment 7 sessions group twice a week in 3-month duration. Control group was given routine care. Post-test was administered immediately, 03-month, 06 month, and 09 month after intervention. For the purpose of comparing pre- and post-test data, “RM ANOVA (for one factor repetition)” was used. For post-test data, the P-value for the Bonferroni \u27t\u27 test (Post-hoc Multiple Comparisons) was set at 0.05. We discovered a substantial difference between the experimental and control groups. Significant variation between the test group (baseline versus immediate versus 3 months versus 6 months versus 9 months). Significant difference in group X test interaction.
Conclusions: According to the findings of the study, group psychoeducational interventions reduce the rate of patient noncompliance in those with affective disorders

Psychological Impacts of Environmental Degradation: A Comprehensive Study
This research paper aims to explore the psychological impact of environmental degradation and the potential mitigating effects of sustainable development. Environmental degradation, caused by factors such as pollution, deforestation, climate change, and resource depletion, not only poses severe threats to ecosystems and biodiversity but also affects human well-being and mental health. This paper synthesizes existing literature to examine the various ways in which environmental degradation can lead to psychological distress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. There is a complex relationship between environmental degradation and economic growth. While economic growth can lead to improvements in human wellbeing and reduce poverty, it can also lead to environmental degradation. On the other hand, sustainable development is an approach to development that seeks to balance economic growth with environmental protection and social well-being. It involves meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainable development requires the use of renewable resources, reducing waste and pollution, and promoting social equity. It further investigates how sustainable development practices and initiatives can potentially alleviate these negative psychological impacts. The paper also addresses the role of education, public awareness campaigns, and community engagement in promoting positive attitudes and behaviours towards sustainable living. By understanding the intricate relationship between environmental degradation, mental health, and sustainable development, policymakers, researchers and practitioners can collaborate to create strategies that protect both the planet and human well-being.
