Locus of Control Strategy on Msme Performance in Increasing Distro Income in Several Psychologcal Aspects in Medan City
The development of information technology makes easy for their business. One of the impacts of advances in information technology is the creation of competition for business people. This situation requires business people to continuously improvise and innovate to retain their customers. Business success can be assessed when a company succeeds. One of the goals or targets set by the organization is increasing income, increasing business productivity, high competitiveness and having a good image in the eyes of customers, several factors that affect income, namely locus of control, human resource competence, information technology and social capital. This study examine of locus of control, competence of HR, information technology and motivation on income through MSME performance. The population in this study was distribution business actors in Medan City, Indonesia and taking 205 respondent as a sample. The analysis with the smartPLS analysis tool. The result of the research shows that locus of control, HR competency, information technology and motivation have effect on income. Indirectly, it is also known that locus of control, human resources competence, information technology and motivation variable influence to the income through the MSMEs of performance
Factors Influencing the Well-Being of Special Education Teachers
The progress of special education teachers\u27 students is influenced by their well-being, which is crucial to their mental health. It is vital to comprehend teacher well-being and its effects on the teaching and learning nexus in this setting where these difficulties are interrelated. This study sought to learn more about the psychological factors influencing special education teachers\u27 well-being in Banjarmasin. We evaluated how work engagement and emotional intelligence (EI) relate to teachers\u27 well-being. The latest study included 496 special education instructors in total. The findings revealed that Emotional Intelligence and work engagement were positively correlated with special education teachers\u27 well-being and (2) work engagement acted as a negotiator between EI and well-being. It is suggested that politicians and educational institutions take these measures to support the well-being of special education instructors
Persuasive Rhetoric in Osoushiki Service Advertisements of Sougisha Tenrei Kaikan Company in Japan
Introduction: This study examines Aristotle\u27s persuasive rhetoric in osoushiki advertisements, or funeral ceremonies in Japanese culture, made by sougisha (companies that serve funeral ceremonies). The increase in funeral service providers has prompted companies to create advertisements to attract prospective customers. Advertising, then, becomes a medium to convey messages in the form of verbal and iconic messages.
Objectives: The purpose of this research is to discover how sougisha persuades prospective customers of funeral services through osoushiki advertisements published in electronic mass media. To be more detailed, the objectives of this study are: 1) revealing the company\u27s honesty in selling service products to influence potential customers; and 2) understanding the myths built by sougisha in osoushiki advertisements

Results: The research data were in the form of words, expressions, phrases, symbols, and metaphors. The data source was obtained from online osoushiki advertisements made by the Tenrei Kaikan company. The theory used was Aristotle\u27s rhetoric to see how elements of ethos, logos, and pathos were represented in soushiki advertisements by the company Tenrei Kaikan in an effort to attract potential users of its services. The research method used is a qualitative research method.
Conclusions: The research results show: 1) The Tenrei Kaikan Company honestly persuades customers who are mixed in ethos, logos, and pathos; and 2) The company provides information on the products and services offered in an honest and transparent manner, with visual signs that reinforce the company\u27s competence in the services offered
Education Physiology Influence of Teacher Innovative Behaviour on Students’ Academic Self-Efficacy and Intrinsic Goal Orientation
This study aimed to investigate the impact of teachers\u27 creative practises on pupils\u27 senses of competence and motivation in the classroom within the context of government high schools in Karnataka. The experiment aimed to investigate the link between creative teaching strategies and student achievement. practices and students\u27 perceptions of their own academic capabilities and their orientation towards learning for the sake of personal growth and mastery. The research used a mixed-methods strategy that combined quantitative and qualitative techniques methods. A sample of students from multiple government high schools in Karnataka was selected using stratified random sampling. In the quantitative phase, standardised surveys were administered to measure pupils\u27 confidence in their own abilities and motivation to succeed in school, as well as their perceptions of innovative teacher behaviour. The surveys utilised established scales with good reliability and validity. The qualitative phase involved in-depth discussions with a selection of students to gather detailed insights into their experiences with teacher innovation and its potential influence on their academic beliefs and attitudes. Additionally, interviews were conducted with teachers to understand their perspectives on innovative practices and their perceived impact on student motivation and engagement. The findings of this study indicated There is a strong beneficial link between teachers\u27 creative practises and their pupils\u27 academic success. self-efficacy. Students who perceived their teachers as more innovative tended to report higher levels of confidence in their academic abilities. Moreover, there was a notable association between teacher innovation and intrinsic goal orientation, suggesting that students with innovative teachers were more likely to display an orientation towards learning driven by personal interest and mastery rather than external rewards. Qualitative analysis of interview data provided nuanced insights into the specific innovative teaching practices that students found particularly motivating and impactful. These practices included project-based learning, interactive classroom activities, the integration of real-world applications into lessons, and the use of technology to enhance learning experiences. The implications of this study underscore the importance of teacher innovation in fostering positive pupils\u27 confidence in their own abilities and motivation to succeed in school. Government high schools and educational policymakers could benefit from incorporating training programmes and support mechanisms that encourage teachers to adopt innovative teaching strategies. By doing so, schools can create an environment that not only enhances students\u27 academic experiences but also nurtures their motivation and orientation towards lifelong learning. In conclusion, this study contributes to our understanding of the role of teacher innovation in shaping students\u27 academic beliefs and attitudes. It offers valuable insights for educators, school administrators, and policymakers aiming to create a more engaging and effective learning environment in government high schools in Karnataka and potentially in similar educational contexts elsewhere
The Effect of Blended Education on the Psychomotor Skills of Students of King Faisal University’s College of Education
Introduction: The world is currently witnessing near-total closure due to COVID-19, and new technology has been developed to find solutions that accept and allow for the educational process to be applied while taking precautions into account. As a result of research in academics at the College of Education, modes of education have moved towards a blended form that mixes both traditional teachings inside classrooms and online teaching. Therefore, we aimed to determine the effect of this type of teaching in the development of the psychomotor skills of physical education students studying digital photography at the College of Education. Methods: We used the experimental method with a sample that we selected using the intentional method, which included 11 students studying digital photography at the department of physical education at the College of Education, King Faisal University. Results: All ten skills that we assessed showed statistically significant differences between their respective means of the pre-and post-measurements of the sample, the latter of which were favored. Conclusions: The physical education students showed excellence in working with the blended digital photography program. They have sufficient skills that qualify them to benefit from the program, thus developing their psychomotor skills

Studying is a skill and it is an art. Being successful in school requires a high level of study skills. Students must first learn these skills, practice them and develop effectively study practice in order to be successful. Very often the study practice and practices developed and used are not permanent throughout the student life.Good study practices include many different skills: time management, self discipline, concentration, memorization, organization, and effort. Without good study practice, a student cannot succeed. To succeed, students must able to appropriately assimilate course content, digest it, reflect on it, and be able to articulate that information in written and/or oral form. It is the ability to acquire effective study skills. Many people feel the hours of study are the most important.Scientific aptitude plays a major role in understanding the contents of science subject. It is a special intellectual ability to comprehend scientific facts and knowledge .It is a specific ability which enables the individual to acquire scientific knowledge and understanding through the process of teaching and learning. While teaching any lesson of science subject, particularlyPhysics, Chemistry and Biology at the Higher Secondary level in the class room.A teacher introduces meaningful and interesting science related activities which arouse thescientific temper and understanding among Higher Secondary Science students. The students are able to grasp in their mind about the science concept, because of the role of Study Practices and Scientific aptitude makes the students to be able to understand,apply,analyse, organize , synthesize,evaluate and create the scientific concepts in a meaningful and purposeful way. Once the students learn with healthy study practices thoroughly the science subject, it makes them easy to perform well in the term examinations. The purpose of this study is to analyse the study practices and scientific aptitude in higher secondary science students. The study adopted a descriptive method with normativesurvey technique. A sample of 215 higher secondary plus one students was selectedinTrichirappalli District as sample for this study by using a stratified random sample technique. The data was analysed by using descriptive,differential and correlation analysis. The study found a significant and positive relationshipbetween study practices and scientific aptitude of Higher Secondary Science students.Furthere, the study found that the higher secondary boys and girls do not differ significantly in respect of their Study Practices and Scientific Aptitude
Anxieties and Psychological Concerns of Teachers about Outcome-Based Education
This research required to define the anxieties of teachers at state universities in Tarlac province about outcomes-based education (OBE). Descriptive research design was used; A two-part questionnaire was used as the chief instrument of data collection. In this research, frequency counts, ratios, and weighted averages were used to statistically treat the data collected. According to the investigation of the data collected, it was got that in expressions of instructional preparation, teachers recognized 1) absence of time to make for an OBE-aligned plan, 2) limited guidance from specialists on making an OBE-aligned syllabi, and 3) absence of practice in writing OBE-aligned programs as problematic obstacles. In expressions of real teach, the three chief problematic obstacles defendants encountered were 1) large classroom sizes making it problematic to use a variety of teach policies, 2) diverse student features requiring too much difference in teach rules, 3) absence of time to implement a change of teach rules. An Empirical Study on Psychological Impact of Digitization of Retail Banking on Employees’ Efficiency & Productivity
Purpose
The main aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of digitization of retail banking on efficiency and productivity of the employees.
Theoretical Framework
Employees’ efficiency is measured on the following four different parameters viz., Customer calls/Day, Customer visits/Day, Managed Accounts Contractibility, and Customer service hours. The impact of digitization of branch banking on employees’ efficiency is evaluated based on the pre-digitization and post digitization era. Employees’ productivity is measured on the following three different parameters viz., Unit, Value, and Revenue. The impact of digitization of branch banking on employees’ productivity is evaluated based on the pre-digitization and post digitization era.
Design/Methodology/Approach
The data for the above-mentioned parameters is gather for a three years pre-digitization period ranging from 2014-2015 to 2016-2017. Similarly, the post digitization data is gathered for three years period from 2017-2018 to 2019-2020. The pre-digitization and post-digitization averages of all the parameters of employee efficiency and productivity are compared with the help of paired t-test.
Findings
The results of paired sample t-test reveal that both the efficiency and productivity of the employees have been improved post digitization as the p-value obtained from all the parameters is found to be less than the alpha value of 0.05 (P<0.05).
Research, Practical and Social Implication
The results of hypothesis testing reveal that there is a significant impact of digitization of retail banking on efficiency and productivity of the employees. These findings help in identifying the process where digitization can be actively incorporated. This helps to ease out employee bandwidth and help them to engage in more productive work resulting in better outcome.
The study also highlights the social implications of this research, which suggests that digitization helps to reduce the excessive work pressure that bank employees are subjected to. This in turn helps in improving the mental and physical health of the employees, increasing their longitivity in the organisation and reducing employee burnout. Digitization also helps in better audit compliance.
Originality/Value
This study is a contribution to the BFSI Industry and sales domain in general, with an aim to help the organizations with a better understanding of digitization of various processes in banking and its impact on employee productivity and efficiency. It can add value to the banking system through increased employee productivity with the help of digitization

Considering market orientation and innovativeness as a continuous effort put into the development of the business performance of all kinds, scholarly interest in these concepts has consistently enhanced in the past few decades. The objective of the current study is to ascertain how the constructs of market orientation and innovativeness affect the performance of SMEs. 343 SMEs in the Punjab state of India were surveyed for the study. The results show market orientation and innovativeness are positively related to psychological business performance. Market orientation and innovativeness constructs provides considerable ideas for the development of new products, along with up-gradation of the existing product. Impact of Surrogacy Advertisement on Consumer Psychology

Employing a quantitative methodology, the study analyzed participants\u27 responses to Likert-based statements, offering a comprehensive examination of the psychological effects of surrogacy advertisements. The findings reveal a significant positive perception and emotional resonance evoked by surrogacy advertisements. Participants consistently expressed agreement with the statements, highlighting the advertisements\u27 ability to convey hope, positivity, and emotional upliftment. Furthermore, the study demonstrates the effectiveness of surrogacy advertisements in highlighting emotional rewards and aligning with personal values, fostering a positive perception of surrogacy services. The research also delves into the influence of surrogacy advertisements on consumer attitudes and empathy. Exposure to these advertisements positively impacted participants\u27 attitudes towards surrogacy and enhanced their empathy towards individuals considering surrogacy. Additionally, surrogacy advertisements were found to spark heightened interest among participants to explore surrogacy services further. One of the most notable findings is the profound impact of surrogacy advertisements on participants\u27 thoughts and emotions related to surrogacy. A significant majority of participants agreed that these advertisements had a lasting effect, underscoring the potent role of emotional appeals in shaping consumer psychology and perceptions. This study contributes valuable insights for marketers seeking to effectively communicate the emotional rewards of surrogacy and resonate with consumers\u27 personal values. Furthermore, it advances our understanding of how advertising content can influence not only consumer perceptions but also societal acceptance and awareness of complex and sensitive issues
